Intensi Berwirausaha Generasi Muda Di Lodtunduh Ubud Dalam Era E-Busines
In today\u27s era, humans use technology because they have reason. With their minds, humans want to get out of a problem, they want to live a better, safer, and easier life. One of the businesses that can be done in today\u27s technological advances is e-business. This study focuses on entrepreneurship which aims to determine the Entrepreneurial Intentions of the Young Generation in Lodtunduh Ubud. The intervention is viewed from several variables such as: Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, and Environment in the context of the E-Business era. The population in this research was 109 and the sample used was 86 respondents. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire survey and observation. With this research, it is hoped that this research can add and broaden the reader\u27s insight regarding the Entrepreneurial Intentions of the Young Generation in Lodtunduh Ubud in the E-Business era.Di era sekarang ini, manusia menggunakan teknologi karena memiliki akal. Dengan akalnya, manusia ingin keluar dari suatu masalah, ingin hidup lebih baik, lebih aman, dan lebih mudah. Salah satu bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dalam kemajuan teknologi saat ini adalah e-business. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kewirausahaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Niat Berwirausaha Generasi Muda di Lodtunduh Ubud. Intervensi tersebut dilihat dari beberapa variabel seperti: Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, dan Environment dalam konteks era E-Business. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 109 dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 86 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey kuesioner dan observasi. Fitur Instagram Shopping Avoskin Dalam Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Remaja Putri di Kota Surabaya
The presence of the Instagram Shopping feature has made many businesses and brands take advantage of this feature, including Avoskin, to make it easier for consumers to shop. For this reason, this research was conducted to explore the role of Avoskin\u27s Instagram Shopping feature in the purchasing decisions of young female consumers in the city of Surabaya. The research method was carried out qualitatively, involving 10 high school students as research participants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and content analysis on Avoskin\u27s Instagram account.
The results of the study show that Avoskin\u27s Instagram Shopping feature plays a role in purchasing decisions because it provides an informative display, is easily accessible and minimally distracted, so that consumers can easily find out product and price information. Pengembangan Usaha Pengelolaan Sampah Pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sinergi Kabupaten Purwakarta dengan Business Road Map
Waste is an environmental problem which has been urgent to solve, including in Purwakarta District which are implementing several programs to overcome it. One of the programs is waste bank which is implemented by community organizations. This article analyses a business plan for waste management managed by Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Sinergi, Purwakarta District. Data collection methods were interviews, field observations, comparative study, and literature studies. Data analysis for business development strategy was using Business Road Map (BRM). Research succeeded to identify fifteen elements of BRM. BUMDes Sinergy in the early steps is advised to focus on collecting and sorting inorganic waste, especially plastic waste which is more expensive, by implementing waste to charity and waste bank mechanisms. In the medium term, business could be developed by processing organic waste to fertilizer and inorganic waste to plastic ore or upscaling waste to recycled products which have higher value added
The influence of the competence and training of state civil servants on work performance in the West Java provincial education office
This study aims to test empirically competence and training on work performance in institution. This analysis uses independent variables, competency and performance. The dependent variabel is worK performance. The sample of this research are employees who work at the Education Office of West Java Province as many as 86. The sample was taken by purposive sampling metode. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis test statistic t. the results of this study indicate that competence significantly positively influences performance which ultimately leads to work performance. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test partially, it is obtained that H1 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.005 between competency varables on training. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.487, meaning that the contribution of competence and training variabels to work performance variable is 0.487 or 48,7%, while the remaining 51,33% is influenced by other variables which are ignored or not examined in this study
Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar Terhadap Pembelajaran Karyawan Pada PT. XYZ
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation on employee learning at PT. XYZ. This study used a simple random sampling technique, the sample used in this study amounted to 100 samples. The data collection method uses a system of primary data, namely observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data, namely literature study. Instrument testing used validity and reliability tests, and for data analysis methods used quantitative data frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t test analysis. the result is the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely: Market orientation has a tcount value of 4.027 with a significant 0.05, namely 0.00 the t-tube value shows greater than the t-table value of 4.027 1.984. The results of the partial test (t statistical test) on the market orientation variable have a t-count value of 4.027 with a significant 0.05, namely 0.00. It can be concluded that market orientation influences employee learning. This shows that the higher the market orientation, the higher the learning orientation
Analisis Kebijakan Perkreditan Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode November 2021
This study examines credit policies of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by comparing asset allocation for credit and asset allocation overall, using liquidity factors such as the NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratio and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) as independent variables. The secondary data used is from banking companies in the LQ45 index group from 2015-2020, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable of credit policy. Researchers uses multiple linear analysis to investigate the relationship between liquidity, represented by Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and credit policies of banking companies listed in LQ45 index for the period of November 2021-January 2022. The data completeness is for six years. The credit policy is measured by the percentage of allocation for credit in the asset structure of banking companies. The results show that NPL and LDR have a significant impact on credit policy with a 5% significance level, indicating the importance of credit management in banking activities.Penelitian ini mengkaji kebijakan perkreditan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan membandingkan alokasi aset untuk kredit dan alokasi aset secara keseluruhan, dengan menggunakan faktor likuiditas seperti rasio NPL (Non Performing Loan) dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) sebagai variabel independen. . Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah dari perusahaan perbankan yang termasuk dalam kelompok indeks LQ45 tahun 2015-2020, dan data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen kebijakan kredit. Peneliti menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara likuiditas yang diwakili oleh Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dengan kebijakan kredit perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45 periode November 2021-Januari 2022. Kelengkapan data selama enam tahun. Kebijakan kredit diukur dengan persentase alokasi kredit dalam struktur aset perusahaan perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan LDR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan perkreditan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% yang menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan kredit dalam kegiatan perbankan
Pengaruh Nilai Budaya Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Dengan Motivasi Berwirausaha Sebagai Pemediasi (Studi pada UMKM Pendatang dan asli NTT di Kota Kupang)
The existence of this study aims to determine how much influence cultural values have on the performance of MSMEs, both from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and migrants from outside NTT with entrepreneurial motivation as mediators. The sample in this study was 170 which were divided into two for native MSMEs and immigrants from outside NTT. All data collected using SEM-PLS analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate there is a positive influence between motivation and performance for MSMEs native to NTT and immigrants. Cultural values have no effect on performance in both. There is a positif influence between Cultural values and motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of cultural values on performance both in MSMEs native to NTT and immigrants from outside NTT.Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh nilai budaya terhadap kinerja UMKM baik yang berasal dari Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) ataupun para pendatang dari luar NTT dengan motivasi berwirausaha sebagai pemediasi.
Sampel pada peneltian ini sebanyak 170 yang dibagi menajdi dua untuk UMKM asli dan pendatang dari luar NTT, alat analisis menggunakan aplikasi SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja untuk kedua UMKM. Nilai budaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada kedua UMKM. Nilai budaya berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, dan motivasi memediasi pengaruh nilai budaya terhadap kinerja.

The Covid-19 virus which has swept the world and become a global pademic has changed the world order. The reduced social economic activities of the community to reduce social interaction that can accelerate the spread of the virus, resulting in a decline in the performance of economic sectors. Many industries experience a decline in revenue and can result in further cessation of company operations. The Covid-19 pandemic to date has not been able to predict how long it will end which causes uncertainty about the future. In order for a company to continue to exist and grow sustainably, it is very important to formulate a future strategy that is full of uncertainty. Pizza Hut is one of the American restaurants and international franchises founded in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas by Dan and Frank Carney. The company is known for its Italian-American food, including pizza and pasta as well as side dishes and desserts. This research aims to implement marketing strategies to achieve excellence in the midst of this pandemic. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Pizza Hut can increase sales volume by staying, even if selling on the side of the road. As well as the presence of information technology provides many benefits for Pizza HUT, such as being able to alleviate complex business activities as well as produce information that is trustworthy, relevant on time, complete, understandable and tested in the framework of planning, controlling and making management decisions. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Pizza Hut can increase sales volume by staying, even if selling on the side of the road. Pengaruh Realisasi Belanja Daerah Dan Upah Minimum Terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Di Provinsi Lampung Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam
Abstract
Unemployment is one of the problems that affect the welfare of society and the Indonesian economy. One of the employment problems is the imbalance between labor demand and labor supply. This study aims to analyze the effect of Realization of Regional Expenditure and Minimum Wage on the unemployment rate in Lampung Province from the perspective of Islamic economics partially and as a whole. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with Times series data and processed using the Eviews 10 program. The results of this study as a whole (test F) Regional Expenditure and Minimum Wage have a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate in Lampung Province. Partially (T test) the Regional Expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, the Minimum Wage variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate in Lampung Province. In this study, when viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, the goal of Islamic economics is to achieve a higher falah which is manifested through optimizing the benefit of the entire community through the realization of Regional Expenditures and the Lampung Province Minimum Wage in accordance with Allah\u27s commands.

Pengangguran menjadi salah satu masalah yang berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satunya permasalahan ketenagakerjaan ialah ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan tenaga kerja dan penawaran tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh realisasi Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum terhadap tingkat pengangguran di provinsi Lampung dalam perspektif ekonomi islam secara parsial dan keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data Times series dan diolah menggunakan program Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan (uji F) Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Lampung. Secara parsial (uji T) variabel Belanja Daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran, variabel Upah Minimuum berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Lampung, Dalam penelitian ini jika ditinjau menurut perspektif ekonomi islam, Tujuan ekonomi Islam adalah untuk mencapai falah yang direalisasikan melalui optimalisasi maslahat bagi seluruh masyarakat melalui realisasi Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum yang ada di provinsi Lampung sesuai perintah Allah SWT.

The Effect Of Competence And Work Discipline On Employee Performance Of The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train Project
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance and to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train project. This study uses a quantitative research model. The method used in this study is the proportional stratified random sampling method, with a sample of 79 respondents from employees of PT.Sinohydro Co., Ltd. Section 2. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable. The competence variable has a positive effect of 0.615 with a significance level of 0.000. The work discipline variable has a positive effect of 0.463 with a significance level of 0.000. The R square of the two variables is 0.739 or 73.9% and the remaining 26.1% is influenced by construction outside the research variables, which means that these two variables have an influence on the employee performance variable.
