Activation of starter cultures induced by electromagnetic treatment
Activation of starter cultures in cold smoked sausage production is one of the most significant technological approaches which allows speeding up fermentation and decreasing the time for air drying of cold smoked sausages. During the research and experimental findings it is confirmed that the activation of starter cultures can be reached by using electromagnetic treatment
Efficiency of use of national games of Yakut people in studies of physical training in a higher education institution
The purpose of the present research is to demonstrate experimentally the positive effect of the Yakut national games on the formation of the basic physical qualities of the students of the university. The students of NEFU participated in research. In studies of experimental groups Yakut national games with objects and without objects were included. Traditional games of Yakut people in the lessons on physical education, served as means of dynamic development of physical qualities such as strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and agility
Konstantin and Ivan Aksakovs' thoughts on the Russian State
The article is devoted to the publications from the collection of articles “Slavophils’ Theory of State” (Moscow, 1898): “The Note on the Internal Affairs in Russia Submitted to the Emperor Alexander II” by K.S. Aksakov (1817–1860), the controversial article “Slavophils’ Theory of State (a letter to the editorial staff)” by Professor A.D. Gradovsky (1841–1889), “The Answer to Mr. Gradovsky about his Analysis of “The Note” by K.S. Aksakov” by I.S. Aksakov (1823–1886). On the basis of the given publications theoretical views of the brothers Aksakov on the Russian State and criticism of their views by A.D. Gradovsky are discussed.Being one of the first representatives of socio-legal thought in Russia I.S. Aksakov introduced the so-called third element – “society” into Slavophils’ doctrine alongside with such notions as “land” and “state”. In I.S. Aksakov’s opinion the structure of the Russian State should be based on the combination of the absolute autocratic power of the Russian Tsar and a vast development of the system of self-regulation which does not leave a chance for bureaucracy and officials’ arbitrariness to prosper. Besides, the necessity of the legal order should go along with the ideal of “internal truth” which must determine external juridical state laws
Finding rules for audit opinions prediction through data mining methods
Nowadays data mining, which is used in various accounting and financial applications, has received a great deal of attention. One of these applications is predicting and identifying the audit opinion type. The objective of research is to help auditors identify audit opinions by using a support vector machine from data mining methods. The system receives the data from financial reports and identifies the type of audit opinions. This approach combine support vector machine with a decision tree that can understand and interpret the obtained results. In this paper, a novel approach for rule extraction from support vector machine and decision tree is presented and its application is shown in the prediction of audit opinions. The research result is 30 rules that predict the audit opinions
Electrolyte and solvent effects on voltammetry behavior and surface morphology of Polypyrrole films deposited on glassy carbon electrode in the redox process
Polypyrrole (PPy) films were electrochemically synthesized on glassy carbon electrode in different electrolytes and solvent media. Voltammetry studies of PPy films doped with Cl−, ClO4−, NO3− anions showed that the redox activity of the polymer is affected by the nature of the anions and solvent used in the electrochemical synthesis. The mobilities of the anions exhibited a well-defined order: ClO4− < Cl− < NO3−. The electrodeposited PPy films were characterized ex situ independently by atomic force microscopy (AFM) technique. The effect of solvent on the surface morphology of PPy films was clarified by AFM imaging. Our results showed that the level of doping will depend on the polarity of the solvent used. In polar solvent like DMSO, the doping of Cl− anion is predominant. The results obtained suggested the presence of chemisorbed anions on the surface of PPy films
