The Effect Of Work Motivation and Discipline On Teacher Performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan
The teacher is an agent of change who is the key to the success of education, so the success or failure of educational goals depends on the teacher\u27s performance. Factors that influence teacher performance include work motivation and work discipline. Some teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan have less motivation and discipline, which needs improvement, impacting performance. This is reflected in late arrivals, fewer hours to work, and inappropriate use of uniforms. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on teacher performance and the combined effect of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population of this study was all teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan with a total of 59 teachers, and the sampling technique used the entire population (Census). Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate work motivation and discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan
Efektivitas Penyaluran Zakat Harta pada Usaha Produktif terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan UMKM di Baznas Polewali Mandar
Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektivitas Penyaluran Zakat Produktif terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan UMKM di BAZNAS Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Penelitian ini menyajikan data deskriptif berupa data tertulis atau lisan dari informan dan perilaku yang akan diamati. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Bentuk penyaluran zakat harta pada usaha produktif masyarakat yang dilakukan BAZNAS Polewali Mandar, antara lain; usaha campuran, penjual gorengan, penjual makanan, usaha menjahit, reparasi kursi sofa, perbengkelan, dan nelayan berupa pengadaan mesin (2) Dampak penyaluran zakat harta pada usaha produktif terhadap UMKM di BAZNAS Polewali Mandar sangat besar sekali dalam peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat. (3) Penyaluran zakat harta pada usaha produktif terhadap peningkatan usaha UMKM di BAZNAS Polewali Mandar sangat efektif. Program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Polewali Mandar memberikan dampak yang besar bagi penerima bantuan modal usaha
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Berkarir Sebagai Akuntan Pajak (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Di Pekanbaru)
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, self efficacy, learning effectiveness of taxation courses and labor market considerations on the interest of accounting students to have a career as tax accountants. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data used in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents and the results are analyzed using SPSS Version 23 as a test tool. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting, class 2018. The research sample amounted to 88 students, with the sample method used, namely the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all independent variables, namely motivation, self efficacy, learning effectiveness of taxation courses and labor market considerations had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the interest of accounting students to have a career as tax accountants.
 
Kontribusi Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Empat Kabupaten Kawasan Kerjasama Utara- Utara
This study aims to see how much impact the contribution of the Tourism Sector in the North-North Cooperation Area has on Economic Growth. This study uses secondary data obtained from various parties such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Culture and Tourism Office, and other literature taken based on a period of 8 years. The type of data used is panel data with simple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the contribution of the Tourism Sector has a positive but insignificant effect on Economic Growth in the North-North Cooperation Region. The leading destinations in the North-North Cooperation Area include North Bolaang Mongondow Regency, namely Pinagut Stone Tourism, Saronde Island Tourism in North Gorontalo, while in Bone Bolango Whale Shark Tourism and in Buol Regency, Busak Island Tourism
Pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Empowering Leadership Dan Digital Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
This study aims to determine "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Empowering Leadership, Digital Leadership on Performance by taking a case study at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pasuruan City. Which is where the system activities for improving the competence of job training in construction experts in the city of Pasuruan are organized by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the City of Pasuruan.
In this case, the researchers took this type of research using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents using the Solvin formula as a questionnaire for data collection techniques in the field through google from. While the data analysis technique uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences) using software version 23 SPPS. Based on research data processing.
The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership, Empowering Leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, while digital has no significant effect on employee performance at the Pasuruan City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Analisis Strategi Content Marketing Pada Bisnis Kuliner (Studi Kasus Pada Akun Instagram @initempeid)
Technology in this digital era creates many ways and tools to help businesses grow faster. Many of the business industries use Instagram as one of the social media platform to boost the market demand. In the food industry especially in small medium enterprises use Instagram to create content marketing strategies. Initempe as local SMEs has implemented the plan to follow their target market lifestyle. This study aims to determine the analysis of content marketing strategy in the food industry (case study in @initempeid Instagram account) by using qualitative research methods and analysis through the theories. The subject of this research is Instagram Initempeid and the object of this research is content marketing in the Initempeid Instagram account. The author uses the data validity research through observations on Instagram Initempeid and conducted interviews with the Owner and Content Creator of Initempeid also the author did the documentation. The results of the study show that several things must be considered in conducting content marketing aimed at promotion, namely by determining target consumers and platforms that suit them. Natural content with good video quality can increase public trust in an account, then consistency in scheduling to upload content is one of the strategies to maintain an audience, and creating classes, activities or events, and collaborations can add opportunities to increase the reach of the account.Technology in this digital era creates many ways and tools to help businesses grow faster. Celebrity Worship Dan Materialism Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Compulsive Buying Merchandise Pada Generasi Milenial Di Purwakarta
This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Worship and Materialism on Compulsive Buying Merchandise in the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta whose number is known by using a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially Celebrity Worship has a positive and significant effect on Compulsive Buying Merchandise in the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta, Materialism has a positive and significant effect on Compulsive Buying Merchandise in the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta. and simultaneously celebrity worship and materialism have a positive and significant effect on Compulsive Buying Merchandise in the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Celebrity Worship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Compulsive Buying Merchandise pada Generasi Milenial di Purwakarta, Materialisme berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian Kompulsif pada Generasi Milenial di Purwakarta. dan secara simultan pemujaan selebriti dan materialisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Compulsive Buying pada Generasi Milenial di Purwakarta

Pengaruh Karakter Kewirausahaan Terhadap Inovasi Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan Pada Anggota Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) di Kecamatan Pemangkat: Karakter Kewirausahaan Terhadap Inovasi Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan
The business of fishery processing becomes an economic booster in Pemangkat coastal area. It was due in part to individual characteristics integrated with the business group, which is certainly having an entrepreneurial spirit. Thus, the entrepreneurship characteristics in joint ventures need attention. The present research aims to determine the effect of innovation entrepreneurship characteristics on joint venture members in Pemangkat districts. The research was obtained on 6 business groups, consisting of 9 respondents per group using a random method. Thus, the total samples were 54 respondents. The research used linear regression analysis. The dependent variable was the fishery processing innovation, whereas the independent variables were motivation, the confidence in being successful, and the attitude toward professions. Results showed that the entrepreneurship characteristics affected motivation and professional attitude in fishery processing. The implication of the result was the fishery processing community had encouragement to be confident in their profession given in training, guidance, or workshop
Pengaruh Market Requirement Dan Organizational Knowledge Terhadap Business Performance Bank (Unit Usaha Syariah)
ABSTRACK
The research was conducted to determine the effect of market requirements and organizational knowledge on business performance of sharia business units owned by conventional banks in Indonesia. The research method used was a census of all conventional banks that have sharia business units in Indonesia, totaling 20 in the 2020 period. The data collected was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0. The result of the research is that there is a significant effect of market requirement and organizational knowledge variables on the business performance of sharia business units.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh market requirement dan organizational knowledge terhadap kinerja bisnis unit usaha syariah yang dimiliki oleh bank konvensional di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan sensus terhadap seluruh bank konvensional yang memiliki unit usaha syariah di Indonesia yang berjumlah 20 buah pada periode tahun 2020. The Financial Analisis Efektifitas Pengelolaan Modal Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan Pada RSUD Bayu Asih Kabupaten Purwakarta
Management of working capital hospital operational costs is the need for operational, to improve financial performance effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Permendagri number 79 of 2018 concerning BLUD. The aim research is to determine the condition of working capital, to analyze the management of working capital with the financial performance of the hospital and to find out the turnover of working capital so that it is effective and efficient. Methodology uses a qualitative with a case study approach at Bayu Asih Hospital, Purwakarta. The research subjects of key respondents from the finance department and expert respondents, namely the vice director of general affairs and finance. The data analysis technique was triangulation of the results of observations, interviews, documentation of financial reports from 2017 to 2020 before the impact of the covid pandemic, classified based on themes and research findings and then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of research on working capital management in 2017 to 2020 are not fixed. Management of working capital to improve financial performance at BLUD Hospital pays attention to current assets and short-term liabilities so that it effectively and efficiently improves financial performance.
