Get PDFPoverty is a complex and multidimensional problem. In the Malang Raya Region, poverty in Malang Regency is ranked first out of other three regions. The point of this study was to dpind out and analyze the influence of Population (JP), Inflation Rate (INF), Economic Growth (PE), and Health (KES) on Poverty in Malang Regency from 2006 to 2020. The data used are time series data obtained through the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics in East Java Province and Malang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this study can be conclude that variables of Population, Inflation Rate, and Economic Growth has no significant effect on Poverty. Meanwhile, the Health variable has a significant effect on Poverty in Malang Regency. Thus, Health development needs to be considered to overcome the problem of poverty

The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment, leadership and employee productivity are. The research method used is descriptive associative research method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Tri Keeson Utama Garut and all employees were sampled as many as 93 respondents and the sampling itself used a saturated sample. Based on the results of the study obtained a value greater than the value of r table 0.207 and reliable because the value obtained is greater than the value of Cronbach\u27s alpha of 0.600. From the correlation test results obtained information that the work environment has a strong influence on employee productivity with an r value of 0.768 and a coefficient of determination of 59.9%, then leadership has a strong influence on employee productivity with an r value of 0.758 and a determination coefficient of 57.8%. While the work environment and leadership on employee productivity together have a strong influence with an r of 0.826 and a coefficient of determination of 68.3% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan produktivitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Tri Keeson Utama Garut dan seluruh karyawan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 93 responden dan pengambilan sampel sendiri menggunakan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai lebih besar dari nilai r tabel 0,207 dan reliabel karena nilai yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai cronbach\u27s alpha sebesar 0,600. Dari hasil uji korelasi diperoleh informasi bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,768 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 59,9%, kemudian kepemimpinan berpengaruh kuat terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,758 dan a koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,8%. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas karyawan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dengan r sebesar 0,826 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

The study was conducted to determine the implications of supervision, performance allowances, and attendance in improving employee performance during the implementation of work from home during the pandemic. The research subjects were employees who worked at the Batu City Environmental Service. The research employed a qualitative analysis (triangulation analysis). The results show that supervision, performance allowance and attendance have an important role and influence in improving employee performance. The existence of supervision from superiors tends to make employees work more total and maximally. Performance allowances make employees more enthusiastic and motivated at work. A more relaxed and flexible working from home atmosphere makes employee attendance rates better and guaranteed

This has resulted in tourism students as the future workforce of the tourism industry being forced to consider career plans. The uncertain situation causes uncertainty in the perception of students\u27 careers. Therefore, the authors wanted to compare the perceptions of students concentrating on tourism management during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative method approach and used an online qualitative survey. The results showed that there were differences in student career perceptions during and after the pandemic. The pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry workforce. The work environment is required to implement health protocols, decrease salaries and benefits, and the workforce requires more skills and competencies such as foreign language and IT skills. After the pandemic, the work environment in the tourism industry returns to normal. Salaries and benefits continue to increase. The competencies and skills needed include communication, foreign language skills, digital technology, and high dedication to advancing the tourism industry. Career support is needed by students from campus in the form of holding Field Work Lectures, holding workshops to prepare for entering the world of work, and building an entrepreneur center.The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the workforce in the tourism industry. Get PDFCarbon Emission Disclosure is an entity\u27s contribution to environmental and climate change, especially global warming. The existence of a business entity certainly cannot be separated from the community environment, so that the place of company activities is required to be in line with the values and norms that apply in the community. This causes an increase in the need for information related to environmental disclosure, especially the disclosure of carbon emissions. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, profitability and leverage on carbon emission disclosures in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 7 mining companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and profitability have an effect on carbon emission disclosures. Meanwhile, environmental performance, managerial ownership and leverage have no effect on carbon emission disclosures.Carbon Emission Disclosure merupakan kontribusi entitas terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan iklim, khususnya pada pemanasan global. Keberadaan entitas bisnis tentunya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari lingkungan masyarakat, sehingga tempat kegiatan perusahaan dituntut untuk selaras dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan informasi terkait pengungkapan lingkungan, terutama pengungkapan emisi karbon.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap carbon emission disclosure pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunaka purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 7 perusahaan pertambangan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure. Sedangkan kinerja lingkungan, kepemilikan manajerial dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure
