Apakah Faktor Demografi Mempengaruhi Minat Investor Lokal pada Pasar Modal Internasional? Analisis yang Dimoderasi oleh Literasi Keuangan
The rapid growth of investment activities in national and international capital markets has significantly increased the number of investors competing for financial stability. Each investor has different investment decision-making preferences, influenced by various internal and external factors. This study focuses on internal factors in the form of demographic characteristics of local investors, such as gender, risk tolerance, religiosity, and income, complemented by financial literacy as a moderating variable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which these factors can influence investment decision-making in international capital markets, which tend to be more complex. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 280 respondents who are active investors in the Indonesian capital markets. Using the PLS-SEM analysis method, the results show that gender, risk tolerance, income, and financial literacy have a significant positive influence on investment decisions in international capital markets. Additionally, religiosity also has a positive but insignificant influence. Financial literacy as a moderating variable also tends to have a dominant negative and insignificant effect in strengthening the relationship between variables.Pertumbuhan aktivitas investasi yang semakin pesat di pasar modal nasional dan internasional secara signifikan mengakibatkan peningkatan pada jumlah investor yang berlomba-lomba untuk mencapai stabilitas finansial. Setiap investor tentunya memiliki preferensi pengambilan keputusan investasi yang berbeda-beda, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor internal berupa karakteristik demografi investor lokal seperti jenis kelamin, toleransi risiko, religiusitas, pendapatan, dan dilengkapi oleh literasi finansial sebagai variabel moderasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi di pasar modal internasional yang cenderung lebih kompleks. Data penelitian diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 280 responden yang merupakan investor aktif di pasar modal Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis PLS-SEM, didapatkan hasil bahwa jenis kelamin, toleransi risiko, pendapatan, dan literasi finansial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap keputusan investasi di pasar modal internasional. Di samping itu, religiusitas juga memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Literasi finansial sebagai variabel moderasi pun cenderung dominan memberikan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antar variabel
Integrated Analysis of Sustainable Marketing Research with Bibliometric Insights and Theoretical Framework Development
The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual framework for sustainable marketing by conducting a bibliometric analysis to identify publication trends, and key research themes in the field of sustainable marketing. Bibliometric methods were used to analyze 351 articles indexed in Scopus, using VOSviewer for visualization. The data screening process followed the PRISMA protocol, focusing on journal articles written in English. Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis were used to identify research themes. The findings show a significant increase in publications on sustainable marketing since 2018, with six major research clusters. The research proposes an integrative framework for advancing sustainable marketing strategies across different regional and global contexts. It was limited to the Scopus database and focused on bibliometric analysis without integrating qualitative insights from other literature reviews. Future research could build on the proposed framework to address regional variations in sustainable marketing practices. The findings can provide valuable insights for marketers, policy makers and researchers to improve sustainable marketing strategies. The proposed framework can guide businesses in promoting sustainable consumption and policymakers in shaping ecosystems that support sustainability. It also offers theoretical and practical contributions to the literature on sustainable marketing.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja konseptual untuk pemasaran berkelanjutan dengan melakukan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, dan tema penelitian utama di bidang pemasaran berkelanjutan. Metode bibliometrik digunakan untuk menganalisis 351 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus, dengan menggunakan VOSviewer untuk visualisasi. Proses penyaringan data mengikuti protokol PRISMA, dengan fokus pada artikel jurnal yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Analisis kemunculan kata kunci dan analisis klaster digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam publikasi tentang pemasaran berkelanjutan sejak tahun 2018, dengan enam klaster penelitian utama. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka kerja integratif untuk memajukan strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan di berbagai konteks regional dan global. Penelitian ini terbatas pada basis data Scopus dan berfokus pada analisis bibliometrik tanpa mengintegrasikan wawasan kualitatif dari tinjauan literatur lainnya. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengembangkan kerangka kerja yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi variasi regional dalam praktik pemasaran berkelanjutan. Temuan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan. Kerangka kerja yang diusulkan dapat memandu bisnis dalam mempromosikan konsumsi berkelanjutan dan pembuat kebijakan dalam membentuk ekosistem yang mendukung keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis terhadap literatur tentang pemasaran berkelanjutan
Pengukuran Kinerja Saham Bank Digital di Indonesia dengan Model Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM)
In general, when investors make investments, they certainly take into account the risks and returns from their investments, including investments in digital bank shares. To achieve profits from investments, CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) can be used to predict stock performance. This is because CAPM is useful for determining stocks that are efficient and provide profits for investors. Because each digital bank stock has different performance, the CAPM that suits these conditions is CAPM SML (securities market line). This research uses a sample of 8 digital banks that have conducted an IPO (initial public offering) on the capital market. The research results show that of the 8 digital bank shares, 7 digital bank shares showed efficient stock performance and were able to provide profits. The 7 digital banks are AGRO, AMAR, ARTO, BABP, BBHI, BBYB, and BKSW. Meanwhile, one digital bank share, namely BACA, is the only bank whose shares are inefficient or have poor performance
Peran Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Satuan Latihan Brigade Mobile (Brimob)
The aim of this research is to analyze the direct influence of compensation, workload, job satisfaction on employee performance. Also analyzes the indirect effect of compensation and workload on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 176 respondents of Mobile Brigade Training Unit (Brimob) personnel. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The results show that compensation had a positive affect on personel performance, compensation does not affect on job satisfaction, workload does not affect on personel performance, workload has a negative affect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive affect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation on personel performance, but job satisfaction is not able to mediate workload on employee performance.
Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, CompensationTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kompensasi, beban kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja personil. Juga menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja personil melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 176 responden personel Satuan Latihan Brigade Mobil (Brimob). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja personil, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja personil, namun kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi beban kerja terhadap kinerja personil.

DINAMIKA PERKEMBANGAN PETANI KOPI BINAAN KPSU SOLOK RADJO DALAM PRAKTIK TECHNOSOCIOPRENEURSHIP
The aim of this research is to examine the dynamics of development of coffee farmers assisted by KPSU Solok Radjo in the practice of technosociopreneurship. The research method approach is a qualitative method. Qualitative data was used to explore the views of cooperative managers and members, as well as coffee farmers assisted by the Solok Radjo KPSU Cooperative. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with several key informants, namely coffee farmers as development partners, cooperative members and KPSU Solok Radjo managers. The findings of this research; 1) The Solok Radjo KPSU Cooperative plays a role in realizing SDGs goals in order to solve social problems of farming communities, for example reducing poverty, increasing income and keeping the environment green. 2) Bringing changes to the lives of coffee farmers by increasing coffee prices at the farmer level, because farmers\u27 agricultural products are directly managed by cooperatives, both for export and for downstream retail products. 3) Increasing farmers\u27 knowledge about coffee cultivation, one example is that farmers have picking standards which affect the quality of coffee beans. 4) Assisted farmers can use Dimitra technology as a digital-based transaction medium. 5) Coffee farmers have new business opportunities with the corporate farming program in waste processing, where this program will provide many solutions to the community\u27s economic, environmental and social problems. The active involvement of farmers and cooperative members is a solid foundation on which KPSU Solok Radjo is built in developing capital assets and social capital. This is the driving force for business development with technological innovation for farmers.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dinamiaka perkembangan petani kopi binaan KPSU Solok Radjo dalam praktik technosociopreneurship. Pendekatan metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif. Data kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan pengelola, dan anggota koperasi, serta petani kopi binaan Koperasi KPSU Solok Radjo. Wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan pada bebeberapa key informan, yaitunya petani kopi sebagai mitra binaan, anggota koperasi dan pengelola KPSU Solok Radjo. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan, bahwa ada beberapa dinamiaka perkembangan petani kopi binaan KPSU Solok Radjo dalam praktik technosociopreneurship yang dikelola oleh lembaga ekonomi lokal KPSU Solok Radjo, diantaranya adalah; 1) Koperasi KPSU Solok Radjo berperan mewujudkan tujuan SDGs dalam rangka menyelesaikan masalah sosial masyarakat petani, misalnya mengurangi angka kemiskinan, peningkatan pendapatan dan menjaga lungkungan tetap hijau. 2) Membawa perubahan bagi kehidupan petani kopi melalui peningkatan harga kopi ditingkat petani, karena hasil pertanian petani langsung dikelola oleh koperasi, baik untuk expor maupun untuk hilirisasi produk ritel. 3) Meningkatkan pengetahuan petani tentang budidaya kopi, salah satu contoh adalah petani punya standar petik sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas biji kopi. 4) Petani binaan bisa penggunaan teknologi dimitra sebagai media transaksi berbasis digital. 5) Petani kopi memiliki peluang usaha baru dengan program coorporate farming pada pengeolahan sampah, dimana program ini akan memberikan banyak solusi terhadap persoalan ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial masyarakat. PENGARUH SIKAP KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP MINAT DALAM DUNIA BISNIS
This study aims to analyze the impact of climate change and motivation on the interests in the business world in the student environment of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Using descriptive quantitative methods and associative methods, this study involved 45 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires were compiled to measure the level of awareness, motivation, and entrepreneurial behavior. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between belief and motivation towards interests in the business world, with a positive value of cooperation. In addition, integrated motivation serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between desires, expectations and interests. And strong motivation is very important to increase the number of students in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship among students and become a hope for educational institutions in designing programs that support the improvement of small businesses. Dapatkah Orientasi Digital dan Orientasi Wirausaha Berperan Dalam Meraih Keunggulan Kompetitif Dalam Bisnis Coffee Shop ?
This research delves into how digital and entrepreneurial focus contribute to gaining an edge, for coffee shops in Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh areas.The study employs a survey approach by gathering information from 115 coffee shop proprietors or supervisors in these regions.The findings reveal a correlation between emphasis and competitive advantage suggestive of the significance of utilizing digital tools and tactics for business prosperity. Moreover the study indicates that while entrepreneurial orientation is positively influential it has an impact compared to the emphasis, on strategies. It implies that although having an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, in the coffee shop industry todays landscape requires businesses to embrace transformation to stay ahead of the curve. The data was examined utilizing. The results underscore the significance of utilizing technology for long term development and establishment as a market leader.Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana fokus digital dan kewirausahaan berkontribusi dalam memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif bagi bisnis kedai kopi di wilayah Bukittinggi dan Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari 115 pemilik atau pengelola kedai kopi di wilayah tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara penekanan pada digitalisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif, yang mengindikasikan pentingnya memanfaatkan alat dan strategi digital untuk keberhasilan bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif, dampaknya tidak sebesar penekanan pada strategi digital. Ini menyiratkan bahwa meskipun memiliki pola pikir kewirausahaan adalah hal yang penting, industri kedai kopi di masa kini memerlukan transformasi digital untuk tetap unggul dalam persaingan. Pengaruh Investasi Asing Langsung, Pengendalian Korupsi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan Trade Openness Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Negara Negara G20 Kelompok Upper Middle Income
Economic growth in the G20 countries in the upper middle income group has increased or decreased. The aim is to analyze the influence of foreign direct investment, control of corruption, population growth and trade opportunities on economic growth in the G20 countries in the upper middle income group. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the E-views computer program and the data used is panel data. The results of this research explain that the variables of Foreign Direct Investment, Corruption Control, Population Growth and Trade Openness obtained an Fcount value of 2.649623 which is greater than the Ftable in this study of 2.086758 (2.649623 > 2.086758). The conclusion is that the variables of Foreign Direct Investment, Corruption Control, Population Growth and Trade Openness simultaneously have a significant effect on Economic Growth in 8 Upper Middle Income Group Countries.Pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara G20 pada kelompok berpendapatan menengah atas mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi asing langsung, pengendalian korupsi, pertumbuhan populasi dan peluang perdagangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara-negara G20 pada kelompok pendapatan menengah atas. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program komputer E-view dan data yang digunakan adalah data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel Penanaman Modal Asing, Pengendalian Korupsi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan Keterbukaan Perdagangan memperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 2.649623 lebih besar dari Ftabel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 2.086758 (2.649623 > 2.086758). Kesimpulannya adalah variabel Penanaman Modal Asing, Pengendalian Korupsi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan Keterbukaan Perdagangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di 8 Negara Kelompok Pendapatan Menengah Atas
Fenomena Product Line Extention: Efek Kepercayaan Dalam Memediasi Ulasan Konsumen dan Selebriti Endorser Terhadap Minat Beli Pada
The research purposive is to examine the determinants of purchase intention derived from customer reviews and celebrity endorsers and explore the role of trust as a mediator. The current investigation is designed in a quantitative approach with purposive sampling with criteria of having bought and interested in buying different products with the same brand and at least 102 respondents were involved in this study. The research found that customer reviews affect trust and purchase intention. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsers affect trust, but not significantly toward purchase intention. In the meantime, trust affects purchase intention directly. In intervening testing, trust was shown to mediate the relationship of customer reviews with purchase intention partially, and the relationship of celebrity endorsers with purchase intention as fully mediation. The current research contributes to providing additional marketing literacy, especially those related to antecedents of purchase intention, and as a foothold for business entities in taking marketing strategies that aim to foster customer purchase intention. Pengaruh Affiliate Marketing dan Live Streaming Terhadap Impulse Buying dengan Consumer Trust sebagai Variabel Mediasi
The rapid growth of technology in this modern era has triggered a shift in human behavior patterns, especially in terms of shopping. This research uses consumer trust as a mediating variable to measure the impact of affiliate marketing and live streaming on impulse buying among generation Z consumers who use Shopee in Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the sample determination method. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that affiliate marketing has no effect on impulse buying, but affiliate marketing has an effect on consumer trust. Live streaming has an effect on impulse buying, but live streaming has no effect on consumer trust. Consumer trust has an effect on impulse buying. There is a mediating role from consumer trust on the influence of affiliate marketing on impulse buying, but there is no mediating role from consumer trust on the influence of live streaming on impulse buying
