Analisis Bibliometrik Klasifikasi Biaya Dalam Konteks Produksi Serta Perannya Terhadap Optimalisasi Goals Perusahaan (Literature Riview)
This article analyzes the impact of production costs and their classification on company objectives through a literature study using descriptive qualitative methods. Through a search on Google Scholar with the keywords "Production Costs and Company Goals," 25 sample articles were found from the 50 articles analyzed. The research results showed that 8 articles discussed the company's net profit, 6 articles discussed profitability, 6 articles discussed sales turnover results, 2 articles discussed increasing production results, and 3 articles discussed profit margins. The analysis found that increasing raw material costs can harm business profits, effective management of direct labor costs supports company goals, and good management of factory overhead costs can increase profitability and production efficiency. Therefore, these three cost components have a crucial role in achieving company goals, and an imbalance in their management can become an obstacle in achieving company goals
Pengaruh Spiritual Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Sdm Dengan Workplace Spirituality Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership on performance with work place spirituality as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach method with the Smart-PLS test tool. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sun Life Financial Sharia Insurance AL FATEEH Semarang Branch has 204 employees, with a sample size of 102 employees. The research results show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant influence on HR performance. Work place spirituality has a positive and significant effect on HR performance and work place spirituality has a positive role and influence in mediating the influence of spiritual leadership on performance

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja dengan Work place spirituality sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat uji Smart-PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Syariah Sun Life Financial Cabang AL FATEEH Semarang berjumlah 204 karyawan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 karyawan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Spiritual leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Work place spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM . Work place spirituality memilki peran dan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi pengaruh Spiritual leadership terhadap Kinerja.

Improving the Quality of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Through Transformational Leadership
Purpose: This research aims to explore more deeply the application of transformational leadership in Islamic education and its role in improving educational standards and school performance, as well as realizing the importance of leadership in utilizing the potential of school resources. Methods: This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. This is because researchers carry out direct observations in the field to observe and provide an accurate picture of the reality that occurs in the field. Results: The research results show that madrasa heads bear the responsibility of supervising all aspects of educational activities, starting from managing teachers and students, developing curriculum and programs to building relationships with parents and the community. By using a three-stage strategy that includes input, process, and output, this research shows that there is a strict selection process for students and teachers who enter the input stage, while remaining focused on optimizing the learning process to produce quality educational results. These strategies are intricately designed to complement and strengthen each other, fostering an inclusive and conducive educational environment. Conclusion: These findings underscore the positive impact of transformational leadership on the overall educational landscape at MI Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany, South Tangerang City, where madrasa heads, through inclusive and astute leadership, prioritize improving the quality of education. Therefore, this research explains the important role of transformational leadership in raising educational standards and improving school performance, and offers valuable insights for improving the quality of education in similar settings
Aksesibilitas Yogyakarta International Airport Terhadap Pusat-Pusat Kegiatan di Yogyakarta
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aksesibilitas bandara YIA terhadap pusat-pusat kegiatan di Yogyakarta. Pusat-pusat kegiatan yang dimaksud adalah pusat kegiatan perekonomian yang tersebar di 4 kabupaten yaitu kabupaten Sleman, Bantul, Kulonprogo dan Gunung Kidul, serta 1 kawasan strategis perkotaan yaitu kota Yogyakarta yang merupakan kawasan strategis provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dari ke 4 kabupaten dan 1 KSP tersebut di kelompokan kembali oleh 3 pusat kegiatan yaitu pusat kegiatan industri, perdagangan dan pariwisata. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis NETS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilits yang terbaik adalah antara YIA dengan pusat kegiatan perdagangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih perlu nya di tingkatkan kembali beberapa factor pendukung kegiatan aksesibilitas menuju pusat kegiatan perindustrian dan pusat pariwisata supaya dapat menghasilkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi waktu bagi masyarakat maupun wisatawan yang hendak menuju pusat kegiatan. aksesibilitas yang paling rendah adalah menuju pusat kegiatan pariwisata , hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih kurang nya factor pendukung yang telah di gabungkan dengan link NETS pada pusat kegiatan pariwisata, sehingga perlu ditinjau kembali beberapa elemen yang masih belum terhubung sempurna, elemen yang paling siap atau sudah terbentuk link-nya di semua pusat kegiatan adalah elemen regulasi infrastrukur dan yang paling rendah konektivitas link-nya adalah link regulasi jaringan tambahan di 3 pusat kegiatan perekonomian yang ada dalam penelitian in
The Effect Of Implementing The Teaching Factory On Increasing Student Skill Competency With Learning Motivation As A Mediator Variable
Teaching Factory learning is a production/service based vocational school learning model that refers to standards and procedures that apply in industry and is carried out in an atmosphere similar to that which occurs in industry. Implementation of the Teaching Factory in Vocational Schools can bridge the competency gap between industry needs and the competencies produced by Vocational Schools. The implementation of the Teaching Factory must also involve the government, regional government and stakeholders in making regulations, planning, implementation and evaluation. In the educational process at vocational schools, DUDI's involvement in the learning process is very important, because technological developments and procedures/production processes/services are very rapid. The implementation of the Teaching Factory in Vocational Schools will encourage the development of mutually beneficial cooperation mechanisms between Vocational Schools and DUDI, so that Vocational Schools will always follow industrial/service developments automatically in technology transfer, managerial, curriculum development, industrial work and others. The research method is a quantitative approach in this research to measure behavior, opinions/attitudes which can answer questions related to how much, often, when, or who. The result is 1. The implementation of the Teaching Factory is included in the moderate or sufficient criteria; learning motivation is included in the medium criteria; and increasing student skill competency is included in the medium criteria. 2. Analisis Kelayakan Muatan PAI pada Film Animasi Nussa dan Rara serta Pemanfaatannya Sebagai Sumber Belajar di Sekolah Dasar
The rapid development of technology today makes educational institutions must improve to keep up with the times. Learning media must be made technology-based in accordance with current developments. Nussa and Rara Animation Film is an educational film based on Islamic religious education that is widely used in various Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of PAI content in the animated film Nussa. This thesis also discusses the utilization of PAI content in Nussa and Rara animation as a learning resource in Elementary Schools. This research was designed with a qualitative research model, the instruments used in this research used observation sheets and transcription techniques. The episodes to be analyzed are "Eat Don't Just Eat, Good Is Easy, the Pillars of Islam and Hijaiyah Letters". The findings in this study indicate that of the four Nussa and Rara animated films, the episode of good is easy to obtain the feasibility of a very feasible category and the episode of hijaiyah letters obtained a partially feasible category. The utilization of Nussa and Rara animation media is used as a supporting source but has an important role in teaching and learning activities at school. The conclusion in this study answers the formulation of the problem that has been made at the beginning, so the title in this study is "Analysis of the Feasibility of PAI Content in Nussa and Rara Animated Film and its Utilization as a Learning Resource in Elementary School."Keyword : PAI Content; Nussa and Rara Animation; Learning Resource
Analisis Sharenting dengan Konten Islami yang Dilakukan oleh Ayah Milenial
Sharenting merupakan fenomena kebiasaan orang tua membagikan foto atau video anaknya di media sosial dan berbagi seputar pengalaman pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ayah milenial dengan konten Islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menjunkan bahwa ayah milenial memiliki tujuan dalam melakukan sharenting sebagai dokumentasi, untuk membagikan kebahagiaan, dan untuk mendapatkan doa dari orang lain. Frekuensi sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ayah milenial adalah dengan waktu yang tidak tetap dan tidak dijadwalkan. Konten Islami yang dibagikan dalam sharenting oleh ayah milenial diantaranya adalah konten yang mengandung pesan nilai-nilai Islam, tulisan doa-doa, dan ayat al-quran. Respon audience pada sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ayah milenial berupa ujaran positif hingga memberikan doa untuk anak. Adapun pandangan ayah milenial terhadap orangtua lain yang melakukan sharenting adalah untuk dijadikan sumber belajar seputar pengasuhan, namun juga diperlukan adanya edukasi terkait penggunaan media sosial secara bijak dan edukasi untuk melakukan sharenting dengan baik agar menghindari dampak negatif yang dapat ditimbulkan dari perilaku sharentingSharenting is a phenomenon in the habit of parents sharing photos or videos of their children on social media and sharing about parenting experiences. This research analyzes sharenting carried out by millennial fathers with Islamic content. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that millennial fathers have a goal in sharennting as documentation, to share happiness, and to get prayers from other people. The frequency of sharenting carried out by millennial fathers is at irregular times and is not scheduled. Islamic content shared in sharenting by millennial fathers includes content containing messages of Islamic values, written prayers, and verses from the Koran. The audience's response to sharenting carried out by millennial fathers took the form of positive speech and even offering prayers for their children. The view of millennial fathers towards other parents who do sharenting is to use it as a source of learning about parenting, but there is also a need for education regarding the wise use of social media and education to do sharenting well in order to avoid the negative impacts that can arise from sharenting
Peran Zakat Produktif Dalam Pemberdayaan Umkm Di Era Kontemporer
Perbedaan kondisi hidup merupakan keniscayaan di dunia ini dan kemiskinan adalah persoalan serius yang harus dicarikan solusinya. Kriminalitas dan tragedi pencurian tidak lepas dari persoalan kemiskinan. Ditengah persoalan ini, zakat adalah langkah solutif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kesenjangan ekonomi ditengah masayrakat. Selain zakat sebagai perintah dari Allah SWTjuga sebagai fungsi “sosial ekonomis” dalam kerangka gotong royong antar sesama manusia. Tulisan ini merupakan studi kepustakaan menggunakan pendekatan grounded teory bertujuan mendiskripsikan dan mengalisis secara kritis zakat produktif sebagai instrumen pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tulisan ini selain mendiskripsikan definisi zakat dari segala demensinya, juga menjelaskan zakat sebagai solusi kemiskinan dengan konsep zakat produktif salah satunya dengan menggunakan akad qardhul hasan, lembaga zakat melakukan redistribusi dana zakat bertujuan untuk meminimalisir bahkan menghapus kesenjangan kemiskinian melalui konsep zakat produktif. Dan pembahasan terkahir upaya akad qardhul hasan dalam zakat produktif untuk mewujudkan kehidupan mustahik yaitu pelaku usaha UMKM menjadi lebih baik, akad qardhul hasan seharunsya bertindak sebagai akad tatawwu’ (tolong menolong) bukan bertindak sebagai akad komersial yang represif dan lembaga zakat sebagai redistributor berkewajiban melakukan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha UMKM secara intens dan menawarkan manajemen yang edukatif
Challenges and Opportunities for Islamic Religious Education in a Secular Environment in a Literature Review
Islamic religious education faces various challenges that develop along with the times and social changes. Globalization, technology, politicization of religion, multiculturalism, and exclusivism are some of the main factors influencing the dynamics of Islamic religious education today. This research aims to discover the challenges and opportunities of Islamic religious education in a secular environment. The methodology used in this research is a literature study. The research results show that Islamic religious education in a secular environment faces complex challenges such as globalization, technology, multiculturalism, and religious exclusivism. Globalization brings secular values that conflict with Islamic religious teachings, while multiculturalism demands interfaith tolerance. Changes in the educational paradigm also require Islamic religious education to adapt to more holistic learning. However, opportunities, such as interfaith collaboration and the use of technology in learning, can be exploited. With a holistic and adaptive approach, Islamic religious education can strengthen Islamic identity, improve teacher quality, utilize technology, involve parents and the community, and realize comprehensive learning. Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Sosiodrama Terhadap Pemantapan Karir Studi Lanjut Siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap pemantapan karir studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA Sekolah Indonesia Davao-Filipina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 17 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sosiodrama. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemantapan karir studi lanjut siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 39,94 meningkat menjadi 81,00 pada posttest. Hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Z -3,622 dan sig. 0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap pemantapan karir studi lanjut siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk memantapkan karir studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA Sekolah Indonesia Davao-Filipina
