Measurement of the Absolute Branching Fraction of the Inclusive Semileptonic Lambda(+)(c) Decay
No full textKolcu, Onur Buğra (Arel Author)Using a data sample of e(+)e(-) collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 567 pb(-1) collected at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 4.6 GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the absolute branching fraction of the inclusive semileptonic Lambda(+)(c) decay with a double-tag method. We obtain B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Xe+nu(e)) = (3.95 +/- 0.34 +/- 0.09)%, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. Using the known Lambda(+)(c) lifetime and the charge-averaged semileptonic decay width of nonstrange charmed mesons (D-0 and D+), we obtain the ratio of the inclusive semileptonic decay widths Gamma(Lambda(+)(c) -> Xe+nu(e))/(Gamma) over bar (D -> Xe+nu(e)) = 1.26 +/- 0.12

No full textBu çalışma, marka topluluklarındaki bireylerin özbenzeşim ve aidiyet konusunda olası tutumlarını anlamak ve topluluk üyelerinin nostalji eğilimlerini, nostaljik tüketimlerini ‘imaj tüketimi’ kavramı üzerinden açıklamak amacıyla yazılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel sorusu, Türkiye’deki marka topluluklarında nostaljik tüketimin, nostaljik imaj üzerinden yapılıp yapılmadığı ve bunun bir kendini ifade etme biçimi olup olmadığıdır. Bu araştırma iki aşamalı olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci aşamasında Türkiye’deki Volkswagen Beetle toplulukları üyelerinden sekiz kişiyle nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden odak grup görüşmesi yapılmış ve açıklayıcı repertuarlar üzerinden yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın ikinci aşamasında ise odak grup görüşmesinden alınan cevapları sorgulamak amacıyla yine aynı topluluğun üyelerinden dört yüz on kişiyle nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden çevrimiçi anket çalışması yapılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda Türkiye’deki Volkswagen Beetle topluluklarında nostalji eğiliminin ve nostaljik tüketimin yüksek olduğu bulgulanmıştır. Topluluk üyelerinin, kolektif özbenlik üzerinden geliştirdikleri topluluk aidiyetinin ve özbenzeşimlerinin yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Teorik arkaplan ve yapılan iki aşamalı araştırma sonucunda topluluk üyelerinin, nostaljik tüketimi kişisel nostaljilerinden ziyade meta tüketimi üzerinden kendilerini ifade etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda kendilerini imaj tüketimiyle bir marka üzerinden ifade ettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

Over time, many alternatives to Bitcoin have been developed. The blockchain system, which is a very important technology for crypto money transfer, provides many different possibilities besides providing transaction from one point to another without any intermediary. Block chaining is a distributed, shared form of recording that facilitates the recording of assets and transactions in a network. In this study, after explaining the basic concepts behind distributed architecture and blockchain technology behind crypto money, artificial intelligence algorithms were exploited, and based on last three years values of bitcoin forecasting was performed for Bitcoin which has a huge market share in since nine years. © 2018 IEEE
Measurement of the Branching Fraction For the Semileptonic Decay D0(+) -> pi(-(0))mu(+)nu(mu )and Test of Lepton Flavor Universality
No full textKolcu, Onur Buğra (Arel Author)Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb(-1) taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider, we perform an analysis of the semileptonic decays D0(+) -> pi(-(0))mu(+)nu(mu ). The branching fractions of D-0 -> pi(-)mu(+)nu(mu), and D+ -> pi(0)mu(+)nu(mu ) are measured to be (0.272 +/- 0.008(start) +/- 0.006(syst))% and (0.350 +/- 0.011(star) +/- 0.010(syst))%, respectively, where the former is of much improved precision compared to previous results and the latter is determined for the first time. Using these results along with previous BESIII measurements of D0(+) -> pi(-(0))e(+)nu(e), we calculate the branching fraction ratios to be R-0 BD0 -> pi(-)mu(+)nu mu BD0 -> pi(-)e(+)nu e=0.922 +/- 0.030(start) +/- 0.022(syst) and R+ BD+ -> pi(0)mu(+)nu mu/BD+ -> pi(0)e(+)nu e= 0.964 +/- 0.037(start) +/- 0.026(syst), which arc compatible with the theoretical expectation of lepton flavor universality within 1.7 sigma and 0.5 sigma, respectively. We also examine the branching fraction ratios in different four-momentum transfer square regions, and find no significant deviations from the standard model predictions
Automatic Analysis of CMAP Scan Data on Healthy Controls and Motor Neuron Patients

CMAP Scan curve was plotted by using 500 stimuli between minimum and maximum stimulus intensity. Automatic analysis software was developed with MATLAB for calculating CMAP Scan parameters. Statistical results revealed that step%, D50 and returner% values can differentiate healthy individuals from the patients. The developed software helps clinicians for following up the progression rate of the diseases which cause anterior horn cell degeneration

Biomaterials are divided into various classes. One of them is bioceramics. Ceramics such as hydroxyapatite (HA), tricalcium phosphate (TCP), which form the inorganic part of the composite, are widely used in biomedical implant applications and bone regeneration due to their bioactive and biodegradable properties. In this study, bioceramic (HA, Florapatite (FA), TCP) synthesis was performed from human tooth minerals. Structural (X-ray Powder Diffraction (XRD), Fouirer Transform Infrared Spektrofotometre (FTIR)) and morphological-elemental (Field Emission Gun Scanning Electron Microscopy (FEGSEM)- Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS)) analyzes of the bioceramic structure have been performed to characterize the materials that can be used in major tissue engineering applications. © 2018 IEEE
Observation of psi(3686) -> eta ' e(+)e(-)
No full textKolcu, Onur Buğra (Arel Author)Using a data sample of 448.1 x 10(6) psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we report the first observation of the electromagnetic Dalitz decay psi(3686) -> eta'e(+)e(-), with significances of 7.0 sigma and 6.3 sigma when reconstructing the eta' meson via its decay modes eta' -> gamma pi(+)pi(-) and eta' -> pi(+)pi(-) eta (eta -> gamma gamma), respectively. The weighted average branching fraction is determined to be B(psi(3686) -> eta'e(+)e(-)) = (1.90 +/- 0.25 +/- 0.11) x 10(-6), where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic.
