Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengembangan agrowisata terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah produk pertanian, mengetahui dampak pengembangan agrowisata terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani dan mengetahui dampak pengembangan agrowisata terhadap distribusi pendapatan petani. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei wawancara dengan petani dan pihak terkait serta obervasi lapangan. Pengembangan agrowisata mendorong masyarakat melakukan pengolahan hasil-hasil pertanian, meningkatkan pengelolaan usahatani dan pengelolaan di luar usahatani, dan dari hasil pengolahan hasil-hasil pertanian, pengelolaan usahatani dan pengelolaan kegiatan di luar usahatani dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga petani yang cukup signifikan. Direkomendasikan untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan hasil-hasil pertanian, pengelolaan usahatani dan pengelolaan kegiatan di luar usaha tani.

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the carrying capacity of agricultural land food crops in Temon Sub-districts. Data of this research is taken from secondary data obtained from the Central Statistic Agencies and the Department of Agriculture. The data analysis is used to make the levels of the land carrying capacity. Based on the research, the level of the carrying capacity in Temon Sub-district for 10 years in class I. Land carrying capacity value for 10 years in the Temon Sub-district amounted to 2,730. This means that the Temon Sub-district has been able to perform the self-sufficiency. The base of the forecasting in 2017-2020, it shows that Land carrying capacity in Temon Sub-district will decrease every year. In 2020, The land carrying capacity of the Temon Sub-district has predicted in class II. It means that in 2020, Temon Sub-district has been able to do self-sufficiency land food crops but has not been able to provide a decent life for the people. Therefore, the Temon Sub-district should improve land crops and productivity of rice and reduce the rate of populating growth

Magnetic Resonance Imageing (MRI) is a body scanning method that can check abnormal tis-sue and body cells. MRI is an advanced technology adopted at Yogyakarta hospitals. The pur-pose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the interest in using MRI technology because the use of MRI will not run maximally if there is resistance or rejection from the user.Predictor analysis of MRI usage perceptions on radiographers uses Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) approach. There are two factors that influence the perceptions of usability, namely social and cognitive factors. The social factors examined in this study are subjective and imaging norms, while the cognitive factors used are convenience factors. The results of the study show that the factors influencing the perception of usefulness are social factors, both subjective and imaging norms. Meanwhile, one of the cognitive factors (convenience factor) in this study does not significantly influence. The statistic test was performed using a regression method with SPSS 19 analyzer
Potensi Kombinasi Kurkumin dan Vitamin E Terhadap Ekspresi Interleukin-1 (Il-1) dan Cyclooxigenase-2 (Cox-2) pada Ovarium Tikus (Rattus Norvegicus) Model Kanker Mammae
Get PDFKanker mammae merupakan jenis neoplasma ganas yang menyerang jaringan mammae, yang dapat dipicu oleh agen karsinogenik DMBA (dimethyl benz (α) anthracene). Kanker mammae akibat induksi DMBA mempunyai kemungkinan untuk menyebar ke organ lain seperti ovarium. Peningkatan jumlah ROS secara sistemik dapat menimbulkan kondisi stress oksidatif pada ovarium, hal ini memicu makrofag untuk mengaktivasi sitokin proinflamatori, yaitu IL-1 dan COX-2 untuk menimbulkan reaksi inflamasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi kombinasi kurkumin dengan vitamin E dalam menurunkan ekspresi IL-1 dan COX-2 pada ovarium tikus model kanker mammae yang diinduksi oleh DMBA. Pembuatan hewan model kanker mammae dilakukan dengan induksi DMBA dosis 10 mg/kg BB dan estrogen dosis 20.000 IU/kg BB. Penelitian ini dibagi dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (KN), kontrol positif (KP), perlakuan satu (P1) terapi dengan kurkumin 48mg/kg BB dan vitamin E 300 IU/ekor, perlakuan dua (P2) dosis 72mg/kg BB dan 200 IU/ekor, dan perlakuan tiga (P3) dosis 108mg/kg BB dan 100 IU/ekor. Ekspresi IL-1 dan COX-2 diamati dengan Imunohistokimia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji ANOVA, karena terdapat perbedaan nyata hasil antar perlakuan, maka dilakukan uji Tukey (α<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terapi kombinasi kurkumin dan vitamin E pada tikus kanker mammae mampu menurunkan ekspresi IL-1 sebesar 60% dan COX-2 sebesar 43% secara signifikan dengan dosis efektif kurkumin 108 mg/kg BB dan vitamin E 100 IU/ekor

Research on design of project management using the Cirital Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Project management can be used to estimate the acceleration of the project (crashing). Good project management is able to optimise time and cost, so it is able to reduce losses due to the delay of the project. The research results obtained the academic information system project scheduling with CPM and PERT obtained time for completion of the whole project that is 48 weeks and slack time 8 weeks with the success of the project of 72.57% and cost budgeted IDR 21,063,000. From the results of the calculation of the crashing, the project implementation of 48 weeks to 27 weeks. The total cost of the activity on the crashing of IDR 24,164,000. If the calculated costs based on the magnitude of the difference in the cost of crashing and normal, then there is an increased cost that is amounting to IDR 3,101,000

Utility system approach to evaluate portal web from the point of the system effectiveness, firstly proposed by Kendall. This approach captured the perception of the system based on 6 points of view, which are possession, form, place, time, actualization and goal, as well as the scale of measurement using a likert scale and SPSS software. This study uses a re-search instruments with a likert scale questionnaire. The results showed how good the quality of the portal web University Muhammadiyah Purworejo, and any item of utility system that con-tributed the most to improving the quality of the system, as well as proposals that may be submit-ted to the management of portal web to develop more qualified information system

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to study the effect of herbal leaves papaya and turmeric, and Se and Zn proteinates on blood glucose, milk lactose, and can be used to improve milk production in dairy cattle. The material used is 16 livestock Friesian Holstein lactation, turmeric flour, papaya flour, mineral Se and Zn proteinates, and basal feed (elephant grass and concentrate). The design used was Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications, T0 (basal feed), T1 (basal feed + herbal flour), T2 (basal feed + Se and Zn proteinates), T3 (basal feed + herbal flour + Se and Zn proteinates). Addition of herbal flour in the form 0.03% BW of turmeric and papaya leaves flour, Se and Zn proteinates given according to livestock shortage with dose Se 0,5 mg/kg BW and Zn 60 mg/kg BW. Parameters observed were blood glucose, milk lactose levels, and total milk production. The result showed that blood glucose level on T0, T1, T2 and T3 were 83,61; 82,33; 83,27 and 91,55 mg/dL. Milk lactose content in T0, T1, T2 and T3 were 4,38; 4,38; 4,48 and 4,42%. Milk production on T0, T1, T2 and T3 were 8,98; 11,58; 9,00 and 11,15 liters. There were no significant effects (P>0,05) of treatments in all parameters observed. Hence, it is concluded that the supplement herbal and mineral protein in lactating dairy cows did not alter blood glucose and milk lactose
Peran Produktivitas Dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Petani Padi Di Indonesia
Get PDFAchieving food security is one of the global challenges in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals target. The successful growth trend of rice production in Indonesia which is negative can reduce the quality of local producers in providing rice supply to the domestic market and improve the welfare of farmers. Some of the previous studies were obtained from the evidence of income at the farm level with farmer income levels. However, the gap between the results of research with existing conditions in Indonesia. With the wealth indicator being proxied from the exchange rate of farmers, there is still a pattern of a non-linear relationship between economic growth and the exchange rate of farmers in the food crop sub-sector that occurred in Indonesia in several years. Through microdata analysis sourced from the fifth wave of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) with Variable Instrumental (IV) regression, this study provides empirical evidence about the production of rice produced on the welfare of rice farmers in Indonesia. At the one percent significance level, a one percent increase in rice production can significantly increase the average income of rice farmers in Indonesia by 0.35 percent (cateris paribus). The welfare of smallholders, in particular, is a component which then complements prioritization in order to support the achievement of food security, one of which is by increasing productivity. Quality that can be accepted at a significant level, improving education, empowering gender, managing farms that are environmentally friendly, supporting stable prices, independence in fulfilling inputs, capital, marketing, and technological mastery
