SELF ACUPRESSURE AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MAINTAIN BODY HEALTH
No full textIn 2019, Madiun city received the title red zone covid-19, since then the Madiun city government always take preventive action. Now, covid-19 in indonesia has gone down, but preventive measures must still be taken. One of the preventive actions that can be taken with traditional/complementary medicine is acupressure by ourselves. Acupressure is massage at acupuncture points, also called acupuncture without needles. Some acupressure points for maintaining health is li 4 – hegu, st 36 – zusanli, lv 3 – taichong, and sp 6 – sanyinjiao. Community service activities were carried out on september 18, 2022 in Madiun city. Community service activities were attended by 50 participants. The method of community service activities is education to the community. The most age group participating in counseling was the age of 41-50 years was 40% and the least age > 60 years was 4%. Female participants were 56% and male participants were 44%. Before and after counseling the participants were then given a questionnaire. The questionnaire has 10 questions with a weight of 1. If all questions are answered correctly, the maximum score is 10 and the lowest score is 0. The mean score before counseling was 1,43 and after that 9,05. It can be concluded that the respondents received the educational material very well

No full textHealth is a very valuable thing because it is the basis for happiness, productivity, and a good quality of life. Many new diseases appear, and lifestyle changes greatly affect our health. Therefore, efforts to improve health must continue to be pursued. how to prevent disease traditionally by drinking herbal medicine and applying acupressure. Acupressure is the technique of applying pressure to acupuncture points without using needles. Acupressure can be done on yourself without the help of others. Community service activities are carried out on March 18, 2023, from 13.00 to 15.00 in Wonocolo sub-district, Surabaya City. The purpose of this activity is to make people aware of the importance of health and provide knowledge to the community on how to maintain their own health with self-acupressure. This activity uses the methods of lecture, discussion, and practice together. To monitor the success of the activity, questionnaires were distributed before and after the activity. From the results of community service before the counseling activities, the average value of counseling was 3.55, and after counseling, the average value obtained was 8.95. The Relationship of Servant Leadership on Knowledge Sharing Behavior With Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior As Mediator
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the relationship between servant leadership (SL) on organizational culture (OC), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and knowledge-sharing behavior (KSB) to test the indirect relationship of servant leadership (SL) on organizational culture (OC), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and knowledge sharing behavior (KSB), as well as to test the indirect relationship of SL to OCB and KSB through OC. The research design used a quantitative method; the research samples were 60 village officials from one of the sub-districts in Magetan Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by way of a survey using a questionnaire. The research results showed that SL has a significant positive relationship with OC and OCB, but SL does not have a direct relationship with KSB; OC has a significant positive relationship with OCB and KSB; OCB is not directly related to KSB; OC plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between SL and OCB; OC as a full mediation of the relationship between SL and KSB. Realizing KSB can be improved through the internalization of organizational culture, which can increase OCB and encourage organizational members to share knowledge
ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA PENGHAPUSAN NOISE IMAGE ENCHANCEMENT PADA CITRA ULTRASONOGRAFI
Get PDFKetika melakukan akuisisi citra ultrasonografi, sering kali terjadi gangguan dalam bentuk noise. Hal ini tentunya dapat mengganggu intepretasi medis yang akurat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penghapusan noise yang efektif, yaitu menggunakan metode point processing dan mask processing. Algoritma yang disediakan tentunya bermacam-macam, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis perbandingan algoritma yang efektif untuk menghapus noise. Perbandingan algorritma dilakukan antaranya Contrast Streching, Retinex, Median Filter, dan High Pass Filter. Setelah, hasil pengujian dilakukan didapatkan bahwa metode Median Filter (Mask Processing) yang terbukti efektif untuk menghilangkan noise, dengan hasil nilai PSNR 35.50 dan MSE 18.64

organizational resilience through digital transformation mediation. Data was taken by distributing questionnaires via
Google form as primary data. Data analysis was performed with smart PLS. Of the two direct effect hypotheses, one
hypothesis was proven to have a positive and significant relationship, namely, dynamic capabilities to organizational
resilience. In contrast, dynamic capabilities to digital transformation had a negative but not significant relationship. A
negative and insignificant effect was found on the relationship between dynamic capabilities on organizational resilience
with digital transformation mediation

Faktor kemampuan dan motivasi karyawan serta pimpinan juga bisa memengaruhi kinerja. Oleh karena ada banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja maka diperlukan adanya indikator kinerja sehingga dalam pelaksanaan penilaian akan menjadi objektif. Penilaian kinerja atau performance appraisal adalah sebuah proses atau aktivitas yang dilaksanakan oleh individu atau grup dalam sebuah lembaga guna melakukan evaluasi dan menyampaikan informasi hasil pekerjaan karyawan dengan suatu standar yang sudah ditentukan untuk suatu jenjang waktu tertentu. Indikator penilaian kinerja dapat diambil dari uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab serta target masing-masing karyawan di setiap unit kerjanya. mass vaccination process for all Indonesian citizens. Moreover, PKKM status has been abolished and gives residents
freedom to do their activities inside or outside the room. The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of
material selection on passive cooling in residential buildings in response to the risk of Covid-19. The comfort level of
occupants when they are inside the house can be determined from the use of residential materials in this Gresik
Regency. The identification process uses the method of quantitative heat transfer comparison technique of each
building material in several areas of residential buildings. The process of identifying existing materials in buildings
against plans for the use of materials in the residential redesign process. Achievement of durability here is the accuracy
of placement and selection as well as the characteristics of the materials used. Conduction and radiation processes are
contributing factors to the heat distribution process in buildings. Thermal comfort is greatly influenced by the use of
materials compared to the rate of air exchange. The heat transfer value can be of great value if the material used has
a U-value and a large surface area and this causes the level of thermal comfort in the building to be low

terus bereksplorasi dalam berbagai hal. Hendaknya anak tidak diajarkan dengan sebuah
sistem pembelajaran yang memberatkan karena secara harafiahnya anak harus diberikan
kebebasan bermain untuk mengasah kecerdasan dan interaksi dengan sesama. Banyak
orang tua cara mendidiknya masih salah yakni dengan memberikan pembelajaran
akademik, seperti les maupun kursus meskipun itu sejak usia dini. Perilaku ini banyak
dipraktekkan oleh para orang tua karena mereka takut akan ketidaksiapan anak dalam
menghadapi pendidikan formal akademik kedepannya. Hal ini dapat menghambat tumbuh
kembang anak yang seharusnya sejak dini memiliki waktu yang lebih banyak dengan cara
bermain. Karena pembelajaran bagi anak sejak usia dini yang terbaik adalah dengan cara
bermain, sehingga penerapan bermain sambil belajar merupakan hal yang wajib di berikan
oleh orang tua kepada anak. Untuk mendukung itu semua perlu penambahan dan
pembaruan sarana infrastruktur bagi anak yang memadahi terutama dilingkungan
pemukiman. Namun wadah dalam bentuk arena bermain yang murah dan gratis masih
kurang secara fisik, sehingga perlu dibangunnya sebuah taman bermain yang ramah akan
anak di lingkungan Perumahan Babatan Pratama. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu observasi dengan cara pencarian sampling. Diharapkan banyak orang
tua yang sadar akan pentingnya bermain bagi anak untuk mengasah tumbuh kembang
kecerdasan mereka. Selain itu juga dilakukan pemenuhan infrastruktur berupa
pemenuhan alat bermain anak pada area taman sebagai arena penerapan pembelajaran
sejak dini dalam bersosialisasi maupun berekspresi
