    Analisis Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Dampaknya Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Lolofitu Moi

    This research aims to analyze human resource (HR) planning and its impact on employee work motivation at the Lolofitu Moi Subdistrict Office, West Nias Regency. The background to this research is based on the importance of HR planning in achieving organizational goals and increasing employee work motivation. Good work motivation is expected to increase employee performance and productivity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with eight employees at the Lolofitu Moi Subdistrict Office, including the Subdistrict Head and the Subdistrict Secretary. Secondary data was obtained from official documents and relevant reports. The research results show that HR planning at the Lolofitu Moi Subdistrict Office includes the recruitment process, developing employee skills and knowledge, as well as a compensation system that is adjusted to government regulations. However, there are challenges such as the unavailability of supporting facilities such as WiFi which has a negative impact on work efficiency. Apart from that, less than optimal implementation of employees\u27 main duties and functions (tupoksi) results in low work motivation. This research concludes that effective HR planning can increase employee work motivation, but there is a need to improve infrastructure and evaluate employee placement to suit their skills and potential. Recommendations given include improving technological facilities in the office and adjusting employee placement based on job analysis to create a productive work environment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi Kabupaten Nias Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya perencanaan SDM dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi, termasuk Camat dan Sekretaris Kecamatan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen resmi dan laporan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan SDM pada Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi meliputi proses rekrutmen, pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan pegawai, serta sistem kompensasi yang disesuaikan dengan peraturan pemerintah. Namun terdapat tantangan seperti belum tersedianya fasilitas pendukung seperti WiFi yang berdampak buruk pada efisiensi kerja. Selain itu, kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) pegawai mengakibatkan rendahnya motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, namun perlu adanya perbaikan infrastruktur dan evaluasi penempatan pegawai agar sesuai dengan keterampilan dan potensinya. Rekomendasi yang diberikan antara lain perbaikan fasilitas teknologi di kantor dan penyesuaian penempatan karyawan berdasarkan analisis jabatan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif

    This study aims to analyze the influence of facility attractiveness, brand image, and price perception on guests\u27 intention to revisit Aston Makassar Hotel. These three variables are considered key factors that impact guests\u27 likelihood of returning. The research was conducted through a survey of hotel guests, using questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods. Since the sample size was unknown, the Lemeshow formula was applied to determine a sample of 100 respondents. The study employed a non-probability sampling technique, specifically using accidental sampling and purposive sampling methods. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to assess the significance of each variable\u27s influence. The results indicate that facility attractiveness, brand image, and price perception significantly affect guests\u27 intention to return. Attractive and high-quality facilities enhance guest satisfaction, while a strong brand image builds trust and loyalty, encouraging repeat visits. Additionally, price perception that aligns with service quality and facilities is a crucial factor in guests\u27 decision-making. The implications of this study suggest that the hotel should optimize its facilities, strengthen its brand image, and establish competitive pricing strategies to enhance guests\u27 intention to revisit.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik fasilitas, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke hotel Aston Makassar. Ketiga variabel tersebut dianggap sebagai faktor kunci yang memengaruhi minat kembali tamu berkunjung. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui survei terhadap tamu hotel, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel dalam penelitian tidak diketahui maka untuk mendapat sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode penentuan sampling accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik fasilitas, citra merek, dan persepsi harga secara signifikan memengaruhi minat tamu untuk kembali berkunjung. Fasilitas yang menarik dan berkualitas tinggi meningkatkan kepuasan tamu, sementara citra merek yang positif membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas dari pengalaman tamu yang dapat berkunjung kembali. Persepsi harga yang sesuai dengan kualitas layanan dan fasilitas juga menjadi faktor penentu dalam keputusan tamu untuk kembali. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah hotel perlu mengoptimalkan fasilitas, membangun citra merek yang kuat, dan menetapkan harga yang kompetitif untuk meningkatkan minat berkunjung kembali

    era of rapid advancements in science, technology, and cultural dynamics, significant shifts have occurred in various aspects of human life, such as ideology, society, economy, arts, and morals. These changes have influenced the values within society, with materialism and hedonism becoming more prevalent. While such value changes can bring positive outcomes, they also lead to negative behaviors, including criminal actions. The increasing criminal activity in Indonesia has become a serious concern, with high crime rates that demand attention from both the government and law enforcement agencies. This study aims to analyze the relationship between crime and economic conditions across 34 provinces in Indonesia, focusing on the impact of economic components such as consumption patterns, unemployment, the quality of human resources (measured through education), and population density on crime rates in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The findings of the study indicate that unemployment, low human resource quality reflected in education levels, and population density are significant factors influencing crime rates in Indonesia. Economically, unemployment and poor educational quality are the primary drivers of criminal behavior. Additionally, high population density exacerbates the situation, as densely populated areas tend to experience social tension and conflicts that can trigger criminal acts. Therefore, to reduce crime rates, coordinated efforts are required, including improving educational quality, providing more job opportunities, managing population density, and enhancing the economic well-being of society. This study highlights the importance of government and related institutions in creating policies to address the economic factors contributing to crime, in order to build a safer and more prosperous society.Dinamika pertumbuhan budaya dan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, melahirkan persaingan dalam berbagai hal dalam kehidupan manusia, seperti ideologi, sosial, ekonomi, seni, maupun moral. Banyak perubahan yang terjadi pada nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya, seperti materialisme, hedonisme dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini juga mengakibatkan perubahan nilai yang terdapat dalam masyarakat. Perubahan tersebut juga berdampak pada perilaku manusia. Perubahan positif tentu saja sangat menguntungkan masyarakat, tetapi perubahan negatif dapat menyebabkan keresahan dalam kehidupan masyarakat sebagai akibat manusia yang berperilaku negatif, seperti melakukan tindakan kejahatan. Tindak kriminal di Indonesia marak terjadi, angka kriminalitas yang tinggi tersebut sangat memerlukan perhatian dari pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum. Peningkatan jumlah kriminalitas diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor ekonoi seperti pengangguran, pertumbuhan ekonomi, kualitas sumberdaya manusia, dan kepadatan penduduk.     Pengaruh Testimoni dan Diskon terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu New Balance: Peran Gender sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Generasi Z

    This study aims to analyze the effect of testimonials and discounts on purchasing decisions for New Balance shoes in generation Z. The sample used in this study was 96 people with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that testimonials and discounts partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for New Balance shoes. In addition, testimonials and discounts also have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that factors such as consumer reviews and discount offers have an important role in influencing purchasing decisions in generation Z, which can be a strategic consideration for companies in marketing New Balance shoe products to this market segment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh testimoni dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu New Balance pada generasi Z. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4.0.     Demand Analysis of Beef in Indonesia

    Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of beef prices, substitute goods prices (mutton and chicken meat), complementary goods prices (chicken eggs and rice), and per capita income on the demand for beef in Indonesia. Additionally, it seeks to assess the elasticity of beef demand within the country. Employing multiple linear regression analysis on secondary data collected over a 30-year period (1990-2022), the results reveal that: (1) The variables—beef price, mutton price, chicken meat price, chicken egg price, rice price, and per capita income—significantly affect the demand for beef in Indonesia. Specifically, the price of chicken eggs exhibits a significant negative effect, while per capita income shows a significant positive effect on beef demand. (2) The cross-price elasticity of demand between beef and chicken meat is -0.09, indicating inelasticity, and the income elasticity of demand is 0.52, also indicating inelasticity

    Competency development is important for improving State Civil (ASN) performance to make public services as the government output becomes faster, more precise, and affordable. ASN competency development currently still refers to the classical approach which emphasizes face-to-face. This method has several weaknesses, including requiring adequate resources such as teachers, budget and infrastructure, while the the government resources are limited. The purpose of this study is to identify new approaches, especially non-classical approaches that are effective in developing ASN competencies and to analyze the impact of implementing non-classical approaches on ASN performance. By using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis of data, documents, literature and laws and regulations, it shows that ASN competency development using non-classical methods has advantages compared to classical methods. Non classical methods are also proven in improving ASN competencies in terms of knowledge and digital literacy which have an impact on improving ASN performance and adaptation to technological developments

    Changes in the current era are very fast and fast, especially changes in the industrial sector which are increasingly diverse and are required to create innovations so that they can have competitiveness in each of these producers or industry players. The company always makes a work plan to determine sales targets to be achieved in the future, one of which is a distributor company. Determining sales targets means that the company tries to predict future sales by taking into account future conditions and past conditions. However, so far the determination of future targets is not objective because it is only based on management intuition. The purpose of this study is to develop a form of forecasting application on CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa utilizing the Least Square Method as a means of calculating the volume of sales in the coming period. The location that will be used as this research is in CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa, Kramat District, Tegal Regency, Indonesia. The study\u27s data were taken straight from informants in the form of sales data and interview data regarding the procedure for determining sales targets CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa. This study\u27s analytical approach makes use of descriptive analysis. According to the study\u27s findings, it can be projected that sales for the next period, namely July 2023, will be 225,252.96 units or can be rounded up to 225,253 units of Aqua products. Based on the research of (Walangadi & Surya Kumala, 2019) and (Rahmadiane, 2022b) that setting targets can use combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.     Pengaruh Employee Engagement Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Job Hopping Pada Kalangan Generasi Milenial Di Kabupaten Purwakarta

    This research was conducted to determine the influence on Job Hopping among the millennial generation in Purwakarta Regency. In this research, the Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance variables are used as independent variables and the Job Hopping variable is the dependent variable. Primary data was collected using non-probability sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample and the sample used in this research was 100 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that partially Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance have a negative and significant effect on Job Hopping. And the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect on Job Hopping with a calculated F value of 25,641 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. And the R square value shows a result of 0.675, which means that the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect of 67.5%

    This research aims to examine the association accounting information quality (accrual quality and cash flow management), corporate governance, sukuk structures, and guarantee status to affects corporation sukuk rating. This research used criteria and methodology general approach sukuk rating published by sukuk rating agency such as PEFINDO, RAM and MARC. Using sukuk rating as dependent variable, ordered logit model is selected to test research variable. This research finds that accrual quality, sukuk structure, status guarantee, and firm size positively associated with sukuk rating. However, profitability, leverage, and growth variables were not have associated with sukuk rating

    This study uses company size and profitability as its independent variables because these two variables are expected to produce data that is accurate enough to provide an overview of the company\u27s potential to experience financial distress. This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of company size on financial distress, to determine and analyse the effect of profitability on financial distress. In addition, to determine and analyse the effect of company size and profitability on financial distress. The data analysis technique uses a panel data regression model which is processed using the E-Views 12 Student Version application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Company size has no effect on financial distress. (2) Profitability affects financial distress. (3) Company size and profitability simultaneously affect financial distress. The t test results on the Company Size variable (X1) obtained a tcount value of 0.0427 &lt; t table, namely 1.69 and a significance value of 0.96&gt; 0.05 so that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. The results of the t test on the Profitability variable obtained atcount value of 3.6654&gt; than the t table which is 1.69 and the prob value. 0.00 &lt;0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The F test results show that simultaneously, the Company Size and Profitability variables have a significant effect on Financial Distress. The Fcount value of 4.83&gt;Ftable is 2.85 and the probability value is 0.00 &lt;0.05 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Penelitian ini menggunakan ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas sebagai variabel independennya dikarenakan kedua variabel ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan data yang cukup akurat dalam memberikan gambaran mengenai potensi perusahaan untuk mengalami financial distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress, untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis&nbsp; pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap financial distress. Selain itu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi E-Views 12 Student Version. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (3) ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas secara simultan&nbsp; berpengaruh pada financial distress. Hasil uji t pada variabel Ukuran Perusahaan (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0,0427 &lt; ttabel yaitu 1,69 dan nilai signifikansi 0,96 &gt; 0,05 sehingga Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Hasil uji t pada variabel Profitabilitas diperolah nilai thitung sebesar 3,6654&nbsp; &gt; daripada ttabel yaitu 1,69 dan nilai prob. 0,00 &lt;&nbsp; 0,05. Oleh karena itu, Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distress. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 4,83 &gt; Ftabel yaitu 2,85 dan nilai probabilitas 0,00 &lt; 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditola
