    The Ability to Recognize Vowel Letters through the Pocket Media among Grade II Students with Autism at SLB IT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung

    This study aimed to improve the ability to recognize vowel letter through letter bag media for autistic students in grade II at SLBIT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung. This study used a Single Subject esearch (SSR) or research with a single subject. This Study used an A-B-A research design namely Baseline-I (AI), Intervention(B), and Baseline -2 (A2). The subjects in this study were autistic students in greade II who attended SLBIT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung who and experienced cognitive impairment. Researchers collected data using observation and partical tests. Data analysis techniques of the study were carried out through in and between condition. Tables and graphs are used in presenting the research results. The results of the research that have been carried out have proven the latter bag media can improve the abilityto recognize vowel for autistic student in grade II. This is evidenced by the increase in the mean level obtained baseline-1(A1) OF 20,95% which was obtained by intervation 61.32%, then the obtained baseline 2(A2) of 63,99% this prove that there is an incereasein the abilityto recognize vowel before and after the intervtion. In addition, the perecentage of overlapping data between the baseline-1 (A1) and intervention phase was 0%. Overall the letterbag media has a positive effect and can be used to improve the ablity to recognize vowel for autistic studens in grade II at Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung

    NEGOSIASI CITRA DIRI DAN STANDAR KECANTIKAN: DINAMIKA SOSIAL DALAM PERTEMANAN REMAJA

    Standar kecantikan telah menjadi rujukan sosial dalam menilai penampilan individu, khususnya pada remaja perempuan. Keberadaan fenomena ini turut memengaruhi cara remaja memaknai dan membangun citra dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi remaja dalam memahami citra diri dan keterkaitannya dengan standar kecantikan, serta peran pertemanan dalam menegosiasikan fenomena tersebut.  Penelitian ini melibatkan 11 responden remaja perempuan yang tergabung dalam dua kelompok pertemanan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik analisis Interpretative Phenomenological Analiysis (IPA). Hasil analisis mengungkapkan tiga tema utama, yaitu penilaian terhadap citra diri, pemaknaan terhadap standar kecantikan, dan dinamika sosial dalam pertemanan, termasuk dampak standar kecantikan terhadap relasi sosial. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa standar kecantikan yang diterima secara sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosio-emosional remaja. Standar tersebut tidak hanya membentuk cara remaja memandang dirinya, tetapi juga memengaruhi kualitas hubungan sosial dalam konteks pertemanan.

    IMPLEMENTATION OF AI-BASED CTL LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENTS' MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES

    This study was based on the low learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 4 Gadingrejo, where only 32 out of 126 students achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The research method used was quantitative with an experimental design, involving two groups: the experimental class (AI-based CTL) and the control class (Project Based Learning). The instrument used was a learning outcome test consisting of 5 essay questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed to measure the differences in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed a significant difference between the average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and those in the control class. The average learning outcomes of students who used the AI-based CTL model were higher than those who used the PjBL model. Based on the t-test, the calculated t value was 5.13, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.00, thus the research hypothesis was accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the AI-based CTL learning model is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on SPLDV material, and it is therefore recommended to consider using this model in mathematics learning

    This study aims to describe the implementation of the Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) cycle within Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and to analyze its impact on student engagement and digital literacy. The low level of students’ ability to utilize technology for academic purposes and for developing the competencies of prospective educators constitutes the primary background of this research.A descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach was employed. The research subjects were third-semester students of the Tadris Mathematics Study Program at State Islamic University Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Data were collected through questionnaires and digital observation sheets administered via Google Forms, and product assessment rubrics in the form of English-based mathematics E-Student Worksheets (ESW). Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and inductive conclusion drawing.The results indicate that the implementation of the Plan–Do–See cycle within PjBL contributed positively to the learning process. The integration of digital technology, such as the use of the Canva platform in proposal preparation and project development, was proven effective in enhancing students’ digital literacy, particularly in searching for, evaluating, and critically creating digital learning content. Furthermore, collaboration within a learning community fostered reflective skills, critical thinking abilities, and teamwork in producing high-quality and relevant instructional product

    Analisis Komparatif Laporan Keuangan Konvensional dan Syariah: Perspektif Konseptual dan Implementatif

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan laporan keuangan konvensional dan syariah dari perspektif konseptual dan implementatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode komparatif untuk memahami perbedaan dan kesamaan antara laporan keuangan konvensional dan syariah. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara dengan ahli keuangan, dan analisis dokumen laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan konvensional dan syariah memiliki perbedaan dalam hal konsep, prinsip, dan implementasi, seperti perbedaan dalam pengakuan pendapatan, pengukuran aset, dan pengungkapan informasi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dan peluang dalam implementasi laporan keuangan syariah, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk praktik keuangan dan penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang keuangan syariah

    Analisis Pertimbangan Syariah dalam Keputusan Investasi pada Produk Keuangan Modern

    Perkembangan produk keuangan modern yang semakin beragam menuntut adanya pertimbangan yang lebih matang dari perspektif syariah bagi investor Muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pertimbangan syariah yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada produk keuangan modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan investasi, keuangan syariah, serta prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi dalam perspektif syariah tidak hanya mempertimbangkan aspek keuntungan (return) dan risiko, tetapi juga sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti terhindar dari unsur riba, gharar, dan maysir. Selain itu, transparansi informasi, kejelasan akad, serta keberadaan lembaga pengawas syariah menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan investor terhadap produk keuangan modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi dapat memberikan alternatif investasi yang tidak hanya menguntungkan secara finansial, tetapi juga sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika dan hukum Islam

    Enhancing High School Students’ Paragraph Coherence Through Peer Feedback in English Writing

    Paragraph coherence is a critical aspect of effective writing, yet many high school students struggle to organize ideas logically in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts. This study aims to examine the effect of structured peer feedback on paragraph coherence and to explore students’ perceptions of the feedback process. A mixed-method design was employed, involving 28 eleventh-grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Quantitative data were collected through pre-test and post-test paragraph coherence scores, while qualitative data were obtained from students’ reflective journals and interviews. The quantitative results indicate a significant improvement in paragraph coherence, with mean scores increasing from 2.65 in the pre-test to 4.15 in the post-test, particularly in topic sentence clarity, logical sequencing, and the use of cohesive devices. Qualitative findings reveal that students perceived peer feedback as enhancing their awareness of paragraph structure, promoting self-monitoring, reducing writing anxiety, and increasing motivation to revise their work. These findings suggest that structured peer feedback not only improves measurable writing outcomes but also fosters cognitive, metacognitive, and affective development. Based on the results, it is recommended that EFL teachers integrate structured peer feedback into writing instruction, providing guided opportunities for collaborative review, reflective practice, and targeted guidance on coherence. Such practices can enhance both the quality of students’ writing and their engagement in the learning process

    Implementing Self-Management to Improve Learning Focus in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

    Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often experience difficulties in maintaining focus during classroom learning. Limited concentration and challenges in completing tasks independently remain major concerns. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of behavior-based self-management interventions in improving learning focus in children with ADHD. The study employed a literature review method by analyzing 10 relevant national journal articles published up to 2019. The scoping review identified four main themes: enhancement of learning focus through self-management techniques, strengthening of learning independence, development of learning discipline through time management, and increased motivation through improved self-control. The findings indicate that self-management interventions are effective in improving learning focus, classroom engagement, and task completion independence among children with ADHD. Identified research gaps highlight the need for long-term studies and stronger collaborative involvement between schools and families to ensure the sustainable implementation of self-management strategies

    APAKAH BENAR SERING BERMAIN TIKTOK MENURUNKAN ATTENTION SPAN MAHASISWA?

    Perkembangan era digital mendorong peningkatan signifikan dalam penggunaan media sosial, termasuk TikTok yang kini menjadi salah satu platform paling populer di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan attention span antara mahasiswa dengan durasi penggunaan TikTok ekstrem atas dan ekstrem bawah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain komparatif between-subject. Partisipan berjumlah 24 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik extreme group, terdiri atas 12 mahasiswa dengan durasi penggunaan TikTok ekstrem atas (Kelompok A) dan 12 mahasiswa dengan durasi ekstrem bawah (Kelompok B). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner demografis dan tangkapan layar durasi penggunaan TikTok, sedangkan attention span diukur menggunakan Stroop Task. Analisis data menggunakan independent samples t-test menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (t = -1.813, p = .084, effect size = -.740). Meskipun demikian, kelompok dengan durasi penggunaan ekstrem atas (M = -54.08, SD = 374.0) menunjukkan kecenderungan memiliki perhatian yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok ekstrem bawah (M = 165.00, SD = 188.1). Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kecenderungan potensial, alih-alih efek yang terkonfirmasi secara statistik, dari paparan video pendek terhadap attention span mahasiswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan desain pembelajaran yang mendorong pemrosesan kognitif aktif serta integrasi strategi regulasi digital di lingkungan akademik guna memitigasi dampak atensi yang terfragmentasi

    DEVELOPMENT OF "PETUALANGAN MATEMATIKA" LEARNING MEDIA USING SCRATCH ON PROBABILITY MATERIAL

    Mathematics, especially the topic of probability, is often considered abstract, complicated, and boring by students, which leads to low interest in learning. This condition is exacerbated by the use of monotonous conventional teaching methods. This study aims to: (1) provide an overview of the feasibility of developing an educational game titled “Petualangan Matematika†based on smartphones using the Scratch platform for the topic of Probability, (2) explain the validity of the educational game as assessed by expert validators, and (3) describe the practicality of the smartphone-based educational game in supporting the learning process of mathematics, specifically on the topic of Probability. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method by adopting the ADDIE development model, which consists of five systematic stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The visual design of the game was created using Canva, while the development of the educational game itself was carried out using the Scratch platform. The final product is an educational game that can be accessed and played on smartphone devices. The research subjects consisted of 27 students, divided into two groups: a small group of 5 students who participated in the readability test, and a larger group of 22 students who took part in the practicality test. The instruments used to assess both validity and practicality were questionnaires utilizing a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques involved evaluating the results of the readability and practicality tests. The results of the study concluded that: (1) the product, a smartphone-based educational game titled “Petualangan Matematika†for the topic of Probability, is categorized as highly feasible for use in learning activities; (2) the validity level of the game is very high, as evidenced by expert assessments: media expert validation yielded a score of 81.25%, while two subject matter experts provided scores of 93.75% and 100%, respectively; and (3) the game demonstrated a very high level of practicality, indicated by a 92% score in the readability test conducted with the small group and a 97.125% score in the practicality test with the larger group
