    Drug quality management is a decisive factor in the success of the modern pharmaceutical industry. In the context of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, product quality is not merely about meeting regulatory standards; it also serves as a core strategy for building trust, reputation, and loyalty among institutional partners. This study aims to analyze the role and influence of drug quality management on the effectiveness of B2B marketing strategies between pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers. A qualitative case-study approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of quality documents. The findings indicate that integrating a GMP-based quality system with a relational marketing approach produces mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.     Analysis Of Green Leadership's Impact On Operational Efficiency In Small Industrial MSMES In Indonesia: A Literature Review

    This study explores the impact of green leadership on operational efficiency in small industrial MSMEs in Indonesia through a qualitative literature review. By examining existing academic works, the research identifies the key role of green leadership in enhancing organizational performance by integrating environmental sustainability into decision-making and operational practices. The findings suggest that green leadership fosters improved resource utilization, energy conservation, and innovative environmentally-friendly practices, which contribute to operational efficiency. Leaders who prioritize sustainability within MSMEs help promote responsible resource use, reduce waste, and enhance productivity, despite the resource constraints typical of small enterprises. The study further reveals that while green leadership shows promise in optimizing operational processes, challenges such as limited financial resources, technological adoption, and managerial capacity impede full implementation. In conclusion, the paper highlights the importance of green leadership in achieving both ecological and operational gains in MSMEs and recommends that policymakers and business leaders collaborate to promote sustainable practices in small-scale industries.     Integration of Project Planning, Virtual Team Development, and Leadership to Support Technology Innovation Downstreaming at PT Teknologi Gotong Royong (GORO): A Literature Review

    This study aims to analyze how the integration of project planning, virtual team development, and leadership in encouraging the downstreaming of technology innovation (HIT) at PT Teknologi Gotong Royong (GORO). The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of eight scientific journals published during the 2020–2025 period, focusing on project management, digital technology, and leadership integration. The findings confirm that the success of innovation downstreaming at GORO is critically dependent on the synergy of these three factors. Project planning leveraging digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhances the efficiency of communication and decision-making. Virtual team development enables crucial cross-location collaboration, although it is constrained by issues like low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure. Furthermore, adaptive and transformational leadership is proven capable of enhancing creativity, mitigating resistance to change, and strengthening the effective implementation of innovation projects. The study concludes that successful technology innovation downstreaming requires a strategic combination of technological innovation, continuous improvement of human resource digital competency, and visionary, adaptive leadership.     Financial Transformation of PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk during the Merger Period 2019-2024

    This study aims to analyze the financial transformation of PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk (IOH) during the merger period from 2019 to 2024 by examining changes in financial performance through ratios such as Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO). The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from official annual financial reports and reliable public financial databases, without involving interviews. Data analysis consists of comparing financial ratios before, during, and after the merger, complemented by non-parametric statistical tests to validate the significance of performance changes. The results indicate that although there was an initial decline in performance due to integration processes, the merger ultimately had a positive impact by improving liquidity, balancing capital structure, enhancing asset efficiency, and strengthening profitability post-merger. These findings offer important insights for stakeholders in managing post-merger financial and operational strategies, and contribute empirical evidence to the telecommunications sector literature on the effects of mergers on financial transformation. The study recommends careful management of integration and risks to optimize merger benefits

    Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat terhadap Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) pada Media Sosial X Menggunakan Support Vector Machine dan Naïve Bayes

    The rapid growth of social media has transformed public communication patterns and positioned platform X as a digital space where citizens actively express their views on government policies, including the Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG). As a strategic national initiative aimed at improving students’ nutritional quality, the implementation of the MBG Program has generated diverse public responses that require systematic analysis. This study aims to identify public sentiment tendencies toward the MBG Program and to compare the classification performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes algorithms in sentiment analysis based on social media text. The research data consist of Indonesian-language tweets collected through a web scraping process using keywords related to the MBG Program. The collected data were processed through several text preprocessing stages to reduce noise and enhance data quality. Sentiment labeling was conducted automatically using a lexicon-based approach, classifying tweets into positive, neutral, and negative categories. Feature representation was performed using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method, and the dataset was divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio. Sentiment classification was then carried out using SVM and Naïve Bayes algorithms, with model performance evaluated based on accuracy metrics. The experimental results show that the SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy of 87.57%, outperforming the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which obtained an accuracy of 68.08%. Tantangan utama reformasi fiskal tidak hanya terletak pada aspek kebijakan dan regulasi, tetapi juga pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia, khususnya generasi muda, dalam memahami serta mengkritisi isu-isu perpajakan. Kegiatan D’TAX.COM (Debat Intelektual Perpajakan) diselenggarakan sebagai wadah penguatan literasi perpajakan dan nalar kritis mahasiswa melalui metode debat akademik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual perpajakan, kemampuan analisis kebijakan fiskal, serta partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam diskursus reformasi fiskal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan persiapan materi, pelaksanaan debat terpimpin, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan argumentasi, pemahaman isu perpajakan kontemporer, serta kesadaran mahasiswa akan peran strategis pajak dalam pembangunan nasional.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana Current Rasio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (͏DER) memengaruhi per͏tumbuhan laba. Fokus studi ini ialah pada perusahaan-perusahaan di subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2020-2024. Pe͏rtumbuhan laba digunakan sebagai indikator penting untuk menilai ki͏nerja keuangan Perusahaan. Dengan menganalisis rasio keuangan, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang mengenai kondisi finansial dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam ͏mengelola keuangan ja͏ngka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, penelitian ini mengkaji seluruh perusahaan di subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan dengan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 10͏perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh darilaporan keuangan perusahaan melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan ͏dian͏alisismenggunakanregresi linier berganda. Pengujian dilakukan melalui u͏ji a͏sumsi klasik, ͏uji t (͏parsial), uji f (simultan), serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Current Ratio (CR) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, seme͏ntaraDebt to Equity Ratio (DER) punya͏dampa͏k besar untuk kenaikan ͏laba. Secara silmultan, baik ͏Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ͏laba.     Sosialisasi Bahaya Cyberbullying di Instagram dalam Konteks Perbedaan Budaya kepada Pelajar

    This Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented in response to the high usage of social media among students, particularly Instagram, which often becomes a platform for cyberbullying. This phenomenon becomes increasingly complex when students come from diverse cultural backgrounds. Comments or posts considered normal in one culture may be perceived as offensive in another. A lack of cultural sensitivity often triggers digital conflict and bullying, which can negatively impact students' mental health. This PKM aims to improve students’ understanding of the dangers of cyberbullying and the importance of cross-cultural communication ethics. The program began with a pre-test to assess participants' initial knowledge, followed by an interactive seminar discussing the concepts of cyberbullying, digital ethics, and real-life case studies. Students then engaged in group discussions and simulations, where they analyzed problematic digital content and formulated empathetic, constructive responses. At the end of the activity, a post-test was conducted to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ awareness and attitudes. This program successfully encouraged students to be more thoughtful and responsible in their online interactions and to become change agents in creating a safer, more inclusive digital environment. The outcomes of this program include a scholarly publication, an educational video disseminated on social media, and quantitative data showing an increase in participants’ knowledge. Overall, this initiative contributes to strengthening multicultural digital literacy among today’s youth. &nbsp

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Segmentasi Wilayah yang ada di Indonesia berdasarkan komposisi tenaga pendidik pada jenjang pendidikan dasar (SD-MI) menggunakan Algoritma K-Means. Permasalahan pemerataan Tenaga Pendidik masih menjadi isu yang sangat penting, baik dari sisi jumlah maupun karakteristik guru antarwilayah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menegah (Kemendikdasmen) periode tahun 2022 sampai dengan 2024, yang mencakup Provinsi, Jumlah PNS, Bukan PNS dan Total Guru. Metode K-Means diterapkan untuk mengelompokkan wilayah ke dalam beberapa klaster yang memiliki kemiripan karakteristik tenaga pendidik. Hasil Pengelompokan menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antarwilayah, terutama antara daerah perkotaan besar dengan daerah terpencil atau kota kecil. Temuan ini sangat diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai kondisi distribusi Tenaga Pendidik di Indonesia serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi para pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi pemerataan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar secara berkelanjuta

    This study was conducted to analyze the impact of implementing digital ordering and payment systems on the operational efficiency and competitiveness of Yens Cafe 165, a culinary MSME adapting to technological advancements and changing consumer behavior. The rapid development of digital platforms has led customers to increasingly prioritize fast, convenient, and application-based services, making digitalization an essential requirement in the food service sector. Previous literature indicates that digital innovations such as online ordering and electronic payment systems can enhance process effectiveness, reduce operational errors, accelerate service time, and strengthen business reputation through accessible customer ratings and reviews. Based on this theoretical foundation, the study aims to assess the extent to which the use of GoFood, GrabFood, and QRIS contributes to improving service quality and business performance at Yens Cafe 165. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data, including customer reviews, transaction histories from digital platforms, QRIS payment records, and direct observations of daily operational activities. The findings reveal that digital ordering improves order accuracy, speeds up service processes, and creates a more efficient workflow with fewer errors. Meanwhile, QRIS payments accelerate transaction time, increase the accuracy of financial recording, and provide added convenience for customers. Digitalization also expands online visibility, broadens market reach, and strengthens the cafe’s digital reputation.
