FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI HALAL AWARENESS PELAKU USAHA PANGAN DI PULAU MADURA
This research was conducted to determine the level of halal awareness of food business owners on Madura Island. The approach used is quantitative, and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Determination of the sample using probability sampling in which all business owners have the opportunity to be selected as the research sample. The respondents were 100 people. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to describe the length of the business and monthly income. Data testing uses IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to test the independent variables on the dependent variable. Most business owners have run their businesses for under five years, and their monthly income is below IDR 5,000,000. The level of awareness of food business owners on Madura Island is as much as 98% of food business owners understand halal certification. Simultaneously worship activities, beliefs about halal food, knowledge about halal food, health reasons, and halal labels affect halal awareness of food business actors on Madura Island, where halal awareness of food business actors can be explained by the variables of worship activity, beliefs about halal food, knowledge about halal food, health reasons, and halal labels is 51.9%. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other factors outside of the research. Religious activities, knowledge of halal food, and halal labels significantly affect halal awareness, while health reasons have an effect but not significantly. Meanwhile, beliefs about halal food did not significantly affect halal awareness
PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, RETURN ON EQUITY, NET PROFIT MARGIN, DAN EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
The capital market is one of the sources of external funding for a company. Investors who want to invest in the capital market will analyze the financial ratios owned by a company to determine the financial performance of the company. Food and beverage companies are one of the sectors that are quite attractive to investors to invest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2017 – 2021. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 10 companies. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The test tool used is SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 – 2021. PENGARUH RASIO LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability ratio, and Leverage ratio on Financial Distress in Road Transportation Sub-Industry Transportation Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021 partially. The data used is secondary data from 2017-2021. The data obtained is then processed using the Eviews 12 analysis tool. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the liquidity ratio with a proxy (current ratio) has an effect on financial distress. Likewise, the profitability ratio with the return on assets (ROA) proxy has an effect on financial distress. The results of previous studies still indicate inconsistencies related to the determinants of tax avoidance. The aims of this research is to examine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG), financial factors and non-financial factors on the tax avoidance in companies listed in the Forbes Indonesia 2019 as the The best Companies. The sampling technique that used in this research was purposive sampling from 50 best companies version Forbes Indonesia 2019, and duration data of companies from 2016-201. Total the number of sample was 130 companies. The data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that good corporate governance (GCG), financial factors and non-financial factors influence the tax avoidance. PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA BANDUNG
The long journey that the city of Bandung has gone through as the capital city of West Java Province has qualified experience requirements as the capital city of a province with a diverse and diverse population. The increase in population from day to day makes Bandung must be able to respond to various changes in a wise and dignified manner. One of them is that several organizations in the government area must be able to respond quickly to several changes that occur from one time to another. As happened with the Bandung city education office which continues to strive to realize good organizational quality along with the times to serve the community well. This study aims to understand the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the education office in the city of Bandung. Using path analysis and quantitative methods and purposive sampling, a sample of 50 Bandung city education office employees was obtained. The findings from the results of the study that the motivation of an employee to win is not optimal, the working environment conditions are still not calm and the awarding of rewards from the leadership is still not optimal in the relationship between motivation, work environment and employee performance as a form of a new model in learning human resources

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of implementing Business Risk Management in Small Business Development. The methods used are qualitative methods and survey methods. Based on this research, it can be seen that in the strategy planned by Warkop96 there are several risk assessments that must be analyzed by Warkop 96, namely by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).Warkop96 has a unique concept where food is served with large and attractive portions. ANALISIS MINAT BELI PRODUK SCARLETT WHITENING BAGI KAUM HAWA KOTA RANTAUPRAPAT
The advantages of Scarlett Whitening beauty products in marketing are collaborating with various artists as brand ambassadors so that they become the company\u27s strength both digitally and directly in attracting consumers of Indonesian women. The purpose of this research is to reveal the increasing sales of the Scarlett Whitening product brand through brand ambassadors and to prove that the price and product quality variables are constructs that have been widely studied and have a relationship with buying interest and influencing brand image. From the distribution of the questionnaire based on the specified period and determined a sample of 150 respondents who meet the requirements. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or PLS. PENGARUH RISIKO BISNIS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN STRUKTUR ASET TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2017–2020
This research was conducted in the manufacturing industry where it is known that if a manufacturing company is not careful in managing its assets and dividend policy, it can affect stock prices and investor confidence in the issuer of the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether partially and simultaneously independent variables affect stock prices. The research approach used is deductive, the type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The population in this study amounted to 193 companies and there were 16 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study is based on purposive sampling. The results of this study partially show that business risk, sales growth, and asset structure have no effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020 while company size and dividend policy have a partial impact on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020. Simultaneously, business risk, company size, sales growth, dividend policy, and asset structure affect the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020 with an Adjusted R Square value of 52.7% of stock price variations which can be explained by 5 independent variables and the remaining 47.3% is explained by other variables, such as profitability, liquidity, and others.This research was conducted in the manufacturing industry where it is known that if a manufacturing company is not careful in managing its assets and dividend policy, it can affect stock prices and investor confidence in the issuer of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. MODEL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA RUMAH BUDAYA WATULIMO YANG BERBASIS INDUSTRI KREATIF DI KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK
Most of the tourism villages in Rumah Budaya Watulimo and Regencies only present the potential for local beauty of their respective regions, but have not yet touched on the development of creative industries by utilizing the existing potentials in those areas. The development of a tourism village generally has a positive impact on the life of the village community, especially the physical environment, economic, social and cultural conditions of the community around the tourist area. However, the addition of creative industries will be able to have a more positive impact on the people\u27s economy. This study aims to implement community empowerment, especially for women and children as educational media in developing creative industry-based tourism villages in Trenggalek and districts. This research includes action research. The community empowerment strategy refers to the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology or Asset-Based Community Assistance. In terms of implementation. The collected research data is then processed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the implementation of community empowerment was carried out through the fashion creative industry in the tourist village and training in the corncob craft creative industry. The involvement of women in the corncob creative industry training is given starting from the processing of raw materials to a variety of products, as well as training in packing models and marketing programs, so that they are not only able to produce but also able to do marketing.
