Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Dalam Memilih Program Studi Akuntansi di Universitas Hein Namoeto
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence students\u27 interest in choosing an accounting study program. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were distributed to active students in the accounting study program at Hein Namotemo University. The results of this study indicate that the career expectation factor has a positive and significant effect on student interest in choosing an accounting study program, this is evidenced by looking at the value of tcount> ttable (2.549> 1.987) with a significance of 0.015, while for the perception factor and personal characteristics it has no significant effect on students\u27 interest in choosing an accounting study program, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis that for the perceived factor the value of tcount> ttable (1.612<1.987) with a significance of 0.115, for personal characteristics factors with a value of tcount<ttable (0.352>1.987) with a significance of 0.727. for the test results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.261 or equal to 26.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence students\u27 interest in choosing an accounting study program. Dampak Implementasi PSAK 71 Pada PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, TBK.
The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of the Allowance for Impairment Losses (CKPN), the impact and suitability of applying PSAK 71 at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, by analyzing the application of PSAK 71 related to CKPN at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that, the calculation of Impaired Credit Loss (ECL) uses the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Method in accordance with PSAK 71. The impact of implementing PSAK 71 increases the amount of Allowance for Impairment Loss on credit due to several accounts in the financial statements affected by the transition to PSAK 71 namely financing receivables, finance lease receivables and deferred tax assets, thereby affecting the company\u27s capital by decreasing retained earnings. Covid-19 pandemic PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. has implemented Credit Restructuring to reduce high CKPN balances in 2020 and 2021. In addition, there is no significant impact on changes in the classification of financial assets and PT. Fintech Mempengaruhi Manajemen Keuangan?
Purpose — The background of this research journal is the development of the era where technology has changed human life behavior which has positive and negative impacts. So that the development of this era changes the behavior or habits of financial management that never existed in human civilization before. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fintech on the financial management of Entrepreneurship Study Program students at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach — This study uses a quantitative research method. The technique used in this research is a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire).Findings — The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant influence between Fintech (x) and financial management (y).Practical implications — This study\u27s results can help students increase fintech awareness about financial management. Determinan Financial distress Pada Perusahaan Sub-Sektor Ritel Elektronik di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the effect of quick ratio, cash flow from investing activities and Financial Expense on financial distress in an empirical study of electronic retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2020. This research is a quantitative study that uses secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the financial statements of companies in the electronic retail sub-sector published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sampling method used the saturated sample method so that a research sample of 40 financial statements was obtained at 5 companies in the electronic retail sub-sector for an 8-year period, namely 2013-2020. The software used for data processing is Eviews 10. The results show that partially quick ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, while cash flow from investing activities has no effect on financial distress and Financial Expense has a negative effect on financial distress. Implementasi Visi Ternate Andalan (Mandiri Dan Berkeadilan) Dalam Meningkatkan SDM Di Kota Ternate (Studi Kasus Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Ternate)
This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Mainstay Ternate Vision (Independence and Justice) in Improving Human Resources in the City of Ternate. This research is a qualitative research. There were 4 research informants at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Ternate. Case study research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) The role of implementing the mainstay of Ternate\u27s vision (self-sufficiency and justice) in improving existing human resources in Ternate City has not been fully understood by ASN or the community, this can be seen from several obstacles and factual results in the field that have not yet been implemented. according to what was said. (2) Professional ASN development priority program as described in Ternate\u27s mainstay priority program has been carried out in accordance with the planned program, (3) Implementation of City development as an information center and strengthening of goods/services as outlined in Ternate\u27s mainstay priority program continues to be pursued by encouraging Ternate to become smart city, preparing human resources to be educated in the field of goods and services. Improving supporting infrastructure at the entrance to the City of Ternate and building telecommunications infrastructure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Visi Andalan Ternate (Kemerdekaan dan Keadilan) dalam Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia di Kota Ternate. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Ternate berjumlah 4 orang. Pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) Peran implementasi andalan visi Ternate (swasembada dan berkeadilan) dalam peningkatan SDM yang ada di Kota Ternate belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh ASN atau masyarakat. , hal ini terlihat dari beberapa kendala dan hasil faktual di lapangan yang belum terlaksana. sesuai dengan apa yang dikatakan. (2) Program prioritas pengembangan ASN Profesi sebagaimana dijabarkan dalam program prioritas andalan Ternate telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan, (3) Pelaksanaan pembangunan Kota sebagai pusat informasi dan penguatan barang/jasa yang dituangkan dalam program prioritas andalan Ternate terus diupayakan dengan mendorong Ternate menjadi smart city, menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang terdidik di bidang barang dan jasa. Meningkatkan infrastruktur pendukung di pintu masuk Kota Ternate dan membangun infrastruktur telekomunikasi
Konseptualisasi Learning Agility Mahasiswa di Era COVID-19
COVID–19 caused schools and universities to change their regular program to online learning. Online learning requires the student to be agile and engaged in the learning process. This paper investigated the impact of goal orientation, openness to experience, and psychological safety toward learning agility on university students. This research used PLS–SEM to analyze the relationships among learning agility constructs. The author conducted quantitative research by developing an online survey using questionnaires from the previously widely used and well–validated instrument. The participants of this study are 206 industrial engineering students of Telkom University, Indonesia. The instrument was fulfilled to what extent the participant agreed with the statement using a six–point Likert scale. A significant relationship was found between learning agility factors: goal orientation, openness to experience, and psychological safety toward learning agility. It was found that goal orientation has a large effect size on learning agility. Thus, it played a central role in the model. Future studies should be conducted with a larger sample with several individual attributes. It may determine whether individual attributes predict difference variation of learning agility. The differences could be examined by making group–specific comparisons
Kinerja Bank Syariah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Menggunakan Metode RGEC
This research was conducted to determine the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from the financial reports and Good Corporate Governance reports of 5 Islamic commercial banks that were sampled. The results showed that the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic was seen from the Risk Profile with the NPF ratio the bank\u27s performance was in good condition, while based on the FDR ratio the bank\u27s performance was in quite good condition, on the Good Corporate Governance factor the bank\u27s performance received a good predicate. The Earnings factor with the ROA ratio indicates that the bank\u27s performance is in fairly good condition, based on the ROE ratio it indicates the bank\u27s performance is in poor condition, while the assessment with the NOM ratio indicates the bank\u27s performance is in very poor condition. Assessment using CAR shows that the performance of all Islamic banks is in the very good categor
Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank Central Asia KCP Cikarang
This research aims to determine and prove how much influence motivation and job satisfaction have on the performance of Bank Central Asia KCP Cikarang employees. This study used a quantitative method by conducting a survey of 35 respondents to determine the effect of motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance (Y). From the results of the study it was found that the motivation, job satisfaction and performance of Bank Central Asia Cikarang Branch employees were considered good. the independent variables affect the dependent variable, where t count on motivation is 2.628 <t table 2, 034, and t count for job satisfaction is 4.186 <t table 2.034

The Purpose of Writing This Article Discusses the Role of Internal Communication in Maintaining Good Relationships Between Employees and Leaders in Order to Improve a Positive Work Culture at BMT Ngabar Ponorogo. Internal communication aims to maintain good relationships between employees and management, avoid misunderstandings between employees and leaders, and also serve as a means of communication to convey aspirations and ideas within the BMT Ngabar Ponorogo environment. This research method utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data collection through direct interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from books, articles, websites, and blogs. The results of this study indicate that internal communication plays a crucial role in enhancing a positive work culture at BMT Ngabar.Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini membahas tentang peran komunikasi internal dalam menjaga hubungan yang baik antara karyawan dan pimpinan dalam rangka meningkatkan budaya kerja yang positif di BMT Ngabar Ponorogo.
