Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and profitability (NPM) on stock returns and company reputation in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2020 period. This study consists of two independent variables regarding capital structure and profitability, and the dependent variable 1 regarding stock returns and the dependent variable 2, namely the company\u27s reputation. The data used is secondary data which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing in this study uses panel data regression model. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant effect between profitability on stock returns. Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the effect of employee work productivity on employee performance in the customer relations department. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how employee productivity, how employee performance, and how much influence work productivity has on employee performance in the customer relations department.
This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was done by non-probabilty sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 53 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), it was found that the work productivity variable had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the customer relations department .Based on the coefficient of determination, it was found that the work productivity of customer relations department employees was able to explain the employee\u27s performance by 68.8% and the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as remuneration factors and others.This research was conducted to determine the effect of employee work productivity on employee performance in the customer relations department. Economic growth is the development of economic activity that occurs from time to time and causes real national income to grow. This study uses the method of literature study. The data obtained comes from books, scientific articles, and other douments that discuss national income, taxes and Indonesia’s economic growth. Economic growth can show the quality or achievement of the development of an economy from one period to the next. Economic growth has a positive impact on tax revenues, especially through increasing people’s income and consumption levels. THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND AMBASSADOR AND BRAND IMAGE ON PRODUCT PURCHASE DECISIONS
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products at Kpopers in the Cheries Group Chat. The method used in this research is quantitative research with associative method with a total sample of 145 respondents. The analytical technique used to process SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the acquisition of a statistical t table of 2.398 > 1.97635 and 0.018 < 0.05. The variables used are Inequality Income (Y), Economic Growth (X1), Investment (X2) and Human Development Index (X3). In analyzing the data used multiple linear regression models using Eviews.The results of this study indicate that economic growth, investment and HDI simultaneously affect income inequality. While partially only HDI has a positive and significant effect on income inequality. Some of the existing human resources have not been able to adapt well to the company\u27s organizational culture, so that their competencies do not appear well, because there are some existing companies that still apply a work culture that is not liked by some workers, so that their competencies are not maximized and have not convinced management. The type of leadership also affects competence, where there are few companies that have this type of leadership that tends to distrust subordinates, where this type of leadership tends to affect the abilities and competencies of subordinates, where the competence of subordinates is not appreciated and affects the performance of subordinates and the company\u27s overall performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population of this study is human resources who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan, amounting to 100 people/person, where the sampling technique in this study uses technique of the census method, with a sample of 100 HR people who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan through the distribution of questionnaires conducted using an online method. ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PETANI STROBERI DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA
Get PDFIncome is an important factor in a business activity. With a high income, the economic needs will be met properly. However, the difference in income in each farm is something that needs to be considered because the distribution of income is uneven. This study aims to analyze whether land area, farmer\u27s age, education, capital, farming experience, selling price, fertilizer costs, seed costs, and labor affect the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. This research includes quantitative research using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used is a saturated sample (census) as many as 32 farmers. The data analysis technique use multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that (1) land area, capital, selling price, cost of seeds have a significant positive effect on strawberry farming income in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (2) labor has a significant negative effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (3) farmer\u27s age, education, farming experience, and fertilizer costs have no effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. However, this study has limitations such as (1) it consists of several types of strawberries so it is not specific to one type of strawberry. (2) there are differences in thoughts, assumptions and opinions expressed by respondents in answering the questionnaire. So that further research is needed for further research in order to maximize the results obtained.

PERAN DEMOGRAFI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP PERILAKU KEUANGAN
Get PDFThis study seeks to examine the influence of financial literacy and information technology on the financial behavior of students with income demographics as moderators. The sample of this study was 95 respondents. Analyze the data using a structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The findings of the study prove that financial literacy and information technology have a significant positive impact on student financial behavior. In contrast, the demographics of the income have not been shown to have a significant impact on financial behavior. In addition, there is no significant evidence that income demographics are able to strengthen the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior and information technology on financial behavior.
