Pendidikan Pengetahuan Tentang Gizi dan Kesehatan Gigi & Mulut pada Orang Tua Murid TK Aisyiah Joyosuran, Surakarta
Get PDFAisyiyah Joyosuran Kindergarten is one of the kindergartens located on Jl. Cikarang No.22, Gabudan RT 01 RW 08 Joyosuran, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta City, Central Java. Children can grow up to be healthy and smart through the process of growth and development. Nutrition has the most important effect on growth. Based on Riskesdas data (2018), the proportion of daily tooth brushing behavior of people aged three years and over is 94.7%, but the proportion who brush their teeth properly is only 2.8%. This is a problem because one of the effective prevention methods against the occurrence of dental and oral disease is through the act of brushing teeth. The purpose of this service is to carry out the Community Service component of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The benefit of this service is to increase knowledge education about nutrition and dental & oral health for parents of Aisyiyah Joyosuran Kindergarten students, Surakarta. The service method is lectures and training on knowledge about nutrition and dental & oral health. The target audience was 84 parents of Aisyiah Joyosuran Kindergarten students. The results of the service show that the activities run smoothly. Participants are expected to be able to provide education about good nutrition and dental & oral health to their children while providing nutrition according to the RDA according to the Ministry of Health and maintenance of dental and oral health.Aisyiyah Joyosuran Kindergarten is one of the kindergartens located on Jl. This condition gives rise to new habits, people must always maintain cleanliness which causes an increasing people's consumption of cleaners such as hand sanitizers, soaps, disinfectants, and others. In addition, people also often consume nutritious foods such as vegetables and fruit, thereby increasing the amount of household waste. However, housing conditions with limited yards and far from Final Disposal Sites (TPA) create a new problem, namely the accumulation of household waste. This condition is also experienced by the people of Mekarsari Village. The technique of converting organic waste into eco-enzymes plays an important role in reducing the amount of organic waste that ends up in landfill. Through community service activities, the team held an Eco-enzyme Making Training as an Alternative Hand Sanitizer during the Covid-19 Pandemic for the people of Mekarsari Village. Community service activities have been carried out and have been able to educate the public in processing household waste, especially organic waste, into eco-enzymes. Farming with the hydroponic method in utilizing narrow land in urban areas or in housing is not something new, but in the Semangat Karya Village, Barito Kuala Regency, it is still many do not know clearly how to grow a garden with the wick hydroponic method. The selection of the wick hydroponic system is because according to the Kementan (2018) this system is the simplest hydroponic model using a wick that connects plant pots with nutrient solution media. Therefore this service activity aims to provide knowledge and training to support skills in farming using the wick hydroponic method. This community service activity begins with filling out the pretest questionnaire followed by a presentation of the delivery of the material, then a demonstration of the direct method or practice and ends with the provision of a posttest questionnaire. The results showed that the wick system hydroponic training was able to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of partners in plant cultivation using the wick system hydroponic method.Salah satu cara memanfaatkan lahan perkarangan rumah guna mewujudkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga adalah dengan menggunakan metode hidroponik. Bercocok tanam dengan metode hidroponik dalam memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit di perkotaan atau di perumahan bukan sesuatu yang baru, namun di Desa Semangat Karya Kabupaten Barito Kuala masih banyak yang belum mengetahui dengan jelas bagaimana cara bercocok taman dengan metode hidroponik sistem wick. Pemilihan hidroponik sistem wick ini karena menurut Kementan (2018) merupakan model hidroponik paling sederhana dengan menggunakan sumbu yang menghubungkan pot tanaman dengan media larutan nutrisi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan guna menunjang keterampilan dalam bercocok tanam dengan metode hidroponik sistem wick. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan pengisian kuesioner pretest dilanjutkan dengan presentasi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi cara atau praktik langsung, dan diakhiri dengan pemberian kuesioner posttest. This service is located in Bukit Anugerah Indah Housing Estate, RT 49, Sepinggan Village, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province. The population of this service is the residents of Bukit Anugerah Indah Housing by taking research subjects from parents who have elementary school children. Data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this service uses source triangulation, namely interviews with 3 mothers. It was found that the development of children varies depending on the age of the child, emotional development also affects what they think, emotions also describe what a person thinks. The more mature a person, the emotional level will rarely occur unlike in children which often happens. While moral development is very influential on a person's character, if someone wants to be respected, he must have good moral qualities, in school it is very good to be taught moral traits, to educate children to be better. In everyday life, it is also very necessary to teach children moral character, so that empathy, honesty, truth, and chastity will grow. This article briefly reviews the results of spatial analysis, transportation analysis, technical analysis, supply chain management analysis, financial economic analysis, social analysis, environmental risk analysis. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the prospects for the development of warehousing areas in Penajam Paser Utara Regency and can be utilized as well as possible by Penajam Paser Utara Regency.Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Kalimantan Timur yang digadang sebagai calon Ibukota baru Negara Republik Indonesia. Perkembangan industri di Kabupaten ini mengalami perubahan seiring peningkatan intensitas penyelenggaran pembangunan. Get PDFFall is one of the most case that occur on elderly. Exercise such as elderly gymnastic can overcome the problem of falling in elderly. It can increase flexibility, muscle strength, balance, and also reduce the risk of falls and injury. There needs to be a study of the eldery gymnastic correaltion with the risk of falls. This study aims to determine the correlation between elderly gymnastics with risk of falls based on DGI. Methods: This study was an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. Sample was taken by purposive sampling. Samples were taken by 30 respondents that consist of 15 respondents join gymnastic elderly and 15 respondenst didn't join gymnastic elderly program. Respondents assessed the risk of falling by the DGI. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test, Fisher absolute test and Relative Risk (RR) measurement. Results: The result showed the value of p = 0.003 with a RR of 0.2, which showed significant research as p <0.05. Most respondents at the age of 60-74 years old and most were male. This condition is felt by the people of hamlet 7 Baruga Village, Kendari City, especially housewives. The purpose of this community service is to increase family opinion through training in making Rajat mask connectors for housewives and young women. The target of this community service is 20 housewives and young women operating covid-19. This method of implementing community service uses 3 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The prospect of developing the oyster mushroom business is quite large which can be seen from the environmental conditions located on the slopes of Mount Muria and the availability of raw materials for planting media that are easily obtained from abundant sawdust. Partners in the service activity program are MSME AJJ Oyster Mushroom Mindahan Kidul which has problems producing baglog and oyster mushrooms that have not been able to become one of the main sources of income. The products produced are F2 mushroom seeds, baglog, and fresh oyster mushrooms. Beside that, the packaging design is still simple and does not have conventional labels and marketing and inadequate production facilities. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and assistance to AJJ Oyster Mushroom partners to develop an oyster mushroom product business as a superior product for the Jepara area. The implementation method uses Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The results of community service activities in the form of PPPUD have carried out various forms of training and assistance to partners. This activity has implemented the concept of improving life skills so that students are prevented from various diseases and are able to live healthy independently. The implementation method is as follows: 1) counseling and training on healthy living behavior and brushing teeth properly; 2) general health and oral health examinations; and 3) revitalization of School Health Unit through training of Student Health Cadres. Activities are equipped with modules and health examination record books. Activity evaluation procedures include: 1) re-examination of general health status; 2) re-examination of oral health status; and 3) supervision one month after program implementation. At the end of the activity, the students are able to wash their hands and brush their teeth properly and independently. Student Health Cadres are able to take measurements of height, weight, and body temperature.
