Madrasah Head Management In Improving Character Education Through Skills Day Activities
No full textThe application of character education in madrasas is a must to build the personality of a student. However, the reality in the field sometimes experiences obstacles so that there are gaps. This encourages MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen, Pasuruan Regency to strive to realize the implementation of character education for students through Skills Day activities to be more optimal. In this regard, further discussion is needed regarding the management of madrasah principals in improving character education through Skills Day activities in MA. NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency. This research was carried out with the aim of describing several things which include (1) Planning for Character Education through Skills Day Activities in MA. NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency, (2) Implementation of Character Education through Skills Day Activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency, (3) Results of Character education through Skills Day activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Watuagung Prigen This research uses a phenomenological qualitative approach and a descriptive qualitative research type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were principals, teachers, and supervisors. Data analysis activities start from the data reduction stage, display data (data presentation), then draw conclusions/verification. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by diligent observation and triangulation. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: First, the management of madrasah principals in improving character education through Skills Day activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency including (1) collaborating with various parties both from within the madrasa and from outside the madrasa, (2 ) adding hours of implementation outside of effective hours, (3) recruiting coaches from outside the madrasa who are competent, and (4) madrasas make interesting activities to motivate student participation. Second, the implementation of character education through "Skills Day" activities begins with religious activities, followed by extracurricular activities and the last is LSBM (Madrasah-Based Lesson Study) educational activities which are carried out routinely every Friday

No full textThis study aims to: 1) Know the implementation of the Qur'an tahfidz program at TPQ Al-Ikhlas Gunungan Dawarblandong Mojokerto. 2) Knowing the obstacles to implementing the Qur'an tahfidz program at TPQ Al-Ikhlas Gunungan Dawarblandong. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of field research using the case study method. The results of this study are 1) In the implementation of the tahfidzul Qur'an program, there are 3 stages, namely the first planning. At the planning stage, the clerics prepare rote planning according to the predetermined curriculum. Then the implementation stage, the tahfidzul Qur'an program is carried out every day for private recitals. The last is the evaluation stage, with the tahfidzul Qur'an program making students more diligent in reading the Koran and reading the Koran. 2) The obstacles experienced when implementing the tahfidzul Qur'an program were that some students still had difficulty memorizing
The Role Of The Financial Services Authority (OJK) In Supervising The Financial Of Sharia Transactions
No full textThis study aims to determine the role of the Financial Services Authority in supervising Islamic financial transactions (Financial Technology) in conducting buying and selling transactions using Sharia and assisting the public in choosing Sharia that is safe and licensed from the OJK. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting content analysis techniques from the results of previous studies in the form of reputable journals so as to produce an analysis that focuses on the role of OJK in the financial supervision of Islamic transactions. From this analysis, it is concluded that OJK has been optimal in taking preventive actions and can minimize transaction fraud, especially financial transactions that are Sharia transactions, therefore the OJK's role and repressive actions are quite maximal because they are firm in closing down transaction companies that have the potential to be fraudulent and detrimental
Analysis of the Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) : (Case Study of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang)
No full textBasically, the control of maintenance/maintenance can be determined according to business needs and operating conditions. However, changes may occur and require adjustment from time to time. So every part of the maintenance needs to organize the system effectively. In this regard, it is important for management to pay attention to analyzing the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on maintenance work. At the SKN Plant which is the Central Gas Plant there are several gas processing processes, one of which is the Amine System or CO2 Removal which functions to reduce the level of CO2 contained in gas production. In the Amine System or CO2 removal process there are several equipment to support the process One of these is the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) which runs continuously alternately unit A and unit B. To maintain the pump's performance, the company performs maintenance by implementing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system. The extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of the TPM system carried out by Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang, the author will analyze using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach to the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B). The formulation of the problem in this research is the application of Total Productifities Maintenance (TPM) on the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach with the aim of knowing the level of reliability of the pump. Amine Circulation (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach. The results of this study are the average Overral Equipment Effectiveness value at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang on the amine circulation pump engine SK 25 P05 A/B from January-December is 56.68%. Based on the analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, the current maintenance system is not optimal because it is not in accordance with the standards set by JIPM of > 85%

No full textLanguage and thought are two unique things that only humans have and no other creature has when viewed from the perspective of the study of psycholinguistic disciplines. However, long before the discipline of psycholinguistics correlated the two, the Koran as a holy book had indicated through its verses that there were things related to this study. This study aims to discuss the perspective of the Qur'an on the correlation of language and thought. Based on the background of the problem that examines how the correlation between discussion and thought in the perspective of the Koran, the researcher will provide an explanation of the problem. This study uses a qualitative method approach with a library research approach. Because the type of library search approach, an activity describes the problem being studied. The results of this study show that language and thought are always correlated based on the verses that have been sorted, namely QS al-Baqarah verses 31-32, QS Al-Nisa verse 164, QS al-Mulk verse 23, QS Fushshilat verse 53, QS Yunus verse 101, QS al-Ankabut verse 20, QS al-Hajj verse 46
Tnd Box Uno Stacko Media Development On Thematic Lessons
No full textThis research on the development of the TND Box Uno Stacko media is based on several things including (1) the lack of use of media to support the thematic learning process (2) lack of interest in learning, and students' learning motivation. In overcoming these problems, it is necessary to develop media in the form of developing TND Box Uno Stacko media. The study was conducted in class IV SDN Tanjung as many as 20 students. This research was conducted based on several objectives, namely (1) producing a product in the form of TND Box Uno Stacko media for fourth-grade students at SDN Tanjung, (2) knowing the level of attractiveness of the TND Box Uno Stacko media. This study uses the ADDIE development model. The results of the TND Box Uno Stacko validation are 98.6 media experts with very valid categories, 91.6 linguists (very valid) validation results, 87 material expert validation results (very valid), 91.9 user expert validation results (very valid). Field test results show the attractiveness rate reaches 99% (very interesting). So it was concluded that the TND Box Uno Stacko media was proven to be valid and interesting for fourth graders at SDN Tanjung

No full textJaminan terhadap kehalalan sesuatu produk pangan dapat diciptakan dengan cara membentuk sertifikasi halal. Sertifikasi halal merupakan suatu bukti yang telah ditetapkan oleh MUI dimana produk yang dipasarkan oleh produsen telah memenuhi semua syarat kehalalannya, sehingga produk tersebut diperbolehkan untuk diperjualbelikan di lingkungan masyarakat. Pencantuman sertifikasi label halal pada makanan menjadikan sebagai sarana yang efektif bagi konsumen untuk memilah makanan halal dengan lebih mudah dan merupakan sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab produsen dalam berbisnis serta perlindungan bagi konsumen. Karena Masyarakat juga berhak untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang jelas dan rinci mengenai setiap komposisi atau bahan yang digunakan untuk produk yang disajikan didalam produk tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan sangat penting atau tidak bagi masyarakat. Kemudian metode penulisan yang digunakan oleh penulis ialah menggunakan metode kualitatif studi pustaka yang berasal dari berbagai karya ilmiah di internet dengan pembahasan yang sesuai dengan tema penulis. 
A Mixed Method Study On The Examination Of Instructor Self-Efficacy Perception And Views In Flipped Learning
No full textThe aim of this study is to examine the self-efficacy perceptions of lecturers in flipped learning and opinions of prep school lecturers about their self-efficacy in flipped learning. Convergent parallel design, one of the mixed research methods, is employed in the study. The study group consists of 31 Turkish lecturers who work at the School of Foreign Languages at Çağ University. The quantitative data of the research was obtained through the Flipped Learning Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale. Qualitative data was collected by open-ended questions form developed by the researcher. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the flipped learning self-efficacy perceptions of the preparatory school lecturers were at a high level. In addition, the lecturers stated in their views that their self-efficacy in flipped learning and technology use was at a certain level, but they have to continuously improve

Teachers must make plans, carry out, and evaluate their learning programs independently. Teacher becomes the determining factor for the success of the learing objectives. And to find out the success of the learningprogram we need to do an evaluation. Evaluation is an important activity, which is carried out to review the success of a program to determine a decision. Teachers must have competence to conduct evaluations. The objectives of this study include; 1) to understand the concept of evaluations. 2) to explain teacher competence in carring out evaluations. The method used in writing this journal is a literature review, where research data obtained from several literary theories are processed and analyzed and then described, so that the results are obtained that in the early stages, teachers must first understand the concept of evaluation, which emphasizes the definition, objectives , the function of the principle and type of evaluation, while the competence of teachers in evaluation activities includes competence in planning evaluation programs, designing evaluation programs, developing evaluation programs, implementing, and evaluating evaluation programs.
