    BUDAYA ORGANISASI. MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA. TANGERANG SELATAN.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan , untuk mengetahui kecenderungan dan memperoleh bukti empirik, serta  kesimpulan tentang pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti variabel budaya organisasi `dan motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan serta implikasinya pada PT. `Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengunakan `metode survei deskriptif analitik dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 35 responden. Instrument `pengumpulan data disusun dalam angket yang menggunakan skala Likert, dengan Uji `koefisien korelasi. koefisein determinasi dan uji hipotesis Setelah melalui proses pengolahan data dan analisis menunjukkan hubungan antar variable penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Prekreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. `(2) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank `Prekreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera; (3) Terdapat hubungan sangat kuat antara `Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank `Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera penelitian ini disarankan bahwa perlu ditingkatkan terus menerus Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja yang impikasinya dapat meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. Hendaknya menjadi perhatian Direksi sebagai pengambil kebijakan manajemen perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kinerj

    Penelitian ini bertujuan memberi masukan kepada pemangku kepentingan dalam pendidikan dasar SD dan SMP untuk pelajaran bahasa Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif pada fenomena dan rujukan pustaka. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, saatnya mengevaluasai keberadaan pelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada tingkat pendidikan dasar SD dan SMP yang sudah dirasakan oleh para guru dan siswa menjemukan dan membosankan dengan prestasi secara kualitas semakin menurun. Pendekatan integratif menjadi solusi dalam pengembangan pelajaran bahasa Indonesia ke depan. Pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat diintegrasikan dengan berbagai mata pelajaran lain serta fenomena yang terjadi di sekeliling siswa.  Kata kunci: Pelajaran Bahas Indonesia dan Terintegras

    The aim of the research is to reveal the similarities and differences between Henrik Ibsen’s and Bernard Shaw’s works which are written in the different time and place. The writer emphasizes three major problems in the research those are 1) what are the effects of economical, political, cultural issues aspects for some characters in “A Doll Houseâ€, 2) what are the effects of economical, political, cultural issues aspects for characters “Pygmalionâ€, 3) what are the similarities and the differences between the political, sociological and cultural issues in “A Doll House†and “Pygmalionâ€. The method which is used in this study is descriptive, while the writer uses the theory of sociological criticism by DiYanni and Stanford. After finishing this research and put it in written form, the writer comes to a conclusion that even though these dramas are written by different authors, in the different time and place, they have similarities in some aspects such as; human right in the political aspect, and the influence of money to some characters in the economical aspects. On the other hand, these two dramas have different cultural aspects. Key words: drama script, sociological criticis

    This research was held at RUHAMA Islamic Elementary School 6th Grade. And the goals of this research are: (a.) to know the use of pictures in teaching prepositions of place; (b.) to know the student’s achievement in learning prepositions of place; (c.) To ascertain the effectiveness of teaching prepositions of place through pictures. To find out the data needed, the method used in this research is by interviewing the English teacher and giving the test to the students consisting of pre test and post test after teaching process been taught. And it consists of two classes, class A as experiment and class B as control class.     MEANING ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH SLOGANS ADVERTISEMENT

    This study is to analyse the text meaning of the slogan. As we know, the usage of the word in slogan text is so meaningful.  Sometimes the meaning of the word in slogan has a figurative meaning and commercial purposes. The writer uses 30 kinds of English slogan as the object of the research, 7 slogans come from the advertisements that serve a service and 23 slogans come from the advertisements that serve a product. The research questions are: (1) What are the most commons figurative language used by the producer in making an English slogan seen from the figurative language and stylistics? And (2) What are the meanings of the slogans used in advertisement? In this research, the writer uses the qualitative method. The collected data of English slogans advertising from the English newspapers or English magazines are analyzed qualitatively based on related theory or approaches, such as Semantics and stylistics.From 30 kinds of slogan, the writer finds 7 slogans that do not contain a figurative language. Usually the producer uses an ordinary word in making their slogan. So the meaning can be understood from its denotation. There are 8 slogans that use hyperbole as a figurative language in order to describe the product.Key words: Slogans, advertisements, figurative meanings, semantics, stylistic

    THE EFFECT OF USING CALL AND TASK-BASED LEARNING IN TEACHING GRAMMAR FOR THE 10TH YEAR STUDENTS OF SMK INFORMATIKA UTAMA

    The research is aimed to find out whether or not the use of CALL was significant in teaching grammar for the tenth year students of SMK. This research was done in the second semester to the tenth grade of SMK Infromatika Utama Depok, there are two classes involved and each class consisted of 30 students. The data was obtained by doing the pre-test and post-test. Pre-test was done to know that the grammar ability from both classes was same, and post-test was done to know the effect of treatment has been given to the students. The data was counted by using t-test in SPSS 17 for windows, and must be > 0.05 because it is the minimum score to show the effectiveness of the treatment. After doing the research, the findings of the research concludes that the effectiveness of using CALL method in teaching grammar has a great percentage of outcome and it can be used in teaching grammar for the tenth year students of SMK. In other words, there is a great effect to the students in understanding the grammar after the implementation of the teaching program. Based on the research, it can be stated that CALL method is great to use for teaching grammar for the tenth year students of SMK, and it is suggested for the teachers to apply CALL for teaching and learning grammar. However, all teachers should comprehend in using and operating the computer and other facilities that owns by the school for teaching and learning grammar. Key words: Teaching grammar, task-based learning, CAL
