Fikih Prioritas dalam Fatwa Kehalalan Vaksin Covid-19 di Indonesia
No full textThis study intends to identify the dimensions.of the priority fiqh paradigm(fiqh al-Awlawiyyât) in the formulation of the MUI Fatwa No. 02 of 2021 Regarding Covid-19 Vaccine Products From Sinovac Life Sciences Co. Ltd. China And Pt. Bio Farma (Persero). This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review using a philosophical normative approach. The analytical theory used is the priority fiqh paradigm that was initiated by Yusuf al-Qaradawi. The results showed that there were dimensions of the priority fiqh paradigm in the formulation of the MUI fatwa on the halalness of the Sinovac vaccine. First, the dimension of the fiqh al-maqasid paradigm (fiqh objectives) in the use of a theological foundation that contains a universal legal message about the importance of the orientation to maintain the benefit of the human soul (hifz nafs). Second, the dimension of the fiqh al-muwazanat paradigm (consideration fiqh) in the use of the basic principles of Islamic law (qawaid fiqhiyah) and classical fiqh thinking which emphasizes preventive efforts (saddal-dzari'ah) and universal benefit (maslahah mursalah). Meanwhile, the dimensions of the muwazanah fiqh paradigm can also be seen in the use of various classical fiqh opinions which are the basis for the formulation of the MUI fatwa, dominated by the opinions of the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, which have acceptability for Muslims in Indonesia. Third, the dimension of the fiqh al-wâqi' paradigm (fiqh of reality) in the involvement of experts in the analysis of vaccines. This shows that MUI emphasizes the importance of integrating the formulation of fatwas with competent and developing scientific thinking, not just based on speculation. The theoretical implication of this research shows that the formulation of the MUI fatwa related to the halalness of the Sinovac vaccine has a paradigmatic priority scale for considering the level of benefit for life safety. The limitation of this research is that it has not examined the concrete role of MUI in disseminating the.fatwa on the halalness of the Sinovac vaccine as a form of synergy with the vaccination program in Indonesi

No full textThis paper is intended to examine and dissect more closely the optimization of the role of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk as a new idea of the Islamic financial sistem as an effort to empower the community, so that their lives will be more qualified and competitive. The potential and opportunity for cash waqf in Indonesia will be a serious study for the government and waqf stakeholders so that waqf assets can be managed and developed optimally and maximally. The joint work between the government and waqf stakeholders found a new idea, where productive waqf assets would be allocated for investment in SBSN with the CWLS model. The results show that Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk have several very significant roles in increasing community empowerment in various programs and fields, such as health, education, social and economic fields. This aims to determine the application of the game method in early childhood and what efforts are used to improve the social development of early childhood. Games are physical activities in the form of small groups that allow collaboration between students. There are various kind of games that are applied to early childhood effectively so that they can optimize the social development of early childhood both at school and the surrounding and environtment. Analysis of the data used by observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data from this study include the community, teachers, and children. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that applying the game method to early childhood in social development by getting used to grouping children randomly can increase cooperation between students so that children’s ability to socialize with friends, teachers and surrounding environment also increases

No full textThe Real Work Lecture activity is the role of students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the form of community service. The Real Work Lecture of the Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo in 2022 for groups of eight was held in Sumokali Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this article, the author takes an educational work program related to religion in Sumokali Village. Religious knowledge must be fostered from a young age, therefore activities in the religious field are carried out and will always exist in the lives of local communities in a region. This study uses qualitative methods and use observation techniques and data collection by documenting activities that have been carried out for more than one month. The following are the results of several religious activities that were participated in by group 8 students and students in Sumokali Village, namely routine Diba'an Activities, Al-Quran Khataman, Book Recitation with Ms. Muslimat, and Sunday Wage Recitation after the morning prayer congregation. These programs can be implemented well because students are able to establish good relationships with local Sumokali residents and empower themselves and are alert in participating in various religious activities in Sumokali Village.

It is enough to offer other people's merchandise, via cellphone, done while completing other activities, anytime and anywhere. This dropship technique provides many advantages, thus attracting many people. As a religion that comes with perfect rules, how does Islam view these business techniques. Businesses that use this online network, of course, cannot hand over goods directly. Even in this business technique, the goods offered are often owned by someone else. But in reality this business technique is still in axis. This shows that there is an element of mutual voluntary cooperation between the two parties who make transactions. On the one hand, there is the potential for fraud, which is prohibited by Islamic teachings, but on the other hand, there is an element of mutual volunteerism which is the basis of an agreement or contract which is recommended in Islamic teachings as well. From there, there are criticisms that need attention to get improvements, so that it is not only the result that is the goal, but the process also needs to be considered

Innovation Of Amaly Interpretation Learning At Primaganda Senior High School Jombang
No full textThis study aims to describe the learning innovation of Tafsir Amaly at SMA Primaganda Jombang. Tafsir Amaly is a local content subject that is included in the Primaganda High School curriculum. Tafsir Amaly is a Sufism-based interpretation developed by Thoriqoh Syadziliyah Al Mas'udiyah Jombang. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. To check the validity of the data, research extension, observation persistence, and triangulation were used. The results showed that the innovation of the implementation of Amaly's Tafsir includes the application of a combination of student-centered and conventional methods in the form of jigsaw cooperative methods, drills, discussions, questions and answers, peer tutorials, exemplary affective methods, and so on supported by the book Tafsir Amaly juz 1 and Quran song as a compliment. Then the teaching aids use qurany 1-5 if needed according to the learning theme of Amaly's Tafsir, Then the learning media can be supported by other means, for example, audio speakers, and so on

No full textMasyarakat desa tidak bisa lepas dari semua kegiatan kehidupan di desa dengan berbagai macam tradisi bermasyarakat salah satunya adalah tradisi bhubuwen yaitu saling bantu membantu dalam hal finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab bagaimana tradisi bhubuwen dalam prespektif ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana sebenarnya tradisi bhubuwen yang terjadi dalam masyarakat Sukolilo Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yaitu mencari dan menyusun secara sistematis data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi dengan cara membuat pola, memilih yang penting serta menarik kesimpulan, terakhir dilakukan uji keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tradisi bhubuwen di desa Sukolilo Timur adalah praktek sumbang menyumbang uang dalam acara to’oto’ dan remoh, sumbangan tersebut berupa hutang yang harus dikembalikan dengan ukuran yang sama. Sedangkan dalam prespektif Islam akad yang digunakan adalah akad qardh karena unsur-unsur yang terdapat dalam qardh sudah sesuai dengan unsur yang terdapat dalam tradisi bhubuwen

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, serta pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu pendekatan studi literatur review, dengan cara mencari beberapa jurnal dan artikel yang sesuai dan relevan dengan pembahasan tentang penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam meningkatkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. However, the Prophet with various methods in teaching knowledge to his friends has provided guidelines on how to educate children in accordance with religious teachings and the demands of the times. This paper aims to explore the traditions about how to educate children according to the teachings of the Prophet. The method used is the maudhu'i (thematic) method. Tracing the hadith using the help of the Miftah Kunuz al-Sunnah book. The results showed that the Prophet taught how to educate children with love. Educational materials are also presented in a hierarchical manner starting with the cultivation of monotheism, instilling a sense of love for the Apostle and his family and reading the Koran, then planting commendable morals, and instilling a spirit of independence in children so that later they become human beings who survive in the world and the hereafter
