ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KREATIVITAS DAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN UKM MELALUI INOVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI DI SALATIGA
This study aims to determine the success of UKM with the independent variables Creativity Motivation and Islamic Business Ethics with Innovation as a moderator variable in Salatiga.This research is a quantitative research with primary data, the population in this study is all UKM owners in Salatiga in 2022. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling, namely by randomly determining the sample of UKM actors in Salatiga.The data collection method was carried out using questionnaires and interviews conducted with UKM in Salatiga in 2022. The data obtained was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 tool. The analysis carried out included instrument tests, classic assumption tests, statistical tests and MRA tests. The results in this study show that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on the success of UKM, creativity has a positive and significant effect on the success of UKM, Islamic Business Ethics has a positive and significant effect on the success of UKM and innovation is not proven to be a moderator variable or does not moderate motivation, creativity and business ethics. Islam on the success of UKM.

Abstract.
Ethics is part of humans and also an important part in the marketing of Islamic banking. This paper examines marketing ethics in Islamic banking with a literature study. The aim is to provide a global explanation of the marketing ethics of Islamic banks. This study uses a type of qualitative research method with a reference-based approach that focuses on text reviews and literature reviews. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking has many marketing ethics. Such as promoting products with soft words, marketing that is done well, professionalism, integrity, transparency, placing customers as partners, and emulating the Prophet Muhammad in all life activities.

Pengaruh Brand Awareness Terhadap Electronic Word Of Mouth Yang Berimbas Pada Keputusan Menginap
This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness on Electronic Word of Mouth which has an impact on the decision to stay at Prama Sanur Beach. This research was conducted at the Prama Sanur Beach Hotel which holds the title as one of the 5 star hotels in Bali. The population of this study is all guests who have stayed overnight registered in 2019-2021 as many as 285,933 people. In this study using quantitative methods. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. Determination of sample size using the slovin formula with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Brand Awareness variable has a positive and significant effect of 0.632 on the Electronic Word of Mouth. Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect of 0.434 on the decision to stay. Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect of 0.487 on the decision to stay. Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect of 0.274 on the decision to stay through the Electronic Word of Mouth.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness pada Electronic Word of Mouth yang berdampak pada keputusan menginap di Pantai Prama Sanur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Prama Sanur Beach yang menyandang predikat sebagai salah satu hotel bintang 5 di Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tamu yang pernah menginap yang terdaftar pada tahun 2019-2021 sebanyak 285.933 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan besar sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,632 terhadap Electronic Word of Mouth. Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,434 terhadap keputusan menginap. Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,487 terhadap keputusan menginap. Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,274 terhadap keputusan menginap melalui Electronic Word of Mouth
Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen (Studi Empiris Pada Produk Minuman Minyum Di Outlet Jalan Besar Tanjung Anom Medan)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price and word of mouth on consumer buying interest in drinking beverage products. The sample of this research is consumers who buy Beverage products as many as 96 samples. The data used is primary one. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach using the classical assumption test first. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 2.041 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. Partially Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 3.009 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Partially Word of Mouth (WOM (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 2.696 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. While simultaneously both Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Word of Mouth (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a F-count of 9.739 > F-table of 2.70 with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. This article is the result of research on "Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing Home Sales Volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method based on field studies that aim to analyze marketing strategies in increasing house sales volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The interview technique used in this research is to ask questions to the authorities to obtain information about PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari\u27s marketing strategy. This study uses swot analysis with a marketing strategy using the 4p namely product, price, promotion and place.Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian tentang “Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan Rumah Pada PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. Pengaruh Karakteristik Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Opini Audit
This study aims to determine the influence of local government characteristics on audit opinion. The sample in this study were 16 provinces in Indonesia. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with LKPD data from 2008 - 2018. This study used binomial logistic regression data analysis methods assisted by SPSS software. Based on the research results, it is known that the size of the region, the level of dependence of the regional government, the level of wealth of the local government, and the level of regional government spending have a positive and significant effect on the audit opinion. The simultaneous test shows that the variables of Regional Size, Level of Regional Government Dependence, Level of Regional Government Wealth, and Level of Regional Government Expenditures jointly affect the Audit Opinion. The Nagelkerke R2 value is 0.305, which means that the Regional Government Characteristics variable consisting of Regional Size, Local Government Dependency Level, Regional Government Wealth Level, and Local Government Expenditure Level can be explained by the independent variable, namely audit opinion of 30,5% while the remaining 69,5% explained by other variables outside the study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Karakteristik Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Opini Audit. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 Provinsi di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan data LKPD tahun 2008- 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data regresi logistik binomial yang dibantu dengan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Ukuran Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Kekayaan Pemerintah Daerah, dan Tingkat Belanja Pemerintah Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Opini Audit. Uji secara simultan menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel Ukuran Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Kekayaan Pemerintah Daerah, dan Tingkat Belanja Pemerintah Daerah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Opini Audit. Nilai Nagelkerke R2 sebesar 0,305, yang berarti bahwa variable Karakterisitk Pemerintah Daerah yang terdiri dari Ukuran Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Kekayaan Pemerintah Daerah, dan Tingkat Belanja Pemerintah Daerah dapat menjelaskan oleh variabel independen yaitu opini audit sebesar 30,5% sedangkan sisanya 69,5% di jelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar penelitian
- Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size and liquidity on firm value in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The samples used in this study amounted to 33 infrastructure companies, in the form of annual financial reports selected by purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis models with classical assumption testing processed using the IBM SPSS V.25 program. The results of this study based on the F test show that simultaneously between independent variables have an effect of 37% on firm value and the rest is affected by other variables outside this study. Based on the t test, company size has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, while liquidity has a significant positive effect on firm value.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 perusahaan infrastruktur, berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian asumsi klasik yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS V.25. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan antar variabel independen berpengaruh sebesar 37% terhadap nilai perusahaan dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji t, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaa
EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN APLIKASI SISKEUDES SEBAGAI SISTEM PENGAWASAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA (STUDI KOMPARATIF DI KOTA AMBON DAN KECAMATAN KAIRATU KABUPATEN SERAM BAGIAN BARAT)
This research is a comparative study that aims to evaluate whether the application of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) application and the Village Financial Management Oversight System in Ambon City and Kairatu District, West Seram Regency has been running effectively. The conceptual framework in this study uses the effectiveness theory of Walter Jack Duncan (1981) using indicators of goal attainment, integration and adaptability. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of Siskeudes in 30 villages/countries in Ambon City has been running effectively. Around 25 Villages/Countries namely Leahari Country, Hutumuri Country, Rutong Country, Refinery Country, Hatalai Country, Ema Country, Hukurila Country, Naku Country, Latuhalat Country, Nusaniwe Country, Seilale Country, Urimesseng Country, Batu Merah Country, Soya Country, Villages Latta, Nania Village, Waiheru Village, Negeri Halong, Negeri Hatiwe besar, Negeri Laha, Negeri Rumahtiga, Negeri Tawiri, Hunuth Village, Poka Village, Wayame Village have implemented village financial management procedures in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and disciplined budget. And 5 other villages, namely Negeri Amahusu, Negeri Passo, Negeri Hative Kecil, Galala Village and Negeri Lama Village, are still in the process of improving their financial management to make it better. The monitoring system has also been running effectively so that the implementation of Siskeudes in 30 villages/countries in Ambon City has had a very positive impact, which has been able to improve village financial management performance. However, the results of research in 6 villages in Kairatu District, West Seram Regency, namely in Kamarian Village, Seruawan Village, Uraur Village, Waipirit Village and Hatusua Village, show that the implementation of the siskeudes application and the village financial management monitoring system has not been effective. This is because the implementation of the siskeudes application is still offline. Financial reporting that is still offline creates many problems. Resulting in village government apparatus losing authority in the village financial management process to become more transparent, accountable and participatory, as well as more orderly and budget discipline. APAKAH SEKTOR INFRASTRUKTUR DAN KOMODITAS EFISIEN? ANALISIS RETURN ABNORMAL PADA PROGRAM PEN
Efficient market is a topic that spurs many interests among financier, due to the significant number of both its proponents and opponents. This paper examines the efficiency of the infrastructure and the commodity sector market in Indonesia by using event study. The PEN (Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional / National Economic Recovery) event is used as the benchmark event to see whether there is any abnormal return that is generated by the sectors’ market. We calculated the abnormal return and cumulative abnormal return of each of our sample firms in the sector, as well as calculating the average abnormal return and cumulative average abnormal return for each sector. Using the T-test to determine the significancy of the abnormal return, we found that both sectors differ in their efficiency. While we found the infrastructure sector to be efficient, the result of the test on commodity sector instead shows that the sector is inefficient.Efficient market is a topic that spurs many interests among financier, due to the significant number of both its proponents and opponents. TURNOVER INTENTION YANG DIPENGARUH OLEH JOB INSECURITY DAN JOB MOTIVATION
This study aims to explain the effect of job insecurity and job motivation variables on turnover intention in the warehouse division of PT Padjadjaran Internusa textile Bandung branch. The phenomenon that occurs is that the turnover intention rate in the company is high, namely 18.82% in 2020. This study aims to determine the general description of job insecurity, job motivation, and turnover intention. Knowing how much influence job insecurity has on turnover intention, job motivation on turnover intention, and knowing how much influence job insecurity and job motivation have on turnover intention. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The tool for data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to 46 employees in the division of PT Padjadjaran Internusa textile Bandung branch by using non-probability sampling technique, saturated sample. The results of the analysis of job insecurity and job motivation on turnover intention have an effect of 18.10% while the remaining 81.90% (100% -18.10%) is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously and partially job insecurity and job motivation have a significant effect on turnover intention, this is indicated by the results of the simultaneous test that a significance value of F is 0.102 which is greater than of 0.05 (0.014 <0 ,05). The significance value is above 5% resulting in the decision Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the partial test for the job insecurity variable obtained a significance value of t of 0.033 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.033 <0.05) so that the decision Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
