Merancang Konten Instagram Ads Sebagai Solusi Pemasaran Digital Pada Indibiz PT Telkom
The development of information and communication technology has bought significant impacts in various aspects of human life, including in terms of connectivity and access to information. The utilization of internet-based digital technology for marketing products or services to consumers is growing, one of which is through the Instagram application. Digital marketing is the process of promoting and finding markets through social network-based digital media. This research aims to design Instagram Ads content as a digital marketing solution at Indibiz PT Telkom, focusing on the promotion of products and services. The method used in descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews and observations. The results showed that creative and interactive promotional content on Instagram can increase consumer engagement and contribute to increases sales.

Analisis Fungsi Manajerial Dalam Pengembangkan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan Desa Mekar Buana-Karawang
The aim of this research is 1) To find out, analyze and explain the implementation of managerial functions in Mekarbuana Village tourism management? 2) To find out, analyze and explain the understanding of the management and community of the Mekarbuana Village tourist destination regarding sustainable tourism? 3) To find out, analyze and explain the implementation of managerial functions to develop sustainable tourism in Mekarbuana Village? The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is carried out by investigating social phenomena and human problems, producing descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from the behavior and people observed. This study found that in developing sustainable tourism in Mekar Buana-Karawang Village, the managerial role is very important to ensure sustainability, efficient management and a positive impact on the environment of the local community. The four managerial functions referred to are Planning, Organizing, Placement and Controlling (Planning, organizing, actuating and controlling) which have been running well according to their functions. The management together with the village government is responsible for formulating the vision and mission of sustainable tourism in Mekar Buana-Karawang Village. Set long-term and short-term goals that are in line with sustainability principles. Designing tourism programs that focus on environmental preservation, local culture and community welfare. It is recommended that further research consider other aspects besides managerial functions, for example in terms of operational, financial and marketing functions. Because the managerial function has been running well in Mekar Buana Village tourism. By maintaining and improving managerial functions that are already running well, Mekar Buana Village can continue to achieve positive benefits and make a significant contribution to sustainable tourism development and the welfare of the local community. This research answers suggestions from previous research to identify and test the analysis of managerial functions in developing sustainable tourism in the village of Mekar Buana-Karawang.Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan fungsi manajerial pada pengelolaan pariwisata Desa Mekarbuana? 2) Untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pemahaman pengelola dan masyarakat destinasi wisata Desa Mekarbuana terhadap pariwisata yang berkelanjutan? 3) Untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan fungsi manajerial dapat mengembangkan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa mekarbuana?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara menyelidiki suatu fenomena sosial dan masalah manusia, menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dan lisan dari perilaku dan orang yang diamati. Studi ini menemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Mekar Buana-Karawang, peran manajerial sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan, pengelolaan yang efisien dan dampak positif pada lingkungan masyarakat setempat. Ke-empat fungsi manajerial yang dimaksud adalah Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penempatan dan Pengontrolan (Planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling) sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya. Pengelola Bersama-sama pemerintah desa bertanggung jawab untuk merumuskan visi dan misi pariwisata berkelanjutan Desa Mekar Buana-Karawang. Menetapkan tujuan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan. Merancang program wisata yang berfokus pada pelestarian lingkungan, budaya lokal dan kesejahteraan komunitas. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan aspek lainnya selain fungsi manajerial, misalnya dari segi fungsi operasional, keuangan dan pemasarannya. Karena fungsi manajerial sudah berjalan dengan baik di pariwisata Desa Mekar Buana. Dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan fungsi manajerial yang sudah berjalan baik, Desa Mekar Buana dapat terus meraih manfaat positif dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. The Effect of Exchange Rate Volatility on Foreign Tourist Visits in Indonesia: GARCH Analysis
In this era of globalization, currency exchange rates are one of the crucial factors affecting a country\u27s economy. The exchange rate of a country\u27s currency plays an important role in economic stability and international trade, especially in the tourism sector. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis to identify patterns of rupiah exchange rate volatility using the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model, and then examine whether these patterns have a significant correlation with the number of foreign tourist arrivals in Indonesia. In analyzing the data, researchers conducted several classical assumption tests, namely the normality test and the heteroscedasticity test. The test results show that the data used, namely the rupiah exchange rate data and the number of foreign tourist visits, are not normally distributed and heteroscedastic. In this case, it resulted in researchers not use the Pearson correlation test so they used the Kendall-Tau correlation test and Granger Causality test which resulted in the two variables being correlated. Furthermore, GARCH modeling is carried out which provides forecasting on both data to increase in 2024. The results of this study are expected to provide a basis for consideration for stakeholders to determine policies, especially in the financial and tourism sectors
Kepuasan Konsumen Dipengaruhi Oleh Kualitas Pelayanan Studi Pada Perumahan Subsidi Griya Ciroyom Indah
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of problems related to customer satisfaction in Griya Ciroyom Indah subsidized housing. One of them is from services that are less fast and considered, causing consumer dissatisfaction with residents of Griya Ciroyom Indah subsidized housing. purpose of this study is to determine the description of service quality, description of customer satisfaction and description of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. Using data collection techniques with questionnaires to 77 respondents using the sampling method, namely saturated samples. The data analysis technique used in this study uses instruments (validity test and reliability test), correlation coefficient test and determination coefficient test using SPSS version 2. Based on the results of data processing obtained, the instruments used in this study are declared valid and reliable because they have a value greater than r table of 0,224. The value of service quality is 0.730>0.600 and customer satisfaction is 0.744>0.600, so it is declared reliable. The description of service quality with an index value of 3,912 and customer satisfaction with an index value of 2,119 is said to be good. Driving Factors Of Employee Performance Inspiration Auto2000 Pasteur
Based on the observations and preliminary survey on the research object, it was hypothesized that the main driving factor for employee performance is compensation. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Auto2000 Pasteur Bandung. This study used quantitative methods that are causal and used primary data whose data collection used questionnaires with the calculation of results using the Likert scale with a scale of numbers 1-5. The technique used in sampling uses non-probability sampling with census sampling techniques. The population in this study was 68 Auto2000 Pasteur employees and the same number of samples. Data analysis method using Smart PLS. Data that have been obtained from questionnaires and have been tabulated are then analyzed using validity reliability tests, R2 tests, hypothesis tests, and partial tests (t-tests). The results showed that compensation significantly positively affected the performance of employees of the company Auto2000 Pasteur.Berdasarkan observasi dan survei pendahuluan terhadap objek penelitian, diperoleh hipotesis bahwa faktor pendorong utama kinerja pegawai adalah kompensasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Auto2000 Pasteur Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat kausal dan menggunakan data primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dengan perhitungan hasil menggunakan skala likert dengan skala angka 1-5. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sensus sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Auto2000 Pasteur yang berjumlah 68 orang dan jumlah sampel yang sama. Metode analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS. Data yang telah diperoleh dari kuesioner dan telah ditabulasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji R2, uji hipotesis, dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Auto2000 Pasteur
Penyelesaian Pembiayaan Bermasalah (NPF) Akad Murabahah
The problem that often arises from the distribution of financing is the case of delinquent repayment of financing that can disrupt the liquidity and profitability of financial institutions. Murabaha financing is a product that is in great demand by the lower middle class because the process is very simple and faster by using a sale and purchase agreement with collateral or collateral. The purpose of this study was to analyze the resolution of non-performing finance (NPF) at KSU JMS Karanganyar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation. Factors that influence the emergence of non-performing financing are triggered by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include weaknesses in financing analysis, financing period, less than optimal control from LKS, and less than optimal risk screening. External factors include customer bad faith, declining customer approach, disasters such as the covid 19 pandemic outbreak and customer carelessness in the use of funds. The policies taken by KSU JMS Karanganyar to reduce NPF include On The Spot, collection, restructuring, settlement through collateral, write off, and the formation of a risk team. The success of this NPF reduction apart from the policies taken is also influenced by the improvement of the national economy and the economy of the community
Analisa Biaya Diferensial Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Khusus (Studi Kasus Pada UMKM Alvine Di Kota Ambon)
Local Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) must always determine a superior strategy in marketing their products or services.This was also carried out by UMKM Alvine, one of the small businesses engaged in the bread business in Ambon City. The strategy undertaken is to provide special order facilities for customers. With a special order, UMKM Alvine need to apply the use of relevant cost to decide between accepting or rejecting the special order. In making decisions, differential cost analysis is used, which a different costs in a different situation or condition which will be compared with other conditions. The aim of this study was to determine the differential cost calculation applied to UMKM Alvine , as well as analyzing differential costs in relation to decision making in accepting or rejecting special orders from consumers , this is also become a consideration for UMKM Alvine in planning their future profits. The results of the study show that the Alvine UMKM decision to accept special orders from customers for chocolate bread products is justifiable. Because there is an additional income of Rp. 500.000 which is greater than the additional cost of Rp. 219.000. In addition, for contribution margin Rp. 13,211,000 which is higher than if the special order was rejected.UMKM lokal harus selalu menentukkan strategi unggul dalam memasarkan produk atau jasanya . Hal tersebut juga dilakukan oleh UMKM Alvine, salah satu usaha kecil yang bergerak dalam usaha pembuatan roti di Kota Ambon . Strategi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan memberikan fasilitas pesanan khusus bagi pelanggan. Dengan adanya pesanan khusus, maka UMKM Alvine perlu menerapkan penggunaan biaya relevan untuk memutuskan antara menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus tersebut. Dalam pengambilan keputusan digunakan analisis biaya diferensial yaitu biaya yang berbeda dalam suatu situasi, kondisi atau keadaan yang nantinya dibandingkan dengan kondisi-kondisi yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan biaya diferensial yang diterapkan pada UMKM Alvine serta menganalisis biaya diferensial dalam kaitannya dengan pengambilan keputusan dalam menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus dari konsumen, sehingga menjadi pertimbangan juga bagi UMKM Alvine dalam melakukan perencanaan labanya di masa yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keputusan UMKM Alvine untuk menerima pesanan khusus dari pelanggan untuk produk roti coklat dapat dibenarkan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan terdapat tambahan pendapatan Rp. 500.000 yang lebih besar daripada tambahan biayanya yang sebesar Rp. 219.000. Selain itu Dengan mengerjakan pesanan khusus tersebut dihasilkan margin kontribusi Rp. 13.211.000 yang lebih besar dibandingkan jika pesanan khusus tersebut ditolak.

Using a qualitative approach and case studies, the author gains deep insights into how characteristics of charismatic leadership, such as inspiration, vision, empowerment, and effective communication, contribute to the development of a strong innovation culture. Through data collection from in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the author identifies that charismatic leaders in Company XYZ are able to inspire employees, empower them to actively participate in the innovation process, and build strong relationships through effective communication. However, challenges such as expectation management, leadership capacity development, and appropriate reward systems still need to be addressed. The author\u27s conclusion highlights the importance of strengthening and developing charismatic leadership within organizations as an effective catalyst for change and innovation to achieve quality organizational goals.
