Analysis Of Community Satisfaction With The Use Of Electric Motorbikes In The City Of South Surabaya
Get PDFThe development of modern transportation can be viewed from several aspects, such as quality, effectiveness and
efficiency for its users, especially the millennial generation. One of the modern transportation today is an electric
motorcycle. The development of electric motorcycles in Indonesia is not as fast as the development of conventional
motorcycles. Electric motorcycles that are currently developing need to be analyzed to determine the level of
consumer satisfaction. Analysis of the level of customer satisfaction can be done using the method. By knowing
the analysis of the Kano method, improvements or evaluations can be made for developers of relevant electric
motors in the future. Test analysis was carried out by conducting a survey of electric motorcycle users in the
Surabaya area. Based on the analysis of the results of Kano's research that has been done, it can be seen that
there is a need for an increase in electric motorbikes. This shows that with an increase in electric motorbikes,
people's satisfaction with the use of electric motorbikes will increase
MEDIASI SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA BISNIS DI INDONESIA
Get PDFDalam konteks penerapan hukum di Indonesia saat ini, terdapat dua metode penyelesaian sengketa yang dikenal, yaitu melalui proses litigasi dan melalui jalur non-litigasi. Proses litigasi sering dianggap lambat dalam menyelesaikan sengketa antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan biaya yang tinggi dan bahkan memunculkan permusuhan antara pihak-pihak yang bersengketa. Jalur non-litigasi dalam penyelesaian sengketa dianggap lebih cepat dan efisien, serta dapat memberikan solusi yang menguntungkan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat. Namun acap kali penyelesaian non litigasi ini menemui permasalahan didalamnya, seperti permasalahan administrasi dari fasilitator. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses mediasi dalam penyelesaian sengketa bisnis, dan mengetahui upaya hukum jika mediator lalai dalam prosedur administrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah proses mediasi dapat dibedakan antara mediasi di luar pengadilan dan mediasi yang terintegrasi dengan proses berperkara di pengadilan. Majelis Kehormataan Pusat Mediasi Nasional memiliki peran strategis dalam melakukan pengawasan kepada mediator yang menjalankan profesinya. pemerintahaan harus meningkatkan penerimaan negara. Salah satu penerimaan negara terbesar adalah pajak. Maka dari itu DJP harus meningkatkan penerimaan pajak dengan menggunakan faktor faktor pendukung yang diantara nya pemahaman peraturan pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak, serta pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam membayar pajak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah Teknik probability sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden di KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut dengan syarat (1) memiliki NPWP; (2) terdaftar dalam KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peraturan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam membayar pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam membayar pajak, dan pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam membayar pajak. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam membayar pajak adalah pemahaman peraturan pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method that tests the influence of causality
between the variables studied. The population of this research is active students for academic year 2023/2024
who are registered at Catholic universities in Indonesia which are members of the Association of Catholic
Universities (APTIK). The number of samples was determined as 200 using a purposive sampling method. The
data analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
The results of this research prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of
laudato si' cognition on attitude towards green consumers, laudato si' cognition on subjective norms, laudato si'
cognition on perceived green consumer behavior control, attitude towards green consumers on green consumer
behavior intention, subjective norm towards green consumer behavior intention, attitude towards green
consumer towards green consumer behavior intention, laudato si' cognition towards green consumer behavior
intention through attitude towards green consumer, laudato si' cognition towards green consumer behavior
intention through attitude towards green consumer, laudato si 'cognition of green consumer behavior intention
through attitude towards green consumers in APTIK students in Indonesia.
The limitation of this research is that the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online which had
an impact on the risk of the questionnaire not being read, understood and filled out carefully by the
respondents. Academic advice that can be taken from this research is for future researchers to conduct further
research using variables related to Laudato Si' Cognition, attitude towards green consumer, subjective norm,
attitude towards green consumer, perceived green consumer behavior. Business actors should pay attention to
the existence of green consumers whose purchasing decisions, as proven in this research, are significantly
influenced by their awareness of the green environment

menjadi sebuah ide bisnis. Bisnis yang sedang menjadi pusat di Indonesia ialah bisnis kedai kopi.
Peningkatan akan kebutuhan dan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia membuat pertumbuhan kedai kopi
semakin meningkat terlebih di wilayah kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Salah satu kedai kopi yang juga
mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat ialah kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa. Penjualan yang dilakukan Kopi
Janji Jiwa selama satu bulan mencapai 5 juta cup dengan jumlah outlet yang cukup memuaskan hingga
mencapai 700 outlet. Kopi Janji Jiwa juga telah bekerjasama dengan William Gozali sebagai Brand
Ambassador yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk memperkenalkan Kopi Janji Jiwa dikalangan masyarakat.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Produk dan Brand
Ambassador terhadap Brand Image Kopi Janji Jiwa pada cabang Jl.Basuki Rahmat Surabaya. Pengumpulan
data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 75 responden dengan menggunakan teknik
purposivesampling dan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan uji validitas yang dinyatakan valid dan
reliabel. Serta pada uji normalitas One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov memiliki alur distribusi yang normal
dan tidak terjadi multikolinearitas. Melalui uji t hasil yang didapatkan yaitu nilai signifikan Kualitas
Layanan (X1) sebesar 0,186 > 0,05 sehingga Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Brand Image.
Nilai signifikan Kualitas Produk (X2) sebesar 0,011 < 0,05 sehingga Kualitas Produk berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap BrandImage. Nilai signifikan Brand Ambassador

No full textThe legal system which is based on and inspired by the philosophical values of Pancasila, aims to improve the legal system in Indonesia. That is able to protect its citizens from all actions or behaviors that are contrary to humanity and justice. Therefore, Indonesian law contains elements of protecting implementing order, justice, and especially non-discrimination, especially from gender. The law creates a dignified society, which humanizes humans, upholds human values. The norms that live in society, become a basis for the formation of a rule. But the customs and habits that exist in ethnic groups in Indonesia have their own character. Violence cannot be identified in a particular society, but all humans can have a hard character. However, the existence of a belis or dowry, seems to give legitimacy that women have been bought. Therefore, through this community service activity, it focuses focuses on efforts to increase awereness of the law in the hope of minimizing the habit of violent behavior in the nomad community from Ende in the Surabaya city. This effort to increase awereness of the law is carried out through legal assistance regarding domestic violence in the Ende nomad community in Surabaya City. The assistance of representatives of Ende residents in Surabaya related to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence needs to be carried out intensively and massively. Frozen Shoulder Therapy using Acupuncture
No full textIntroduction: A frozen shoulder is a medical condition that causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder, limiting mobility and daily activities. Traditional therapy is not always effective, so acupuncture therapy is an alternative that can improve joint function and mobility. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of acupuncture therapy in cases of frozen shoulders. Method: The research method used is a case study with a pre-post test design. The research sample consisted of five patients with frozen shoulder. Result and Discussion: The therapy was carried out three times, and the acupuncture points used were LI 15, LI 14,
SI 9, SI 10, SI 11, SI 12, and GV16. The variables observed were the level of pain and stiffness in the shoulder before and after acupuncture therapy. Conclusion: The results showed that acupuncture therapy for treating frozen shoulder showed significant changes, with an average previous VAS scale of 4.8 to 0.6, so it can be concluded that acupuncture has been proven effective as an alternative therapy for frozen shoulder cases

Kepercayaan investor untuk menanamkan dana nya dimulai dari menganalisis bagaimana kinerja perusahaan selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
bagaimana kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan infrastuktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh struktur modal, financial distress, dan tax avoidance. Penelitian skripsi ini sebagai peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari data sekunder dengan menggunakan prosedur
dokumentasi. Sampel perusahaan yang terpilih dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan kurun waktu penelitian tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh.
Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Financial distress memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Tax avoidance tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan infrastruktur go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia
