Analisis Tindakan Sosial dalam Pendampingan Psikologis bagi Anak Korban Kekerasan di UPTD PPA Kota Blitar Berdasarkan Teori Max Weber
Full text linkKekerasan terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi di Indonesia, dengan dampak psikologis sebagai salah satu dampak yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas pendamping dalam pendampingan psikologis bagi anak korban kekerasan di UPTD PPA Kota Blitar serta bentuk tindakan sosial dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping memiliki lima tugas utama: memfasilitasi pemulihan psikologis anak, menghubungkan anak dengan sistem layanan, menjembatani hambatan, membela hak anak, serta memberikan rasa aman. Tindakan sosial dalam pendampingan mencakup tindakan rasional instrumental, tindakan berorientasi nilai, dan tindakan afektual. Tindakan tradisional tidak ditemukan karena UPTD PPA Kota Blitar merupakan lembaga formal yang beroperasi berdasarkan standar prosedur resmi untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, sehingga metode pendekatan yang diberikan harus didasarkan pertimbangan mendalam agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik mereka

Full text linkThe phenomenon of violence in schools increases every year. The Indonesian government has issued various policies to prevent violence against children, including violence that occurs in schools. One of them is the Regulation of the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2014 concerning the child-friendly school policy. This study aims to determine and analyze efforts to prevent bullying between students by strengthening the culture of child-friendly schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at Nusa Indah Elementary School, Cipanas District, Cianjur Regency. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The results of the study indicate that planning has not been carried out in a participatory manner and is not supported by written documents specifically for anti-bullying. Organization is not optimal because the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK) has not been formed. Program implementation focuses more on general character building without specific anti-bullying activities. Evaluation is also not data-based and does not produce concrete follow-up. In conclusion, the child-friendly school culture at Nusa Indah Elementary School has not been implemented effectively in preventing bullying due to the weak school managerial system. Full text linkThe objective of this community service activity is to enhance the information technology literacy of teachers and students at MTs Nurul Huda Situbondo through machine learning-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, with a focus on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) implementation. The training program has been meticulously designed to introduce the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence and its practical applications in various domains, with a particular emphasis on its impact on education and agriculture. The training method utilizes a hands-on approach through open-source AI applications, such as Google Teachable Machine. The participants were trained to construct rudimentary artificial intelligence (AI) models that were capable of performing face recognition, fruit quality classification, leaf disease identification, and plant species classification. The findings of this initiative have demonstrated a substantial enhancement in the information technology literacy dimension of the participants, as evidenced by an augmentation in conceptual comprehension, proficiency in utilizing AI technology, and a favorable disposition towards the integration of technology in educational pursuits. A significant outcome of this endeavor is the development of an AI model for disease classification on mango leaves. The efficacy of this training program substantiates the notion that technology-based learning methodologies can effectively cultivate 21st-century competencies, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital proficiency. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada proses dan output manajemen pembekalan, yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program pembekalan entrepreneurship. Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pasar terkait kompetensi kewirausahaan dan mengevaluasi program pembekalan yang ada. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan serta manfaat praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan, pengambil kebijakan, calon wirausaha muda, dan pelaku industri. Program ini juga dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, khususnya dalam bidang kopi dan barista, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi dan menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inovatif. EXPLORING TIKTOK FOR ENHANCING SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF LEARNING GRAMMAR: A QUALITATIVE STUDY
Full text linkLinguistic proficiency in grammar constitutes a critical element of communicative competence, enabling precise and nuanced verbal expression. Consequently, grammar learning within Indonesian educational frameworks represents a pivotal pedagogical objective integrated into curricular design for secondary school students, particularly through qualitative approaches in educational technology and social media phenomenon study. However, there are still many intermediate students who still have difficulty understand learning grammar. TikTok is the solution to become a grammar learning preference, almost all students use TikTok. The research uses qualitative methods that focus on the study of phenomena. Data collection uses observation, reflective journals, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that students perceive TikTok as a highly engaging and enjoyable medium for learning grammar. The platform's short, visually appealing, and interactive videos enable students to grasp grammatical concepts more effectively in a relaxed and informal environment. Additionally, students reported an increase in motivation and confidence in applying grammar rules in both written and spoken English. These insights suggest that TikTok can serve as a valuable supplementary tool for grammar education, fostering independent learning and improving overall language proficiency in a digital age

Full text linkPelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menghadapi akreditasi madrasah berbasis Instrumen Akreditasi Penjaminan Mutu Madrasah (IAPDM) 2024. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kepala madrasah dan guru yang memperoleh materi terkait instrumen integrasi akreditasi dengan program-program yang berjalan di madrasah. Peserta juga mendapatkan pengalaman praktis dalam menyusun deskripsi kinerja asesi, yakni narasi berbasis data yang mencerminkan pencapaian indikator mutu pendidikan. Selama pelatihan, peserta menerima umpan balik konstruktif terkait analisis teori dan penerapan praktis, yang memungkinkan mereka menyempurnakan dan melaporkan kinerja. Kepuasan peserta terlihat melalui antusiasme dalam membicarakan rencana penelitian disertasi, termasuk validitas metode analisis data yang digunakan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta, baik dalam memahami teori, menerapkan instrumen akreditasi, maupun mengembangkan penelitian berbasis data yang valid. Full text linkAbstrak: The Industrial Revolution era 4.0 is characterized by low-speed technological advances driven by artificial intelligence, or AI (Artificial Intelligence). Books are usually considered the main teaching medium used in the field of education. Reading is one way to gain self-awareness and understand existing texts. However, we must admit that the literacy level in Indonesia is currently still quite low. The current situation in Indonesia is a serious matter that we must discuss together. The low interest in reading is backward in quality and the quality of education in Indonesia tends to decline. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of education in the development of digital literacy. The research design used in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The findings of this study show that students are quite proficient in using digital media, such as reading Wattpad, watching web cartoons, or completing assignments. Thus, this research was made, so that in the future digital literacy will be able to provide accurate knowledge, insights, and information for readers.

Full text linkThis study analyzes the management of English language learning in the Equal Education Program Package C at PKBM Insan Muwahid Garut. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the management of learning includes planning based on a flexible curriculum, implementation using interactive and contextual methods, and formative and summative evaluations. The learning is designed to enhance the communication skills of the participants. This study recommends the development of more effective learning management to support English language learning in the equal education program
SYNERGY OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS IN HOLISTIC STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
Full text linkFactors influencing student development consist of two main aspects: internal and external factors. Internal factors include physical, psychological, and mental conditions such as health, intelligence, motivation, interest, attention, and learning readiness. Meanwhile, external factors, such as prayer, encompass the influence of family, school, community, and spirituality. This journal discusses the interconnection between these factors in supporting or hindering the learning process. The family plays a foundational role in shaping the child's character, while schools and communities contribute through facilities, teaching methods, and social norms. A holistic approach involving spiritual support is also considered effective in enhancing students' emotional resilience. This study concludes that the synergy between internal and external factors is key to achieving optimal educational success. A deeper understanding of these factors is expected to assist teachers, parents, and policymakers in creating an educational ecosystem supporting students' holistic development
