The Influence of Product Display Product Display, Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and Impulse Buying
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of product displays, store atmosphere, and service quality on impulse buying at
Hokky Fruit Supermarket Merr Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Methods of data
analysis include: validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of
determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data research with SPSS Version 23, it was shown that
all statement items for each variable in the questionnaire were declared valid with rcount > rtable of 0.227, all variables
were declared reliable with cronbac'h alpha values > 0.60. The results of the P-P Plot Normality Test show that the
data used in this study are normally distributed. Multicollinearity test results showed no symptoms of
multicollinearity between independent variables in the regression model with tolerance values ≥ 0.10 and VIF ≤ 10.
Heteroscedasticity test results showed no symptoms of heteroscedasticity in the regression model because there was
no clear pattern and there was a distribution of dots above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the
multiple linear regression equation in this study are Y = 3.508 – 0.112 X1 – 0.172 X2 + 1.210 X3, the contribution of
Product Display variables, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality to Impulse Buying at Hokky Fruit Supermarket
Merr Surabaya at 37.1% is included in the weak category. The results of the t test analysis show that Product
Display and Store Atmosphere have no effect on Impulse Buying while Service Quality has a significant effect on
Impulse Buying

No full textSeseorang yang namanya dimasukkan ke dalam kontak darurat tidak mengetahui bahwa ia menjadi penanggung jawab dalam proses peminjaman yang sudah dilakukan oleh peminjam karena tidak dilakukan tanpa sepengetahuan orang tersebut. Hal ini membuat pemilik data pribadi merasa tidak nyaman terhadap gangguan yang terjadi ketika peminjam melakukan wanprestasi. Adanya teror berupa ancaman, makian dan bocornya data pribadi menjadi penyebab keresahan yang terjadi pada pemilik data pribadi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan terletak pada absennya kekuatan hukum ketika data diberikan akibat kekhilafan atau diperoleh dengan paksaan dan penipuan, yang membuat kesepakatan tersebut tidak sah menurut Pasal 1321 KUH Perdata. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa UU PDP yang telah disahkan masih belum dapat mengatur permasalahan terhadap pengaturan penggunaan data pribadi secara komprehensif, sehingga masih terdapatnya permasalahan secara hukum pemilik data pribadi yang dipakai secara diam-diam sebagai kontak darurat. While the dependent variable price to book value (PBV) as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period as many as 196 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 35 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple linear regression at a significant level of 5 programs used in analyzing data using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that debt to total asset ratio (DER), does not have a significant effect on price to book value, devident payout ratio, (DPR), has a significant effect on price to book value , fixed asset to total assets (FATA) does not have a significant effect on price to book value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

areas. Broadly speaking, green open space can be used as an active environment in various
community activities, but still pay attention to environmental aspects. Development on a
housing scale is one of the supporting elements to provide a change of atmosphere for residents.
The main problem currently is that residents carry out sports activities mostly on the main
residential roads that are traversed by vehicles. This makes it less comfortable and safe for
residents who do sports. The method used is social analysis by drawing conclusions from
existing problems through joint discussions. So that the expected results of this community
service activity are providing sports facilities in the form of building a jogging track in the RT park area. 002. The existence of a jogging track can provide comfort to the community in
exercising. In addition, to regulate the level of comfort and security for residents, it can be
reflected in a comfortable environment with the availability of all facilities that can be used in
general in good condition

penggunanya. Dimana sirkulasi wajib dibedakan antara penonton, pemain dan pengurus dari
stadion sofbol. Pembagian akses bagi pengguna dimaksudkan agar tidak adanya saling
bertabrakan antar fungsi ruang. Sirkulasi yang dimaksud yakni akes masuk dan keluar dalam
bangunan stadion sofbol. Dengan banyaknya akses dan ruang-ruang didalam bangunan
stadion sofbol perlu adanya tanda pengenal (signage) yang memudahkan pengguna untuk
dapat langsung mengerti dan mengarah ke suatu ruang tersebut. Secara denah ruang dalam
stadion sofbol terdiri dari beberapa ruang yang mendukung seluruh kegiatan pengunjung.
Bangunan yang baik secara garis besar harus memiliki penataan pola ruang yang baik pula
hal ini dapat dikaji melalui pengukuran jarak pandang yang mempengaruhi pencapaian ruang
gerak. Sebagai syarat utama dalam sebuah stadion dimana pergerakan manusia dalam
bangunan harus cepat secara sirkulasi untuk itu akses keluar masuk menjadi bagian yang
paling diperhatikan. Jarak pandang dengan hasil pengukuran pengenalan melalui polygon

The- Law Implementation of Body Shaming that Leads to Sexual Harassment Against Women in Social Media
No full textBeauty is the main reason for someone, especially a woman, to look stunning. A woman who feels beautiful uploading a photo of herself often experiences body shaming in the form of hate speech and bad comments through social media. It leads to sexual harassment. The Indonesian government passes the Violence Crime Act on Sexual Harassment (TPKS) which is expected to be a brand-new breakthrough in the Indonesian legal system. As well as the existence of restorative justice, it is hoped that it will also be one of the breakthroughs in the legal world by seeking a solution by emphasizing re-election to its original state. Not many women are well-aware of this new regulation. It is hoped that more awareness of this regulation to be well-spread, and that it can create determent effects for perpetrators of sexual harassment against women on social media. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh earning per share (EPS), debt to equity ratio (DER), dan pertumbuhan penjualan. Penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari data sekunder dengan menggunakan prosedur dokumentasi. Sampel perusahaan yang terpilih dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 133 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan kurun waktu penelitian tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.
Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa earning per share (EPS) memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Debt to equity ratio (DER) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Pertumbuhan penjualan tidak mempengaruhi harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia
