    Manajemen Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan (BOP) Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

    This study aims to analyze the management of Operational Assistance for Implementation (BOP) in improving the quality of education at TK Negeri Pembina, Kajen District. The study focuses on planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability aspects of BOP management. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data validity was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. The results indicate that BOP management at TK Negeri Pembina has applied management principles involving the principal, treasurer, teachers, and school committee. Planning is conducted through the preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) using the ARKAS application to enhance financial efficiency. Implementation follows the approved RKAS, while recording and reporting are carried out systematically and transparently. Accountability reflects effectiveness, efficiency, and flexibility, supported by supervision from the principal, school committee, and the Education Office. However, challenges include delays in fund disbursement and limited transparency to parents. Overall, BOP utilization contributes to improving educational quality through enhanced teacher competence, provision of learning media, and strengthened school-based management

    The low academic achievement and participation of students in Pancasila Education in Grade 4 at SDN Gunungtelu 02 prompted the implementation of this classroom action research. This study aimed to address the lack of student engagement and academic performance by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model assisted by Storyjumper media in Pancasila Education. The study was conducted in two cycles, with two sessions in each cycle, involving 16 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through documentation, observation sheets, assessment sheets, and questionnaires. The findings revealed a consistent improvement in student participation and academic achievement. In Cycle I, student participation reached 79.99% (categorized as good) and increased to 84.64% (still categorized as good) in Cycle II. The average score of student achievement in Cycle I was 78, with a mastery level of 65.65% (categorized as fair), which improved to an average score of 90 and a mastery level of 90.65% (categorized as good) in Cycle II. These results indicated that the success indicators were achieved. The use of the STAD strategy assisted by Storyjumper media positively impacts student participation and academic performance, thereby meeting the expected success criteria

    The context of this research was driven by the observation of student errors in solving problems related to multiplication and division of fractions in fifth grade elementary school. This is due to the lack of understanding of fractions, which leads to errors when students work on these problems. This study aims to identify the types of errors and the factors causing students' misunderstandings in solving multiplication and division of fractions, based on Polya's problem-solving steps, in a fifth grade class at a public elementary school in Semarang Regency. The research approach is qualitative with a phenomenological research method. The data sources for this study are teachers and 23 students from class VB of a public elementary school in Semarang Regency. Data in this study were obtained through observations, written tests, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured through technique and source triangulation. The results of the study indicate: (1) errors in understanding the problem amounted to 23.6%, in planning amounted to 22.2%, in executing the plan amounted to 51.3%, and in writing the final answer amounted to 69.4%. (2) The factors causing these problem-solving errors include students not being accustomed to noting known and asked information in the problems, students not having the habit of writing down a solution plan, students not knowing which steps to choose to create a plan, students not solving problems according to the pre-made plan, and students not thoroughly checking the steps

    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Perencanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan ini direncanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat. Sedangkan kelemahan dimensi ini adalah penentuan visi, misi dan tujuan perlu pembaharuan dalam jangka beberapa tahun, musyawarah tidak dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu; 2)Pengorganisasian, dalam pengorganisasian untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat sudah melibatkan berbagai pihak, dan dapat membagi tugas dengan proporsional sesuai dengan tupoksinya sehingga membangkitkan semangat kerja tim dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi yang  telah ditetapkan serta mengkomunikasikan tentang harapan yang tinggi dan  tantangan kerja yang harus dihadapi bersama sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat. Kelemahan pengorganisasian adalah   ada beberapa tenaga pendidik yang masih belum memaksimalkan kredibilitasnya dalam melaksanakan tugas, sehingga mengakibatkan kesenjangan dari hasil yang dicapai; 3)Pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwasanya Sekolah telah memberi perhatian kepada anggotanya untuk meningkatkan prestasi. Dengan demikian seorang bawahan yang mendapat perhatian dari sekolah akan meningkatkan kinerja dan prestasi guna mencapai visi yang diharapkan bersama. Pada akhirnya perhatian sekolah inilah salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat. Kelemahan dimensi ini adanya beberapa guru yang kurang loyalitasnya dengan meninggalkan sekolah karena mendaftar sebagai PPPK (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja); 4)Pengawasan pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan berkesinambungan akan sangat berguna untuk dapat mencapai tujuan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat. Sekolah mampu mendorong para anggotanya berpikir kreatif, dan menemukan solusi setiap terjadi masalah dalam organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat

    Komunitas belajar  mendukung guru, tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik lainnya untuk dapat mendiskusikan dan menyelesaikan  berbagai masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi komunitas belajar di SD Negeri Bandarjo 03 Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, ketua komunitas, sekretaris dan bendahara komunitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan komunitas belajar di SDN Bandarjo 03 Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang diawali dengan rapat pembentukan tim komunitas belajar dengan nama komunitas belajar SBAGA Ceria, sosialisasi prorgram, kegiatan yang belum terlakasna adalah menelaah hasil belajar siswa dan membangun komitmen bersama dan kesepakatan tata nilai. (2) Pengorganisasian komunitas belajar di SDN Bandarjo 03 Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang dilakukan dengan membentuk struktur organisasi komunitas belajar, (3) Pelaksanaan komunitas belajar di SDN Bandarjo 03 Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang meliputi persiapan dan menentukan materi, penyampaian materi oleh narasumber dan pembuatan aksi nyata di PMM. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi review modul P5, pembelajaran berbasi TPACK, review ATP, RPP dan modul ajar, PMM (platform mengajar merdeka), review bahan ajar, menyusun asesemen, dan sebagainya, (4) Evaluasi komunitas belajar di SDN Bandarjo 03 meliputi kegiatan evaluasi program kerja komunitas dan refleksi

    This study was prompted by the low level of students' etiquette and politeness. Students were observed speaking impolitely to their peers, teachers, and elders. The education of moral etiquette should not only be implemented and practiced in schools but also within the students' family environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and the polite behavior of sixth-grade students towards their families at SD Muhammadiyah Gamping, Sleman, during the 2017/2018 academic year. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design. The approach used for data analysis was quantitative, utilizing the product-moment correlation technique. The results of the correlation analysis and hypothesis testing indicated a relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and students' polite behavior towards their families. The correlation analysis showed that the calculated r-value (0.448) was greater than the table r-value (0.344), leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho). These findings demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and the polite behavior of sixth-grade students towards their families at SD Muhammadiyah Gamping, Sleman

    Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Menggunakan Media Make A Match Di Sekolah Dasar

    One of the fundamental materials that students must master is fractions, as it is closely related to everyday life and future applications. In learning fractions, understanding the initial concept is crucial. However, fractions can be challenging for students because they involve numbers divided into two parts separated by a line, yet understood as a single unit. To address this, the researcher used the Make a Match media to enhance students' understanding of the material, which in turn impacted their learning outcomes. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, consisting of two learning cycles. Data and information were collected through observation sheets and test results, which were then analyzed quantitatively. The results showed an increase in students' understanding, as indicated by the average score, which rose from 60,33% to 78.50%. It can be concluded that using Make a Match media makes students learn more actively and enthusiastically, resulting in better learning outcomes

    Minat Baca Siswa Melalui Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Bakam

    The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is one of the initiatives aimed at fostering students' interest in reading; however, its success requires strong support and commitment from the school environment. This study aims to analyze the level of reading interest among fifth-grade students at State Elementary School 1 Bakam through the implementation of the School Literacy Movement, which includes a 15-minute reading activity before lessons begin and the establishment of reading corners. A descriptive qualitative method was employed to analyze and present the research findings. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results show that students are interested in reading activities, as reflected in their responses to the 15-minute pre-lesson reading activity (91% strongly agreed, 9% agreed) and the reading corner initiative (89% strongly agreed, 11% agreed). Based on these findings, the School Literacy Movement positively impacts students' reading interests, supported by the consistent commitment of homeroom teachers in implementing the program

    This study aims to enhance the early reading and writing skills of first-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas through the Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS) method. The motivation behind this research stems from the observation that students’ early reading skills were still below the Minimum Competency Criterion (KKM). This research is classified as Classroom Action Research (CAR), involving 20 students from grade 1 at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas as subjects. Data collection techniques included observation sheets, reading ability tests, and interviews. The results indicated that the learning implementation aspect improved from an average of 66% in Cycle I to 80% in Cycle II, categorizing it as "very good." Student participation also increased from 66% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II, again falling under the "very good" category. The average scores for reading and writing abilities saw a significant increase from 74.57 in Cycle I to 87.5 in Cycle II. It can be concluded that the first-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas successfully improved their reading and writing skills through the SAS method. In relation to the school’s KKM for the Indonesian language subject, students are considered successful if they achieve 80%, equating to a score of 67 or higher. Therefore, the findings affirm that the SAS method effectively enhances the early reading and writing capabilities of students in grade IA at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas
