No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of E-Commerce and accounting information systems as well as decision making for entrepreneurship, this study uses a quantitative method, with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method, namely accounting students for the 2018-2020 academic year who have received the accounting study program for systems courses. information. With a sample of 95 respondents, the data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires using Google Forms. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that E-Commerce and accounting information systems have a positive effect on entrepreneurial decision making.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Commerce dan sistem informasi akuntansi serta pengambilan keputusan untuk berwirausaha wirausahaan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa akuntansi tahun angkatan 2018-2020 yang telah menerima program studi akuntansi untuk mata kuliah sistem informasi akuntansi. Dengan sampel sebanyak 95 responden, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google Forms. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Commerce dan sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan berwirausahaan

This research is a type of verification research using the method of explanatory research where a research n that explains the clause relationship between research variables by testing the hypothesis. The results of this study show that based on the test results, it is known that TQM has a positive and significant effect on Operational Performance. This ability can be seen from the test results where the p values score has sig. < 0.05. By implementing TQM practices, it can help increase customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and productivity so that employees are more motivated in identifying ways to improve the delivery process and are able to reduce damage and ensure that company operations run more efficiently. PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL KABUPATEN BENGKALIS
Get PDFFor more than two years, Bengkalis Regency has become an autonomous region, but it has not been able to independently from the financial aspect to run the wheels of government. Characterized by the small contribution of PAD to APBD and still high dependence on the Balance Fund from the central government. This research aims to find out how the effect of balance funds and local native income on the capital expenditure of Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study is the Budget Realization Report (LRA) of Bengkalis Regency in 2012-2021, the sampling technique used is census. Data is processed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the balance fund had no effect on capital expenditures. This is due to the lack of optimal use of regional budgets, where the amount of silpa funds every year. This silpa fund, shows the weakness of the Local Government in the absorption of budgets for activities that support the economic improvement of the community so that the large funds cannot be realized in the form of capital expenditure optimally. The original income of the region has a negative but insignificant effect on capital expenditure. This is due to the low realization of PAD so as to reduce capital expenditure. Where PAD as one of the sources of regional revenue will determine the size/small capital expenditure.Selama lebih dua dekade Kabupaten Bengkalis menjadi daerah otonom, namun belum mampu secara mandiri dari aspek financial untuk menjalankan roda pemerintahannya. Ditandai dengan masih kecilnya kontribusi PAD terhadap APBD serta adanya ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah yang tinggi terhadap Pemerintah Pusat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dana perimbangan dan PAD terhadap belanja modal Kabupaten Bengkalis. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahLaporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) Kabupaten Bengkalis tahun 2012-2021, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Data diolah dengan regresi linier berganda. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa dana perimbangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal. Hal ini dikarenakan kurang optimalnya penggunaan anggaran daerah, dimana banyaknya dana silpa setiap tahunnya. Dana silpa ini, menunjukkan kelemahan Pemerintah Daerah dalam penyerapan anggaran untuk kegiatan-kegiatan yang menunjang perbaikan ekonomi masyarakat sehingga dana yang besar tersebut tidak mampu direalisasikan dalam bentuk belanja modal secara optimal. PAD berpengaruh secara negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Disebabkan rendahnya realisasi PAD sehingga menurunkan belanja modal. Dimana PAD merupakan salah satu pos penerimaan daerah yang menentukan besar/kecilnya belanja modal

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mampu mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari variable fasilitas kerja, kompensasi dan kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Bakso Bakar SS Kota Malang yang memiliki karyawan sejumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung <t tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan >0,05. Namun variabel fasilitas kerja dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dan secara bersama variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil f hitung >f tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan <0,05

STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI KOMODITAS PADI SAWAH DI DESA SUMBERSEKAR, KECAMATAN DAU, KABUPATEN MALANG
Get PDFFluktuatifnya hasil produksi padi sawah dan menyusutnya lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Malang mengakibatkan sulitnya petani memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi pertanian untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, peluang dan ancaman, serta strategi yang tepat dalam produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang selama Februari-April 2022. Dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT, peneliti berhasil menggali secara komprehensif bagaimana faktor kekuatan, peluang, ancaman memberikan strategi yang baik dalam peningkatan produksi padi sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tertinggi terletak pada luas lahan pertanian yang cukup, sedangkan kelemahan tertingginya terletak pada modal operasional petani yang terbatas. Peluang tertinggi yaitu tingginya permintaan pasar, sedangkan ancaman tertinggi terletak pada alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Strategi yang tepat dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang yaitu memperluas pemasaran produk ke mancanegara, memanfaatkan Informasi dan teknologi pertanian terbaru, memperbaiki kualitas padi dan membuat aneka macam produk olahan pad, membuat regulasi hukum di tingkat desa untuk melindungi kegiatan produksi padi sawah, melakukan inovasi-inovasi terbaru, serta menguatkan kelembagaan kelompok tani.
 
PELATIHAN PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI PADA UMKM -Sure.Treat, Shoes Care Treatment-
Get PDFKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang merupakan bagian dari tri dharma Perguruan Tinggi sebagai mana diatur dalam Undang – undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan PKM untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa melalui peningkatan peran UMKM dalam pengembangan kegiatan usahanya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan civitas akademika dalam mengamalkan dan membudayakan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui kegiatan pelatihan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah (1) ceramah untuk menyampaikan konsep perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan pencatatan dalam jurnal dan (2) memberikan praktik nyata perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan data dan informasi dari UMKM mitra, serta (3) melakukan pendampingan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan, diperoleh informasi tingkat pemahaman mitra terhadap materi yang diberikan sebesar 80%. Selanjutnya Tim pengabdian masih melakukan pendampingan kepada mitra
