No full textThe learning process at the time COVID-19 must be implemented online. The use of media in learning is very important. The whatsapp application was chosen to be used in this online learning. This study aims to obtain information about the application of the WhatsApp application in online learning and to find out what are the advantages and disadvantages of using the WhatsApp application in online learning. The research subjects here are the teachers and students of SD Yapita Surabaya and the object under study is the use of the WhatsApp application in online learning. This study used a qualitative research design. The instruments used in this study were observation, surveys and interviews. The results obtained are that the application WhatsApp can be applied in the learning process online and there are also deficiencies in its application, namely the existence of obstacles regarding face-to-face implementation through the existing features of the WhatsApp application and the absence of features to limit student work time and for the advantages the WhatsApp application is able to accommodate the implementation of the learning process well

No full textThis study aims to examine culturally responsive education in the classroom for children, this study was conducted with a literature review. The process of introducing culture to children is an important thing that must be done so that children can accept and understand the diversity that exists. Cultural responsive education will make children love their nation and country more. When children are familiar with the existing culture, they are expected to be able to deal with conflicts that occur as early as possible. When at school or in a classroom of course there are many student with different characters and cultures. Student who have understood the differences will certainly respect each other. Cultural diversity will make life much more beautiful and enjoyable. We can learn from each other about cultures that we didn't know before. Because of this, culturally responsive education really needs to be taught to children

No full textPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian field reseach dengan menggunakan pendekatan kwalitatif. Data di humpun dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada pelaku usaha Home Industri Kecambah. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian di olah dan di analisis dengan cara membuat perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode MOS (margin of safety). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya keuntungan yang terjadi pada produksi kecambah yang disebabkan meningkatnya penjualan dan jumlah produksi menjadikan Home Industri Kecambah Rama Hulaan mengambil keputusan antara menambah jumlah produksi kecambah atau menetapkan jumlah produksi. Diantara dua alternatif tersebut harus dipilih salah satu yang menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Bila perusahaan memutuskan untuk menambah jumlah produksi maka akan bertambah pula biaya produksi dan semakin meningkatnya laba yang akan diperoleh oleh perusahaan. Jika perusahaan menetapkan jumlah produksi maka tidak ada kenaikan biaya produksi begitu pula tidak ada kenaikan laba di tahun yang akan datang. Dari analisa perbandingan antara menambah atau menetapkan jumlah produksi sebaiknya perusahaan mengambil keputusan untuk menambah jumlah kecambah yang di produksi

No full textPerbankan adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan yang berperan penting dalam ekonomi sebuah negara. Salah satu perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia saat ini adalah munculnya lembaga lembaga-lembaga keuangan yang berbasis syariah, salah satu lembaga keuangan itu adalah perbankan syariah. Seperti fungsi perbankan itu sendiri yaitu sebagai lembaga intermediasi antara orang-orang yang membutuhkan modal dan orang-orang yang kelebihan modal. Salah satu fasilitas perbankan syariah adalah pembiayaan, yakni penyaluran dana dari bank kepada nasabah yang membutuhkan modal kerja. Pihak bank akan menyediakan modal kepada nasabah sebagai modal bisnis yang hasil bisnis tersebut akan diperhitungkan bagi hasilnya sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Namun pada kenyataannya pada pembiayaan tersebut, tidak jarang ada nasabah yang mengalami macet pembayaran angsuran. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya macet pembiayaan itu sendiri adalah karena kondisi bisnis yang mungkin menurun. Untuk meminimalisir risiko pembiayaan macet itu sendiri, bank harus bisa menciptakan regulasi yang jelas. This is the most fundamental right of the profile and description of human beings. with education, human existence as kholifah of Allah SWT is given the responsibility to care for nature and its contents. the UUSPN Law on the National Education System No. 20 of 2003 it is stated as follows:"Education functions to develop abilities and shape the character of a dignified national civilization in order to educate the nation's life, aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and devote to an almighty god, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, competent, creative, be independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen.” To bring the community, especially the younger generation, to be able to play a role as expected, a forum for the educational process is needed, in which the educational process takes place simultaneously with the culture process. No full textIn Arabic language learning, textbooks strongly support the achievement of the ability of learners. In LKP Ibnu Khaldun, there is a teaching book as a teacher and student handbook containing materials, Arabic games, songs and expressions in Arabic. This research includes literature research with qualitative approach, trying to analyze the actualization and significance of textbooks in the process of learning Arabic in intensive classes of Arabic LKP Ibn Khaldun. Data collection method with documentation and content analysis descriptively qualitatively. The book, published in 2020 and already isbn, has been applied to Arabic language learning in LKP Ibnu Khaldun covering 26 themes. For mufradat learning for beginners, especially children, this book has many advantages, namely: a. In terms of content, there are many Arabic-themed vocabularies, games, songs and expressions in Arabic, b. In terms of presentation, each theme is equipped with illustrations of colored objects. The significance of this textbook is: a. Multiplying the memorization of new vocabulary 200-400 words, b. Increase interest in learning the contents of books with illustrations of colored objects with the mention of Arabic vocabulary, c. Multiply memorization of Arabic songs translated from Indonesian children's songs, d. Accustomed to the practice of speaking through the practice of expression in Arabic, e. Learning Arabic is more interesting because of the practice of memorizing vocabulary games

No full textThe purpose of this study is to find a model of the concept of Islamic education planning, with the hope that it can be useful for management science and Islamic education management. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method with data sources from the library (library research) and the main data sources were the Qur'an, interpretations, hadith, Islamic history books and books related to educational planning. Studies on planning and planning for education conventionally have been widely discussed and written by experts, but studies on planning and planning for education in an Islamic perspective are still not many. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) Curriculum planning refers to national curriculum standards and is implemented by determining subjects and scheduling implementation. (2) Curriculum development is carried out by adding religious subjects based on Nahdatul Ulama and giving authority to teachers to develop learning methods (3) Planning for learning resources is carried out by preparing textbooks and student worksheets and preparing libraries (4) Planning for facilities and infrastructure is carried out by prepare basic facilities and infrastructure which is carried out by needs analysis. (5) The principal plans for teaching staff to adapt to the needs and must have a bachelor's status. Educational staff planning is applicable. (6) Teacher performance planning is carried out through the preparation of performance standards that contain the main tasks and functions of educators and education staff

No full textThis research was conducted to increase reading creativity with the help of flashcard media in children aged 4-5 years and can find out the role of teachers in developing pre-reading stimulation in children aged 4-5 years in Islamic Kindergarten Allam Pelem Watu Menganti Gresik through flashcard media. This study uses a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were 10 children aged 4-5 years, 6 boys and 4 girls and 2 teachers of class A group. Researchers collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results, this study was able to improve aspects of the pre-reading development of children aged 4-5 years so that they developed very well. Judging from the results of observations in the field, the use of stimulating pre-reading through flashcard media to improve the pre-reading development of children aged 4-5 years is the use of the flashcard method equipped with interesting and varied pictures. This is evidenced from the results of the checklist on the assessment of pre-reading developmental aspects of group A children aged 4-5 years, that when using the story method and without using interesting and varied pictures, there are some children who still lack a sense of self-awareness, responsibility and prosocial behavior
