Pemanfaatan Ikan Rucah: Mempersiapkan Wirausaha Baru dalam Produksi Abon Ikan “Bon-Bon” sebagai Alternatif Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) Lokal
Get PDFNutrition of pregnant women plays an important role in the growth of the fetus and the delivery process. Malnutrition during pregnancy increases fetal growth retardation, low birth weight, and risk of stunting at 2 years of age. One of the national strategies for accelerating stunting reduction in the form of specific interventions is that pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency receive Supplementary Feeding. Currently, the provision of PMT to pregnant women is in the form of layer biscuits formulated with vitamins and minerals. Other types of supplementary food as recovery food include animal protein source foods that are given for 90 days. Local PMT needs to be developed to support healthy eating patterns from a sustainable food system using local and inexpensive food ingredients such as trash fish. The purpose of this activity is to prepare new independent entrepreneurs in utilizing local food ingredients as an alternative to local PMT for pregnant women in KEK through training on making shredded fish for posyandu and UMKM cadres in Pedurungan Tengah Village totaling 21 people. The results of the training still need to improve the taste and texture of the shredded fish that has been processed by the participants. Suggestions for implementing the next activity is assistance during the manufacture of shredded fish so that local PMT products are obtained with good acceptance.Gizi ibu hamil berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan janin dan proses persalinan. Kekurangan gizi selama kehamilan meningkatkan pertumbuhan janin terhambat, berat badan lahir rendah, dan risiko stunting pada usia 2 tahun. Salah satu strategi nasional percepatan penurunan stunting berupa intervensi spesifik adalah ibu hamil Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK) mendapatkan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT). Saat ini pemberian PMT ibu hamil berupa biskuit lapis yang diformulasikan dengan vitamin dan mineral. Adapun jenis pemberian makanan tambahan lain sebagai makanan pemulihan diantaranya bahan makanan sumber protein hewani yang diberikan selama 90 hari. PMT lokal perlu dikembangkan untuk mendukung pola makan sehat dari sistem pangan berkelanjutan menggunakan bahan makanan lokal dan murah seperti ikan rucah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mempersiapkan wirausaha baru mandiri dalam memanfaatkan bahan makanan lokal sebagai alternatif PMT lokal ibu hamil KEK melalui pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan “Bon-Bon” kepada kader posyandu dan UMKM di Kelurahan Pedurungan Tengah berjumlah 21 orang. Hasil pelatihan masih perlu perbaikan rasa dan tekstur dari abon ikan yang telah diolah peserta. Saran pelaksanaan kegiatan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan selama pembuatan abon ikan sehingga diperoleh produk PMT lokal dengan daya terima yang baik

One of the most popular scientific papers by the teachers is the results of classroom research or commonly known as CAR (classroom action research). CAR is useful for improving teacher performance and fixing problems in the classroom. CAR that has been prepared by the teacher has not been maximally published in the form of a journal. In fact, the results of this scientific publication can be used for the benefit of school accreditation and benefit of the public usage, especially the cognate teachers. Therefore, it is important to carry out technical guidance on the preparation of CAR and scientific publications for MI Al Ishlah Tiudan teachers. The method used in this research is Participatory Action Research method. The implementation of technical guidance for the preparation of CAR and scientific publications shows that the majority of teachers at MI Al Islah Tiudan Gondang have received guidance on the preparation of CAR, but there are still many who do not understand the actual CAR because the guidance only provides material. In this technical guidance activity, all participants seemed enthusiastic and had been able to prepare a good CAR draft. Generally, IPSRS staff consists of Human Resources (HR) who have qualifications in Electromedical, Public Health, and Management qualifications. Human resources in charge of carrying out maintenance and repairs, hereinafter referred to as Preventive Maintenance Inspections (IPM) of medical devices, are human resources with electromedical qualifications. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is an advanced medical device that combines computer technology, high magnetic fields (0.067.0 Tesla) and radio waves to produce cross-sectional images of the muscles of the human body. To prepare patient services in hospitals using an MRI tool, reliable human resources are needed in carrying out their HDI. For this reason, training on the HDI of this MRI equipment is needed. This HDI training was attended by 534 participants from all over Indonesia which was carried out through the Zoom Meeting Application. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah dengan penyampaian materi dan pendampingan secara langsung mulai dari pembuatan sampai kepada pemasaran. Produksi jamu beras kencur sangat diminati mahasiswa, hal tersebut terlihat dari kesimpulan angket yang menjadi bahan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan: 1) Pelatihan produksi jamu beras kencur sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta, 2) Di samping pembuatan yang mudah dan murah, produksi jamu beras kencur memiliki pasar yang bagus dan banyak peminat, 3) Hasil keuntungan dari produksi jamu beras kencur sangat menjanjikan, 4) Pembuatan jamu beras kencur dapat membuka lapangan usaha pribadi dan lapangan kerja bagi orang-orang yang sedang kesulitan secara ekonomi, serta 5) Masukan kepada Yosua Ministry dan Institut Injil Indonesia untuk tetap dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi jamu beras kencur untuk membekali para mahasiswanya
Membuat Jalan Beton Di Tanah Lunak Dengan Metode Cerucuk Kayu Galam
Get PDFThe problem faced is the difficulty of making the road body on soft soil in the former swamp location. The purpose of community service is to provide technical assistance to make roads on soft soil using simple appropriate technology by utilizing the availability of materials that are cheap and widely found in the market. The working method used is the galam wood chisel method which is installed with a distance of 60 cm and above the cerucuk is installed galam wood girder. The pair of girders and culms of galam wood will then distribute and even out the load on them so that the road body does not experience subsidence and deformation. The results of the improvements made in this community service activity show that the Galam wood cerucuk method is proven to be suitable and suitable to be used to overcome the problem of difficulty in building roads on soft soil. The results of the work that has been done also show that the access road built on soft soil is proven not to be damaged, not cracked, not deformed after being used to serve light vehicle traffic to truck vehicles with loads.Abstrak
Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kesulitas membuat badan jalan diatas tanah lunak dan sangat di lokasi bekas rawa. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan bantuan teknis untuk membuat badan jalan diatas tanah lunak menggunakan teknologi tepat guna yang sederhana dengan memanfaatkan ketersediaan bahan-bahan yang murah dan banyak ditemukan dipasaran. Metode kerja yang digunakan adalah metode cerucuk kayu galam yang dipasang dengan jarak 60 Cm dan diatas cerucuk dipasang gelagar kayu galam. Pasangan gelagar dan cerucuk kayu galam selanjutnya akan mendistribusikan dan meratakan beban diatasnya sehingga badan jalan tidak mengalami penurunan dan deformasi. Hasil perbaikan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan bahwa metode cerucuk kayu galam terbukti cocok dan sesuai digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah kesulitan pembangunan badan jalan diatas tanah lunak. Hasil pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan juga menunjukan bahwa jalan akses yang dibangunan diatas tanah lunak terbukti tidak rusak, tidak retak, tidak terdeformasi setelah digunakan untuk melayani lalulintas kendaraan ringan hingga kendaraan truck bermuatan.

Based on that things, OK OCE team which collaboration with Informatics Engineering Major, Trisakti University carried out skills training in the form of using the okeoce.net website application through the Community Service Program, the aim that MSME actors can have the skills to create a portfolio of business units and collect data through a website application for mentoring and coaching efforts. The method used in this acivity are seminar and workshop for using of okeoce.net website with implementation method by online. From the results of the training assessment through online questionnaires, 90.26% considered that they are understand and very satisfied with the materials and methods provided during training. Along with the times, Sansani Hospital is required to be able to provide quality services. Quality nursing care is what patients want. One of the efforts to improve the quality of service is through the implementation of the Interdisciplinary Bedside Round which is part of the nursing round. In implementing this program, the proposing team has prepared a method plan that was carried out during the process. The training activities use counseling methods, role play, and mentoring. The results showed that the mean of knowledge before being given training was 6.33 (SD 0.500) and the mean of knowledge after being given training was 6.78 (SD 0.441). The results of the bivariate analysis showed a p value of 0.035 (0.05) which means that there was a significant effect before and after training

The cause of this problem is the advantages and disadvantages of raw materials because production planning and control have not been appropriately implemented. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) aims to assist partners in solving these problems through training, production planning, and control assistance. The PkM series is carried out with a preliminary survey, material preparation, training, and mentoring. The material given in this PkM activity is about "Introduction to Production Planning and Control" and "Production Planning and Control Systems for Make to Order (MTO) Type Companies.” In addition, assistance is provided to solve problems that are the company's focus, namely making Side Tube part products by making dual kanban for the parts. Based on the evaluation results, this PkM activity has been carried out well and received a positive response from PkM partners, namely PT. No full textThe East Kalimantan Covid-19 Task Force has again announced the addition of Covid-19 cases in East Kalimantan. As of December 31, 2021, the total positive cases in East Kalimantan were 158,332 cases. The status of the Covid-19 red zone is in six sub-districts, namely North Samarinda sub-district, Samarinda Ulu sub-district, Samarinda Kota sub-district, Sungai Kunjang sub-district, Sungai Pinang sub-district and Samarinda Ilir sub-district. Samarinda Seberang sub-district, Loa Janan Ilir and also in Palaran sub-district. Solutions that will be offered to these problems is mask distribution. This activity aims to increase awareness of how to properly handle mask waste. This service held in January 2022 at SMK 17 in Samarinda City. The service method used in this activity is socialization and procurement of used mask waste bins. The result of the service is that in addition to providing socialization, it also provides special trash orders for used masks so that they are not combined with other waste. The trash can provided is a trash can that can be opened without being touched, which is open via a hand sensor and can be closed automatically. The existence of the trash can is expected to increase students' attention to the importance of disposing of garbage in its place which is one of the efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
