Pendampingan Manajemen Kualitas Produksi Tas di PT TIJ
Get PDFPT TIJ is a company that produces the local brand "LC," which is located in Depok, West Java. According to data for June-August 2022, there are significant product returns of around 1-7%, and a repair process is needed during production. Quality control at PT TIJ is carried out by checking goods one by one by supervisors and production operators. Recording quality problems is only done by labeling the products that need repair. The Quality Assurance (QA) department only records the number of products that need repair. Documentation of specific defects that often occur has never been done. Documentation is one of the essential things for quality control because quality data plays a significant role in making process improvement decisions. This PkM program is carried out by providing training materials for implementing an integrated system of sustainable quality management and the importance of quality data providing information related to problems in the production process. The conducted training increased the participants' knowledge regarding management and quality data. The usefulness of the training was confirmed directly to the participants through a questionnaire. The results showed that 77% of participants strongly agreed that the material was helpful, and 73% strongly agreed that the presenter delivered the quality management material well. Writing poetry is a complicated activity. It takes a variety of assignments and training to develop poetry writing skills.. This activity is based on the many obstacles of young people in Balikpapan when writing poetry. This activity is carried out in four stages, namely preparation, implementation by conducting counseling by providing material; understanding, types, structure, and constituent elements of poetry, as well as evaluation, and preparation of reports. The implementers of this activity are FKIP lecturers at Balikpapan University and the Balikpapan Junjung Nyawa community. This activity was carried out at the Klandasan Parking Building which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, No. 9, Klandasan Ulu, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. The result of this activity is that the young people of Balikpapan can create poetry in accordance with the rules of writing good and correct poetry.Keterampilan menulis sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan. Berdasarkan genrenya, menulis dapat dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu fiksi dan nonfiksi. Puisi merupakan salah satu genre nonfiksi. Menulis puisi merupakan kegiatan yang rumit. Dibutuhkan berbagai macam penugasan dan pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan menulis puisi. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan Workshop Penulisan Puisi. Kegiatan tersebut didasarkan pada banyaknya kendala anak-anak muda di Balikpapan ketika menulis puisi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan empat tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dengan melakukan penyuluhan dengan memberikan materi: pengertian, jenis, struktur, dan unsur pembentuk puisi, serta evaluasi, dan penyusunan laporan. This bullying has a negative impact on victims, so it is important to make efforts to prevent and stop cases of bullying. One way to handle cases of bullying is to provide psychoeducation to children about the negative effects that can arise from cases of bullying. For the reason this research was conducted in the form of psychoeducation for dhuafa orphans under the guidance of the At-Taufiq Guntur Mosque, South Jakarta by using the role-playing method which was carried out face to face. Through formative evaluations and observations made after the activity, it was concluded that the role-playing psychoeducational activities carried out proved successful in achieving the goals that had been designed, namely students gain an understanding of bullying and have skills on how to deal with bullying.Kasus perundungan verbal dan nonverbal sering terjadi di sekitar kita, baik yang disadari maupun tidak. Perundungan ini memiliki dampak buruk bagi korban sehingga penting untuk melakukan upaya dalam mencegah dan menghentikan kasus perundungan. Salah satu cara dalam penanganan kasus perundungan adalah memberikan psikoedukasi kepada anak mengenai dampak negatif yang dapat ditimbulkan dari kasus perundungan. Untuk itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk psikoedukasi kepada anak yatim dhuafa binaan Masjid At-Taufiq, Guntur, Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran yang dilakukan secara tatap muka. Melalui evaluasi formatif dan observasi yang dilakukan pascakegiatan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan psikoedukasi bermain peran yang dilakukan terbukti berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang perundungan dan memiliki keterampilan tentang bagaimana cara menghadapi perundungan

This method is suitable for limited land such as in urban areas which generally do not have sufficient land for conventional cultivation. The area of RT 33 Muara Rapak is one of the areas in Balikpapan City which of course has limited land. For this reason, after coordinating with local residents, the right collaboration will be carried out in making a hydroponic system using the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) method as an alternative solution. The activity begins with socializing the work program, making hydroponic installations, preparing places and sowing seeds, transferring seeds to hydroponic installations, maintenance, harvesting, and training. The result of this activity is that residents know the hydroponic system and are able to practice farming with the hydroponic system. This activity also shows that the hydroponic system shows things that are not difficult to do and can be done by anyone. Thus, even though residents have a narrow area of land, they can still enjoy fresh and healthy vegetables that are grown by themselves.Hidroponik adalah sistem pertanian yang memanfaatkan media tanam air dan nutrisi sebagai pengganti tanah dalam membudidayakan tanaman. Metode ini cocok untuk lahan yang terbatas seperti di perkotaan yang umumnya penduduknya tidak memiliki lahan yang cukup untuk bertanam secara konvensional. Wilayah RT 33 Kelurahan Muara Rapak merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada di kota Balikpapan dan memiliki lahan yang terbatas. Untuk itu, setelah berkoordinasi dengan warga sekitar, akan dilakukan kolaborasi yang tepat dalam membuat sistem hidroponik dengan metode Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi program kerja, pembuatan instalasi hidroponik, penyiapan tempat dan penyemaian bibit, pemindahan bibit ke instalasi hidroponik, perawatan, pemanenan, serta pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah warga mengetahui sistem hidroponik dan mampu mempraktikan bercocok tanam dengan sistem hidroponik. Kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem hidroponik bukanlah hal yang sulit dilakukan dan dapat dilakukan oleh siapapun. Dengan demikian, walaupun warga memiliki lahan yang sempit, tetapi tetap dapat menikmati sayur-sayuran segar dan sehat yang ditanam sendiri

Get PDFTransportation has become a necessity for society to support mobility. a number of roads were built by the government to connect regions and the number of motorized vehicles, especially motorbikes, increased rapidly, but unfortunately this was accompanied by the number of traffic accidents which also continued to increase, which was caused by unsafe driving behavior, lack of understanding and low awareness of applicable traffic regulations. Safety riding socialization needs to be carried out, especially among teenagers who have minimal knowledge of traffic regulations and are still emotionally unstable. In Tengin Baru Village, Kecamatan Sepaku, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, there is an agreement between the police and the community where junior high school students are allowed to ride motorbikes to and from school because there is no public transportation operating in their area. This agreement ultimately resulted in several violations of traffic rules caused by these students, so it was necessary to carry out education and outreach efforts regarding road driving regulations. During the socialization by the Sepaku Sector Police, the students looked enthusiastic when listening to the presentation. The presentation of the material is also equipped with a driving simulation when overtaking another driver on the highway which is demonstrated by student volunteers. During the question session from the police to students to measure the level of students' understanding of the material presented and awareness of Safety Riding, it can be seen that students have understood the material presented and promised to be careful when driving when going to and from school.Transportasi telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat dalam menunjang mobilitas. Sejumlah ruas jalan dibangun oleh pemerintah guna menghubungkan antarwilayah dan jumlah kendaraan bermotor utamanya sepeda motor meningkat pesat, tetapi sayangnya hal ini dibarengi dengan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas yang juga terus bertambah yang tak lain disebabkan oleh perilaku berkendara tidak aman, kurangnya pemahaman serta rendahnya kesadaran akan peraturan-peraturan lalu lintas yang berlaku. Sosialisasi Safety Riding perlu dilakukan terutama pada kalangan remaja yang memiliki pengetahuan peraturan berlalu lintas masih minim dan emosi yang masih labil. Di Desa Tengin Baru, Kecamatan Sepaku, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara terdapat sebuah kesepakatan antara pihak kepolisian dan masyarakatnya dimana siswa SMP diperbolehkan untuk mengendarai sepeda motor untuk berangkat dan pulang sekolah karena tidak adanya angkutan umum yang beroperasi di wilayah mereka. Kesepakatan ini akhirnya menimbulkan beberapa pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas yang disebabkan oleh siswa tersebut sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya edukasi dan sosialisasi terkait peraturan berkendara di jalan raya. Saat dilakukan sosialisasi oleh Kepolisian Sektor Sepaku, siswa antusias terlihat saat menyimak pemaparan. Pemaparan materi juga dilengkapi dengan simulasi berkendara saat akan mendahului pengendara lain di jalan raya yang diperagakan oleh volunteer dari siswa. Pada saat sesi tanya dari kepolisian kepada siswa untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman siswa akan materi yang disampaikan dan kesadaran akan Safety Riding dapat diketahui bahwa siswa telah memahami akan materi yang disampaikan dan berjanji untuk berhati-hati dalam berkendara saat berangkat dan pulang sekolah

One of the efforts that parents have made so far is by involving their children in tutoring outside of school. This community service activity is a means of conveying the usefulness of knowledge and the lecturers' sense of concern for the community in the field of education in the form of tutoring assistance outside of school in the Gunung Sari Ilir sub-district, Balikpapan. This service is carried out at Mrs. Ika's Tutoring House. The subjects of the service were children who signed up for tutoring at the tutoring, while the objects interviewed were 5th grade elementary school students with purposive sampling as the sample. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive narrative. The results of this service explain that tutoring has such a big impact on students because through tutoring outside of school they can better understand lessons again. Non-formal education through tutoring is expected to increase students' interest in understanding lessons. Usually, students are invited to learn with different and more attractive methods or ways of teaching by introducing something new in tutoring. Students are not only required to memorize, but must understand and have an interest in the material being studied. So that each student will be more active in thinking and solving problems related to problems in school
Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara
Get PDFThe post-covid-19 pandemic era and the use of digitalization in the industrial era 4.0 forced Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to immediately rise up, pursuing adjustments to today's business. Strong business construction is characterized by high competitiveness. The development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) has become a trigger for the birth of awareness among MSME players to seize market opportunities in the Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) region. The fear of losing competition among business actors from outside the region is one of the important triggering factors. Anxiety, not knowing which way to compete with other MSME actors, so that the presence of the FGD is the initial stage for MSME actors to look for a pattern of solutions to plan their business to strengthen competitiveness. Implementation of Community Service (PkM) takes the theme of FGDs for MSME actors at PPU, preceded by requests for creative economic communities, supporting universities and PPU district governments and the business world, as well as preparation of FGD materials such as (1) identifying problems with MSME actors, and (2) strategy the concept of accelerating adaptation along with the development of IKN. Exposure of the material as the direction of the FGD. The presentation of the resource person was assisted by a moderator and responder from the Head of the Trade, Cooperative and MSME Office. The results of PkM show that MSME actors need professional guidance and assistance from universities. The conclusions from this PkM activity include: (1) identifying problems requiring provision, knowledge, and skills in analyzing MSME management, (2) a comprehensive understanding of business management as a provision for managing its distinctive products, and (3) speed of adaptation starting from business planning and Feasibility Studies Business (SKB).Era pascapandemi covid-19 dan pemanfaatan digitalisasi pada era industri 4.0 memaksa pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) segera bangkit, mengejar penyesuaian kepada bisnis masa kini. Kontruksi usaha yang kuat bercirikan kemampuan berdaya saing tinggi. Pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) menjadi pemicu lahirnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM untuk merebut peluang pasar di wilayah Kapupaten Penajam Paser Utara (PPU). Takut kalah bersaing antarsesama pelaku usaha dari luar daerah merupakan salah satu faktor penting pemicunya. Kecemasan, ketidaktahuan arah kemana harus bersaing dengan pelaku UMKM lain, sehingga hadirnya FGD merupakan tahap awal pelaku UMKM mencari pola solusi merencanakan usahanya menguatkan berdaya saing. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) mengambil tema FGD pelaku UMKM di PPU, didahului permohonan kumunitas ekomonomi kreatif, supporting Perguran Tinggi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten PPU dan dunia suaha, serta penyiapan materi FGD seperti (1) identifikasi masalah pelaku UMKM, serta (2) strategi konsep percepatan beradaptasi seiring pembangunan IKN. Pemaparan bahan sebagai arah FGD. Pemaparan narasumber dibantu seorang moderator dan penanggap dari Kepala Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UMKM. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM membutuhkan guidance dan pendamping profesional dari Perguruan Tinggi (PT). Adapun kesimpulan dari kegiatan PkM ini diantaranya: (1) mengindentifikasi masalah membutuhkan pembekalan, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan menganalisis manajemen UMKM, (2) pemahaman komprehensif manajemen bisnis sebagai bekal mengelola produk khasnya, dan (3) kecepatan beradaptasi dimulai dari perencanaan bisnis dan Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (SKB)

Industry 4.0 affects business processes, including in the construction field. The Primavera P6 Professional Project Management Fundamentals training, which is part of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's 2022 Digital Talent Scholarship program, aims to improve the productivity of young construction industry talent by enhancing their understanding of technology and automation. The training uses synchronous Zoom-based methods and lasts for four weeks plus one final exam day. Out of a total of 26 participants, five people successfully achieved the passing grade score and followed the international competency test certification for Oracle Primavera P6, which was held by Oracle University.Manajemen proyek adalah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan material untuk mencapai target yang meliputi mutu, penjadwalan, biaya, dan harapan stakeholder. The methods used are: 1) learning assistance, 2) quiz, 3) test/practice questions, and 4) interaction/question and answer. The results of this activity shows that children are comfortable, increasing their intention to study and happy when learning, both with learning materials, subjects, or with quiz interactive learning methods.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan agar anak-anak dapat mandiri dalam belajar sehari-hari dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah: 1) bantuan belajar, 2) kuis, 3) tes/soal latihan, dan 4) interaksi/tanya jawab. Di akhir sesi, siswa yang dapat menjawab kuis yang diberikan akan mendapatkan reward.
