Efektivitas Pembelajaran Fikih Menggunakan Media YouTube di Kelas XI SMA Ardaniah Serang Banten
YouTube functions as software designed for tools, manipulation, and the communication of information. The aim of this investigation was to assess the impact of implementing YouTube as an effective platform for Islamic Religious Education. This research employs a qualitative design with SMA Ardaniah Serang Banten as the location setting. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical approach utilizes data reduction through the comparison of interview outcomes with other data. The findings of this study encompass: (1) Streamlining the learning process of Islamic Religious Education to facilitate information retrieval, manipulation, management, and knowledge transfer; (2) Cultivating skills in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance the smoothness of the learning process; (3) Enhancing teacher professionalism in utilizing YouTube as a medium, particularly in PAI lessons; and (4) Transforming schools into dynamic and creative learning institutions, fostering student motivation and a perpetual curiosity about PAI learning. Effective learning necessitates meticulous planning, including the selection of appropriate media for the learning process. The YouTube application, as a learning support tool, proves highly effective in PAI education in the technology era, both generally and specifically within SMA Ardaniah Serang Banten.Keyword : Learning Media; YouTube Media; Fiqh Learnin
Gambaran Analisis Inventori Tugas Perkembangan Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari tugas perkembangan siswa SMA N 13 Medan khususnya pada siswa kelas X E-10 secara detail terhadap pencapaian perkembangan yang ditempuh siswa pada tugas perkembangan masing-masing siswa pada kelas X E-10. Strategi kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan. Populasi penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas X E-10 di SMA N 13 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sampling jenuh, artinya sampel penelitian terdiri dari setiap anggota populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Inventori Tugas perkembangan (ITP) yang dinggunakan berupa perangkat lunak ATP version 3.5.6. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat perkembangan kelas X E-10 SMA N 13 Medan berpengaru pada tingkat individualistik dengan rata-rata levels perkembangan 4,67; simpangan baku 0,11; dan koefisien variansi 4,15%. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya bantuan khusus kepada anak agar siswa dapat memenuhi tugas-tugas perkembangannya, idealnya dengan berkembangnya kematangan emosi dan perilaku ekonomi otonom pada tingkat konformis (Kof)
Implementasi Prinsip Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Heart to Heart di SMA
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the heart-to-heart-based PAI learning model in the perspective of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. The learning model plays a role in the effectiveness of the learning process, especially in order to achieve the learning objectives of character education because assessment in the classroom is not only based on cognitive aspects. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cirebon using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, document review, interviews, and questionnaires prepared based on needs analysis involving as many as 158 students at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cirebon as respondents. The results showed that the application of the heart-to-heart-based PAI learning model was in line with the learning principles in the Merdeka curriculum. Heart to heart-based PAI learning applies the following principles: a) designed by considering the current stage of development and level of achievement of students, in accordance with learning needs, and reflecting the diverse characteristics and development of students so that learning becomes meaningful and enjoyable; b) learning is designed and implemented to build capacity to be lifelong learners; c) the learning process supports the holistic development of students' competencies and characters; d) relevant learning, namely learning that is designed according to the context, environment, and culture of students, and involves parents and communities as partners; and e) continuous future-oriented learning.Keyword : Independent Curriculumt; Heart to Heart; Islamic Educatio
Peran Faktor Internal dan Eksternal dalam Mendorong Pembiayaan Bank Syariah untuk Pengembangan Bisnis UMKM di Wilayah Jawa Barat
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwa selain permodalan, umkm juga terkendala Sumber daya manusia yang merupakan asset yang paling penting yang peranannya sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung terciptanya UMKM dengan daya saing dan kualitas tinggi. Rendahnya kualitas SDM memengaruhi kemampuannya dalam menciptakan, memanfaatkan peluang usaha, menyerap, menggunakan teknologi produksi, perencanaan produksi, dan pengelolaan perusahaan. Hasil penelitan ini menyimpulkan bahwa karakter, kapasitas, modal, jaminan, dan kondisi berkontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Hal ini didasarkan kepada setiap debitur yang lolos verifikasi 5C memiliki kualitas yang diyakini dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Sebagaimana dalam Undang – Undang Perbankan Nomor 21 tahun 2008 yang terdapat dalam Pasal 8, yaitu dalam memberikan pembiayaan berdasarkan prinsip Syari’ah, bank umum wajib mempunyai keyakinan berdasarkan analisis yang mendalam atas niat, kemampuan, serta kesanggupan debitur untuk melunasi utangnya atau mengembalikan pembiayaan dimaksud sesuai dengan yang diperjanjikan.
This research is motivated that in addition to capital, MSMEs are also constrained by human resources which are the most important assets whose role is indispensable in supporting the creation of MSMEs with competitiveness and high quality. The low quality of human resources affects its ability to create, take advantage of business opportunities, absorb, use production technology, production planning, and company management. The results of this research concluded that character, capacity, capital, guarantees, and conditions contribute positively to the development of MSMEs. This is based on every debtor who passes the 5C verification has qualities that are believed to be able to develop their business. As stated in Banking Law Number 21 of 2008 contained in Article 8, namely in providing financing based on Sharia principles, commercial banks must have confidence based on an in-depth analysis of the debtor's intentions, abilities, and abilities to pay off their debts or return the financing by the agreement.
 
Educational Strategies to Promote Student Diversity at the Elementary School Level
Purpose: This research explains the challenges of inclusion in the context of Mexican education policy and how they are addressed in elementary school classrooms. Methods: This research involves an ethnographic analysis of the practices of five teachers in elementary schools in Mexico City, focusing on teachers' perspectives on student diversity, the challenges they face in their daily activities, and the strategies they employ to overcome them. Results: The results of the analysis show that the inclusion approach does not only emerge due to the presence of students with special conditions or certain characteristics, but is also influenced by the teachers' attitudes towards students' difficulties and the efforts they make to advance learning. Despite the observed inclusion of practices, research also identifies the persistent influence of medical and psychological perspectives on student learning, behavior, and difficulties. This research highlights the need to broaden the focus on the work of teaching and create conditions that support inclusive education in the classroom. Conclusion: An inclusive approach to education is not only concerned with students with special needs or certain characteristics; This is also influenced by the teacher's attitude towards student difficulties and the efforts made to improve learning. Teachers' attitudes and actions during teaching also play an important role in promoting inclusivity, although inclusive practices already exist, research shows the ongoing impact of medical and psychological perspectives on students' education, behavior and challenges. Understanding these perspectives is important for overcoming student learning difficulties and promoting more effective and sustainable approaches to inclusion in education. The implications of this research confirm that an inclusive approach to education requires attention to students' needs as well as teachers' attitudes and actions in helping them overcome learning difficulties, with a deep understanding of the long-term impact of medical and psychological perspectives to increase the effectiveness of inclusion in the education system

Teacher Performance Assessment To Improve Learning Quality
The purpose of this research is theoretically from the results of the research discussion is expected to make a scientific contribution to scientific development. Providing input to the school and other schools in teacher performance to improve learning quality, evaluation material for schools to provide better learning quality services, for researchers is expected to be a contribution and add to the library for further educational studies. This study uses a qualitative method that collects data using interviews, observations as well as checklists. The place of this research is SD Negeri Bojongkoneng Sindangbarang District to examine the performance of teachers in improving the quality of learning with 16 subjects. Transformational Leadership Towards Excellent Madrasah
Education reform regarding school leadership in Asia can be conceptualize into three paradigms of movement towards excellent schools with effective school and school improvement models which are (1) Internal Leadership; (2) Interface Leadership and (3) Future Leadership. This article uses qualitative method as its research method and aims to obtain an overviewvand analyse the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong. Bass (1985) offers four criteria for transformational leadership, namely Idealised Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Simulation, and Individualised Consideration. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach to collect the research data using interview, observation and analysis document. The data then was analysed through data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. The findings shows that the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong is able to apply four main criteria in transformational leadership: 1) idealised influence through the vision, mission and targets of the madrasah, 2) inspirational motivation reflected in behaviour that always provides challenges to generate optimism and enthusiasm. 3) Intellectual Simulation encourages to be creative, innovative in solving problems, and 4) Individualised Consideratio
Efektivitas Bermain Kartu Huruf dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Simbolik pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak sangat perlu ditingkatkan karena kemampuan berpikir ini menjadikan anak mudah dalam mengenal lambang-lambang huruf dengan baik, bukan hanya mampu menyebutkan bentuk huruf yang dilihat anak, namun anak juga mampu merepresentasikannya dengan baik. Banyaknya anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun yang belum mampu mengenal lambang huruf dengan baik, dikarenakan oleh kurangnya pemberian stimulasi yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti efektivitas bermain kartu huruf dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik pada anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun di TK Al Wahida Samarinda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bermain kartu huruf dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik pada anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun yang ada di TK Al Wahida sebanyak 25 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu huruf sangat efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun di TK Al Wahida Samarinda.Children’s symbolic thinking skills really need to be improved because this thinking ability makes it easy for children to recognize letter symbols well, not only being able to name the shapes of letters that children see, but children are also able to represent them well. The large number of children aged 5-6 years who have not been able to recognize letter symbols properly, is due to the lack of proper stimulation in the learning process for children aged 5-6 years, Therefore research are interested in examining the effectivemess of playing letter cards in improving symbolic thinking skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Al Wahida Samarinda. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of playing lette cards in increasing the ability to think symbolically in children aged 5-6 years. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with the research subjects being 25 students aged 5-6 years Al Wahida Kindergarten. Researches used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results showd that the use of letter cards was very effective in increasing the symbolic thinking skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK Al Wahida Samarinda
Menjaga Senyum dan Kebaikan: Strategi Efektif Pencegahan Bullying pada Anak Usia Dini
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami rencana strategis pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini. Enam subjek penelitian, yang merupakan informan utama, dipilih dari lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan Fokus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik yang muncul dari data wawancara dan FGD. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rencana strategis pencegahan bullying yang efektif harus melibatkan semua pihak terkait, termasuk guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Pendidikan menjadi aspek kunci dalam upaya pencegahan, dengan penekanan pada pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak bullying dan cara mengembangkan karakter positif pada anak. Promosi lingkungan positif juga dianggap penting dalam mencegah bullying. Lingkungan yang mendukung, ramah anak, dan mempromosikan norma-norma perilaku positif dapat menciptakan kondisi yang tidak mendukung tumbuhnya perilaku bullying. Selain itu, intervensi dini diakui sebagai langkah proaktif yang krusial untuk mengatasi masalah sejak dini sebelum memburuk. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa rencana strategis pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter dan kesejahteraan anak-anak. Melibatkan semua pihak terkait, fokus pada pendidikan, promosi lingkungan positif, dan intervensi dini dapat membentuk dasar yang kokoh untuk mencegah dan mengatasi bullying di kalangan anak usia dini. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program pencegahan bullying yang lebih efektif di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia diniThis research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore and understand strategic plans for preventing bullying in early childhood. Six research subjects, who were the main informants, were selected from the early childhood education environment. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Data analysis was carried out using a thematic analysis approach to identify thematic patterns that emerged from interview and FGD data. The results of the analysis show that an effective bullying prevention strategic plan must involve all related parties, including teachers, parents and the school. Education is a key aspect in prevention efforts, with an emphasis on in-depth understanding of the impact of bullying and how to develop positive character in children. Promotion of a positive environment is also considered important in preventing bullying. An environment that is supportive, child-friendly, and promotes positive behavioral norms can create conditions that do not support the growth of bullying behavior. Additionally, early intervention is recognized as a crucial proactive step to address problems early before they worsen. The conclusion of this research confirms that strategic plans to prevent bullying in early childhood have a positive impact in shaping children's character and well-being. Involving all relevant parties, focusing on education, promoting a positive environment, and early intervention can form a solid basis for preventing and overcoming bullying among young children. The practical implications of this research can provide guidance for the development of more effective bullying prevention policies and programs in early childhood education environments
