    Pengaruh Etika Pemasaran Islam, Kualitas Layanan dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Fashion Muslim E-Commerce Shoppe

    Study aims to examine the influence of Islamic marketing ethics, service quality, and product quality on customer loyalty in Muslim e-commerce shoppe fashion products. The population in this study were all students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Selamat Sri University class of 2022, totaling 450 students. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, only Kendal City Muslim students who were e-commerce shoppe users and had purchased at least two Muslim fashion products, based on the criteria the sample was 100 students. The analytical tool in this research uses SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.8. The research results show that Islamic marketing ethics, service quality and product quality have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This research provides managerial implications for the Shopee company to better understand that Islamic marketing ethics, service quality and product quality are very important in increasing customer loyalty. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Selamat Sri angkatan 2022 yang berjumlah 450 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, hanya mahasiswa muslim Kota Kendal yang merupakan pengguna e-commerce shoppe dan pernah membeli minimal dua kali prroduk fashion muslim, berdasarkan kriteria yang menjadi sampel adalah 100 mahasiswa. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4.0.9.8 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan etika pemasaran islam, kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.     Tradisi pernikahan masyarakat Suku Banjar biasanya berlangsung dengan proses yang panjang dan melibatkan banyak upacara. Meskipun demikian, tingkat pernikahan di masyarakat Banjar justru tergolong tinggi bahkan masuk dalam kategori tertinggi secara nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana tradisi pernikahan Suku Banjar masih dipraktekkan pada zaman sekarang dan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai bimbingan dan konseling Islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi pernikahan yang masih berjalan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ialah penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Sei Anyar Kecamatan Banua Lawas Kabupaten Tabalong dengan mengambil dua informan kunci dan satu pasangan yang baru menikah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi yang dijalankan pada zaman sekarang tidak sebanyak tradisi pernikahan Suku Banjar zaman dahulu. Meskipun demikian, substansi dari tradisi pernikahan tersebut tetap ada dan terjaga hingga saat ini. Dalam tradisi pernikahan masyarakat Desa Sei Anyar, terdapat tiga nilai bimbingan dan konseling Islam yang ada dalamnya: Pertama, nilai syariat seperti yang tercermin dalam pemahaman hak-kewajiban antara orang tua, keluarga, dan anak di rumah. Kedua, nilai sosial melibatkan praktik silaturahmi, solidaritas, penghormatan terhadap tamu, kerjasama, dan musyawarah. Ketiga, nilai spiritualitas terkait dengan penghormatan terhadap Al-Qur'an, penyucian diri lahir-batin, pemenuhan tata cara berpakaian yang menutup aurat, serta doa sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada Tuhan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi sukses pengembangan keilmuan alumni Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, penelitian ini data-data yang diteliti bersifat alamiah dan holistic sesuai dengan situasi lapangan. Data diperoleh secara langsung dari alumni program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan diperkuat dengan angket. Data langsung tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori prestasi dari McClelland dan Teori self management approach dalam konseling behavioral. Penelitian ini menunjukan Alumni program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Saizu Purwokerto sejak pertama kali meluluskan tahun 2001 hingga lulusan tahun 2022 berjumlah 791 alumni. Mereka tersebar dalam berbagai profesi, diantaranya sebagai dosen, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Penyuluh Agama Islam, Human Resources Development (HRD) Rumah Sakit, Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Terapis anak-anak autis, Trainer/ Motivator, Hypnotherapist, Konselor Adiksi, Pekerja Sosial, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah, Wiraswasta, Karyawan/Staf, dan sebagainya. Kemudian dari sisi tempat bekerja, mereka tersebar di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia dan masih didominasi di wilayah Banjarnegara, Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap dan Kebumen. Respon alumni program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Saizu Purwokerto terhadap kompetensi dan capaian pembelajaran program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian antara pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan dengan kompetensi yang telah dipersiapkan oleh program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh para alumni program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Saizu Purwokerto dalam meraih kesuksesan dalam karir dan di masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pengelolaan dirinya dengan cara mengenal potensi dirinya dan memperhatikan peluang-peluang yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Selain itu, alumni juga memenuhi kebutuhan untuk berprestasi dengan meningkatkan, mengembangkan jaringan di tempat kerja maupun di luar tempat bekerjanya.     Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami efektivitas pelaksanaan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi efektivitas sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode normatif empiris dan dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1B Cirebon, dengan responden terdiri dari Panitera Muda dan tim yang berada di ruang pidana Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1B Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika kurang optimal disebabkan oleh penjatuhan pidana yang tidak menghasilkan dampak atau deterrent effect yang memadai terhadap pelaku. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya meliputi lingkungan, agama, dan pekerjaan. Sebagai saran, dianjurkan untuk memperkuat lagi perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang penyalahgunaan narkotika agar pengedar narkotika tidak mengulangi tindakan mereka. &nbsp

    The Influence Of Intensity Use Social Media And Peers On Hedonic Lifestyle With Economic Literacy As A Moderator Variable

    The problem behind this research is the high hedonic lifestyle of class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Jalaksana. There are several factors that cause students' high hedonic lifestyle, namely, the intensity of use of social media, peers and economic literacy. This research aims to describe whether economic literacy moderates social media on the influence of students' hedonic lifestyles. Does economic literacy moderate peers' influence on students' hedonic lifestyles? The method used in this research is a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis with a sample of 354 class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Jalakasana. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire that measures attitudes and behavior scales with 5 (five) alternative answers. The data analysis technique used is to test the moderated regression model. Based on the research results, the following results were obtained: The intensity of use of social media and peers on students' hedonic lifestyle, after being moderated by economic literacy with a Beta value of 0.2330, and a t-count value of X1 = 3.336 with a sig value = 0.03 < 0.05 in other words, there is a positive influence between social media on hedonic lifestyle; Furthermore, it was found that the Beta "beta" value was 0.252 and tcount Apart from that, it is known that the "beta" value is -0.240 and the t-count value of Mo = 2.271 with a sig value = 0.010 < 0.05, thus economic literacy influences hedonic lifestyle; then it is known that the "beta" value is 0.250 and tcount In other words, economic literacy moderates the influence of social media on hedonic lifestyle; and it is known that the "beta" value is 0.190 and tcount In other words, economic literacy moderates the influence of peers on hedonic lifestyle.     Seeing the worrying conditions resulting from Covid-19, especially with the continuing increase in the number of students experiencing learning loss, the Minister of Education made a breakthrough to design a prototype curriculum or development curriculum that is used to fulfill students' learning needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The prototype curriculum is an effort to reduce learning loss rates. Because it is still experimental, this prototype curriculum is being implemented in certain schools designated as driving schools. The general aim of the research is to find out about the management of the independent curriculum in driving schools towards improving the quality of graduate outcomes of driving school students. The specific objectives of this research are to obtain an overview/information and analyze the planning of independent curriculum management in driving schools in improving the quality of graduates, organizing independent curriculum management in improving the quality of graduates in driving schools, implementation and evaluation of independent curriculum management in driving schools in improving the quality of graduates .     The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic religious education teaching methods in increasing the critical reasoning of public high school students in West Kalimantan. This research method is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to understand social phenomena in depth. Researchers use this type of research, specifically case studies. This type of research allows researchers to explore perspectives, experiences, and meanings that may be hidden in the data collected in relation to analyzing the effectiveness of PAI teaching methods in improving the critical reasoning of state high school students in West Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the research subjects were two PAI teachers from different high schools. The results of the research show that the quality of teachers and teaching methods in PAI classes is still a major concern. Learning methods that tend to be conventional and less interactive can affect students' involvement and critical reasoning. Students' interest in religious subjects tends to be low, partly due to the perception that the teaching material is less relevant to everyday life and the lack of student involvement in learning.     Pengembangan Modul Elektronik Berbasis Aplikasi Canva pada Mata Pelajaran PAI-BP SMP Kelas VII

    The aim of this research is to determine the stages of developing electronic modules using the Canva application in Islamic subjects and character education for class VII students. The research and development method of the ADDIE model which includes five development stages is used as the research method. The first stage includes analysis of skills, student characteristics and material. The second stage includes material design, electronic module design, and evaluation design. The third stage involves developing and testing electronic modules with teachers, students and PAI colleagues. The fourth stage includes implementation in small groups, while the fifth stage includes formative and summative assessments. The research instruments were expert validation questionnaires and multiple choice tests before and after studying the material.     The background of this paper is the current condition of moral degradation of students due to various factors that cause it. Therefore, the results of this research are expected to perfect the concept of student adab to teachers that already exist in the realm of Islamic education. The type of research used by researchers is library research, because this research aims to collect information and data by requiring assistance from various materials that can be obtained from libraries, such as books, records, manuscripts, magazines, documents, historical stories and so on. Then this research uses a concept study research approach or the thoughts of figures and the data sources used are primary and secondary. This research is descriptive analytical in nature, namely research that describes what is the idea in the book of Adabul Muta'allim Ma'al Mu'allim by Sheikh Mahmud Mukhtar Bode about student adab to the teacher. While the analysis method in this research is content analysis, which is research in the form of in-depth discussion of the content of written information. The results of this study reveal that Sheikh Mahmud Mukhtar Bode has thoughts about the manners of a student towards the teacher as stated in his book “Adab al-Muta'allim ma'a al-Mu'allim”, namely: Student's manners towards the teacher, the manners of learning, the manners of choosing a study partner, the path to world-afterlife happiness, scientific sanad, and bid'ah in religion.     Kemampuan berpikir kritis penting dalam pembelajaran, namun seringkali siswa yang kurang memiliki kemampuan ini mengalami kesulitan akademik. SMK Syntax Business School (SBS) Kuningan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini mengusulkan integrasi penerapan media robotika starter pack dalam layanan BK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas integrasi tersebut, menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimen dengan siswa kelas XI sebagai sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Kelompok eksperimen menerima layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan intervensi penerapan media robotika, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya menerima layanan BK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kedua kelompok, Analisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test menunjukkan signifikansi statistik, dengan nilai p 0.042 dan Skor N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa integrasi media tersebut efektif, dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain score untuk kelompok eksperimen sebesar 75.20%. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa integrasi media robotika starter pack dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk mengadopsi pendekatan ini sebagai bagian dari upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa
