Segmentasi pasar yang dilakukan oleh PT Fath TechnologiSolutions cukup konsisten yaitu merujuk pada perkembangan teknologi seperti perangkat lunak danjaringan komputer. Dengan memfokuskan pada produk teknologi merupakan keputusan yang palingtepat, mengingat di kota Cirebon sendiri belum terdapat perusahaan serupa yang bergerak padadevelopment dan IT maintenance software dan hardware. Targeting pasar yang dilakukan PT FathTechnologi Solutions yaitu pada perusahaan/instansi dan sekolah yang memerlukan jasa IT maintenancemaupun development software. Dalam strategi positioning adalah dengan memberikan harga yangmurah, hal tersebut dilakukan selain untuk menarik minat pelanggannya dalam menerapkan teknologiinformasi pada perusahaan mereka, penawaran dengan harga yang murah juga dikarenakan tujuanperusahaan ini juga ingin membantu pengusaha-pengusaha kecil agar dapat mengikuti perkembanganteknologi namun dengan harga yang tidak memeras isi dompet. Penerapan strategi pemasaran yangdilakukan PT Fath Technologi Solution tentu sesuai dengan bisnis Islam. Dari hasil penelitian ini,bahwadalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran dalam persepktif bisnis Islam ini tidaklah mudah,karena ituterdapat beberapa kendala. Focusing on technology products is the most appropriate decision, considering thatin the city of Cirebon itself there are no similar companies engaged in development and IT maintenanceof software and hardware. The market targeting carried out by PT Fath Technology Solutions iscompanies/agencies and schools that require IT maintenance and software development services. Thepositioning strategy is to provide low prices, this is done in addition to attracting customers' interest inapplying information technology to their companies, offering low prices is also because the company'sgoal is also to help small entrepreneurs to be able to keep up with technological developments but byprices that don't hit your wallet. The implementation of marketing strategies carried out by PT FathTechnology Solution is certainly in accordance with Islamic business. Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum Syariah Tahun 2020-2022 Berdasarkan Metode RGEC

This study was conducted to assess the health level of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the method regulated by Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.13/1/PBI/2011 concerning the assessment of the health level of banks using the RGEC approach. The factors used for the assessment involve risk profile, good corporate governance (GCG), profitability (Earnings), and capital (Capital). The research population includes all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2020-2022, with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. This study analyzes through a quantitative descriptive approach, calculating financial ratios based on the RGEC method. The results showed that Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2020-2022 was in a fairly healthy condition. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in 2020 and 2021 is in a less healthy condition, while in 2022 it is getting better, namely in a healthy condition. Bank Aladin Syariah in 2020 is categorized as very healthy, in 2021 it is categorized as quite healthy and in 2022 it is categorized as less healthy.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia No.13/1/PBI/2011 tentang penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank menggunakan pendekatan RGEC. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan untuk penilaian melibatkan profil risiko (Risk Profile), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), rentabilitas (Earnings), dan permodalan (Capital). Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2020-2022, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis studi ini melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, menghitung rasio keuangan berdasarkan metode RGEC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bank Muamalat Indonesia pada tahun 2020-2022 berada dalam kategori cukup sehat. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah tahun 2020 dan 2021 dalam kategori kurang sehat, sedangkan tahun 2022 semakin membaik yaitu dalam kondisi sehat. Bank Aladin Syariah tahun 2020 dikategori sangat sehat, tahun 2021 dikategorikan cukup sehat dan tahun 2022 dikategorikan kurang sehat
Pemikiran Ekonomi Islam Al-Maqrizi dan Aplikasinya di Era Modern
No full textOne of the Muslim scholars who contributed his thoughts on economics was Al-Maqrizi. Al-Maqrizi is an Islamic economic thinker who conducted special studies on two interesting aspects, namely money and inflation. Both aspects are problems that occur in everyday life. The research focus in this study is how Al-Maqrizi's Islamic economic thought on the concept of money and inflation theory and how it is applied in the modern economy. This research is a library research method with qualitative research type. While the data analysis used in this research is content analysis and the data source uses secondary data sources, which come from books, journals and also relevant articles. The result of this study is that according to Al-Maqrizi, the government's attention to the printing and circulation of currency is needed to avoid imbalances that will lead to inflation. The application of Al-Maqrizi's thoughts on money and inflation in the context of modern economics today is one of them in terms of monetary policy that can prevent inflation. This is reinforced by the good cooperation between Bank Indonesia, which runs monetary policy, and the government.

Salah satu cendekiawan muslim yang menyumbangkan pemikirannya tentang ekonomi adalah Al-Maqrizi. Al-Maqrizi merupakan pemikir ekonomi Islam yang melakukan studi khusus mengenai dua aspek menarik, yaitu uang dan inflasi. Kedua aspek tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemikiran ekonomi Islam Al-Maqrizi mengenai konsep uang dan teori inflasi serta bagaimana pengaplikasiannya dalam perekonomian modern. Penelitian ini metode penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi (content analysis) dan sumber datanya menggunakan sumber data sekunder, yaitu yang berasal dari buku-buku, jurnal dan juga artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa menurut Al-Maqrizi perhatian pemerintah terhadap pencetakan serta peredaran mata uang sangat diperlukan agar tidak terjadi ketidakseimbangan yang akan mengakibatkan inflasi. Adapun aplikasi pemikiran Al-Maqrizi tentang uang dan inflasi dalam konteks ekonomi modern saat ini, yaitu salah satunya dalam hal kebijakan moneter yang dapat mencegah terjadinya inflasi. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan adanya kerja sama yang baik antara bank Indonesia yang menjalankan kebijakan moneter dengan pemerintah.

Peran Ekonomi Islam Dalam Mengembangkan Ekonomi Nasional di Indonesia
No full textThis research aims to examine further the role of Islamic economics in explaining the national economics. This research is qualitative research and uses library research. Data sources in research consist of primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method. The data obtained in this research was further analyzed using the content analysis method. The research results show that sharia economics has an important role in national economic development. In developing the sharia economy in Indonesia, there are several obstacles faced, including: Limited Human Resources (SDI), Supervision of sharia economy, Lack of infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure both in terms of software and physical as well as Lack of socialization, promotion, information, education and coordination with all stakeholders, including the community, relevant government officials, ulama/ustad, and practitioners. The challenges faced by Indonesia in developing a sharia economy can still be overcome for strong reasons to improve people's welfare and Indonesia has a majority Muslim population.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih jauh peran ekonomi Islam dalam menjelaskan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi syariah mempunyai peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain: Keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDI), Pengawasan terhadap ekonomi syariah, Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana baik dari segi software maupun fisik serta Kurangnya sosialisasi, promosi , informasi, edukasi dan koordinasi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat, pejabat pemerintah terkait, ulama/ustad, dan praktisi. Tantangan yang dihadapi Indonesia dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah masih dapat diatasi karena alasan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan Indonesia memiliki mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam.

Evaluasi Program Tahsin Al-Qur’an Metode Tashili di SMP Islam Qurani Al-Bahjah Cirebon
No full textThis research discusses the evaluation of the Quranic memorization program using the tashili method at SMP Islam Qurani (SMPIQu) Al-Bahjah Cirebon. The study is motivated by the importance of reading the Quran correctly, leading many Islamic schools to implement Quranic memorization programs. In Quranic memorization learning, a method is needed to assist students in easily reading the Quran. This memorization program aims to guide students in reading the Quran correctly and proficiently. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Quranic memorization program using the tashili method at SMPIQu Al-Bahjah Cirebon. The research is designed to delve into and develop understanding related to the effectiveness of the Quranic memorization program using the tashili method as the primary approach. The main focus of this research is to assess the extent to which this program can improve students' ability to read the Quran correctly and proficiently. This qualitative research employs descriptive qualitative research methods with a field research approach and the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation of program implementation. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of this research indicate that the Quranic memorization program is quite effective, with overall learning outcomes achieving the desired targets. Input evaluation suggests improvements in the selection of new students based on their knowledge of Quranic reading, aiming to expedite the acceptance process if conducted before admission. Process evaluation shows that the teaching schedule is well-organized as it is integrated into the teaching and learning activities. Outcome evaluation concludes that overall implementation of the Quranic memorization program at SMPIQu Al-Bahjah Cirebon has experienced a significant improvement. This research provides a valuable contribution to the understanding and evaluation of the effectiveness of Quranic memorization programs in the Islamic education environment.Keyword : Program Evaluation; Tahsin Al-Quran; Tashili Metho
Implementation the School Literacy Movement (GLS) within an Independent Curriculum for Lower Primary School Grades
No full textPurpose: This research aims to explain the status of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) within the framework of the independent curriculum in the lower classes of SDN Curahgrinting 3 Probolinggo. Methods: This research uses qualitative research methods. This study focuses on the perceptions of school principals, teachers, and students regarding the implementation of GLS, as well as teachers' strategies for overcoming related challenges. The five subjects examined included the school principal, class I and II teachers, and class I and II students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, presentation and verification. Results: The findings show that the implementation of GLS at SDN Curahgrinting 3 Probolinggo, especially in classes I and II, is in the habituation and development stage. Evaluation strategies primarily include formative evaluation and open communication with students and parents. Conclusion: The habituation stage is carried out with activities that last 30 minutes to one hour, establishing a reading corner, and providing additional classes. Furthermore, during the development stage, communal reading activities in the classroom and library. This research highlights the evolving nature of GLS integration in the independent curriculum. These insights contribute to understanding the direction and implications of implementing GLS in primary education, as well as guiding future initiatives in the promotion of literacy within an educational framework

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisa bagaimana efektifitas terhadap penerapan komunikator terkait curanmor di wilayah Cirebon Kota khususnya dengan melihat pada kajian hukum pidana Islam dan kriminologi pada kejahatan pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian ini kemudian menganalisis dokumen hukum dan studi kasus akan dilibatkan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konteks kasus pelanggaran kasus pencurian dan respon hukum pidana Islam. Hasil penelitian bahwa angka jumlah kejahatan curanmor didaerah kota Cirebon masih tinggi khusus daerah yang ditangani seperti kebon baru, perkiringan dan kasus terbanyak didaerah kesinden sebanyak 11 kasus curanmor serta kasus di smkn 1 kedawung tentang siswa yang ditangkap karena ketahuan melakukan curanmor. Pihak kepolisian telah melakukan upaya menekan Curanmor ini dengan melakukan ronda malam terkhusus didaerah yang rawan itu masyarakat dihimbau lebih hati hati menaruh sepeda motor agar kejahatan ini bisa berkurang ditahun 2023.

Digital media technology was created to assist and facilitate aspects of human life, both when humans work, move and communicate. The positive thing that can be learned is increased productivity, regardless of other impacts. Digital media technology devices formed by humans will eventually affect human life itself. For example, smartphones, which until now have not stopped evolving into something that is not just a telecommunication tool, but also has multitasking functions and almost all smartphones have internet services that allow us to find the information we need.

The Influence Of The Discovery Learning Model On Students' Critical Thinking Ability With Learning Motivation As A Moderator
No full textIn reality, what happens in the field is the opposite of the expected situation, namely that the ability of junior high school students in Indonesia is low in terms of critical thinking, students have not been able to conclude information from a problem so that they get decisions that are not as appropriate as expected. This is proven in their research stating that students' overall critical thinking abilities are in the low category, because only 1 person can solve the questions when solving instrument questions. They tend to use less reliable evidence and less reasonable arguments. This is because the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers does not provide opportunities for students to actively participate and practice the material they have learned. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment method. A quantitative approach is a series of methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationships between. The relationship between variables in this research is the discovery learning model as the independent variable and critical thinking ability as the dependent variable and learning motivation as the moderator variable. The research method used in this research is quasi experiment. The result is 1. There is an influence of the discovery learning model on critical thinking. Where students in classes that use the discovery learning model have higher critical thinking abilities compared to students in classes that use the lecture method. b2. There is an influence of learning motivation on critical thinking. In classes that use the discovery learning model, critical thinking skills are dominated by students who have strong learning motivation. Meanwhile, in classes that use the lecture method, increasing critical thinking skills is dominated by students who have a strong level of motivation. Overall, increasing critical thinking skills is very effective when used with the discovery learning model with strong motivation. 3. Thus, learning motivation moderates the influence of the discovery learning model on students' critical thinking abilities. This means that the level of student learning motivation has an influence on the level of positive influence of the discovery learning model on students' critical thinking abilitie
Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kontingensi dalam Pendidikan Islam di SD Taman Kalijaga Permai Cirebon
No full textThis article seeks to analyze and describe the application of contingency leadership style in the educational institution of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City. This study uses qualitative research through case studies by conducting in-depth interviews on the leadership of the Principal of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City, by making the basic concepts of contingency leadership style, namely tasks, relationships, organizational structure. The results of this study were able to provide an increase in positive relationships between leaders and those led, able to increase motivation within employees in the work environment, and able to manage orders with other employees effectively and efficiently. There is comfort, increased work motivation due to self-awareness that grows from interactions made by leaders to colleagues, subordinates in their organization. Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable nature provides changes in environmental dynamics. The conclusion of this research is that leadership by applying the principles of contingency leadership is able to face various situations and challenges in an organization. The leadership performed recognizes the importance of adaptability, situation recognition, staff involvement, and continuous leadership development. The implication is that leaders who support these principles will be more successful in leading their institutions or organizations effectively. However, in its application, it is not absolute that this contingency leadership style can be applied in all situations and circumstances, because abnormal circumstances will require the leader to adjust his attitude in making the right decision. In that situation the leader will use an authoritative or transactional style to solve the problem to match expectations. Styles other than contingency are not dominant only at certain times. This indicates that the dominant contingency leadership style compared to other leadership styles shows the successful management of the institution or organization.
