E-Module Based Health Education on COVID-19 Immunization Increases Public Knowledge
The Indonesian government has declared COVID-19 as endemic, marking the end of the pandemic phase. However, efforts to control and prevent severe disease continue through routine COVID-19 immunization. Coverage for the second primary dose and booster remains below target. This study aims to evaluate the effect of an e-module on COVID-19 immunization knowledge among residents of Pontianak City. A quasi-experimental design with a control group was used. Forty-four participants were selected through accidental sampling and divided into two groups: 22 in the intervention group (e-module) and 22 in the control group (leaflet). Wilcoxon test results showed both the e-module (p-value = 0,000) and the leaflet (p-value = 0,001) significantly improved participants’ knowledge. The Mann-Whitney test (p-value = 0,039; mean rank = 26,1 vs. 18,8) indicated the e-module was more effective than the leaflet. E-module evaluation was conducted after three days of self-learning. Further studies are recommended to assess long-term knowledge retention and accessibility through digital learning tools on COVID-19 immunization

Moringa Leaf Extract Cream (Moringa oleifera L.)for Incision Wound Healing in White Rats
The use of traditional medicinal plants is part of cultural heritage that holds great potential in supporting public health. Moringa leaves are known to accelerate the healing of incision wounds due to their bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, saponins, and terpenoids, which play a role in tissue recovery. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of herbal cream containing Moringa leaf extract at concentrations of 2% w/w and 4% w/w in promoting the healing of incision wounds in white rats, assessed by wound closure length and histopathological examination of inflammatory cells. A true experimental design was applied in this research. The results showed that the Moringa leaf extract cream facilitated wound healing on the dorsal area of white rats within seven days and revealed a significant difference compared to the negative control group. Histopathological analysis demonstrated that treatment with 2% w/w and 4% w/w Moringa extract cream resulted in inflammatory cell counts of fewer than 50. In conclusion, herbal cream formulations containing 2% w/w and 4% w/w Moringa leaf extract are effective in healing incision wounds in white rats
Ethanol Extract of Bajakah Wood (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) on Tyrosinase Concentration and Body Weight in Rats Induced with High-Dose D-galactose
The aging process is associated with the accumulation of oxidative stress that damages cellular function. D-galactose is used to induce aging-like conditions in animal models. Bajakah wood extract (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.), which is traditionally used, is known to contain bioactive compounds with antioxidant activity. This study aimed to elucidate the effects of ethanol extract from Bajakah wood (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) on tyrosinase concentration and body weight in rats subjected to high-dose D-galactose induction. This laboratory experimental study used 36 male Sprague Dawley rats induced with D-galactose (500 mg/kgBW). The rats were divided into six groups: normal control, negative control, positive control (vitamin C 50 mg/kgBW), and three treatment groups that received Bajakah ethanol extract at doses of 25, 50, and 100 mg/kgBW. Body weight was monitored weekly for 8 weeks, and tyrosinase levels were analyzed at the end of the study. The negative control group showed fluctuations in body weight and the highest tyrosinase levels. Administration of Bajakah extract, particularly at a dose of 100 mg/kgBW, significantly reduced tyrosinase concentrations (p-value < 0,05) and resulted in a more stable weight gain profile compared to the negative control group. Bajakah wood ethanol extract showed an inhibitory effect on tyrosinase and improved weight stability in the D-galactose-induced rat model. These findings support the potential of this extract as a plant-based therapeutic agent for disorders related to oxidative stress and aging

A training on integrating literature into English language teaching based on logotherapy is essential for English Subject Teachers' Working Group (MGMP) members in Pekalongan City to enhance their pedagogical competence in student instruction. The main objective of this activity was to respond to the needs of teachers' who showed a positive attitude toward the use of literary texts, but were still limited in their ability to interpret such texts beyond moralistic or literal meanings. A needs analysis was conducted through questionnaires to explore teachers' perceptions, experiences, and obstacles related to the use of literature in the curriculum. The training was carried out in five sessions, beginning with an introduction to the philosophical foundations of logotherapy and existentialist education, followed by discussions on the role of literature in meaningful learning. The practical sessions involved critical interpretation of the folktale Malin Kundang, modification of the narrative to emphasize existential dilemmas, and the development of interactive language skills activities (listening, reading, writing, and speaking). The results showed that the training helped expand the teachers' understanding of how literature can be used not only to enhance language competence but also to develop students’ self-awareness, empathy, and character. The conclusion highlights that the integration of literature and logotherapy principles has the potential to transform the English classroom into a space for personal growth and existential reflection, making language learning both meaningful and transformative
