Natural Therapy as Integral Technology of Social and Physical Rehabilitation

The concept of natural therapy is a product of the evolution of social work theories. The ecological model of social work was formed in the 60s of the twentieth century and assumed the inclusion of an ecological context in the social sphere and social work as a practical activity. In the 21st century, environmental methods of social work have changed the focus and social rehabilitation has become a priority using such environmental technologies as animal therapy, garden therapy, agrotherapy, aesthetic therapy, and so on. The article examines the Ukrainian national experience in the development of social and physical rehabilitation of various categories of the population using environmental technologies. One of the main features of the formation of national experience of the concept of natural therapy is that today the use of its components is at the initial level. The technologies for animal-assisted therapy are somewhat better developed in comparison with agrotherapy and garden therapy. The combination of these technologies into a single rehabilitation complex makes it possible to use the advantages of each of these technologies (animal therapy, agrotherapy and garden therapy) to achieve the maximum rehabilitation effect for each client, which requires social and physical rehabilitation

Psychological Wellbeing, Job Burnout and Counter Productive Work Behavior among Drivers of Car Hailing Services in Pakistan: Moderating Role of Captains’ Personality Traits

The present study aims to examine the relationship among psychological wellbeing, job burnout and counterproductive work behavior. Moreover, this study focuses on identifying the moderating role of personality traits among job burnout & counterproductive work behavior. 251 captains from Uber, Careem and Swvl services participated in the research using valid and reliable measures administered via google forms. Based on correlation analysis, the results point towards a positive significant influence of burnout on captain’s counterproductive work behavior. Further results suggest that there is a significant negative correlation of psychological wellbeing with job burnout and counterproductive work behavior. The moderation model generated by SPSS using Hayes Process revealed that extraversion, neuroticism and conscientiousness act as a strong moderator between counterproductive work behavior and job burnout. This study contributes to psychology and organizational behavior literature suggesting that burnout is a contributing factor in shaping individual’s behavior at work. This research also helps driving authorities to recognize that their captain’s psychological wellbeing is extremely important to enhance their overall performance. It is recommended that organizations should arrange counselling and evaluation sessions for the drivers of car hailing services so that they will experience minimal burnout and will show productive work behavior during their duty hours.

Eco-trophic Relationships and Frequency of Occurrence of Mycobiota of Some Trees grown on the Roadside: the Case of Baku Highways

The current study is devoted to eco-trophic relationships and frequency of occurrence of fungal species involved in the formation of tree mycobiota along the highway. As a result, it was possible to determine the possibility of using determined indicators of tree mycobiota in assessing the environmental status of the area near the highway. With this purpose rhizosphere and mycobiota of the leaves of such trees as Platanus orientalis, Populus nigra and Pinus eldarica growing at various distances (10-100 m) from Baku highways with different traffic intensity have been studied. The samples were taken for the period from 2016 to 2018. The sensitivity of fungi species to pollution from the influence of motor transport has been evaluated. It has been established that the structure of micromycete complex spread both in leaves and rhizosphere of trees growing on the roadside is disturbed by the effects of highway. Near the highway the decrease of species diversity of fungi and increase of the number of dark-colored mycelium fungi species have been observed. This, in turn, leads to the disturbance of the ecological functions of roadside ecosystems. The possibility of using such species as A.fumigatus, Botryotrichum piluliferum, P.cuslopium, P.funiclozum, St.chartarum as indicators has been determined

What Should be Mastered by Elementary, Junior and Senior High School Teachers Related to the Concept of Evolution?

Content knowledge is one of the competencies to be mastered by a teacher. Teachers who master content thoroughly and understand the limitations in teaching content to students at different levels are professionals. Online interviews were conducted, and questionnaires were distributed to 9 participants consisting of 3 elementary school teachers, 3 junior high school science teachers, and 3 senior high school biology teachers. This qualitative research aimed to investigate the depth of evolution content that must be mastered by teachers at every level of elementary, junior, and senior high schools. The answers from the participants were analyzed qualitatively using a grounded theory research design. It is known that the three kinds of teachers have different depths of the evolution material from one to the others. Elementary school teachers should master the concept of evolution in the form of signs of an evolutionary process that can be found by students in everyday life. In addition to being required to master elementary school materials, junior high school teachers should master the theories of evolution as well. For senior high school teachers, they are required to have a wider and deeper mastery of the material that includes the meaning, theories, clues, and mechanism of evolution

Heliotropium indicum L. and Heliotropium keralense Sivar. & Manilal, J.: DNA Barcoding Studies for Species Identity

The family Boraginaceae comprises around 2000 species within 145 genera with a myriad of therapeutic and pharmacological attributes. Kerala holds 26 species of Boraginaceae members coming under 9 genera. The genus Heliotropium comprises 8 species where Heliotropium indicum L.  and Heliotropium keralense Sivar. & Manilal, J. is commonly found in Kerala. H. keralense is endemic to Kerala. Only minute morphological differences can be noticed between these two species. The present available data suggests the idea that only morphological characters are used to demarcate these two plants into two species. Hence an authentication is an immediate necessity for confirming the taxonomic identity of these plants. The present study aims to inspect whether these plants can be categorized into different species or not and DNA barcoding is used to clarify the dispute. Here, highly conserved regions of the genome, especially short stretches (~600 bp) are used to differentiate species-level taxonomy. The DNA barcode marker used in this technique is Rbcl and sequence analysis was performed using online tool BLAST of NCBI  database and based on maximum identity score E value top most sequences was utilized for multiple sequence alignment (Clustal W2) and dendrogram was also constructed. The differences in DNA sequence and amino acid composition clearly specifies that Heliotropium indicum L. and Heliotropium keralense Sivar. & Manilal, J. can be categorized into two species

The article substantiates the expediency of classifying labor law violations that are not crimes or misdemeanors of officials and employees in the field of public administration, to disciplinary offenses entailing non-material and material disciplinary liability, which must be provided for in the future Labor Code of Ukraine. This position is primarily due to the fact that a citizen (employee), being a general subject of a labor offense (as opposed to an employer as its special subject), is not endowed with official powers in public administration and cannot bear administrative (managerial) responsibility for committing an offense as detailed in the article
