No full textThe purpose of this paper is to find out the biographical background, life, and thoughts of Ibn Sina about education, then to find the relevance of Ibn Sina's educational thought to Islamic education in this modern era. The method used in the preparation of this paper is the literature method. Researchers collected data sources through text literature, both books, journals, and articles related to the discussion of some of these subchapters. The results showed Ibn Sina as a philosopher, medical expert as well as education. Ibn Sina has ideas and thoughts related to educating children, which among others explain to us that he is very concerned about children's moral education. Ibn Sina's thoughts on education are structured from the objectives, curriculum, learning methods and teachers or educators are factors of the determinant elements in education. Therefore, the thought of Ibn Sina can be used as an important reference in advancing the world of education
Challenges And Adaptation Strategies Of Indonesian Students In International Higher Education
No full textIn an increasingly interconnected world, international higher education has become a popular choice for many students globally, including those from Indonesia. Over the past decade, the number of Indonesian students opting to study abroad has consistently risen, with notable destinations including Australia, Malaysia, the United States, Japan, and England. This study explores the specific challenges faced by Indonesian students in international higher education environments and identifies the effective adaptation strategies they employ to overcome these challenges. Using a qualitative research approach, interviews were conducted with ten Indonesian students at Quest International University Perak, Malaysia. The findings reveal that language barriers, cultural differences, academic pressure, psychological stress, and financial constraints are the primary challenges faced by these students. To address these challenges, students employ various adaptation strategies, including language improvement, cultural engagement, academic support, psychological support, and financial management. These insights provide valuable information for educational institutions, policymakers, and students, highlighting the need for robust support systems to enhance the international education experience. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the unique experiences of Indonesian students abroad and offers recommendations for improving support mechanisms in international higher education contexts
The Relationship Between Emotion Regulation And Teacher Work Motivation At Vocational High School
No full textThis research aims to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and teacher work motivation. This research was conducted at Putra Anda Binjai Vocational School. This research method uses non-test techniques, namely in the form of questionnaires. The sample for this research consisted of 80 teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. The research results show that the r count is 0.803, with a p value = 0.000. Because p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional regulation and teacher work motivation. The resulting determinant coefficient is r2 = 0.845, so it can be seen that emotional regulation has an influence of 84.5% on teacher work motivation and another 35.5% is influenced by other factors
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post factor ; penelitian bebas telah menjadi ketika penelitian memulai dengan pengamatan variable terikat dalam penelitian dan merupakan penelitian koresional karena tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model inkuiri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian bahwa t tabel sebesar 1.69726. Karena t hitung (6,050) lebih besar dari t tabel (1.69726) maka Ho ditolak, artinya bahwa ada pengaruh Model Inkuiri terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Pengaruh model inkuiri diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi siswa disekolah. Dengan model inkuiri, diharapkan siswa mampu menumbuhkan sikap sosial dan percaya diri dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar, termotivasi untuk giat belajar disekolah khususnya di SMP Ma’arif Kecamatan Pangenan Kabupaten Cirebon, terutama dalam memberi dorongan kepada siswa untuk senantiasa meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi secara lebih memadai

Education plays a strategic role in shaping a dignified generation, creating a high-quality nation, and enhancing the intelligence of the nation's life. Character education is one of the goals of education regulated by the Education Law. The importance of character education in shaping a strong golden generation is expected to bring significant progress to the nation and the country. Study Analysis of Acoustic Quality Assessment of Salman-ITB Mosque Using Ecotect Simulation
No full textThe mosque is a place of worship for Muslims that has a significant impact on society. In performing worship, there needs to be tranquility and clarity of speech so that the conveyed message can be clearly and effectively transmitted. In this study, the space used for simulation is the prayer room of Salman Mosque. The aim of the research is to determine the condition, causes, and improve the acoustic quality of the prayer room of Salman Mosque. This research utilizes Ecotect software, focusing on measurements of Rays and Particles, reverberation time, and acoustic response. The data collection method used in the research is simulation method. The simulation results show that measurements using Rays and Particles display sound lines falling on the back wall surface, with sound travel times ranging from 35 milliseconds to 48 milliseconds. These values are close to the desired sound travel time limit. Measurements using reverberation time indicate that in empty building conditions (0% occupancy), the Reverberation time is relatively high at 1.65 seconds. With the mosque filled to 50% occupancy, the Reverberation time decreases to 1.27 seconds, and when fully occupied, it decreases further to 1.03 seconds. Measurements using acoustic response show a reverberation time measurement in the prayer space of Salman Mosque using Ecotect Analysis v5.50 to be 4.05 seconds. This result is below the SNI 1726-2012 standard, which states that the reverberation time in a prayer space should range between 6-10 seconds. Thus, the calculation results for Salman Mosque are below the SNI 1726-2012 standard and are considered good

Analisis ini juga memberikan pertimbangan yang lebih detail bagi perusahaan, termasuk tingkat profitabilitas dan risiko yang terkait
Metode Analisa Laporan Keuangan Syariah, Analisis rasio, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas. Rasio-rasio tersebut memberikan gambaran tentang tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan dan membantu dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan.
Analisis laporan keuangan bertujuan untuk melakukan beberapa hal, termasuk penyaringan informasi, pemahaman, peramalan, diagnosis, dan evaluasi keuangan perusahaan. Penyaringan informasi mengacu pada analisis yang dilakukan untuk mengungkap kondisi perusahaan secara tidak langsung melalui laporan keuangan. Pemahaman berarti memahami profil perusahaan beserta keadaan keuangannya dan hasil usahanya. Dalam hal ini, analisis laporan keuangan bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang perusahaan. Peramalan berarti analisis yang ditujukan untuk memperkirakan kondisi keuangan perusahaan di masa depan.
Secara keseluruhan, analisis laporan keuangan pada perbankan syariah berperan penting dalam pemantauan kinerja keuangan, kepatuhan syariah, pengelolaan risiko, pengambilan keputusan strategis, dan komunikasi dengan stakeholder, yang semuanya mendukung keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan perbankan syariah.

No full textPenilaian tingkat keuangan suatu perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui keadaan keuangan perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai analisa, salah satunya adalah analisis rasio. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT Gudang Garam, Tbk ditinjau dari analisis rasio keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan pengukuran rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Berdasarkan rasio likuiditas setiap tahun mengalami penurunan sehingga keadaan perusahaan dikategorikan dalam keadaan tidak baik (tidak liquid). Dari rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan bahwa modal perusahaan dapat menutupi utang dengan aset secara baik. Ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan adanya penurunan laba setiap tahunnya sehingga dapat dikatakan keadaan perusahaan diposisi yang tidak baik
Pengaruh Pembiayaan Ar-Rahn dan Harga Emas Terhadap Profitabilitas Pegadaian Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022
No full textDifferences in the results of research conducted by previous researchers regarding the effect of ar-rahn financing and gold prices on profitability, the purpose of this study is to re-examine how the effect of ar-rahn financing and gold prices on the profitability of sharia pawnshops in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative with time series data, namely in 2018-2022. The data used is in the form of monthly data so that the amount of data obtained is 60 data. This research data testing tool uses SPSS26. The results of this study indicate that partially ar-rahn financing and gold prices have no significant effect on the profitability of pawnshops in Indonesia. The financing variable has a negative direction, while the gold price has a positive direction. This is also the same as the simultaneous test showing that ar-rahn financing and gold prices have no significant effect on the profitability of sharia pawnshops in Indonesia in 2018-2022.Keywords: Ar-Rahn Financing, Gold Price, ROA
Abstrak
Perbedaan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya tentang pengaruh pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas terhadap profitabilitas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji kembali bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian syariah di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data time series yaitu pada tahun 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan berupa data bulanan sehingga jumlah data yang didapatkan sebanyak 60 data. Alat bantu pengujian data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian di Indonesia. Pada Variabel pembiayaan dengan arah negatif, sedangkan pada harga emas dengan arah positif Hal ini juga sama pada uji secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian syariah di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. No full textPondok pesantren have an important position and role in contributing to the protection and management of the environment and internal and external communities, Pondok pesantren as Islamic educational institutions hold control in creating community order and relationships about understanding, living and practicing Islamic guidance with an emphasis on the importance of morals based on Islamic rules in guiding activities. Student entrepreneurship through community work training centres is a person's willingness and ability to face various risks by taking the initiative to create and do new things for students to contribute benefits through the use of community work training centres. The important points are 1).the role of pondok pesantren in student entrepreneurship; 2).building student entrepreneurship through community work training centres. The research methodology used uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis, Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon supports the entrepreneurship of students and the cottage community by creating the Al Burhany Community Work Training Centre supported by instructors who have certified competencies, with the community work training centre there is a synergy between the students and the cottage environment community who are craftsmen as well as entrepreneurs in the field of fashion. With the existence of this community work training centre, it can further develop the motivation and desire to have expertise which is expected to be a provision to be able to contribute to the benefits of both the santri themselves and the santri environmental community. So that the Al Burhany Community Work Training Centre of Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon is able to provide added value for stakeholders to be able to play an active role in developing, empowering and improving the economy.

AbstrakPondok pesantren mempunyai posisi dan peran penting berkontribusi dalam perlindingan dan pengelolaan lingkungan serta komunitas internal maupun eksternal, pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memegang kendali dalam menciptakan tatanan dan hubungan masyarakat tentang memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan tuntunan Islam dengan penekanan pentingnya moral berbasiskan kaidah Islam dalam tuntunan beraktivitas. Kewirausahan santri melalui balai latiahan kerja komunitas merupakan kemauan dan kemampuan seseorang dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko dengan mengambil inisiatif guna menciptakan dan melakukan hal-hal baru bagi santri untuk berkontribusi manfaat melalui pemanfaat balai latihan kerja komunitas. Point penting yaitu 1).peran pondok pesantren dalam kewirausahan santri; 2).membangun kewirausahan santri melalui balai latihan kerja komunitas. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kualitatif deskriftif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon- Cirebon mendukung kewirausahaan santri dan komunitas pondok dengan menciptakan Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al Burhany dengan didukung para instruktur yang mempunyai kompetensi yang bersertifikasi, dengan adanya balai latihan kerja komunitas terdapat sinergis antara para santri dan komunitas lingkungan pondok yang merupakan pengrajin sekaligus pengusaha dibidang tata busana. Dengan adanya balai latihan kerja komunitas ini dapat menumbuhkembangkan lagi motivasi dan keinginan untuk mempunyai keahlian yang diharapkan menjadi bekal guna mampu berkontribusi manfaat baik santri sendiri maupun dari komunitas lingkungan santri. Sehingga adanya Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al Burhany Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi stakeholder untuk dapat berperan aktif dalam pengembangan, pemberdayaan dan peningkatan ekonomi.
