Pengaruh Disrupsi Teknologi dan Transformasi Terhadap Kinerja Bisnis Perusahaan : Kasus PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero): KASUS PT.POS INDONESIA (PERSERO)
The research objective was to determine the impact of digital disruption and transformation on the business performance of the Pos Indonesia case study. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method by sending questionnaires to the central office and regional offices of Pos Indonesia with 20 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0. Digital disruption and transformation have an impact on business performance.

Does Corporate Social Responsibility Improve Community Satisfaction?
Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility to stakeholders. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tarakan developed a mangrove conservation ecotourism program to avoid degradation in the area by involving the surrounding community. This study aims to find out whether CSR programs improve community satisfaction. The research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The analysis used the Community satisfaction index (CSI) with 12 question indicators. The research sample comprised 30 community respondents in the Tanjung Batu area, Mamburungan Village, Tarakan City District. The results showed that the CSI value is 3.25, which after conversion got a value of 81.25, was in the range of 62.51-81.25 in the "GOOD" category with a quality value of "B". Pengaruh Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsment dan Brand Image Tehadap Keputusan Pembelian Reksadana pada Aplikasi Bibit
Bibit is an online mutual fund provider application where this application acts as an agent who helps sell mutual fund products from investment managers. Vial Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand image were selected for the decision to purchase mutual funds in the Seeds application in Kuta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image together on mutual fund purchasing decisions on the Bibit application in Kuta. The sample used in this study was Nonprobability Sampling, namely purposive sampling with a total sample of 102. The method used in this study was quantitative using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study found that the Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the T test in this study, namely Viral Marketing has a significant value of 0.002, Celebrity Endorsement has a significant value of 0.020, and Brand Image has a significant value of 0.000. The results of the F test in this study have a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that simultaneously Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This research is expected to be able to provide information to the management of Bibit regarding Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsements, and Brand Image for purchasing decisions which can be useful for related management so that they can develop appropriate strategies in future consumer purchase intention decisions
Analisis Pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga, Inflasi, Non Performing Loan Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio Terhadapkredit Modal Kerja Pada Bank Umum Di Jawa Timur
Banks are financial institutions that accommodate funds from the public in the form of savings and return them in the form of credit to those in need in order to improve people\u27s lives. Banks also do three other things: collect funds, send money or transfer money, and provide other financial services. Working Capital Credit is a credit facility from a financial institution that is extended to business actors to finance their production and operational activities so that they can expand their business. Through the provision of working capital loans, it is expected to grow the economy. This study shows the results that Third Party Funds have a positive and significant influence on Distribution of Working Capital Loans to Commercial Banks in East Java. Inflation has no positive and insignificant effect on Distribution of Working Capital Loans at Commercial Banks in East Java.Non Performing Loan does not have a positive and insignificant influence on Distribution of Working Capital Loans at Commercial Banks in East Java.Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Distribution of Working Capital Loans to Commercial Banks in East Java.

Pengaruh Work Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Perumda Tugu Tirta Kota Malang
Abstract The success or failure of an organization within the company depends on its human resources. When resource management is good, then an organization\u27s goals within the company will be achieved. Therefore, in order for the organization\u27s goals to be met, it is necessary to have employees who have good performance, one of which the company must meet the psychological needs of employees, namely work life balance. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of work life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research type, which emphasizes theoretical testing on variables in numerical research and analysis. The measuring tools of this research are questionnaires and interviews. The object of this research is the employees of PDAM Malang City with a sample of 121 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data analysis test tool in this study used Path Analysis. The results of the study indicate that Work Life Balance has a direct significant effect on job satisfaction due to the significant value at 0.000 <0.05 or less than the specified significant level. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study indicate that work life balance has a direct effect on employee performance. Then the results of the first significant test obtained the results of the work life balance variable having a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. The results of the second significant test showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Abstrak Berhasil atau tidaknya suatu organisasi di dalam perusahaan tergantung pada sumber daya manusianya. Ketika pegelolaan sumber daya nya baik maka sebuah tujuan dari organisasi didalam perusahaan tersebut akan tercapai. Oleh karena itu, agar tujuan organisasi dapat terpenuhi maka dibutuhkan adanya karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik, salah satunya perusahaan harus memenuhi kebutuhan psikis karyawan, yakni work life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang menekankan pengujian teori atas variabel pada penelitian dengan angka serta analisis. Alat ukur penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan wawancara. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PDAM Kota Malang dengan sampel sebanyak 121 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Alat uji analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil pemelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja yang disebabkan nilai signifikan pada 0,000 < 0,05 atau lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan yang ditentukan. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka hasil uji signifikan pertama memperoleh hasil variabel work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji signifikan kedua diperoleh hasil bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
Evaluasi Pengelolaan Parkir Oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru
In general, the provision of parking lots by the Government is used for the whole community. In this case, the community is obliged to pay a parking fee when using the parking lot. Retribution is required to make payments to parking attendants who have been determined by the Government, especially under the guidance of the UPT Parking Department of Transportation, Pekanbaru City. In Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2016 concerning Parking Fees on Public Roads, the parking fee for 2-wheeled road users is IDR 1,000, and for 4-wheeled vehicles is IDR 2,000. but starting in early September 2022, Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation (Perwako) No. 41 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 148 of 2020 concerning Parking Service Rates where the parking fee for two-wheeled vehicles increases to Rp. 2.000 and for cars or four-wheelers to Rp. 3.000 for one parking. The difference in parking rates between the Perda and the Perwako has resulted in practice, there are still many parking attendants who ask for retribution to pay not in accordance with predetermined rules. In addition, there are still many parking attendants who do not use parking attributes, do not provide parking tickets, and so on. This study aims to identify and describe the evaluation of parking management by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency using a qualitative descriptive approach with interactive model analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that parking management has not been carried out effectively because there is no clarity regarding existing regulations so the implementation has not been carried out effectively
Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi, Total Asset Turnover Dan Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Tekstil Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2018-2020
The Covid-19 virus outbreak has spread to almost all countries and started to enter Indonesia in 2020, having a negative impact on the country\u27s economic situation. This situation has a broad impact on the process of production, distribution and other business activities, which can disrupt the country\u27s economic performance. This study aims to examine the effect of operating cash flow, total asset turnover and long term debt to equity ratio on financial distress in textile sub-sector companies for the 2018-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive analysis. With the results of the research partially Operating Cash Flow does not significantly affect Financial Distress, Total Asset Turnover significantly affects Financial Distress, Long Term Debt to Equity significantly affects Financial Distress. Pengaruh Brand Ambassador K-Artist Dan Harga Terhadap Impulse Buying Produk Mie Lemonilo
The development of Korean Wave in Indonesia has encouraged many Indonesian brands to partner with K-Artist as brand ambassador for their products, one of which is Mie Lemonilo. K-Artist fans are known for their loyalty. This can be seen from the selling out of Mie Lemonilo products within few hours of the product launch in several Indonesian e-commerce. This study aims to determine influence of brand ambassadors and prices partially and simultaneously on impulse buying Mie Lemonilo. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The sample was 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient Determination Test, F test and t test. From the research results it’s known brand ambassadors have significant positive effect on impulse buying, prices have significant positive effect on impulse buying, simultaneously brand ambassadors and prices have significant effect on impulse buying. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on impulse buying is 52.7%. Suggestions that can be given are Lemonilo expected use brand ambassadors in promotions, work with well-known artists, have good image and ability to influence consumers

Penggemar K-Artist dikenal dengan keloyalannya dalam mendukung idola mereka. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari terjual habisnya produk Mie Lemonilo dalam beberapa jam setelah peluncuran produk di beberapa e-commerce Indonesia. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador dan harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap impulse buying produk Mie Lemonilo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan penyebaran melalui google form dan diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji T. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, dan secara simultan brand ambassador serta harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap impulse buying adalah 52,7%. Diharapkan dalam melakukan promosi menggunakan brand ambassador, bekerja sama dengan artis yang sudah terkenal, memiliki citra yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mempengaruhi konsumen.

Revisit the Use of Index Returns as the Proxy of Market Return in CAPM
This study compares the performance of the capital asset pricing model (CAPM), which uses a mean-variance optimal portfolio, and the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) as the market return proxy. The data samples are monthly stock returns of Kompas 100, LQ45, and IDX30 index from September 2012-August 2022. The expected returns of assets are calculated using the CAPM with rolling regression methodology based on each index\u27s 2-5 years period. The mean-squared errors for each sample group are calculated to determine the CAPM performance. Although the market indexes have a sub-optimal risk and return profile according to their position on the efficient frontier diagram, this study finds that the JCI as the market proxy results in better CAPM performance than the optimal portfolio. However, the beta results from using JCI as the market proxy are also consistently higher than those using an optimal portfolio, leading to the overestimation bias of the asset risk. Since most studies in CAPM testing use the market index as the market return proxy, particularly JCI in Indonesia, this study provides new insight into the challenges of using the optimal portfolio as the market return proxy
