    Service - Dominant Logic Perfective a Case Study: MRO Readiness Business Model Transition Concept

    Objective - The Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) concept was first promoted by Vargo & Lusch (2004a) because of a shift in marketing perspective that prioritizes services in the exchange process. The SDL perspective consists of eight aspects namely, operant resources, resourcing, servicing and experiencing, value proposing, dialogue, value-creation (Value Co-creation Ontology — A Service-dominant Logic Perspective Value Co-Creation Ontology — A Service- dominant Logic Perspective) networks, learning via exchanges and collaborative. Companies are recently affected by an ongoing change of customer behavior. Customers are no longer solely interested in product offerings but call for a provision of service solutions that accompany these offerings. This change goes along with a need for companies to redefine their idea of how to create and capture value. Against this background, as a result, we develop a set of propositions describing the influence of a company’s service-dominant business logic on basic elements of a company’s business model. Our research shows that a fundamental redesign of the business model is necessary to successfully implement service-dominant logic. Design/methodology/approach – This study uses Mixed methodological approach. First using survey data from aircraft manufacturer ang second using literature study for choosing business model MRO create with SDL for supporting. Findings - How does an increased focus on service influence a company’s business model? We examine this question based on the service-dominant logic concept as well as the business model concept and discuss possibilities how to adapt the business model to a service dominant business logic Originality/value - This development the aircraft manufacturing companies to rethink their basic business logic by paying more attention to the crucial service aspect.     PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KERJA PT SIMATELEX MANUFACTORY BATAM

    The purpose of this article is to examine wether the relate variable, namely work environment and communication, have relevant influence employee performance at PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam and work environment and communication simultaneouly affect employee performance at PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. In this research, the formula use a descriptive quantitatve though interview and survey method, accumulate primary and secondary data and disseminate questionary to a sample of 115 employees of PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. The measuring instrument use is a measuring instrument called the Likert scale. To verify the results of the analysis, the author use descriptive statistical methods, data quality test, influence test and hypothesis. To calculate all the data, the researcher used the statistical software SPSS 25. The results of the T test showed that the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee performance, and the communication variable had a significant effect on employee performance.     This study aims to influence career development, work motivation and competence on the performance of KSP Prima Sejahtera employees. The type of research used for data collection is quantitative research with survey methods and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study includes all employees at KSP Prima Sejahtera Nganjuk as many as 93 people. The data analysis method used includes Instrument Test, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Statistical Test, namely R2 Test, F Test and T Test. While the tools in this test use SPSS 25 Software.     The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of regional economic growth, revenue-sharing funds, general distribution funds, and local revenue growth on regional spending growth. The study analyzed data by multiple linear regression and was conducted in 23 district/municipal governments in Aceh. The results show that regional economic growth, revenue-sharing funds, general distribution funds, and regional revenue growth simultaneously and partially affect regional spending growth.     ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN MAKRO EKONOMI TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI INDONESIA

    Abstract: Banking profitability is influenced by several factors, especially from financial performance factors and macroeconomic factors, therefore the author conducted a study entitled Analysis of Financial and Macroeconomic Performance Against Islamic Banking Profitability in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial and macroeconomic performance on the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data analysis uses the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results show that in the long run the variables of NPF, FDR, CAR, Interest Rates and Industrial Production Index affect ROA while for inflation and Covid-19 do not affect ROA.     This study was made to investigate what factors can have an impact on work productivity. The investigation here focuses on knowing whether there is an effect of the variables of work facilities, compensation and welfare on the work productivity of employees, both productivity in certain aspects and overall. This research was conducted at MSME Bakso Bakar SS Malang City which has 30 employees. The type of approach that will be applied in the research is the quantitative method and saturated sampling of all MSME employees without exception will be involved as the research sample. From the data that has been further processed, it shows that the provision of compensation does not have a significant impact on increasing employee productivity as evidenced by the t arithmetic value which is smaller than t table and the significant probability value parameter obtained above 0.05. The variables that actually have a more significant effect on the work productivity of employees are supporting facilities and welfare insurance.     This study aims to determine, analyze and explain whether service quality and agency image partially or simultaneously affect patient satisfaction at the Adiarsa Karawang Public Health Center. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive analysis and verification, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, testing hypotheses, providing conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study used incidental sampling technique with incidental sampling method as many as 273 people using Likert scale technique and path analysis. The results showed that the correlation between service quality and institutional image was 0.845, which means the correlation is strong, positive and significant. The partial effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 17.1%. The partial effect of institutional image on patient satisfaction gets a value of 68.4%. The simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Institutional Image on patient satisfaction obtained a value of 85.5%, the remaining 14.5% was influenced by other variables not examine

The results of this study are, first: Customer service plays an important role in the best service to customers. Therefore, Bank BRI KCP Panam Pekanbaru prioritizes appearance standards for its customer service, such as dressing politely, neatly and cleanly. Second: Customer service as a communicator is in charge of providing all information about bank products or services to customers, accommodating customer complaints and objections. Bank BRI KCP Panam Pekanbaru prioritizes customer service to carry out tasks according to standard operating procedures.     Tourism is one of the strategic sectors that can develop the regional economy in accordance with the potential of the area, as well as in Central Lombok Regency and Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the difference between the tourism sector and economic growth in Central Lombok Regency and Malang Regency. This study uses data on the number of tourists, the number of hotels, and road infrastructure to describe the tourism sector. While THE GRDP is used as a bound variable. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with time series data from 2011-2020. This research shows that the number of tourists has no effect on GRDP in Central Lombok Regency and Malang Regency. The number of hotels has a positive and significant effect on GRDP in Central Lombok Regency and Malang Regency.     The goal of this study is to see how concurrent and partial independent, experience, ethics, professional prudence, and motivation affect audit quality from an Islamic standpoint. This study relied on primary data. Data for this study were gathered through questionnaires distributed to study participants. The data in this study was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study suggest that audit quality is positively influenced by independence, experience, ethics, due professional care, and auditor motivation. At a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in the North Jakarta Region, independence, experience, ethics, due professional care, and motivation all have a positive and significant effect on audit quality.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana konkuren dan parsial independen, pengalaman, etika, kehati-hatian profesional, dan motivasi mempengaruhi kualitas audit dari sudut pandang Islam. Penelitian ini mengandalkan data primer. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas audit dipengaruhi secara positif oleh independensi, pengalaman, etika, due professional care, dan motivasi auditor.
