Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Terhadap Pembiayaan Bermasalah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stabilitas keuangan, faktor penyebab dan penerapan manajemen risiko terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan di BMT Hasanah Sambit, BMT Surya Kencana, dan BMT Bina Insan kota Ponorogo. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada karyawan dan pimpinan lembaga. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menjawab masalah penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan stabilitas keuangan ketiga BMT mengalami kendala berskala kecil selama pandemi, hal ini disebabkan BMT memiliki cara sendiri untuk menghindarinya. Terdapat dua faktor yang menyebabkan pembiayaan bermasalah, ialah faktor internal berupa pergantiang marketing dan faktor eksternal yaitu mengami gagal panen, isolasi mandiri, dan adanya PHK. Penerapan manajemen risiko di ketiga BMT menggunakan 5C+ 1S yaitu Charater, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition dan Sharia, juga menggunakan 3R untuk menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu Rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali), Reconditioning (persyaratan kembali), dan Restructuring (penataan kembali). BMT Hasanah menggunakan empat tahapan dalam penerapan manajemen risiko yaitu identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, pemantuan risiko dan pengendalian risiko

"Ledre Super" Supply Chain Performance Measurement Using The Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Method : (Case Study of Home Industry Moro Tresno)
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a system that involves the process of producing, storing, shipping, distributing and selling products to meet the demand for these products into the hands of consumers. This research was conducted in a home industry, namely the home industry of Moro Tresno. Moro Tresno's home industry has a variety of products marketed, but researchers only conduct research on super ledre products. This company has a major problem faced by is how to respond to orders from consumers. The company has not been able to fulfill when there is an increase in orders during the holiday season and approaching holidays. From a normal order of 9,900 packs, it can increase up to 80% to 17,820 packs. This supply chain performance measurement uses the SCOR method by applying 4 attributes, namely, reliability, responsiveness, agility, and asset management, and weighted by the pairwise comparison method. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the home industry owner Moro Tresno because it was believed to be able to provide correct and accurate information. The total value of performance is 95.36. Dimensions that need improvement are reliability and agility. Recommendations for improving the reliability dimension RL.2.3 Accuracy of documentation by making tables neater. Meanwhile, RL.2.4 Perfect condition by analyzing seven tools to find out the cause and follow up on product damage and reliability in delivery. Lights are always evolving, both in terms of form, features, and function. Magnetic lights are one of the most important objects in the room and are developing. Along with these developments, often the products of magnetic lamps are of less quality. So that the main function of the magnetic lamp is neglected, and it creates weaknesses, both in terms of dimensions and features compared to the previous magnetic lamp design. This gives rise to new ideas for the design of magnetic lighting products that are better in terms of function and added value that can be provided by these products to meet the needs of users or consumers. The success of a product can be measured by how much the existence of the product can be accepted by consumers, and will directly increase profits for the company or producer and vice versa. This study focuses on how to develop and design magnetic lighting product designs according to the wishes of the Customer (students) using the QFD method and identify the attributes of the magnetic lighting products that are prioritized by the Customer (students) using the QFD method with the aim of knowing how to develop and design product designs. PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field is an industry that never stops 24 hours for the continuity of the Oil and Gas production process. The process must require energy, one of the main ones is electrical energy which is used to supply power to production support equipment/machines. In the PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A field, there are 3 Gensets, namely Genset 1 (125 KVA), Genset 2 (100 KVA) and Genset 3 (100 KVA) which are used to supply electrical energy. The three generators have a rather old operating age, often have problems with damage to their engine components, and the schedule for generator maintenance is also uncertain. The problem that becomes the object of this research is optimizing the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identifying the comparison of power supply maintenance systems before and after using the RCM method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT. Kiai's Strategy In Developing The Salafiyah Education System In The Middle Of Modernization
The Kiai's strategy has an important role in Islamic boarding schools to realize the goals and achieve a vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools. What is the kiai's strategy in developing the education system and what is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. As well as knowing the nature, history, characteristics, education system, functions and goals in realizing this. There are two focuses of this research, namely: 1). What is the kiai's strategy in developing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 2). What is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 3). Why the Al-Yasini Integrated Islamic Boarding School must develop a salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research site indicate that the kiai's strategy in developing the Salafiyah pesantren education system in the midst of modernization (a case study at PP Terpadu Al-Yasini Pasuruan) is going well. Islamic religious education is a conscious effort to foster and nurture students so that they can always understand the teachings of Islam as a whole (kaffah) and then live the goals that ultimately practice and make Islam a way of life. The application of a scientific approach in learning does not only focus on how to develop student competence in conducting observations or experiments, but how to develop knowledge and thinking skills so that they can support creative activities in innovating or working. The criteria for scientific learning are as follows: (1) learning based on facts or phenomena that can be explained by logic, (2) teacher explanations, student responses, and student teacher educative interactions are free from reasoning that deviates from the flow of logical thinking. (3) Encourage and inspire students to think critically. (4) Encouraging and inspiring students to be able to think hypothetically, (5) Encouraging and inspiring students to be able to understand, apply, and develop rational and objective thinking patterns, (6) Based on concepts, theories, and empirical facts that can be accounted for. (7). Learning objectives are formulated in a simple, clear, and attractive presentation system. While the learning process must avoid non-scientific traits or values including: intuition, common sense, prejudice, discovery through trial and error, and from critical thinking. The steps in scientific learning include: (1) Observing (observing), (2) Questioning (asking), (3) Experimenting (trying), (4) Associating (reasoning), (5) Networking (forming a network).
