METODOLOGI TAFSIR IMAM AL-SHAWKÂNÎ DALAM KITAB FATH AL-QADÎR: KAJIAN TERHADAP SURAH AL-FÂTIHAH
This research aims to describe the interpretive methodology of Imâm al-Shawkânî in his Fath al-Qadîr. The focus of this reseach is on the method, technique and sources which are employed by  Al-Shawkânî in his interpretation of sûrat al-Fâtihah. This is carried out, first of all, through the reading of the sûrah and its analysis through identification and classification. The research shows that the method employed in interpreting the sûrah is tahîlî method, which is based on the text of the Quran, hadîth, scholars opinions including sahâbah and tâbi‘în. HERMENEUTIKA DALAM KAJIAN ALQURAN DAN URGENSINYA DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
This paper deals with the hermeneutical approach to the Quran and its relation to Islamic education. It is argued that hermeneutic assumes the relativity of any interpretation since it has been influenced by different context and environments— be they social, cultural, or political—that surround the interpreter. Therefore, Islamic education, which associated with the interpretation of the Quran and the Prophetic traditions as primary sources, should be reinterpreted according to modern demands based on moral values or ideal morals which become the spirit of revelation of the text.Kata Kunci: hermeneutika, kajian Alquran, pendidikan Islam  Â
KETERAMPILAN MEMBERIKAN PERHATIAN DALAM KONSELING DAN TELAAH AYAT ALQURAN
The purpose of this study was to investigate attending skill in counseling and quranic verses. This study was conducted employing descriptive-qualitative method. The data were collected from written sources and quarnic verses through five phases (1) analyzing theory, (2) collecting apparopriate quranic verses, (3) classifying relevant quranic verses, (4) doing discussion; and (5) drawing conslusion. The results of this study indicated that from 27 quranic verses studied, there were six verses relevant to the concept of attending skill in counseling; two verses relevant enough; seven verses lack of relevance; and twelve verses irrelevant.Kata Kunci:  attendind skill, konseling, ayat  Alqura
BUNGA BANK: ANTARA PARADIGMA TEKSTUAL DAN KONTEKSTUAL
Bank interest is an interesting topic to discuss from classical era to modern era. In classical era,  interest  has been decided as ribâ., the law status of which   is harâm (forbidden) because of an addition (ziyâdah). Based on this, bank interest is also categorized as ribâ. Nevertheless, some say that the forbiddance of ribâ is because of an exploitation to the clients, based on which bank interest is not ribâ. It is based on these two opinions that a controversy on bank interest emerges. In the period of Jâhiliyyah, the Arabs always felt proud of their language. They also competed with each other for selecting a particular literary style in expressing their words and beautifying dictions in their poetry and prose. However, when Alquran was revealed, they did not find such literary style as the Qur’an’s. They chose words as refined and perfect as the Qur’an’s. This is one of the driving reasons to study and compare the Qur’an’s literary style and one which has been used so far in Arabic expressions. FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN ISLAM TENTANG KURIKULUM
The philosophy of Islamic education plays a vital role in guiding the general objective of education and directing Islamic education as well in order that the curriculum, which consists of values, can be in line with the universally accepted truth. KUFR DALAM PERSPEKTIF HADIS
Kufr is often considered an antithesis of imân. In the mean time, imân is the fundamental part of Islamic teaching. Nevertheless, as far as the sources of Islamic teaching are concerned, the term kufr cannot necessarily be grasped as disbelief in Allah (God). In some hadîths (the prophet’s traditions), we find some terms of kufr that do not indicate disbelief in Allâh at all. Even, some merely indicate disobedience of the Muslims in performing their Islamic teachings, such as  performing salât. GENDER DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM: STUDI KEPEMIMPINAN PADA LEMBAGA EKSEKUTIF DAN LEGISLATIF DI SULAWESI TENGAH
This paper deals with gender women’s leadership in the executive and legislative boards in Central Sulawesi from the perspective of Islam. The method of data collection includes documentation, observation and depth interview. The Data collected were analyzed by employing a qualitative method. The results of the research shows that (1) Islam gives the same role to women to get involved in public life as men; (2) Women’s representativeness in the executive and legislative boards (governor office) in Central Sulawesi can be said to be relatively low.Kata Kunci: gender perspektif Islam, kepemimpinan perempuan, Lembaga Eksekutif, Lembaga Legislati
PEMBARUAN HUKUM ISLAM DALAM HUKUM KELUARGA DI INDONESIA
This article elaborates some aspects of reformation of the family law as the results of the ijtihâd of Indonesian experts. Nevertheless, not all of their legal thoughts are described in this article except for the family law material that has become the positive law in Indonesia. In elaborating those aspects of reformation of the family law, the author employs a comparative analysis and a culture social and judicial approach. Having conducted a comparative analysis the author found that there were -at least- 12 items of modifications and of reformation of the Islamic family law in the Indonesian family law, both in marriage, inheritance, will and bequest.Kata Kunci: pembaruan hukum, hukum keluarga Isla
TIPOLOGI ÛLÛ AL-BÂB: ANALISIS SEMANTIK AYAT-AYAT ALQURAN DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
This paper deals with the concept of ûlû al-bâb in the Qur’an. While studying the concept, thematic approach (tafsîr maudû‘î) and semantical analysis will be employed. The steps include collecting sixteen Quranic verses related to ûlû al-bâb, classifying them according to typologies, and analyzing them. With these steps, a whole framework of this concept will be revealed, as well as the constructs of the term ûlû al-bâb. Based on the grammatical analysis, the meaning of ûlû al-bâb is constructed according to its position as munâda, fâ‘il, sifah and khabr. Based on this analysis, ûlû al-bâb covers such meanings as al-râsikhûn fī al-‘lm, qawm yatafakkarûn, ahl al-dhikr and ashâb al-‘uqûl. These meanings show educational activities which include principles and purposes, that is, to create knowledgeable-pious human beings, who are useful for humanity.Kata Kunci:  tipologi ûlû al-bâb, al-dhikr, ayat Alquran, analisis semantik, pendidikan Isla
