    THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL BELIEFS, ATTITUDES, MORAL OBLIGATIONS, AND SUBJECTIVE NORMS ON GREEN CONSUMER BEHAVIOR IN SURABAYA’S STAR HOTELS

    Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental beliefs, attitudes, moral obligations, and subjective norms on green consumer behavior among hotel visitors in Surabaya. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. A total of 100 respondents who had stayed at star-rated hotels in Surabaya were selected as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings: The results indicated that environmental beliefs significantly influenced attitudes, and moral obligations significantly influenced subjective norms. Furthermore, both moral obligations and subjective norms had a significant influence on green consumer behavior. However, attitudes and environmental beliefs did not have a significant direct effect on behavior. Practical Implications: The findings highlight the importance of enhancing tourists’ moral awareness and leveraging social norms to promote environmentally responsible behavior in the hospitality industry. These insights can be utilized by hotel managers and tourism policymakers to design sustainability-based campaigns and service standards. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the understanding of pro-environmental consumer behavior in the tourism sector by integrating psychological constructs such as moral obligation and subjective norms into a green behavior framework, particularly within the context of developing countries

    Sentiment Analysis untuk Mengidentifikasi Faktor Penunjang Kesuksesan Feeder Wira Wiri Suroboyo

    Traffic congestion is a major issue in Surabaya, a metropolitan city with a high rate of private vehicle growth. To address this problem, the Surabaya city government launched the Wira Wiri Suroboyo feeder service as a complement to the Suroboyo Bus mass transportation system. This study aims to identify public responses to the service through sentiment analysis of comments posted on the official Instagram account @wirawirisuroboyo. The methodology employed sentiment analysis and text mining techniques using R Studio software. Data were collected via web scraping from 230 comments and processed through data cleaning, tokenization, case folding, and stopword removal. The results show that 37% of comments were positive, 16% expressed trust, 10% were sad, and 8% were negative. A word cloud revealed dominant words such as "halte" (bus stop), "rute" (route), and "bisa" (can), reflecting the community’s need for better accessibility and service coverage. This research contributes as an evaluation input and recommendation for policymakers to improve the quality and distribution of Wira Wiri Suroboyo services, supporting a more inclusive and sustainable public transport system in Surabaya

    PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, INOVASI, DAN BRAND TRUST TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TUPPERWARE DI SURABAYA TIMUR

    This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires carried out via Google Form. This research looks at the decline in Tupperware's ranking in the Top Brand Award in the last 5 years. The sample in this study was 97 using a purposive sampling technique which refers to Tupperware consumers aged 18-40 years who have purchased or used Tupperware at least once. The research data obtained was processed using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis showed that all of the statement items for each variable in the questionnaire were declared valid and reliable. The results of the normality test show significant results with 0.200 or ≥ 0.05. Then the results of this study show that there is no multicollinearity relationship with a tolerance value of ≥ 0.10 and VIF ≤ 10. The results of the heteroscedasticity test also show that in this study there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity with a level value of ≥ 0.05. The research results in multiple linear regression in this study are Y = 5,583 + 0.045X1 + 0.268X2 + 0.419X3 + 0.166X4. The magnitude of the influence of product quality, price, innovation and brand trust on Tupperware purchasing decisions in East Surabaya is 24.6%. The results of the t test in this study show that (1) product quality has no influence on purchasing decisions with tcount 0.352 ≤ ttable 1.986 and a significance value of 0.725 ≥ 0.05 (2) price influences purchasing decisions with tcount 2.116 > ttable 1.986 and significance value 0.037 < 0.05 (3) innovation influences purchasing decisions with tcount 2.821 > ttable 1.986 and significance 0.006 < 0.05 (4) brand trust has no influence on purchasing decisions with tcount 1.277 ≤ ttable 1.986 and significance 0.25 ≥ 0, 0

    The increasingly rapid development of the internet world can be utilized as a very profitable business idea. Internet Cafes (Warnet) and Online Games XGATE Surabaya are one form of utilizing business ideas related to the increasingly rapid development of the internet world and triggering the development of online games in Indonesia. XGATE Surabaya Internet Cafes and Online Games have seen a fairly rapid growth in the number of consumers in the last 4 years. This research is quantitative research using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms which are distributed via the researcher's social media. Researchers used a purposive sampling method. The samples in this research were consumers who had used the services of internet cafes and online games XGATE Surabaya. Research data was processed using SPSS version 25. The results of data analysis show that all statement items for each variable in the questionnaire are declared valid with rcount > rtable of 0.1654, all variables are declared reliable with cronbac'h alpha value > 0.6. The results of the P-P Plot Normality Test show that the data used in the research is normally distributed. The results of the Multicollinearity Test show that there are no symptoms of multicollinearity between independent variables in the regression model with a tolerance value ≥ 0.10 and VIF ≤ 10. The results of the Heteroscedasticity Test show that there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity in the regression model because there is no clear pattern and there is a distribution of points. above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the multiple linear regression equation in this study are Y = 8.878 + 0.498 Internet Cafe) and XGATE Surabaya Online Game based on the Adjusted Rsquare value of 45.0%. The results of the t test data analysis show that (1) Facilities have an influence on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.067 > 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, (3) Service quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions with tcount -3.935 < 1.985 and significance 0.000 < 0.05

    In this study, researchers want to see the ef ect of inflation, exchange rates, ROE and PER on changes in the stock prices of mining companies. During the period before and during Covid, changes in stock prices have different patterns. This encourages researchers to see whether the influence of these various variables has the same or different influence in the period before and after Covid-19. Based on theory and the results of previous research, inflation is one of the external drivers that has a significant effect on changes in stock prices. This is because inflation has a major effect on production prices and sales prices so that it affects the performance of a company. The next variable is the exchange rate, based on previous research, the exchange rate affects stock prices due to the close relationship between the capital market and the money market. If there is an increase in the money market, the capital market will usually decrease and vice versa. The next variable is the company's internal factors in the form of ROE. Return on Equity is a ratio that can be calculated by comparing the value of income to the value of the company's capital. This ratio is often used because it can be an indicator that can determine whether management work in generating profits from the capital owned is ef icient or not, so based on previous research this ratio also affects the value of stock prices. The last variable which is also an internal variable is PER. Price Earning Ratio is one of the profitability ratios that investors often use to determine their investment decisions. Based on existing theory and research, it is stated that PER affects the value of shares. Researchers collected data from various sources and processed various existing data and found the following results. From the research results, it was found that inflation during the period before and after Covid-19 had no significant effect on stock value. For the exchange rate before and during the covid-19 did not have a significant ef fect on the value of shares. ROE was found to have a significant effect on stock value both before and during Covid. PER was found to have no significant effect in the period before and during Covid

    Peningkatan pada Jumlah Kendaraan sepeda motor, tentu ikut mendorong perusahaan untuk mendirikan fasilitas pasca pembelian yang akan membuat perusahaan semakin memiliki pesaing serupa. Maka demikian perusahaan akan dituntu untuk lebih memahami aspek penting yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen pada pembelian jasa servis sepeda motor dan berusaha untuk tetap meningkatkan kualitas yang ditawarkan, agar konsumen lebih tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data Metode penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian produk jasa servis AHASS Gedang Motor Sidoarjo. Peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebesar 75 responden. Data pada penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis data menunjukan pada semua item pernyataan masing-masing variabel dalam kuesioner dinyatakan valid dengan rhitung > rtabel sebesar 0,2272, semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbech’s Alpha > 0,70. Hasil P- P plot pada Uji Normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data yang digunakan pada penelitian memiliki distribusi yang normal. Pada hasil Uji Multikolinearitas menunjukkan tidak terjadi gejala multikolinearitas antara variabel independen pada model regresi dengan nilai tolerance > 0.10 dan VIF 1.99394 dan signifikansinya 0.002 1.99394 dan signifikansinya 0.002 0.050

    RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM CHATBOT BERBASIS ATURAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE KAPUN (KEGIATAN APAPUN)

    Activities in the academic world are now starting to use technology, especially websites, to support various activities such as providing information and registering for activities. This research aims to design a Kapun (Any Activity) system which is a development of an existing system, namely the webinar website at Darma Cendika Catholic University, where several things cannot be done on the old system. The Kapun systems developed in this research are Kapun CMS related to access rights data management, Kapun Bot to provide information by using scanning from a rule-based database, namely setting a series of rules to answer questions, Kapun API to create an API that is integrated into the Kapun frontend, and Whenever Users register for activities. The software development used uses a linear sequential model starting from the analysis, design, development, and testing stages. In this research, the Kapun system was successfully developed and implemented well, based on test results using black box testing. Where Kapun CMS testing uses 37 scenarios with results as expected, Kapun Bot uses 4 scenarios with results as expected, Kapun User uses 5 scenarios with results as expected, and Kapun API can be seen on 13 endpoints of which 5 endpoints have been implemented on the frontend side of Kapun with 8 test scenarios using black box testing on the landing page to display activities

    Pengaruh Lifestyle, E-Service Quality, dan Electronic Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Oleh Mahasiswa di Surabaya Timur pada Marketplace Shopee

    Currently there is a phenomenon that people prefer everything that is practical and fast. This is supported by the increasing number of marketplaces in Indonesia, one of the marketplaces that is well known to the public, especially in Surabaya, is the Shopee marketplace. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions by students in East Surabaya on the Shopee marketplace, (2) to determine the influence of e-service quality on purchasing decisions by students in East Surabaya on the Shopee marketplace, and (3) to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchasing decisions by students in East Surabaya on the Shopee marketplace. This research method uses quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 75 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this research is using a validity test, the results of which are declared valid because all calculated r values in this research are > from the r table. The results of the reliability test show that all variables have a Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70, so it is stated that all the variables studied are reliable or consistent. The classic assumption test consists of 3 (three) tests, namely the normality test whose results show that the variables X1, that the regression model does not experience multicollinearity, and the heteroscedasticity test shows that the regression model does not experience symptoms of heteroscedasticity. The results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 2.339 + 0.550 X1 + 0.216 X2 + 0.059 X3. The coefficient of determination in this study shows that the adjusted R square value is 0.492 or 49.2%, which means that the independent variable in this study makes a moderate contribution to the dependent variable. The t test in this study resulted in the lifestyle variable (X1) having a calculated t value of 4.564 > t table 1.99394 with a sig value. amounting to 0.000 t table 1.99394 with a sig value. amounting to 0.004 0.05 which means EWOM has no influence on purchasing decisions by students in East Surabaya on the Shopee marketplace

    KEKOSONGAN HUKUM DALAM HAL MENGADILI PERMOHONAN KEPUTUSAN TATA USAHA NEGARA FIKTIF POSITIF

    Sistem hukum adalah sekumpulan peraturan yang disusun secara rapi sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan dan memiliki satu tujuan yang sama. Adanya empat sistem hukum yang ada di dunia ini yaitu civil law, common law, islamic law dan adat law. Indonesia menganut sistem hukum civil law karena sistem hukum di Indonesia sesuai dengan prinsip hukum civil law yaitu peraturan atau hukum adalah hal yang utama sehingga peraturan atau hukum tersebut ditata secara rapi dan sistematis serta peraturan atau hukum tersebut memiliki sifat yang mengikat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka konsep negara hukum rechsstaat adalah konsep negara hukum yang tepat digunakan di Indonesia. Konsep negara hukum rechsstaat tersebut menghendaki adanya Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara guna menyelesaikan sengketa yang terjadi antara Pemerintah dan rakyat. Oleh karena itu, Indonesia membentuk Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara guna penyelesaian sengketa antar Pemerintah dengan masyarakat atau disebut juga sengketa tata usaha negara. Objek sengketa dalam sengketa tata usaha negara adalah keputusan tata usaha negara. Pada keputusan tata usaha negara dikenalnya permohonan fiktif positif. Pada awalnya, Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara yang berwenang dalam memberikan putusan penerimaan permohonan fiktif positif berdasarkan Undang-Undang Administrasi Pemerintahan, namun sejak adanya Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja kewenangan dari Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara tersebut dihapuskan. Sehingga adanya kekosongan hukum mengenai hal tersebut. Hipotesis awal dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan mengenai Bagaimana kewenangan mengadili dalam hal permohonan keputusan tata usaha negara fiktif positif dan Bagaimana Implikasi Pasal 175 Angka 7 UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 Tentang Cipta Kerja Terhadap Pemberlakuan Fiktif Positif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pada saat ini, kewenangan dalam pemberian penerimaan permohonan fiktif positif dimiliki oleh lembaga negara yang mana dan Untuk mengetahui dengan adanya Pasal 175 Angka 7 UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 Tentang Cipta Kerja, bagaimana implikasinya terhadap pemberlakuan fiktif positif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Jenis data dan sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Analisis bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penafsiran secara komparatif atau perbandingan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya kekosongan hukum dalam kewenangan pemberian penerimaan permohonan fiktif positif karena Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja tidak mengaturnya. Adanya UU Cipta Kerja tersebut juga berimplikasi positif dan negatif terhadap pemberlakuan fiktif positif. Implikasi positifnya adalah adanya percepatan waktu dan adanya keputusan secara elektronik. Implikasi negatifnya adalah adanya kekosongan hukum dalam hal kewenangan siapa dalam pemberian putusan penerimaan permohonan fiktif positif serta tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Pemerintah dapat menurun karena adanya kekosongan hukum yang tidak segera diisi tersebut. Sehingga Pemerintah harus segera mengisi kekosongan hukum dalam wewenang siapa dalam pemberian putusan penerimaan permohonan fiktif positif sehingga agar adanya kepastian hukum atau Presiden harus segera mengeluarkan Peraturan Presiden yang mengatur mengenai wewenang tersebut

    Perancangan Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Layanan Klinik Kecantikan "Alamanda Clinic" Berdasarkan Analisis SWOT dan QSPM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja layanan Alamanda Clinic Cabang Manukan berdasarkan pada analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif data yang meliputi data pelanggan dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan langsung (observasi), wawancara, menyebarkan kuesioner dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan melalui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh terhadap merancangan strategi peningkatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis matriks EFE, matriks IFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT dan QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis matriks IFE diperoleh total skor sebesar 2,84, sedangkan analisis matriks EFE diperoleh total skor sebesar 2,75. Hasil matriks IE berada pada kuadran V yang berarti bertahan dan menjaga. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan 16 alternatif strategi, berdasarkan matriks QSPM alternatif strategi yang paling diusulkan dan diprioritaskan dengan adalah SO2, optimalisasi Efektivitas Perawatan: Terus mengembangkan dan meningkatkan efektivitas perawatan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal bagi pelanggan, dengan skor TAS sebesar 5,049.
