    PERAN CYBERLOAFING SEBAGAI MODERATOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN JOB PERFORMANCE

    This study aims to evaluate and analyze the effect of job stress, boredom, and workplace ostracism on job performance, with cyberloafing behavior as a moderating variable, on Riau Islands Provincial Government employees. The approach used is quantitative, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 1,200 employees from 12 Regional Apparatus that experienced a decrease in SAKIP scores in 2023. The sample size consisted of 300 employees, determined using the Slovin formula calculation. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS version 3.0 software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research findings show: (1) Job Stress has a positive and significant influence on Job Performance; (2) Boredom has a negative and significant influence on Job Performance; (3) Workplace Ostracism has a negative and significant impact on Job Performance; (4) cyberloafing behavior has no moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and Job Performance; (5) cyberloafing behavior moderately strengthens the relationship between Boredom and Job Performance significantly; and (6) cyberloafing behavior moderately weakens the relationship between Workplace Ostracism and Job Performance significantlyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kebosanan, dan pengucilan di tempat kerja terhadap kinerja kerja, dengan perilaku cyberloafing sebagai variabel moderator, pada pegawai Pemprov Kepulauan Riau. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, melibatkan penyaluran kuesioner kepada 1.200 pegawai dari 12 Aparatur Daerah yang mengalami penurunan skor SAKIP pada tahun 2023. Ukuran sampel terdiri dari 300 karyawan, ditentukan menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Stres Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kerja; (2) Kebosanan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kerja; (3) Pengucilan di Tempat Kerja memiliki dampak negatif dan signifikan pada Kinerja Kerja; (4) perilaku cyberloafing tidak memiliki efek moderasi pada hubungan antara stres kerja dan Kinerja Kerja; (5) perilaku cyberloafing secara moderat memperkuat hubungan antara Kebosanan dan Kinerja Kerja secara signifikan; dan (6) perilaku cyberloafing secara moderat melemahkan hubungan antara Pengucilan di Tempat Kerja dan Kinerja Kerja secara signifika

    The acceleration of digital transformation has reshaped the competitive landscape of micro and small industries (IMK). Despite this shift, IMK in Indonesia, particularly within the leather, leather goods, and footwear subsector, continue to face significant challenges in maintaining business resilience due to resource limitations and intense competition from imported products. This study investigates the influence of digitalization and marketing management on IMK resilience, with competitive advantage positioned as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a descriptive verificative design was applied, involving 202 respondents selected through the Isaac and Michael formula. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that digitalization and marketing management significantly enhance both competitive advantage and business resilience. Moreover, competitive advantage serves as a mediating mechanism that links digitalization and marketing management to resilience, emphasizing the pivotal role of differentiation, cost leadership, and service responsiveness in sustaining IMK performance. Theoretically, this study introduces novelty by positioning competitive advantage not merely as an outcome but as a central mediator that bridges digital strategies and resilience, a perspective that remains underexplored in prior research. Practically, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and entrepreneurs in designing adaptive strategies that strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of IMK in the digital era. Meskipun terjadi perubahan tersebut, IMK di Indonesia, khususnya pada subsektor kulit, barang kulit, dan alas kaki, masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menjaga ketahanan usaha akibat keterbatasan sumber daya serta tingginya persaingan dengan produk impor. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh digitalisasi dan manajemen pemasaran terhadap ketahanan IMK, dengan competitive advantage ditempatkan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif verifikatif digunakan, melibatkan 202 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Isaac dan Michael. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dan manajemen pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing maupun ketahanan usaha. Lebih jauh, keunggulan bersaing berperan sebagai mekanisme mediasi yang menghubungkan digitalisasi dan manajemen pemasaran dengan ketahanan, menekankan pentingnya diferensiasi, kepemimpinan biaya, serta responsivitas layanan dalam menjaga kinerja IMK. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan memposisikan keunggulan bersaing bukan semata-mata sebagai hasil akhir, melainkan sebagai mediator sentral yang menjembatani strategi digital dengan ketahanan, suatu perspektif yang masih jarang dieksplorasi dalam penelitian terdahulu.     BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) as the primary driver of village economy faces challenges in financial management, operations, and marketing that remain largely manual. Limited digital literacy and lack of integrated systems result in slow, inefficient, and non-transparent business processes. The urgency of IT-based digitalization has become critical to enhance governance effectiveness and economic competitiveness at the village level. Main problems include weak financial governance, low human resource competency, and absence of an integrated system unifying financial, production, and marketing functions. This study aims to develop and implement the Management Information System for Marketing, Finance, and Business Units (SIMPUH) as a digital solution to improve efficiency, transparency, and digital transformation at BUMDesma Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Maja Maju LKD. The research employs Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach with iterative stages including requirements planning, user design, and construction, observations, FGD, and UAT. Results demonstrate a web-based 3-tier system with five integrated modules: Loans, Bottled Water (AMDK), Kiosk, E-commerce, and Dashboard. System implementation yielded 80% improvement in transaction time efficiency, 20% increase in data accuracy, and 85% user adoption rate. Average user satisfaction reached 4.4/5.BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) sebagai penggerak utama ekonomi desa menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, operasional, dan pemasaran yang masih bersifat manual. Literasi digital yang terbatas dan tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi mengakibatkan proses bisnis yang lambat, tidak efisien, dan tidak transparan. Urgensi digitalisasi berbasis IT menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efektivitas tata kelola dan daya saing ekonomi di tingkat desa. Permasalahan utama meliputi lemahnya tata kelola keuangan, rendahnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan ketiadaan sistem terintegrasi yang menyatukan fungsi keuangan, produksi, dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pemasaran, Keuangan, dan Unit Usaha (SIMPUH) sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan transformasi digital di BUMDesma Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Maja Maju LKD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tahapan iteratif meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, perancangan pengguna, dan konstruksi, observasi, FGD, serta UAT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem berbasis web dengan arsitektur 3-tier yang memiliki lima modul terintegrasi: Pinjaman, Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK), Kios, E-commerce, dan Dashboard. Implementasi sistem menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu transaksi sebesar 80%, peningkatan akurasi data sebesar 20%, dan tingkat adopsi pengguna sebesar 85%. The research method and analysis used in this research are the Mixed Method, which is a research method that integrates quantitative and qualitative methods. The data sources in this research consist of: 1) Primary data, namely data obtained from the field or data sourced from informants; 2) Secondary data is data obtained through books, notes, documents, or literature in other readings that are used as theory. The result of research is discoveries that provide answers to problems, namely the integral score of the financial condition of the economic management system method. This research aims to present and analyse related financial risk management in digital companies. The integration of technology companies, such as digital business and e-commerce, will bring initial changes to the way a technology company identifies, measures, and manages financial risks. Conclusions about this research are presented, and recommendations to improve the activities of the organisation are considered.     This study aims to analyze the role of influencers in shaping consumer well-being to increase purchase intention. The instrument used to measure the research variables has passed the validity and reliability tests. Sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The respondent criteria in this study were men who were followers of social media influencers of men\u27s skincare products in the past month. A total of 206 respondents who met the criteria had filled out the questionnaire online via Google Form. The data obtained were processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that trustworthiness has a positive effect on stickiness in influencer posts, then stickiness in influencer posts has a positive effect on hedonic well-being and eudaimonic well-being, and ultimately consumer eudaimonic well-being has a positive effect on purchase intention. Therefore, managers can utilize the role of trusted influencers to increase consumer attachment and eudaimonic well-being which can ultimately increase purchase intention. However, this study found that physical attractiveness and expertise did not have a positive effect on stickiness in influencer posts. Consumer hedonic well-being also does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. Based on these findings, it is suggested that future research add gender and influencer reputation variables as moderating variables and add attitude variables toward influencers as mediating variables in the conceptual framework so that the research model becomes more comprehensive

    This study examines and analyzes the impact of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on the share price. Non-financial companies, becoming the KOMPAS 100 index constituents between 2019 and 2022, perform as the population. Furthermore, this study uses purposive sampling to take them as the samples. Mentioning the criteria, 58 associated firms are obtainable. Hence, 232 observations exist. After that, this study analyzes the data based on multiple linear regression and its classical assumption tests. After removing outliers, the total observations become 188. Based on the statistical analysis of 188 observations, this study reveals that the stock price is positively influenced by profitability and solvency but negatively affected by liquidity

    This research analyzes the implementation of digital marketing strategies using the 4C mix method (Customer, Cost, Convenience, Communication) at Aceh Kasab UMKM in Gampong Parom, Nagan Raya Regency. The study was prompted by a shift from the traditional 4P marketing method (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to a more adaptive digital approach in the technological era. A qualitative approach was employed, and data were collected through triangulation of information sources. The findings indicate that while opportunities for digital marketing are promising, challenges remain, particularly regarding limited human resources skilled in technology and a lack of understanding of digital marketing. Additionally, the limited availability of delivery services in the area poses obstacles to goods distribution. However, the increasing presence of celebrities and influencers in Nagan Raya Regency presents opportunities to effectively market Acehnese products. The analysis suggests that Kasab Aceh UMKM products will continue to attract consumers, especially due to the local community\u27s commitment to preserving traditions and culture. Stable production costs further strengthen the position of Kasab Aceh UMKM.
