    Inovasi Digital dalam Manajemen Keamanan Sekolah: Studi Penggunaan Aplikasi “Ali Topan” untuk Mengatasi Perundungan

    Bullying is a serious issue in the educational environment that affects students' safety and well-being. This study aims to analyze the implementation of school principal management in the actuating phase of the bullying reduction program using the "Ali Topan" application at SDN Sawah Besar 01 Semarang. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the principal actively coordinates, motivates, and supervises the program by involving all school elements, including teachers, students, and parents. The implementation of the "Ali Topan" application has proven effective in raising students' awareness of bullying impacts, expediting reporting processes, and facilitating more responsive follow-up actions. The improvement in the education quality report score in the school safety climate element demonstrates the program’s success in creating a safer and more conducive school environment. This study provides recommendations for policymakers to enhance the effectiveness of digital-based bullying prevention programs in elementary schools

    Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Organ Pencernaan Dengan Media Torso Organ Kelas V SD Negeri 3 Bakam Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024

    This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of the human digestive system in fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Bakam by using an organ torso as a teaching medium. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes and student participation in the learning process, which is attributed to the limited use of learning media. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, with the science teacher as the acting subject and fifth-grade students as recipients of the action in the first semester of the 2024 academic year. Data collected included students' learning outcomes and observations of their activity during the learning process. The results showed an increase in students' average learning outcomes by 25% from the pre-cycle to the second cycle. The percentage of learning completeness also increased, reaching 85% in the second cycle, while student activity levels during the learning process improved to 80%. Based on these findings, the use of demonstration methods with the aid of pictures and digestive organ cards effectively enhances both the activity and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Bakam on science material related to the human digestive system

    This research is motivated by the challenge of integrating local cultural values into education, especially in elementary schools, amidst the growing wave of globalization. Cultural preservation and increasing student literacy are two aspects that need to be considered in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a digital learning media in the form of a digital pop-up flipbook with cultural content that is valid and practical as an effort to literacy for elementary school students. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model, which includes needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, assessment questionnaires, and observation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and quantitative analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are learning media developed in the form of a pop-up flipbook containing the culture of Bangka Belitung which has been tested for media and material validity as well as media practicality. The results of the validity test through three media experts were 88% and the results of the material validity test were 94%. In addition, practicality tests have been carried out through teacher and student response assessments of 81%. Thus, developing digital learning media with cultural content functions as a learning aid and a means to strengthen cultural identity and student literacy

    This study aims to describe the analysis of the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in IPAS learning in elementary schools in Ciledug subdistrict. The research subjects include principals, teachers, and students. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using Milles and Huberman's approach which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in IPAS learning was carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of differentiated learning in primary schools in Ciledug subdistrict has been running well, by paying attention to differentiation elements such as readiness, interest, and student learning profiles. Collaboration between teachers, principals and other parties continues to be optimized to create quality and inclusive learning. This strategy facilitates students to learn according to their needs and potential, thus supporting the achievement of optimal learning outcomes

    Pengembangan Media TAKALTAR (Tabel Perkalian Pintar) Materi Perkalian Kelas III di SD Negeri Mendo Barat

    The purpose of this research is to develop TAKALTAR media (Smart Multiplication Table) for valid and practical multiplication material for third grade students in Elementary School. This research is research and development which uses the Bord and Gall model consist of 10 stages which include: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision and mass production. The data collection techniques and instruments use interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are an analysis of expert validation data and analysis of student response data. The subjects of this research were all the students in the third grade at SD Negeri 18 Mendo Barat with 30 students consisting of 13 female students and 17 male students. The expert assessment shows that TAKALTAR media (Smart Multiplication Table) is valid and practical as a learning medium by making revisions based on expert advice. The percentage of validity given by material experts 1 is 80% (feasible), by material experts 2 is 88% (very feasible) and by media experts are 90% (feasible). Practical percentages given from the results of media trials (small scale) get a percentage of 100% (very practical) and the results of media use tests (large scale) get a percentage of 99% (very practical). Then it can be concluded that the TAKALTAR media (Smart Multiplication Table) that has been developed is valid and practical is used as a learning media

    Improving Students’ Speaking Skills through Artificial Intelligence

    This study aimed to improve students’ speaking abilities through the use of artificial intelligence in the 2023/2024 school year. The research employed classroom action research involving second-grade students, the researcher, and collaborators. The procedure consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected. Qualitative data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews, field notes, photographs, and recordings of the teaching-learning process, while quantitative data were gathered from students’ speaking scores in pre-tests and post-tests, which were analyzed using a t-test. The implementation of artificial intelligence involved the use of English during instruction, engaging media such as pictures, videos, and recordings, feedback on students’ performance, dictionary use, and rewards for active participation. The findings showed that artificial intelligence effectively improved students’ speaking skills, particularly in pronunciation, vocabulary, accuracy, and fluency. Students also became more active, confident, and motivated to speak English and use dictionaries. Overall, the integration of artificial intelligence created a more enjoyable classroom atmosphere and was effective in enhancing students’ speaking abilities

    The focus of this research concerns the project method in developing children's creativity. It is very important for children's creativity to be developed from an early age so that children's intelligence and ability to express and produce something new can develop optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the project method to children and determine the effectiveness of the project method in developing the creativity of 1st grade elementary school students di SD 11 Sebagin. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then the content validity is validated through expert judgment. Next, the data analysis technique is carried out by reducing the data, presenting the data and then drawing conclusions (verification). From the research results it can be concluded that the project method is effective in developing the creativity of of 1st grade elementary school students di SD 11 Sebagin. By using the project method, children's creativity can develop optimally, as seen from children who like to ask questions, have a high curiosity, apart from that, children share ideas, interact with each other, cooperate with each other and learn. responsible for each group task

    Penerapan Model Experiental Learning untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Pendidikan Pancasila di SD Negeri 15 Koba

    Pancasila education in elementary schools is still dominated by methods that tend to be one-way and do not involve students actively in the learning process. This has an impact on the low understanding of Pancasila values. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education material at SD Negeri 15 Koba. This study used a classroom action research approach implemented in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research applied the Experiental Learning model with data collection techniques through observation of teacher and student activities and learning outcomes test, the research subjects were 27 grad 6 students. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, where in the first cycle 66,67% of students reached the Criteria for Achieving Learning Objectives (KKTP), the increased to 88,89% in the second cycle. Teacher activity increased form 90,63% to 94,27% while student activity increased from 88,07% to 90,63%. The Experiental Learning model proved effective in improving understanding and implementation of Pancasila values through direct experience and meaningful reflection. This research provides a practical contribution to the development of more effective Pancasila Education learning strategies at the elementary school level, as well as providing an alternative learning model that can be adapted by teachers in teaching Pancasila values

    Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Sekolah SD Negeri Klepu 03 Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang

    The cost of education in Indonesia is relatively high nationally, but the quality of education is still low. The use of education costs does not achieve its goals if its management is not in accordance with the rules. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of financing in improving quality at Klepu 03 Elementary School, Pringapus, Semarang Regency. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with a case study type. The research subjects include the principal, financial management team, teachers, and school committee. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation, and analyzed qualitatively including data collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: (1) Financing planning includes cost allocation for the development of educators, learning, facilities and infrastructure, culture, and school environment, as well as school management, with the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. (2) Implementation of financing according to standards involves allocation for improving teacher competence, facilities, culture, environment, and teaching programs. (3) Financing evaluation is carried out through internal auditing by the principal and committee, and externally by government agencies such as the BPK and the Directorate General. These results indicate that financing management at SDN Klepu 03 supports systematic improvement of school quality according to applicable standards

    Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dimensi bernalar kritis dalam profil pelajar pancasila di kelas V, dengan fokus pada identifikasi strategi efektif dan tantangan dalam penguatannya. Strategi yang dieksplorasi peneliti menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, Diskusi,Refleksi dan Penggunaan Teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan bernalar kritis peserta didik, terutama dalam menganalisis informasi meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dianggap sebagai kunci untuk berhasilnya penguatan dimensi bernalar kritis. penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai strategi yang efektif dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam memperkuat dimensi bernalar kritis pada profil pelajar pancasila di kelas V. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran dan pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif
