    Kebebasan Bertransaksi Dalam Ekonomi Islam Periode Pertama: Kontribusi Pemikiran Abu Hanifah Terhadap Sistem Keuangan Syariah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep kebebasan bertransaksi dalam pemikiran ekonomi Islam periode pertama serta kontribusi Abu Hanifah terhadap sistem keuangan syariah kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode historis-filosofis melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap literatur fikih klasik dan teori ekonomi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Abu Hanifah menekankan prinsip kebebasan berakad (hurriyat al-ta‘aqud) yang berlandaskan pada keadilan, kerelaan para pihak (taradhi), serta larangan gharar dan riba. Pendekatan rasional dan kontekstual (ahl al-ra’y) memberikan fleksibilitas dalam aktivitas muamalah tanpa mengabaikan prinsip syariah. Fleksibilitas tersebut menjadi dasar pengembangan berbagai akad pada lembaga keuangan syariah modern, seperti murabahah, mudharabah, dan ijarah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran Abu Hanifah berkontribusi penting dalam membangun keseimbangan antara kebebasan pasar dan batasan etis-religius, sehingga tetap relevan dalam sistem keuangan syariah masa kini

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam pemikiran dan praktik ekonomi pada masa Rasulullah SAW serta menganalisis relevansinya dalam merespons krisis etika ekonomi kontemporer. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam yang dapat dijadikan landasan normatif dalam membangun sistem ekonomi yang lebih adil dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan. Masalah utama yang hadapi saat ini adalah maraknya praktik ekonomi modern yang mengabaikan dimensi etika, seperti ketimpangan distribusi kekayaan, praktik riba, manipulasi pasar, serta rendahnya tanggung jawab sosial pelaku ekonomi. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana prinsip ekonomi pada masa Rasulullah SAW diterapkan dan sejauh mana prinsip tersebut relevan untuk menjawab krisis etika ekonomi pada masa kini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian historis-normatif, yakni analisis sumber primer (Al-Qur'an, hadis shahih, dan sirah Nabawiyah) dikombinasikan dengan interpretasi normatif terhadap isu kontemporer melalui pendekatan hermeneutika Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ekonomi Rasulullah SAW berbasis tauhid, amanah, dan ijarah menawarkan relevansi tinggi untuk mengatasi krisis etika modern, seperti reformasi perbankan syariah yang inklusif dan penguatan zakat untuk mengurangi kemiskinan struktural.     Konsep Risiko dan Return Dalam Keuangan Syariah: Analisis Terhadap Prinsip Bagi Hasil

    Keuangan syariah memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan sistem keuangan konvensional, terutama dalam konsep risiko dan return. Dalam sistem konvensional, return umumnya diperoleh melalui mekanisme bunga yang bersifat pasti. Sebaliknya, keuangan syariah menggunakan prinsip bagi hasil yang menekankan pada keadilan, transparansi, dan pembagian risiko secara proporsional antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep risiko dan return dalam keuangan syariah serta bagaimana prinsip bagi hasil menjadi mekanisme utama dalam menentukan imbal hasil investasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan literatur terkait keuangan syariah.     STUDENTS’ SELF-PRESENTATION STRATEGIES ON INSTAGRAM

    This study explores online self-presentation strategies among Indonesian university students who actively use Instagram. Employing a descriptive qualitative design, two participants (SR and MT) were selected based on their high level of engagement on the platform and their willingness to provide access to both primary and secondary Instagram accounts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observational analysis of Instagram activities, and content documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model to identify key patterns of digital self-presentation. The findings reveal five core self-presentation strategies aligned with Hogan’s (2010) digital dramaturgy framework: performance, exhibition, curation, audience selection, and archive control. SR demonstrated a spontaneous and reflective self-presentation style grounded in authenticity, whereas MT employed deliberate curation to construct a professional and aesthetically refined digital identity. These findings indicate that Instagram functions as a dynamic digital stage in which students strategically manage impressions in accordance with social contexts and identity goals. This study contributes to the growing discourse on digital culture by illustrating how Indonesian university students negotiate authenticity and professionalism in their online self-presentation practices

    EXPLORING HAPPINESS IN THE WORKPLACE AMONG SCHOOL TEACHERS: AN ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY PERSPECTIVE

    Teachers’ happiness at work remains underexplored within a phenomenological framework, particularly regarding how teachers interpret happiness in their everyday professional lives. This study aims to address this gap by examining the construction of teachers’ lived experiences of happiness at work. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three junior high school teachers with a minimum of two years of teaching experience. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s analysis model to ensure systematic, consistent, and credible interpretation of participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that teachers’ happiness at work is shaped by three interrelated conceptual clusters: meaning-oriented factors (such as personal meaning, purpose, motivation, and subjective perceptions of happiness), relational factors (including social support, collegial relationships, enthusiasm, and emotional engagement), and organizational factors (encompassing career development opportunities, job satisfaction, challenges and coping strategies, as well as perceptions of an ideal organizational environment). Overall, the study highlights that teachers’ happiness at work is a multidimensional and subjective construct, predominantly grounded in meaningful work, a supportive workplace, and positive social relationships rather than material conditions

    Analisis Biaya Modal pada Sumber Pendanaan Syariah: Studi Kasus Bank BTPN Syariah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya modal dan penerapannya pada sumber dana berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menekankan identifikasi konsep biaya modal dalam perspektif keuangan Islam, jenis dan karakteristik sumber dana syariah, serta mekanisme penentuan biaya modal sesuai prinsip syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis studi kasus, khususnya merujuk pada implementasi di Bank BTPN Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya modal dalam keuangan syariah berbeda secara mendasar dengan sistem konvensional karena didasarkan pada prinsip bagi hasil, margin, dan akad yang disepakati, bukan bunga tetap. Pengelolaan struktur pendanaan yang tepat, termasuk keseimbangan antara dana murah dan dana mahal, menjadi faktor penting untuk menjaga profitabilitas, efisiensi, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Kesimpulannya, pemahaman dan penerapan biaya modal berbasis syariah secara efektif mendukung pengambilan keputusan pendanaan strategis, manajemen risiko, dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan lembaga keuangan syariah

    Implementasi Prinsip Akad Syariah Dalam Produk dan Pembiayaan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip akad syariah dalam produk dan pembiayaan pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam kerangka perseroan terbatas. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan perusahaan modern yang menuntut integrasi antara sistem hukum positif dan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam aktivitas bisnis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui penelaahan literatur fikih muamalah, peraturan-undangan, fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-MUI, serta referensi manajemen keuangan syariah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perusahaan modern seperti perseroan terbatas dapat dianalogikan dengan konsep syirkah al-musahamah selama memenuhi prinsip halal, keadilan, transparansi, serta terhindar dari unsur riba, gharar, dan maisir. Implementasi akad seperti mudharabah dan musyarakah pada produk penghimpunan dana dan pembiayaan mencerminkan penerapan prinsip bagi hasil dan pembagian risiko yang proporsional. Manajemen keuangan syariah dan pengawasan Dewan Pengawas Syariah berperan penting dalam menjaga konsistensi kesejahteraan akad. Dengan demikian, penerapan prinsip akad syariah dalam struktur perseroan terbatas memungkinkan tercapainya tujuan perusahaan yang tidak hanya terfokus pada keuntungan, tetapi juga pada kepentingan dan keinginan untuk berusaha

    ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MERIT SYSTEM IN PPPK RECRUITMENT AS A SOLUTION TO FULFILLING THE NEED FOR HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES (A Case Study of the Affirmative Policy for Honorary Employees Transitioning to PPPK in the Provincial Government of Lampung, 2024)

    In recent years, there have been changes in the governance of human resources for civil servants in Indonesia. The most notable change is that human resources working in government are now referred to as State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The State Civil Apparatus is divided into two categories: Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). This human resource governance policy marks the beginning of the government's commitment to phasing out honorary workers and other forms of contractual employment. In the Provincial Government of Lampung, there are a total of 3,468 honorary workers, including daily freelance workers (PTHL). Additionally, the Lampung Provincial Government has prepared 6,873 PPPK positions for 2024, which include positions for teachers, healthcare workers, and technical staff. The government has declared that no more honorary workers will be appointed as PPPK after 2024, with the 2024 PPPK recruitment being the final round of affirmative action. Honorary workers who do not pass the 2024 PPPK selection may be offered part-time PPPK roles or transferred to other types of work. Based on this situation, it is important to further examine whether the affirmative policy of converting honorary workers to PPPK in 2024 aligns with the principles of meritocracy and a more just and efficient civil service system within the Provincial Government of Lampung

    The Effectiveness of Cooperative Role Play Activities in Improving Junior High School Students’ Speaking Confidence

    Speaking confidence is a crucial affective factor that influences students’ willingness and ability to communicate in English. However, many junior high school students experience low speaking confidence due to anxiety, fear of making mistakes, and limited opportunities for meaningful oral practice. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of cooperative role play activities in enhancing students’ speaking confidence in English learning. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. The participants consisted of 32 eighth-grade students selected through total sampling. Data were collected through a speaking confidence questionnaire, a speaking performance test, and classroom observation. The speaking confidence questionnaire and speaking test were administered before and after the implementation of cooperative role play activities. The treatment was conducted over six instructional meetings, during which students participated in structured role play scenarios in small groups. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis by comparing the mean scores of pretest and posttest results. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ speaking confidence after the implementation of cooperative role play activities. The mean score of speaking confidence increased from 61.25 in the pretest to 78.40 in the posttest, showing a gain of 17.15 points. Similarly, students’ speaking performance improved from a mean score of 64.10 to 80.35, with a gain of 16.25 points. Classroom observation results supported these findings, indicating increased student participation, reduced hesitation, and more active peer interaction during speaking activities. Based on these results, it can be concluded that cooperative role play activities are effective in improving students’ speaking confidence and speaking performance in English learning. The study suggests that role play can be an effective instructional strategy for fostering communicative competence and confidence among EFL learners

    The Role of Parents and Health Professionals in Monitoring the Growth and Development of Preschool-Aged Children

    Early childhood development during the preschool period is a critical phase that influences a child’s future health and developmental outcomes. At this stage, children undergo rapid growth in physical, cognitive, language, social, and emotional domains. However, growth and developmental delays remain prevalent, often due to inadequate early monitoring. This study aims to examine the role of parents and health workers in monitoring the growth and development of preschool-aged children. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature review. The findings indicate that active parental involvement in providing stimulation, adequate nutrition, and developmental monitoring; supported by health workers through routine health assessments and health education; plays a significant role in optimizing child development. Effective collaboration between parents and health workers is therefore essential for the early detection and prevention of developmental delays in preschool children
