Pandemi COVID-19 & Utang Rumah Tangga di Sumatera Barat: Sebuah Coping Strategi Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat masih terjadinya pandemic Covid-19 yakni di tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sektor rumah tangga di Sumatera Barat melakukan aktifitas berutang di masa pandemic dalam menunjang kehidupan mereka. Selain hal ini, tujuan penelitian juga untuk menelusuri kepada pihak mana saja sektor rumah tangga melakukan utang atau pinjamanan tersebut, apakah kepada Lembaga formal, Lembaga non formal ataupun pihak lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang sifatnya deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 209 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dari semua responden, yang melakukan pinjaman atau utang di masa pandemic adalah sebanyak 95 responden dan yang tidak melakukan utang sebanyak 114 responden. Dari 95 responden yang berutang, 66.26% melakukan utang pada Lembaga formal dan 32.74% berutang pada Lembaga non formal, dan yang berutang di Lembaga non formal ini hanya 0.02% responden saja yang melakukan pinjaman pada rentenir. Dengan kata lain bisa dikatakan bahwa tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk tidak melakukan pinjaman kepada rentenir cukup tinggi.
This research was conducted while the Covid-19 pandemic was still occurring, namely in 2021. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the household sector in West Sumatra carried out debt activities during the pandemic to support their lives. In addition to this, the aim of the study is also to trace to which parties the household sector owes or loans, whether to formal institutions, non-formal institutions or other parties. This research is a descriptive research. The data used in this study consisted of 209 respondents. The results show that of all respondents, there were 95 respondents who made loans or debt during the pandemic and 114 respondents who did not make debt. Of the 95 debtors, 66.26% owed formal institutions and 32.74% owed non-formal institutions, and only 0.02% of respondents owed loans to moneylenders. In other words, it can be said that the level of public awareness not to make loans to moneylenders is quite high
Formulasi Strategi Pemasaran PT Tegar Inti Sentosa Sebagai Distributor Lesitin Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Penjualan Di Area Jawa Timur
Lecithin is a food additive that is commonly used for many things including biscuit segmentation company. PT Tegar Inti Sentosa is the main distributor of lecithin supplied from Cargill for the market in Indonesia, especially for the East Java region. The market in the biscuit segmentation increases each year, but PT Tegar Inti Sentosa\u27s sales of lecithin to segmentation companies are relatively stagnant. This study aims to analyze the causes of these problems and recommend marketing strategies to increase Lecithin sales in East Java. Case studies are used in this research. Data are collected through interviews and secondary data. Results are the causal factors that came from internal and external within companies which were translated and analyzed through 5M on the fishbone. From the analysis, suggestions are made that are expected to reduce the problems that occur such as holding training and collaboration with third parties.Lesitin merupakan bahan tambahan pangan yang memiliki banyak manfaat yang dapat digunakan diberbagai industri makanan salah satunya pada perusahaan segmentasi biskuit. PT Tegar Inti Sentosa merupakan distributor utama Lesitin dari Cargill untuk wilayah penjualan di Indonesia khususnya untuk wilayah Jawa Timur. Perusahaan pada segmentasi biskuit menunjukkan perkembangan dari tahun ke tahun, namun hal ini tidak sejalan dengan penjualan Lesitin PT Tegar Inti Sentosa pada perusahaan segmentasi yang cenderung stagnan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab permasalahan tersebut dan merekomendasikan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan Lesitin di Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan yakni studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab berasal dari internal dan eksternal perusahaan yang dijabarkan melalui 5M pada fishbone. Dari analisis permasalahan tersebut diberikan usulan yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi permasalahn yang terjadi seperti diadakannya pelatihan dan kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga
Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so that from this population there were a sample of 79 respondents, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear analysis, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province obtained Y = 8.357 + 0.359 X1 + 0.198 X2 + e. the results of the t-test conducted found that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance
(Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province, the variable organizational commitment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. The results of the F test prove that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This can be proven by Fcount > Ftable or 19.766 > 3.12 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 while the results of the coefficient of determination were 32.9%, while the remaining 67.1% was explained by other variables not examined in this study such as ability and motivation
Analysis of the Effect of Break Even Points and Margins of Safety on Profit Planning in Hospitality Companies Listed on the IDX 2017-2021
Top management requires a plan to maximise revenues in order to succeed in a competitive business. The study\u27s goal is to assess and evaluate the impact of the break-even point and the Margin of Safety on revenue and profit forecasts for hotel sub-sector IDX companies for the period of 2017 to 2021. Using the IDX and the company\u27s own website, the researchers documented financial data gathered by researchers and given by firms operating in the hotel market. We performed multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS. Only two of the investigated hospitality-related businesses are found to be profitable (or at least break even), with the biggest safety margins. Profitability is heavily influenced by the break-even point as well as the margin of safety. The Break-even Point and the Margin of Safety have a very favourable effect for hotels listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2021.

Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kinerja Pelaku Ekowisata Kampung Kopi Mekarbuana-Karawang
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and service quality on the performance of ecotourism actors in Kampung Kopi Mekarbuana,- Karawang. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The source of this research uses primary data. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 35 respondents using random sampling technique. The results of hypothesis testing show that both simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between competence and service quality on the performance of ecotourism actors in Kampung Kopi Mekarbuana – Karawang. There is a moderate positive and significant relationship between competence and Service Quality of Kampung Kopi ecotourism actors. The direct effect value of the competency variable on the performance of ecotourism actors is 0.159 and the indirect effect is 0.073. So that the total value of influence is 0.232. The direct effect value of the Service Quality variable on the performance of ecotourism actors is 0.186 and the indirect effect is 0.073. So that the total value of influence is 0.259. The total effect value of the Competency and Service Quality variables is 0.491 indicating that simultaneously the Competency and Service Quality variables affect the performance of ecotourism actors by 49.1% so that the remaining 50.09% is influenced by other variables not measured in the study.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja pelaku ekowisata Kampung Kopi Mekarbuana Kab. Karawang. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur. Sumber penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja pelaku ekowisata Kampung Kopi Mekarbuana – Karawang. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan katagori sedang antara kompetensi dan Kualitas Pelayanan pelaku ekowisata Kampung Kopi. Nilai pengaruh langsung variabel Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja pelaku ekowisata sebesar 0,159 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,073. Sehingga nilai total pengaruh sebesar 0,232. Nilai pengaruh langsung variabel Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja pelaku ekowisata sebesar 0,186 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,073. Sehingga nilai total pengaruh sebesar 0,259. Nilai pengaruh total dari variabel Kompetensi dan Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 0,491 menunjukan secara simultan variabel Kompetensi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pelaku ekowisata sebesar 49,1% sehingga sisanya 50,09 % dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian

One of the roles of Islamic banks in developing the economy of a country including Indonesia is very large, almost all sectors related to financial activities will require various banking services. Therefore, we really need the banking world now and in the future, both companies and individuals. Related to banking functions, namely as a financial institution that collects and distributes public funds and facilitates trade transactions. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is one of the forces that can drive economic growth. MSMEs are currently developing very rapidly so that Islamic banking has the opportunity to grow the economy of a region. The existence of Bank BSI (Btpn Syariah) KCP Surakarta provides results and impacts for micro and medium enterprises. This can be seen from the improved customer business after financing at Bank BSI (BTPN Syariah) KCP Surakarta. In addition, customers also experienced an increase in revenue, increased sales volume, and the addition of new employees to their business after financing Bank BSI (BTPN Syariah) KCP Surakarta. Analisis Kinerja Perusahaan: Peran Good Corporate Governance pada Industri Sektor Pariwisata Dan Transportasi di Era Pandemi
The tourism sector has a role as a contributor through the country\u27s foreign exchange earnings in the Indonesian economy. From year to year there has been a significant increase in foreign tourist arrivals to tourist areas in Indonesia. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia, it paralyzed almost all industries in Indonesia. This phenomenon affects the performance of companies, including the tourism industry. Company performance is a picture of company activities in using resources effectively and efficiently to achieve company goals. Good company performance is inseparable from the role of corporate governance or in other terms Good Corporate Governance. This study aims to examine the mechanism of Good Corporate Governance, namely gender diversity, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee on company performance. This study used a purposive sampling technique to obtain the number of samples was 114 samples from tourism and transportation sub-sector companies in 2019-2021. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple regression analysis, which was processed with the help of WarpPLS 8.0. The results of this study indicate that gender diversity, the board of commissioners, company size have no effect on company performance, while the audit committee has an effect on the performance of accommodation companies in the tourism and transportation subsector.Sektor pariwisata memiliki peran sebagai kontributor melalui penerimaan devisa negara pada perekonomian Indonesia. Dari tahun ke tahun tercatat terjadi peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara secara signifikan ke daerah-daerah wisata di Indonesia. Namun ketika pandemic covid-19 melanda Indonesia, melumpuhkan hampir seluruh perindustrian di Indonesia. Fenomena ini mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan tak terkecuali pada industri pariwisata. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan gambaran aktivitas perusahaan dalam penggunaan sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan yang baik tidak terlepas dari peranan tata kelola perusahaan atau dengan istilah lain Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mekanisme Good Corporate Governance, yaitu gender diversity, dewan komisaris, dan komite audit terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling memperoleh jumlah sampling sebanyak 114 sample dari perusahaan sub sektor pariwisata dan transportasi tahun 2019-2021. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gender diversity, dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan komite audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan akomodasi sub sektor pariwisata dan transportasi

This study aims to 1). find out the ability of school principals to develop programs to improve teacher performance; 2) knowing the ability of the Principal in Carrying Out Activities to Improve Teacher Performance; and 3) knowing the ability of the Principal in Conducting Evaluations to Improve Teacher Performance. This study uses a descriptive method, namely a qualitative approach by uncovering certain social situations that describe reality correctly, formed by words based on relevant data collection and analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the principal has the ability to develop programs, carry out activities and carry out evaluations to improve teacher performance at SD Negeri 50 Kota Ternate
Analysis of Factors that Influence APBD Revenues in Regencies/Cities across the Nias Islands
This study aims to determine how much influence per capita GRDP, education level, and health level have on district/city APBD revenues throughout the Nias archipelago in 2012 - 2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data. This research is a panel data study with the panel data regression analysis method carried out with Eviews 12.0. The results showed that per capita GRDP, education level, and health level variables had a positive effect on district/city APBD revenues for the Nias archipelago in 2012 – 2022
Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Melalui Burnout Pada Karyawan PT BNI Cabang Ternate
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Load and Work Stress on Turnover Intention through Burnout. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the employees of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Ternate City. The number of research samples is 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is path modeling analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Load has no significant effect on Turnover Intention; (2) Work Stress has no significant effect on Turnover Intention; (3) Work Load has a significant effect on Burnout; (4) Work Stress has a significant effect on Burnout; (5) Burnout has a significant effect on Turnover Intention; (6) Work Load has no significant effect on Turnover Intention through Burnout; (7) Work Stress has a significant effect on Turnover Intention through Burnout.
