    ABSTRACT Queuing system management (QSM) can help improve operational efficiency, reduce customer waiting time, a node from human resource management (HRM) based on the effectiveness of HR performance, and optimize employees as HR in improving customer service. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the mplementing queuing results of system management in one of the Supermarkets in Lampung Province and knowing the optimal number of cashier lines in the QSM. Research conducted on the research object, namely XYZ Supermarket, is recorded every one-hour interval. This research was conducted for 14 days, working hours from 09.00-21.00 Western Indonesian Time zone. The population in this study is all consumers whose population is unlimited. The sample used is consumers who enter the XYZ Supermarket QSM. The study purpose was to optimize the QSM with Ws less than 3 minutes and Ls less than 4 people in accordance with the SOP. This research method uses the multi-channel single-phase model with system time and systems number. The analysis results in this study can be concluded that the performance of the queuing system implemented with the number of cashiers (M) of 2 cashiers at 09.00-09.59, 12.00-12.59, and 19.00-19.59. It makes optimal QSM with Ws less than 3 minutes, and Ls less than 4 people

    Determinan Penggunanan Digital Banking Pada Generasi Y Dan Generasi Z Muslim Di Kota Banda Aceh

    The development of information technology has given a new face to the financial and banking industry, such as the presence of digital banks. Implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) also does not become an obstacle for digital banking, because digital banks do not require physical services to carry out their activities. Currently, more than 90% of digital banks in Indonesia use conventional systems. The movement in the development of digital banks has shown quite significant growth in Indonesia, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when demands for physical meetings were implemented. This research aims to look at the determinants of digital bank use among generations Y and Z Muslims in Banda Aceh City by analyzing the relationship between eight independent variables, namely economic value, ease of use, social influence, company reputation, promotion, features, curiosity and appreciation. The population in this research is all generations Y and Z Muslims in Banda Aceh City who have used digital banking services for at least 4 months. The sample used was 100 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale instrument, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that all variables except the sales  promotion and curiosity variable have a significant effect on the intention to use digital banking in the city of Banda Aceh.     Kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi menunjukan signifikannya diberbagai implementasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. penlitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikan kepemimpinan transfomasional dan budaya organisasi pada perusahaan yang menerapkan industri 4.0.  dessain pada penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan asosiatif digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variable, sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah quisioner dengan sekala likert. dari hasil pengujian hipotesis kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p-value 0,000 namun budaya organiasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p-value 0,710.  dari hasil penelitian hanya budaya organiasi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan implementasi industri 4.0

The study investigates zakat distribution programs, related policies, and challenges the Baitul Mal faces. It employs a qualitative approach to provide a scientific overview. Results are expected to show alignment with Quranic mandates, ensuring independent, transparent, and accountable practices.     Peran Pengaruh Green Accounting terhadap Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage Perusahaan pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Periode 2020-2022

    Knowing whether or not there is an effect of green accounting on the entity\u27s liquidity, profitability, and leverage is the purpose of this study. The sample of this study is one cement producer entity listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2022, namely PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. The data used comes from the annual report and sustainability report of the entity PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk for the period 2020-2022. The hypothesis test used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis test using the SPSS program. Liquidity, profitability and leverage are dependent variables with environmental costs as independent variables. The analysis results show that although environmental cost is an indicator of green accounting, this cost has no significant impact on the entity\u27s financial performance indicators, such as liquidity, profitability, and leverage.Mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh green accounting terhadap likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan leverage entitas adalahtujuan penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah satuentitas produsen semen yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022 yaitu PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan entitas PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk periode 2020-2022. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Likuiditas, profitabilitas dan leverage adalah variabel terikat dengan biaya lingkungan sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun biaya lingkungan merupakan indikator akuntansi hijau, biaya ini tidak ada dampaknya secara signifikan pada indikator kinerja keuangan entitas, seperti likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan Leverage

    Pengaruh Trend Halal Lifestyle dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Perilaku Belanja Mahasiswa

    This study explores the impact of the halal lifestyle trend and lifestyle on the shopping behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI), UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents, and the analysis was carried out using SPSS version 23. The results of the study, as determined through partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) analyses, reveal that the halal lifestyle trend does not significantly affect students\u27 shopping behavior. On the other hand, the lifestyle variable demonstrates a positive and significant influence on students\u27 shopping behavior. The combined effect of both the halal lifestyle trend and lifestyle is found to be positively and significantly correlated with the shopping behavior of FEBI UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students. In conclusion, the presence of the halal lifestyle trend does not result in an increase in students\u27 expenditures or shopping behavior. However, lifestyle choices significantly impact students\u27 shopping behavior, with higher lifestyle preferences leading to increased shopping activities

    This research was conducted to find out what factors influence buying interest. In this research, promotion and brand image are used as dependent variables. Primary data collection using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/opportunity for every member of the population to be a sample. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. And the overall dependent variable has a stimulant effect on Buying Interest with a calculated F value of 171,596 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.5. And the value of R square shows the results of 0.785, which means that the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect of 78.5%

    Beta Saham dan Return Saham Pada Sektor IDXENERGY

    This study aims to analyze the effect of the quick ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, tobin\u27s q, inflation and world oil prices on IDXENERGY stock returns with stock beta as the intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 29 companies using purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative study using panel data regression analysis and path analysis using Eviews 13. Partial results show that quick ratio and LTDER have no effect on stock beta, while Tobin’s Q and inflation have a significant effect on stock beta. Quick ratio and LTDER have no effect on stock returns, while Tobin’s Q, inflation, world oil prices and stock beta have a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously quick ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, inflation and world oil prices affect stock beta and simultaneously quick ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, world oil prices and stock beta affect stock returns. In addition, stock beta is able to mediate Tobin’s Q and inflation on stock returns but is unable to mediate quick ratio, LTDER and world oil prices on stock returns. Simultaneously stock beta is able to mediate quick ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, Tobin’s Q, inflation and world oil prices on stock returns.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quick Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Tobin’s Q, Inflasi dan Harga Minyak Dunia terhadap Return Saham IDXENERGY dengan Beta Saham sebagai Variabel Intervening. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 29 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan analisis jalur menggunakan Eviews 13. Hasil parsial menunjukkan bahwa quick ratio dan LTDER tidak berpengaruh terhadap beta saham, sedangkan Tobin’s Q dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beta saham. Quick ratio dan LTDER tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan Tobin’s Q, inflasi, harga minyak dunia dan beta saham berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara simultan Quick Ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, Inflasi dan Harga Minyak Dunia mempengaruhi beta saham dan secara simultan Quick Ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, Harga Minyak Dunia dan Beta Saham mempengaruhi Return Saham. Selain itu, beta saham mampu memediasi Tobin’s Q dan inflasi terhadap return saham namun tidak mampu memediasi rasio cepat, LTDER dan harga minyak dunia terhadap return saham. Secara simultan beta saham mampu memediasi rasio cepat, rasio utang terhadap ekuitas jangka panjang, Tobin’s Q, inflasi dan harga minyak dunia terhadap return saham

    This study aims to analyze the maritime economic sectors in Banten Province, Indonesia, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Location Quotient (LQ) methods. The results show that maritime transportation is the dominant sector, followed by marine tourism and fisheries. The study suggests that strategic implementation is vital for sustainable development, emphasizing environmental impact and government support for foundational sectors, especially maritime transportation. The Blue Economy concept guides aligned economic growth, environmental preservation, and societal well-being. This study provides insights for optimizing maritime economic potential and realizing a sustainable Blue Economy model in Banten Province.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor ekonomi maritim di Provinsi Banten, Indonesia, dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transportasi laut merupakan sektor yang dominan, diikuti oleh wisata bahari dan perikanan.     Indonesia is experiencing an accelerated transition towards widespread electric vehicle (EV) adoption, bolstered by governmental support aimed at mitigating greenhouse gas emissions. While extensive research has been conducted on public acceptance of EVs, there remains a significant gap in the literature regarding the logistics sector, particularly in the domain of last-mile delivery. This gap is becoming increasingly salient as the e-commerce industry continues to expand, amplifying the impact of this sector. This study aims to provide a more comprehensive perspective on EV adoption by logistics firms by incorporating multiple stakeholders: the logistics firm itself, government entities, receivers, and suppliers. The research develops a multifaceted framework for EV adoption that encompasses these four stakeholder groups, with a particular emphasis on the logistics firm. This firm-centric approach is further delineated into two distinct levels: managerial and end-user (i.e., couriers). The proposed framework is designed to be implemented within computational modeling paradigms, facilitating deeper insights into how various factors surrounding logistics firm operations influence the electrification of last-mile delivery processes. This approach allows for a more nuanced understanding of the intricate relationships and interactions between stakeholders and operational variables in the context of EV adoption within the logistics sector
