This paper discusses the meaning of jihad in Islam. Jihad is one of the most discussed themes in the hadith of the Prophet. This fact shows the urgency of the term jihad in the history of the development of Islamic law. The understanding of jihad among Muslims varies, and its implementation varies among Muslims. This study discusses the implementation of jihad at the time of the Prophet's hadith. This study uses a descriptive literature research method using a text study method that examines all hadith texts about jihad. Then the author also conducted a comparative study between the opinions of scholars, both hadith scholars, commentators, and other scholars. The hadith about jihad that is meticulous is not a hadith with the status of a mutawatir hadith but is a hadith that has the status of a hadith. However, all the hadiths studied are authentic hadiths, both from the aspect of the sanad and from the aspect of the eye. The results of this study are expected to provide a correct understanding so that when implementing the hadith about jihad according to its objectives and not only understood in the form of war. Jihad is also understood as a form of non-physical struggle such as jihad against poverty, ignorance, injustice, and doing good to both parents.Tulisan ini membahas makna jihad dalam Islam. jihad adalah salah satu tema yang banyak dibicarakan dalam hadis Nabi. Fakta ini menunjukkan urgensi term jihad dalam sejarah perkembangan syariat Islam. Pemahaman jihad dikalangan umat Islam sangat variatif, dan implementasinyapun berbeda-beda dikalangan umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas implementasi jihad pada masa hadis Nabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (Library Research) yang bersifat diskripsi dengan menggunakan metode studi teks yang mengkaji seluruh teks hadis tentang jihad. Kemudian penulis juga melakukan studi perbandingan antara pendapat ulama baik ulama hadis, tafsir dan ulama lainnya. Hadis tentang jihad yang teliti bukanlah hadis berstatus hadis mutawatir akan tetapi adalah hadis yang berstatus hadis ahad. Namun semua hadis yang diteliti adalah hadis sahih, baik dilihat dari aspek sanadnya maupun dari aspek matannya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang benar, sehingga dalam mengimplementasikan hadis tentang jihad sesuai dengan tujuannya dan tidak hanya dipahami dalam bentuk perang. Jihad juga dipahami sebagai bentuk perjuangan non fisik seperti jihad terhadap kemiskinan, kebodohan kezaliman dan berbuat baik kepada kedua orang tua
ANIS BIN AHMAD AL-INDUNISI AND THE METHOD OF UNDERSTANDING HADITH
The method of understanding hadith is a way for us to understand a good hadith in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The book entitled Dhawabith Muhimmah li Husn Fahm al-Sunnah (Control is important for all of us to have a good understanding of hadith) was written by Prof. Dr. Anis bin Ahmad Thahir bin Jamaal Al-Indunisi was developed into 13 rules which will be explained in the discussion later. In this study, the author uses the library research method. The development of hadith studies is sometimes very fast, so the way to understand hadith is different. Researchers and observers need to understand the methodology in order to understand more deeply about the different views on Islam. This can lead people to Rahmatan Lil Alamin.Penelitian Metode pemahaman hadis adalah cara bagaimana kita untuk memahami hadis yang baik sesuai dengan ajaran Rasulullah saw. Buku yang bejudul Dhawabith Muhimmah li Husn Fahm al-Sunnah (Kontrol pentingnya bagi kita semua untuk memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang hadis) yang ditulis oleh Prof. Dr. Anis bin Ahmad Thahir bin Jamaal Al-Indunisi dikembangkan menjadi 13 aturan yang akan dijelaskan di dalam pembahasan nantinya.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Perkembangan study hadis terkadang sangat cepat, sehingga cara memahami hadis pun berbeda beda. Peneliti dan pemerhati perlu memahami metodologinya agar dapat memahami lebih dalam tentang perbedaan pandangan tentang Islam. Ini bisa membawa orang ke Ramatan Lil Alamin
RESISTENSI KOMUNITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN PEMBIAYAAN ISTISHNA
This study aims to map and analyze the forms, factors, and implications that cause stakeholder resistance to istishna' financing policies at Indonesian Syariah Bank in Palu and Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview and library techniques. Data analysis uses content analysis with an objective approach to place the results of interviews and literature against each other. The data sources used are a collection of interviews and literature reviews. The results showed that there had been stakeholder resistance to istishna' financing in the two Indonesian Syariah Bankdue to being treated unfair in the form of an increase in the price of goods orders according to the length of instalments, the reworking of goods orders that were not by stakeholder tastes, and delays in delivering goods orders to stakeholders after falling. Tempo in the form of an additional budget to stakeholders. In addition, it is also found that the istishna financing process is complex, the risk of which is dominated by the burden on stakeholders. In addition, the narrowing of the istishna' financing target in the form of micro even though public interest and maqhasid sharia require a macro. Internal and external resistance factors cause stakeholder resistance to the istishna financing policy. These two factors have implications for the circulation of funds in Indonesian Syariah Bankin Palu and Jakarta, which take a long time, are unreliable, have the opportunity to go bankrupt, and take into account the possible risks that cause stakeholders' interest in using istishna financing to decrease. Actions must be taken against stakeholder resistance who experience istishna financing policies in the two Indonesian Syariah Bank, the prohibition of instalments if it causes an increase in the price of the order, the product must be completed at maturity, the product must be following the taste/agreement, there should be no additional funds due to the demand not following the agreement/customer's taste.Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk memetakan dan menganalisis wujud, faktor, dan implikasi yang menyebabkan resistensi stakeholder terhadap kebijakan pembiayaan istishna’ diBSI kota Palu dan Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan analisa konten dengan pendekatan objektifitas untuk menempatkan hasil wawancara dan pustakasaling kontraproduktif.Sumber datayangdigunakanadalahkumpulanhasil wawancara dan telaah pustaka.Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi resistensi stakeholder terhadap pembiayaan istishna’ di kedua BSItersebut disebabkan adanya pendhaliman dalam bentuk kenaikan harga pesanan barang sesuai dengan lamanya cicilan, pengerjaan ulang pesanan barang yang tidak sesuai dengan selera stakeholder, dan penundaan penyerahan pesanan barang kepada stakeholder setelah jatuh tempo dalam bentuk penambahan anggaran kepada stakeholder. Di samping itu ditemukan pula adanya kerumitan proses pembiayaan istishna’ yang resikonya didominasi pembebanannya kepada stakeholder. Ditambah lagi penyempitan sasaran pembiayaan istishna’ dalam bentuk mikro padahal animo masyarakat dan maqhasid syariah menghendaki secara makro. Faktor resistensi ineternal dan eksternal yang menyebabkan adanya wujud resistensi stakeholder terhadap kebijakan pembiayaan istishna’. Kedua faktor ini berimplikasi pada perputaran dana di BSI kota Palu dan Jakarta memakan waktu lama, tidak terpercaya, berpeluang pailit, sangat mempertimbangkan kemungkinan resiko yang menyebabkan minat satekeholder menggunakan pembiayaan istishna’ berkurang.Tindakan yang harus dilakukan terhadap resistensi stakeholder yang mengalami kebijakan pembiayaan istishna’ di kedua BSI tersebut adalah pelarangan cicilan jika menyebabkan kenaikan harga pesanan, produk wajibselesai saat jatuh tempo, produk harus sesuai dengan selera/perjanjian, tidak boleh ada penambahan dana akibat pesanan tidak sesuai perjanjian/selera pemesan
ACCEPTANCE OF ASHAB AL-SHAFII ON THE CHANGES OF QAUL QADIM AND QAUL JADID OF IMAM SHAFI’I
Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mengkaji perbedaan ashab al-Syafii dari mazhab al-Syafii khususnya dalam dinamika qaul Qadim dan qaul jadid. Mazhab al-Syafii merupakan mazhab yang memiliki ushul fiqh dan hasil ijtihad Imam al-Syafii tetapi pada perjalanannya, ditemukan banyak sekali pendapat berbeda dalam mazhab yang sumbernya bisa dari Imam al-Syafii sendiri atau para ashab al-Syafii. Melihat fenomena yang ada maka tulisan ini hadir untuk menjawab Bagaimana bentuk penerimaan para ashab al-syafii terhadap pendapat fikih imam al-Syafii. Metode riset kepustakaan dengan menganalisis isi dari beberapa sumber utama mazhab al-Syafii dan dideskripsikan untuk menjawab pokok pertanyaan dalam tulisan. Respon penerimaan ashab al-Syafii diklasifikasi dalam 3 bentuk, yang pertama bentuknya dengan menguatkan fikih Qadim atas fikih jadid, yang kedua dengan menerima fikih jadid dan meninggalkan Qadim dan yang terakhir dengan tarjih atas pendapat al-Syafii yang lebih dari satu riwayat.This paper tries to examine the differences between ashab al-Shafii and al-Shafii schools, especially in the dynamics of qaul Qadim and Qaul Jadid. The al-Shafii school is a school that has ushul fiqh and the results of Imam al-Shafii's ijtihad, but along the way, many different opinions were found in the school whose sources could be from Imam al-Shafii himself or the al-Shafii ashabs. Seeing the existing phenomena, this paper is here to answer how the form of acceptance of the ashab al-Shafii towards the fiqh opinion of Imam al-Shafii. Literature research method by analyzing the contents of several main sources of the al-Shafii school and described to answer the main questions in the writing. The response to acceptance of ashab al-Shafii is classified in 3 forms, the first form is by strengthening the fiqh of Qadim over the fiqh of Jadid, the second by accepting the jurisprudence of Jadid and leaving Qadim and the last with tarjih on the opinion of al-Shafii which is more than one history
PEMBELAJARAN MAHARAH AL-KITABAH PADA PROGRAM TAMBAHAN JAM PEMBELAJARAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI (SDN) KOTA PALU
This Research conducted to characterize and describe the maharah al-kitabah learning system of the additional program in Islamic religious learning hours at the public Elementary education unit at Palu Region. The object of this research are consisting of 4 (four) Elementary schools at Palu City were selected by purposive sampling tehnique. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The researchs’ data were analyzed using by descriptive analysis. The results found that two forms of maharah bible learning strategies were applied in learning, namely; strategy of ta'bir muwajjah (guided); and ta'bir al-hurr strategy. Have shown that these strategies could improve the ability of students in write Arabic letters, words and sentences as well as verses of the Qur'an.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran maharah al-kitabah pada program tambahan jam pembelajaran agama Islam pada satuan pendidikan dasar negeri di KotaPalu. Objek penelitian ini adalah terdiri atas 4 (empat) SDN di Kota Palu yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data-data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan dua bentuk strategi pembelajaran maharah alkitabah diterapkan dalam pembelajaran, yaitu; strategi ta’bir muwajjah (terbimbing); dan strategi ta’bir al-hurr. Strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik menuliskan huruf, kata dan kalimat Arab serta ayat-ayat al-Qur’an
MAQASHID ASY-SYARI'AH REVIEW ON FORMER CORRUPTION CONVICTS AS PROSPECTIVE LEGISLATIVE MEMBERS
Abstract. This paper discusses the maqashid asy-syari'ah study of former corrupt convicts as candidates for legislative members. Specifically, it tries to dissect the reasons why corrupt convicts are allowed to become candidates for members of the legislature and examine the Maqashid Asy-Shari'ah regarding the permissibility of corrupt convicts to become candidates for legislative members. By using a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that it is permissible for former corrupt convicts to nominate themselves as legislature members. Based on the large value of maslahah contained when it is allowed for former corrupt convicts to re-run as legislative members representing electoral districts where the community has been harmed and betrayed by the ex-convicts. This benefit is not only in the position of ex-convicts as individual Muslims or as individual citizens, but the benefits include the stability of the culture of social life in society and the maintenance of a legal system that is following ideal legal as well as in the context of realizing the principles of justice in society
THE URGENCY OF PRAYER IN TAFSIR NUR AL-IHSAN BY SHEIKH MUHAMMAD SAID AL-QADHI: NUSANTARA’S INTERPRETATION STUDIES
Abstract. This study aims to discuss the interpretation of the urgency of prayer in the book of commentary on Nur al-Ihsan by Sheikh Muhammad Said Al-Qadhi. This research method uses a qualitative approach through library-based methods. The results of this study found that in this context the study of quality prayers, namely prayers imbued with Ihsan, has urgency that is relevant to the portrait of prayer that is close to the demands of the message of the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet. The discussion of this research is that the study only focuses on the analysis of surah al-Baqarah in Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan written by Muhammad Said Umar in 1925. The conclusion of this study, prayer is an important worship of other worship. This research is expected to provide benefits for students of knowledge so that they can always obtain useful knowledge.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tafsir mengenai urgensi shalat dalam kitab tafsir Nur al-Ihsan karya Syekh Muhammad Said Al-Qadhi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode berbasis kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam konteks ini kajian tentang salat yang berkualitas, yakni salat yang dijiwai dengan ihsan mempunyai urgensi yang relevan dengan potret salat yang mendekati tuntutan pesan al-Qur`an dan sunnah Rasul. Pembahasan penelitian ini bahwa Kajian hanya menumpukan analisis pada surah al-Baqarah dalam Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan yang ditulis oleh Muhammad Said Umar pada tahun 1925. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, shalat merupakan ibadah penting dari ibadah lainnya. SOCIAL CHANGE IN CHILDREN ISLAMIC EDUCATION AFTER EARTHQUAKE CATASTROPHE PALU CITY
The purpose of this study was to examine Post-Earthquake Social Changes on Children's Islamic Education in Palu, Petobo Village. Based on the title of this research, the authors reveal the problem, such as How the Forms of Post-Earthquake Social Changes on Children's Education in Petobo Village and Anticipation of what is done in dealing with the Social Changes in Post-Earthquake Children's Education in Petobo Village. This study used quaitative method with a case study approach. The case study in this paper is comunities in Palu which has experience the tsunami and earthquake chatastrhophee. Data was collected through in-depth interview, field observation, and written document. The results of this study show that the form of social change in children's Islamic education after the earthquake is the occurrence of changes in behavior because of physical or natural environmental factors, social environment, economics, infrastructure factors, and factors that decrease children's motivation due to environmental and infrastructure damage. As an implication, it is necessary to develop Islamic education through a humanistic approach because of social change. It must focus on Islamic education, especially in areas affected by earthquakes and liquefaction. The limitation of this research is that it only focuses on social change in the context of education. In the future, there is a need for other research that also examines social change as a whole
MULTICULTURAL ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING SYSTEM
This article aims to discuss the implementation of multicultural education through religious education in schools, especially in the digital era. To reach this research, the relevant literature has been carried out. As a result, Islamic Education is a forum to provide a religious understanding that is inclusive of the community which is ultimately expected to contribute to the formation of a multicultural society with a harmonious life. Multicultural education involves at least three things, namely: a) ideas and awareness of the importance of cultural diversity, b) educational reform movement, and c) process. The learning system of Islamic Education that has multicultural insight should be done by integrating multicultural insights with existing Islamic Education material. The involvement of principals and the government is also needed in providing debriefing or training and the like. The method used must also be packaged in such a way as to condition students to interact with each other in harmony. Likewise, the evaluation process carried out must be based on the principle of fairness objectively rather than subjective certain groups
IDEAS AND REALIZATION OF ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY BY AL-ATTAS (CASE STUDY: ISTAC-IIU MALAYSIA)
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi ide Syed M Naquib al Attas (l.1931) tentang universitas Islam. Untuk memeperjelas konsepsinya tentang universitas, akan diangakat pula pembahasan menganai Institute For the Study of Islamic Thought and Civilization-International Islamic University Malaysia (ISTAC-IIUM) sebagai realisasi dari idenya mengenai universitas Islam tersebut. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam memahami ide al Attas; sebagaimana digunakan analisis komparasi dengan tokoh lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian adalah ide universitas Islam berporos pada konsepnya tentang manusia universal (insan kamil). Hal inilah yang teraplikasi dengan baik di ISTAC-IIUM. Karena berporos pada konsep manusia yang universal, maka tujuan dari universitas tersebut adalah membentuk manusia yang universal atau insan kamil.

This article aims to elaborate on the Islamic university idea of Syed M Naquib al Attas (l.1931). To clarify the concept of university, a discussion will also regarding the Institute For the Study of Islamic Thought and Civilization - International Islamic University Malaysia (ISTAC-IIUM) as a realization of his idea of an Islamic university. The writer uses descriptive analysis in understanding al-Attas' ideas; as used comparative analysis with other figures. The result of the research is that the Islamic university is based on concept of perfect man or universal man (insan kamil). This is what applies well in his institution i.e ISTAC-IIUM. When the Islamic university is based on the insan kamil concept, than the aim of the university is to product a perfect man or universal man (insan kamil).
