Analisis Perhitungan Cost-Volume-Profit Sebagai Alat Bantu Perencanaan Laba Perusahaan
The aim of the research is to determine the Cost-Volume-Profit analysis of Furniture UMKM in Jepara. This type of research is in the form of quantitative data, namely the amount of expenses that will take place during 2023. The results of the analysis show that the company has a contribution margin of IDR 1,984,576,347 with a ratio of 25%, indicating that every IDR 1 of sales contributes 25% to cover fixed costs and profits. The break-even point was recorded at IDR 6,948,262,151, indicating that from total sales of IDR 7,876,000,000, IDR 6,948,262,151 was needed to reach break-even. The Margin of Safety reached IDR 927,737,849, providing room for the company to experience a sales decline of that size without experiencing a loss. Degree of Operating Leverage reaching 7.25 indicates high sensitivity of operating profit to changes in sales. Profit target analysis shows that the company needs to achieve sales of IDR 8,178,867,936 to obtain the expected profit of IDR 240,562,547. The conclusions from this analysis provide a basis for companies to plan more optimal profit targets to ensure business sustainability in the coming year
Dampak Korupsi, Kebebasan Ekonomi, Tata Kelola, Inflasi, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Profitabilitas Bank: Studi Kasus pada kawasan ASEAN
Sharia banking in the ASEAN region is increasingly needed to run a country\u27s economy. This research collected samples from Sharia banking in the ASEAN region. The data taken was obtained from each banking website used as a sample. The reason for choosing Sharia banking from various countries in ASEAN is that it allows them to represent the diversity of economic conditions, governance, and culture in the region. Therefore, the author wants to know whether there is a significant influence if the analysis is aimed at Sharia banking companies in the ASEAN region. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression using a quantitative approach. This research found that corruption and inflation had a significant positive effect on bank profitability, and economic growth significantly negatively affected bank profitability. Meanwhile, the variables of financial freedom and governance do not substantially impact bank profitability.Kehadiran perbankan syariah di kawasan ASEAN semakin dibutuhkan sebagai salah satu lembaga yang cukup berperan penting dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian suatu negara. Pada penelitian ini diambil sampel dari perbankan syariah yang ada di wilayah ASEAN. Data yang diambil didapatkan dari masing-masing website perbankan yang dijadikan sampel. Alasan dipilihnya perbankan syariah dari berbagai negara di ASEAN adalah memungkinkan dapat mewakili keragaman kondisi ekonomi, tata kelola, dan budaya di kawasan tersebut. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan apabila analisis yang digunakan ditujukan kepada perusahaan perbankan syariah di kawasan ASEAN. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil variabel korupsi dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap profitabilitas bank serta pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank. Sedangkan variabel kebebasan ekonomi dan tata kelola tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada profitabilitas bank
Faktor Makro Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka Di Provinsi Banten
Although Banten Province has substantial economic potential driven by its large industrial sector, it continues to face a significant unemployment challenge. This study aims to analyze the various factors that influence the unemployment rate within the province. By using a quantitative research approach, the study applies multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS version 26 to examine the relationship variable independent and variable dependent. Findings from the analysis indicate that factors such as the minimum wage, education level, and economic growth play a significant role in shaping the unemployment rate in Banten Province. These insights are essential for formulating effective policies to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic development in the region
Analysis of Housing Affordability Stress (HAS) in Indonesia: Determinants and Influencing Condition
Housing Affordability Stress (HAS) has become an increasingly critical issue in Indonesia, with housing costs rising faster than income growth. This issue is particularly concerning in urban areas, where living costs are significantly higher than in other regions. Although previous studies have explored factors influencing HAS, research in developing countries with low financial literacy levels remains limited. This study employs two research models to analyze HAS in Indonesia. The first model examines the effects of household size, homeownership status, and residential location on HAS, while the second model investigates the role of financial literacy. Utilizing data from the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) and the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK), the research identifies significant relationships between these variables and HAS. The findings reveal that larger households tend to face lower levels of HAS, while renters and urban residents are more likely to experience higher housing stress. Financial literacy is also shown to significantly influence HAS. However, the context of residential location remains a critical factor, as urban households continue to experience higher HAS levels despite higher financial literacy compared to rural areas. These insights highlight the need for integrated approaches that combine financial literacy initiatives with location-specific housing policies. The study offers practical recommendations for policymakers to develop inclusive strategies that address housing affordability challenges while fostering economic resilience and well-being

This study was conducted to determine the effect of capital adequacy, financing distribution and the level of non-performing financing on profitability in Islamic banking for the period 2018 - 2022. Data obtained from the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in the research is descriptive statistics and the variables used are capital adequacy, financing distribution and level of non-performing financing. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of capital adequacy and financing distribution had a positive effect on profitability in Islamic banking, while the level of non-performing financing had a negative effect on profitability in Islamic banking.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecukupan modal, penyaluran pembiayaan dan tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah terhadap profitabilitas pada pada perbankan syariah periode 2018 – 2022. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu statistik desktiptif dan variabel yang digunakan adalah kecukupan modal, penyaluran pembiayaan dan Tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecukupan modal dan penyaluran pembiayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan syariah, sedangkan tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan syaria
Analisis Iklim Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Gunungsitoli
This study aims to analyze the organizational climate in an effort to increase employee job satisfaction at the Gunungsitoli City Pamong Praja Police Unit Office. The focus of this research includes three main aspects: employee responsibility in carrying out duties, warm atmosphere between employees, and support from leaders. This research is motivated by the observation of the lack of responsibility, warm atmosphere, and leadership support that has the potential to affect the level of employee job satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at the Gunungsitoli City Pamong Praja Police Unit Office. The results of the study show that the level of responsibility, warm atmosphere, and support from leaders in the office still needs to be improved to achieve optimal job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the development of theories and practices regarding organizational climate, especially in the context of local government agencies. In addition, the results of this study are also expected to be a reference for further research and provide insight for the leaders of related agencies in increasing employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim organisasi dalam upaya peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Gunungsitoli. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi tiga aspek utama yaitu tanggung jawab pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas, suasana hangat antar pegawai, dan dukungan pimpinan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan terhadap kurangnya tanggung jawab, suasana hangat, dan dukungan pimpinan yang berpotensi mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Gunungsitoli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat tanggung jawab, suasana hangat, dan dukungan pimpinan di kantor masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik mengenai iklim organisasi khususnya dalam konteks instansi pemerintah daerah. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan memberikan wawasan bagi pimpinan instansi terkait dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai
The Performance of Bachelor\u27s Degree Management Program Lecturers at Purwasukasi Private University: The Role of Self-Efficacy, Knowledge Sharing, and Lecturer Engagement.
The aim of this research is to analyze self-efficacy and share knowledge regarding lecturer involvement, which has implications for lecturer performance. This research method is descriptive verification by analyzing the direct and indirect influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and can describe the condition of each variable. The sample used was 216 from a population of 326 permanent lecturers in the undergraduate management study program (Isaac & Michael\u27s table technique). Data collection through interviews and questionnaires with descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of descriptive research show that self-efficacy in conditions is quite strong with the dimensions of magnitude, strength and generality. Knowledge sharing conditions are rare with the dimensions of Knowledge Donate and Knowledge Collecting. Meanwhile, lecturer involvement is quite strong with the dimensions of Dedication, Vigor and Absorption. And the performance of lecturers is in the quite good category with the dimensions of the tridharma of higher education. The results of verification research show that self-efficacy and knowledge sharing have a partial and simultaneous positive effect on lecturer involvement, and lecturer involvement has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. In this way, lecturer performance can be improved throughKonsep kinerja dosen merupakan pelaksanaan dari tridharma perguruan tinggi. Namun dalam implementasinya masih kurang optimal dikarena terdapat kekurangan seperti masih banyak dosen belum memililiki serdos, dosen jabatan akademik masih rendah, publikasi jurnal bereputasi tidak banyak dan sebagainya, sehingga ini mengidikasikan kinerja dosen masih rendah. Kinerja dosen ini perlu diperbaiki sebagai mestinya dengan mencari faktor pengaruh dari variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan teori dan fenomena variabel lain yang dimaksud seperti keterlibatan dosen, berbagi pengetahuan dan efikasi diri dosen. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat menganalisis efikasi diri dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap keterlibatan dosen yang implikasinya pada kinerja dosen.
Metode penelitian ini adalah verifikatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dan dapat mendeskripsikan kondisi masing-masing variabel. Sampel yang digunakan 216 dari populasi 326 dosen tetap prodi S1 Manajemen purwasukasi (teknik tabel Isaac & michael). Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan angket dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur.
Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri pada kondisi cukup kuat dengan Dimensi magnitude, strength, dan Generality. Kondisi berbagi pengetahuan adalah jarang dengan dimensi Knowledge Donate dan Knowledge Collecting. Sedangkan keterlibatan dosen pada kondisi cukup kuat dengan Dimensi Dedication,Vigor, dan Absorption. Serta kinerja dosen pada kategori cukup baik dengan dimensi tridharma perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa Efikasi diri dan berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keterlibatan dosen, serta keterlibatan dosen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Dengan demikian kinerja dosen dapat ditingkatkan melalui keterlibatan dosen dengan berdasarkan efikasi diri dan berbagi pengetahuan
BRAND IMAGE DAN BRAND PERSONALITY SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP BRAND LOYALTY PADA PRODUK PIKOPI DI PURWAKARTA
This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and brand personality on brand loyalty in Pikopi products in Purwakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 97 respondents through a non-probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results show that both brand image and brand personality have a positive and significant partial effect on brand loyalty. Simultaneously, these independent variables also have a significant effect, with an F value of 70.961 and a significance level of 0.000. The R square value of 0.602 indicates that 60.2% of the variation in brand loyalty can be explained by brand image and brand personality. In conclusion, brand image and brand personality play a crucial role in building consumer loyalty toward Pikopi products in PurwakartaPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, dan brand personality terhadap brand loyalty pada produk Pikopi di Purwakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini- sebanyak 97 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 97 responden yang merupakan konsumen Pikopi Purwakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi (R<) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial brand image dan brand personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Dan keseluruhan variabel independen berpengaruh simultan terhadap brand loyalty dengan nilai F hitung 70.961 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dan nilai R square menunjukkan hasil 0,602 yang artinya bahwa keseluruhan variabel independen berpengaruh simultan sebanyak 60,1%
SME Perception of Planning in Supply Chain Management to Maintain Quality Consistency
This posts specifically examines perceptions of planning in supply chain management to maintain consistent quality of implementation in SME Bandung Raya. This study aims to determine the relationship between variables when applied to small food and beverage businesses, as well as provide recommendations for increasing business competitiveness to business actors and stakeholders related to SMEs in Bandung Raya. The lack of research on SMEs related to Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Quality Performance, and Strategic Planning is the background for this study. The results of the literature review show that strategic planning is related to SCQM, but it has not been strongly proven empirically, especially in SMEs. The study method uses a quantitative approach and explanatory descriptive analysis, carried out on small food and beverage category businesses in Bandung Raya with a sample of 150 SMEs. The research results gave rise to a concept or model that is already strong. The influence of strategic planning on SCQM was recorded as significant at 0.887. The influence of SCQM on quality performance is significant at 0.829. The influence of strategic planning on quality performance through SCQM is significant at 0.736. SME perceptions are similar to those of strategic planning, and SCQM concludes that inadequate assessment, strategic communication, and the purpose and worth of SME goods can all contribute to this influence
ESTABLISHING SALES ETHICS AND ITS IMPACT ON CUSTOMERS IN URBAN BANKING ORGANIZATIONS
To determine how sales incentive systems impact salespeople\u27s ethical behavior, consumer perceptions of the firm, and consumer perceptions of banking products, an investigation was conducted at bank financial institutions. The study was conducted in Indonesian cities. A total of 231 people were surveyed who were aware of the sales force reward system through purposive sampling method. The results of data processing using structural equation models show that the salesperson reward system affects the ethical behavior of salespeople. As this study finds, there is a relationship between marketing management and human resource management. This is the only independent variable related to human resource management. The two variables are the salesperson ethical behavior system and the salesperson reward system, so the strategy of creating consumer perception depends on the company\u27s HR management elements
