INTEGRATING GREEN PRODUCT INNOVATION AND AI IN BUSINESS STRATEGIES FOR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE: A STUDY OF INDONESIAN'S FUTURE
This study delves into the synergy between green product innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) as a key to enhancing the competitive advantage of companies in Indonesia. A total of 15 manufacturing and retail companies were studied using a mixed methods approach, the results obtained showed that although awareness of the importance of both aspects is increasing, there are still a number of challenges in implementing an effective AI strategy. One of the main obstacles lies in the level of understanding of the workforce, where 75% of the data obtained indicated that AI users are not yet fully able to utilize the potential of this technology to increase sales. However, it is undeniable that the application of artificial intelligence can have a positive impact in terms of operational efficiency, resource management, and the development of more environmentally friendly products. Ultimately, this study is expected to provide valuable insights for companies in Indonesia that are ambitious to integrate green product innovation and artificial intelligence. The emphasis on the importance of intellectual capital is a crucial aspect to achieve this goal. These findings are expected to enrich the understanding of how companies in Indonesia can remain competitive in the global market while supporting sustainable practices, in order to achieve future success
Mapping of Stock Investment Decision Research: A Systematic Literature Review
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan serta tinjauan literature sistematik (SLR) terkait keputusan investasi saham. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan menggunakan Google Scholar dengan rentang waktu 2018-2023 dengan kata kunci keputusan investasi saham. Penelitian ini memadukan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan sumber data dari google scholar dengan bahasa inggris dan alat bantu aplikasi Publish or Perish. Data yang digunakan berupa narasi, paparan, dan kutipan dari berbagai bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari artikel dengan kata kunci โStock Investment Decisionโ pada aplikasi Publish or Perish. setelah didapatkan data pada kata kunci tersebut lalu dicopy dalam format excel, setelah itu pada menu aplikasi publish or perish save result dengan format Ris. Hasil analisis menunjukkan publikasi tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2022 - 2023 dengan jumlah 266 artikel publikasi sedangkan publikasi terendah terjadi pada tahun 2019 - 2020 sebanyak 68 publikasi. Hasil visualisasi diatas menunjukan produktivitas jurnal yang telah menerbitkan artikel tentang Stock Investment Decision. Dari kata kunci diatas dapat kita lihat yang paling sering atau banyak digunakan adalah stock investment decision, investment decision making
Green Economy in Islamic Perspective: Middle East Case Study
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi ekonomi hijau dalam perspektif Islam dengan fokus pada kawasan Timur Tengah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini memanfaatkan data sekunder yang mencakup literatur akademik, dokumen kebijakan, laporan organisasi internasional, dan artikel media. Berdasarkan kajian terhadap prinsip-prinsip Islam yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep ekonomi hijau sejalan dengan ajaran Islam, terutama dalam hal tanggung jawab manusia terhadap lingkungan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan keadilan sosial. Selain itu, negara-negara di Timur Tengah, seperti Uni Emirat Arab, Arab Saudi, dan Qatar, telah mengadopsi kebijakan dan strategi nasional yang mendukung transisi menuju ekonomi hijau, seperti UAE Energy Strategy 2050, Saudi Vision 2030, dan Qatar National Vision 2030. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada sektor minyak dan gas, kesenjangan infrastruktur hijau, serta implementasi kebijakan yang tidak merata masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang strategis, seperti potensi sumber daya alam dan dukungan internasional, yang dapat mempercepat penerapan ekonomi hijau di kawasan ini. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan diversifikasi ekonomi, penguatan infrastruktur hijau, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pemantauan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk mempercepat transisi ke ekonomi hijau yang berkelanjutan
Understanding of Students Regarding Paylater Services and Its Impact on Usage Decisions
Digital financial services like Paylater are increasingly used by students, but there are not many studies examining how individual understanding of these services affects their usage decisions. Most previous research has focused more on external factors such as social influence and consumer behavior, but has not deeply examined the relationship between students' understanding and the decisions they make. This study aims to examine how students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang understand the Paylater service and how that understanding impacts their usage decisions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of semi-structured interviews with ten purposively selected students. The analysis process was conducted using thematic analysis methods, through stages of transcription, re-reading, coding, grouping codes into sub-themes and themes, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that students understand Paylater as an interest-bearing digital loan service and associate it with religious values, particularly in relation to usury. This understanding directly influences their decisions, where the majority choose not to use the service. This study recommends that future research delve deeper into the dynamics of user understanding of digital services in a broader context
Predicting the Performance of Certain Fundamental Skills Based on Selected Physical Tests for Young Football Players in Mosul Academies
The measurement process in physical education and sports sciences, which focus on motor behavior, is more complex than in other sciences due to internal and external factors' significant and immediate influence on humans. Consequently, there is growing interest in tests essential to life, work, and performance. This study aims to establish predictive equations for skill tests based on several physical tests for young football players in the Mosul city academies. The researchers used a descriptive correlational method as it suits the nature of the research problem. The research sample consisted of young players, totaling (96), after excluding the pilot experiment sample, the reliability, and the players absent from the tests, which amounted to 74 players. Thus, the research sample represented (56.47%) of the total population of the study. The results of this work show that the physical tests used in the research contributed significantly to the results of the dribbling and passing skill tests, which underscores the importance of the physical tests in assessing the dribbling and passing skills of young football players in the academies of Mosul City. In conclusion, the research concluded that physical tests are effective for young players in the Mosul City academies
Management of Sports Facilities and Infrastructure DISPORA Salatiga City in Facing the Digital Era in 2024
The rapid development of digital technology has affected many aspects of life, including sports. Dispora Salatiga City, as the institution responsible for managing sports facilities and infrastructure, is certainly faced with challenges and obstacles in adapting to the digital era. This study aims to analyze the optimization of sports facilities and infrastructure management in Salatiga City in facing the digital era, focusing on digital implementation. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with the Dispora, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively through the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation of sources and data. The results showed that Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office has started to implement digital technology into four management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. However, implementing digitalization still faces several obstacles, including limited technology-savvy human resources, lack of digital infrastructure, and suboptimal budget allocation. To improve the quality of management in the digital era, the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office is advised to strengthen technology training for staff, optimize collaboration with the private sector, and take advantage of central government programs related to the digitization of public services. With these steps, it is expected that sports facilities and infrastructure can be managed more transparently, easily accessible, and support the advancement of sports in Salatiga City
Pengaruh pemberian pupuk Fe terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kelayakan ekonomi tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum)
Plants require nutrients to carry out various essential physiological processes in their lives. Iron (Fe) is one of the important micronutrients that are essential for plant growth and reproduction. Although plants only need Fe in relatively small amounts, compounds containing Fe play a crucial role in various physiological processes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Fe fertilizer on yield and economic feasibility in tomato plants. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments used were without inorganic fertilization (P0), comparison inorganic fertilization (P1), and 5 levels of inorganic Fe fertilization: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 l/ha of inorganic Fe fertilizer applied at 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks after planting (WAP). The results of the experiment showed that the application of 1.25 doses of inorganic Fe fertilizer (2.5 l/ha/application) resulted in the highest plant growth and yield components and tomato yield compared to the control treatment. That treatment also showed the most effective dose agronomically and economically. The recommended dose for tomato plants is 2.5 l/ha/application applied 4 times, namely at 4, 6, 8, and 10 WAP by foliar spray
Evaluation of buffaloes reproductive performance in Akabiluru Subdistrict, West Sumatra
This study aimed to evaluate the reproductive performance of adult female buffaloes on smallholder farms in Akabiluru Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra. The method used was a survey through direct observation and structured interviews using questionnaires. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling, namely farmers with adult female buffaloes that have given birth at least twice, with 66 people with 71 female buffaloes. ย The parameters observed included age at first mating, service per conception (S/C), age at first calving, and calving interval. Data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the average, standard deviation, and percent. The results showed that the age at first mating (33.17ยฑ7.84 months) and S/C (1.62ยฑ0.85) were within the optimal range. However, the age at first calving (46.17ยฑ10.36 months) and calving interval (23.46ยฑ7.03 months) were not optimal. Efforts are needed to improve farmers' reproductive management skills, feed quality, and technical training to improve buffalo reproductive performance and farmer welfare in Akabiluru Subdistrict
ANALYSIS OF GIRDER ON OVER HEAD CRANE WITH 4 TON CAPACITY USING INVENTOR
In the field of overhead crane construction, a girder is a beam that is positioned between two supports that can be pillars or abutments. The shape of the girder beam varies, ranging from square, trapezoidal, letter U, letter I to letter T. The I-girder type is an I-shaped beam made of composite or non-composite materials. This type of girder is most often used in bridge construction in Indonesia. It is natural that all manufacturers must provide and accept custom manufacturing. The research conducted in this report focuses on girders for overhead cranes to withstand a load of 4 tons. The research was conducted by comparing the results of the manual calculation process with the simulation process using Inventor software. . Steel Girder Material ST 37 Standard JIS 3101 SS400 profile I beam size 350 x 175 x 7 x 11 mm.The results obtained are Normal Stress on the beam of ย ย Shear Stress ย 1.96 N / mm2 Deflection that occurs in the I-section beam 1.2 mm. THE EFFECT OF KAHOOT GAMIFICATION STRATEGY ON IMPROVING MATH COMPREHENSION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Mathematics is one of the subjects that is considered difficult and less attractive, which has an impact on students' low understanding of concepts. One of the obstacles in learning is the limitation of technology, especially the unavailability of adequate computer equipment in the classroom. This condition hinders the application of interactive learning media that can increase student interest and understanding. This study aims to analyze the effect of gamification strategy using Kahoot technology on improving mathematics understanding of grade 3 elementary school students. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach, comparing two classes: an experimental group using Kahoot and a control group using conventional learning methods. The research was conducted in grade 3 of MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan. Data analysis included normality test, Wilcoxon test, and N-gain test. The results showed the average post-test score of the control class was 74.73 and the experimental class was 82.10. The findings show that gamification strategy using Kahoot has a positive and significant effect on improving students' math comprehension
