    Pemikiran Karl Marx Tentang Struktur Masyarakat: Dialektika Infrastruktur Dan Suprastruktur

    This research is a library research (liberary research), data collected by researchers from secondary sources. This research aims to reveal Karl Marx's thoughts about superstructure and infrastructure dialectics in the structure of society. The data were analyzed by researchers using the content analysis method. The results of the study stated that according to Karl Mark, the community structure was divided into two major parts, namely infrastructure (base) and superstructure (superstructure). The lower layer (infrastructure / base) is determined by two things, namely the productive forces (productivkrafte) and production relations (production sverbalt-nisse). The components that make up the productive forces consist of work tools, the ability and experience of society in work (labor), and the technology used in the production process. Meanwhile, the superstructure consists of 2 types, namely the institutional order and the order of collective consciousness or the building of ideology. Institutional arrangements are all kinds of institutions that regulate community life outside the field of production, which includes market organization, education system, public health system, law and the state. Meanwhile, the order of collective consciousness is an order that contains a belief system, norms and values ​​that provide a framework for understanding, meaning and spiritual orientation.     Islamic economics as a new discipline and system, its presence is inseparable from the incompleteness of the existing economic system in solving economic problems which includes 3 basic aspects, namely what, haw and for whom. With a basic concept consisting of Tauhid, al-Adl, Nubuwah, Ma'ad, and Islamic economic khilafah, it appears that offers an integrative solution between world interests guided by normative theological values. Therefore, with 3 main characters which are basically derivative principles from the above basic concepts, namely social justice, freedom to act and multypel ownership of Islamic economics trying to align the above mission. With a descriptive approach to book analysis entitled Islamic Economic Principles is built. This article, which is a Book Review, tries to discuss Muhammad's work. There are 3 main ideas that are tried to be presented. The first one talks about the Islamic economic ontological framework which includes the configuration and principles of Islamic economics. The second one talks about contemporary economic problems framed in the value-free paradigm variables and issues surrounding liberalization. The three alternative offers for today's problems using the Islamic economic paradigm. Among the offers included the idea of ​​empowering the micro economy, which so far has been marginalized in the dominant economic system by capital forces

    Leader merupakan salah satu intisari, sumber daya pokok dan titik sentral dari setiap aktivitas yang terjadi dalam suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Kreativitas dan dinamikanya seorang leader dalam menjalankan wewenangnya akan sangat menentukan apakah tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai atau tidak.  Hal yang perlu di tekankan adalah bahwa tidak selamanya manajer buruk dan leader adalah baik.  Metode penelitiannya adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu studi kepustakaan.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode dokumentasi.  Teknik analisa data yang digunakan   content analysis adalah metodologi penelitian dari sebuah dokumen. Kajian isi adalah teknik penelitian yang dimanfaatkan untuk menarik kesimpulan yang replikatif dan sahih dari data atas dasar konteksnya. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah Kepemimpinan didefinisikan secara luas sebagai proses mempengaruhi, yang mempengaruhi interpretasi mengenai peristiwa-peristiwa para pengikut, pilihan dari sasaran-sasaran bagi kelompok atau organisasi, pengorganisasian dari aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut, motivasi dari para pengikut, untuk mencapai sasaran, pemeliharaan hubungan kerja sama dan teamwork serta perolehan dukungan dan kerjasama dari orang-orang yang berada di luar kelompok atau organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan hasil interaksi antara pemimpin dan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya dalam berbagai keadaan yang mempengaruhinya. Gaya kepemimpinan yang menggambarkan perilaku dalam interaksi tersebut, bila dihimpun berdasarkan kesamaannya yang dominan, akan menghasilkan berbagai tipe kepemimpinan yang tetap terlihat meskipun kondisi yang mempengaruhinya berubah-ubah, karena bersifat insedental. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan yang pokok atau dapat juga disebut ekstrem ada tiga macam yaitu: 1) Kepemimpinan yang otokrasi . Tipe ini menempatkan atau menunjukkan kekuasaan pada satu orang. 2) Kepemimpinan Demokratis. Kepemimpinan gaya ini lebih berorientasi pada manusia dan memberikan bimbingan yang efisien pada bawahan. 3) Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire (bebas). Pada gaya kepemimpinan ini pemimpin tidak memimpin, dia hanya membiarkan kelompoknya berbuat semaunya sendiri. &nbsp

    The variety of thoughts about the optimal attainment of human self and the satisfaction of human life is what may have made Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1868) deny all worldly phenomena. He saw that the world was full of suffering. Humans, as the supreme product of the basic activities of the world, are in fact the most unfortunate creatures. Therefore, humans will be able to achieve happiness when they are able to kill passions and cravings. Studies on the optimal achievement of humans and the meaning of human life from the two figures above, are still important and beneficial to do. Because the concept of the ideal human being is a model and example for us that we can emulate or maybe we can make it happen if we feel fit and believe in the truth. But the question might arise, is it still relevant to study the thoughts of long-dead figures such as Ibn Arabi and Neitzsche? in the opinion of the author, the study of their thinking is still relevant. Because in their thoughts are contained eternal pearls, and because of the peculiarity of each thought. This is evident if we pay attention today, where the thoughts of the two figures are still the subject of study in various countries, both in the West and the East. The works that examine Nietzsche's thoughts about the Ubermensch man include the work of Chairul Arifin, entitled The will to power: Briedrich Nietzsche. This book discusses Nietzsche's views on human beings and his anti-theism. These two thoughts are then connected by the author of this book with Nietzsche's main thought, namely the will to power. And in one of its chapters, the book also examines the concept of Ubermensch Nietzsche. Another work that addresses Nietzsche and Nietzsche's main ideas, including Ubermensch in a separate chapter is Nietzsche by St Sunardi. Besides that, there are other books. Of the books mentioned above and others to the best of the author's knowledge, there has never been found a work that specifically compares Ibn Arabi's insan kamil concept and Nietzsche's Ubermensch concept

    This research aims to describe profil of preservice teacher’s mathematical connection ability in solving mathematical problem based on SOLO taxonomy. The approach of this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Respondent in this research is 29 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education students STAI Al-Fithrah Surabaya. This research uses mathematical connection test and  interview guide to collect data. The result of this research show that the  average mathematical connection ability of high-ability students is 85% with a very good category and that is at the level of multistructural to relational, the  average mathematical connection ability of medium-ability students is 50,5% with enough category and that is at the level of unistructural to multistructural, and  the  average mathematical connection ability of low-ability students is 16% with a very low category and that is at the level of pre-structural until unistructural level

    ABSTRACT Based on the author's experience in the field, many failures in the mathematics learning process faced by all students. Students feel bored, lazy and boring when faced with learning mathematics. To deal with such problems, the efforts made by the teacher are to arouse student learning motivation. Some things that can be done by the teacher so that learning mathematics becomes fun is to try various models and techniques in learning. One of the learning models used is cooperative learning of card game techniques. The problem examined in this study is how is the effort to increase the ability of students to perform fraction counting operations with cooperative learning of card game techniques? while the purpose of this study was to determine the ability to perform fraction counting operations after the application of cooperative learning in card game techniques. The researcher used Classroom Action Research which was conducted in two cycles or 2 rounds. Each cycle consists of planning, observation, reflection and discussion. The target of the research carried out is MI Ma'arif NU Class V Students Nurul Ulum Bulurejo Benjeng. The data obtained is the result of teacher observation, student activity data, and evaluation test results data. From the results of the analysis it was found that the increase in students' ability to perform fraction counting operations that can be seen from the evaluation test data. Obtaining results in cycle 1 with an average value of 63.6 or 60% completeness in cycle II the average value of students to be 91.44 or reach 92%.     Perlindungan profesi guru dalam legalitasnya memang sudah diatur secara normatif-yuridis setelah disahkannya Undang-undang nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen. Implementasinya dalam tataran realitas ternyata masih banyak masalah yang tidak sesuai seperti yang diharapkan. Problem profesi keguruan memang amat komplek dan pelik sehingga butuh upaya yang serius untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut. Perlindungan profesi guru yang diatur dalam Undang-undang tersebut meliputi aspek hukum, profesi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja masih belum optimal, hal ini bisa dilihat dari beberapa kasus yang menimpa para guru atas perlakuan yang tidak layak berupa kekerasan, intimidasi dan lain-lain yang dialami. Pendek kata ada kesenjangan antara aspek legalitas dan realitas yang didapat oleh para guru. Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji efektifitas  perlindungan terhadap profesi guru atas legalitas aturan dan realitasnya dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Sumber yang digunakan untuk meneliti topik tersebut adalah UU No. 14 tahun 2005, buku-buku yang terkait dengan profesi guru, hukum, dan sumber-sumber lain dari media yang terkait informasi atau pemberitaan perlakuan yang tidk layak terhadap guru, baik bentuk intimidasi dan kekerasan yang dialami oleh para guru dalam menjalankan profesinya

    The term tasawwuf was known in the 2nd century and then in its development it started to enter a period of intuition, kashf, and dhauq. In this period, contrasts emerged from the two groups of tasawwuf, namely the sheikh and darvish groups where both were considered as groups that eliminated aspects of the tasawwuf experience that the previous Sufis embraced and understood. At this time there was a mujaddid al-Islam who was held with Shaikh al-Islam from the descendants of a woman named Taimiyyah, he was Ahmad Ibn Taimiyyah. His criticism of the deviant beliefs and behavior of the Sufis, especially the adherents of the tarekat, was very well known in his time and was part of his jihad in restoring the purity of Islam. Among the cases that became part of his criticism was the sheikh's position in the tarekat which he considered part of a form of cult towards pious people, besides that he also criticized the issue of khirqah which is part of the shi'ar of the Sufis as a symbol of obedience to the sheikh and a symbol of obedience to someone muris. in the tarekat. Both of these matters in the view of Ibn Taymiyah are something far from what Allah has outlined and taught by the Prophet Muhammad and previous pious scholars (Salaf al-saleh)
