This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, workload, work motivation, and leadership style on the performance of drivers at PT Berkah Bersama OJESA from the perspective of Islamic human resource management (IHRM). This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management that is not only oriented toward performance achievement but also emphasizes employee well-being and Islamic values in a sharia-based transportation service company serving female customers. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 34 active drivers of PT Berkah Bersama OJESA. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that work–life balance, work motivation, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on driver performance. These findings suggest that drivers who are able to manage a balance between work and personal life, possess strong work motivation, and operate under effective leadership tend to demonstrate more optimal performance. Meanwhile, workload does not have a significant effect on driver performance, indicating that the level of workload experienced by the drivers remains within manageable limits. No full text
This study investigates how tax avoidance, dividend policy, and free cash flow influence the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the 2017–2022 period. The research adopts a quantitative approach using panel data from 22 listed firms. Model selection testing identifies the Random Effect Model as the most suitable method for estimation. The finding indicate that tax avoidance has a positive and statistically significant impact on capital structure, firms with greater tax efficiency are more likely to increase their use debt usage to obtain tax benefits. Dividend policy also shows a positive and significant effect, indicating that firms distributing higher dividends rely more on external financing to maintain operational liquidity. In contrast, free cash flow has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that firms with strong internal cash availability prefer internal financing and reduce dependence on debt. The model explains 25.6 percent of the variation in capital structure and is statistically significant. These results align with trade off theory, pecking order theory, and agency theory in explaining corporate financing behavior. The study provides practical insights for financial managers in aligning tax planning, dividend decisions, and cash flow management with long term capital structure strategies

Language Style Analysis in Young Sheldon Series Season 4 Episode 1

    No full text
This study aims to identify the types of language styles used by the characters in Young Sheldon Season 4 Episode 1 and to analyze how these styles reflect their identities and social relationships. Grounded in Martin Joos's (1967) sociolinguistic theory, The Five Clocks, the research classifies language styles into five categories: frozen, formal, consultative, casual, and intimate. A qualitative content analysis approach was employed to collect, categorize, and interpret data from character utterances throughout the episode. The findings reveal the use of four language styles from 44 identified utterances: formal style (18%), consultative style (27%), casual style (37%), and intimate style (18%). The analysis determined that casual style is the most dominant, primarily reflecting the informal and familial context that forms the core of the series' narrative. The strategic use of consultative style highlights intellectual and guidance-based interactions, while the significant presence of intimate style, particularly between the twin protagonists Sheldon and Missy, underscores their deep emotional bond and serves as a narrative device to explore themes of change and vulnerability. The study concludes that the characters' linguistic choices are not random but are deliberate tools for constructing identity, negotiating social dynamics, and enhancing narrative authenticity. This research demonstrates the practical application of sociolinguistic theory in media analysis, providing a framework for understanding how scripted dialogue conveys complex social and personal meanings

. Digital transformation in Indonesia’s agribusiness sector offers substantial opportunities to resolve persistent structural inefficiencies, especially those arising from elongated supply chains that depress farm-gate prices while inflating consumer costs. Segari’s e-grocer model represents a technological innovation that streamlines distribution through a platform-to-consumer architecture supported by digital infrastructure and dark store fulfillment. This study provides a comprehensive assessment of how Segari’s business model enhances farmers’ economic outcomes and creates value for consumers within a digitized food supply chain environment. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted on publications from 2019 to 2025 using Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, SINTA, and Portal Garuda. Ten DOI-indexed articles met the inclusion criteria after sequential screening of titles, abstracts, and full texts. Data were analyzed through thematic extraction, conceptual categorization, and narrative synthesis guided by PRISMA protocols to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. The review finds that Segari’s disintermediation mechanism enables farmers to secure 15–30% higher selling prices, access more stable urban markets, and utilize data-driven feedback for quality improvement. Consumers benefit from superior product freshness, competitive pricing, and enhanced service reliability enabled by real-time tracking and technology-supported logistics. Furthermore, the adoption of digital traceability strengthens consumer confidence and reinforces Segari’s ethical value proposition. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including limited farmer digital literacy, inadequate cold-chain systems, and the need for deeper multi-stakeholder collaboration to support scalability and long-term resilience.Overall, the study concludes that Segari demonstrates an effective integration of digital tools capable of simultaneously generating economic and social value within Indonesia’s agribusiness ecosystem.
